
<p>An iconic Canadian air show is going to be put on pause. The military’s Snowbirds squadron will be grounded until at least 2030 amid concerns the planes aren’t safe. The current planes were first commissioned by the military in the late 1960s. The plan is to replace them, but it will be years before the new ones arrive.</p><p><br></p><p>And: Prime Minister Mark Carney is playing down a decision by the Trump Administration to abandon a Canada/U.S. defence panel.
