Use a YouTube Research Channel to Generate Endless Video IdeasIn this episode of the YouTube Success Podcast, I explain why every YouTuber should create a separate “research channel” to generate endless content ideas and get inside the mind of their ideal client. I share how I learned this at VidSummit and mention you can also attend Tube Fast on April 23rd–24th in Birmingham. I walk through creating a new YouTube channel via switch account, view all channels, and create new channel, then using it only as your ideal viewer by subscribing to competitors and watching long-form videos and Shorts so the algorithm builds a clean, niche-specific home feed. I stress only using this account for research, cleaning watch history if it gets “infected,” and using the recommended videos daily for ideation and inspiration without copying word-for-word.00:00 Welcome and Big Promise 00:49 Where I Learned It 01:22 What Are Research Channels 02:00 Create a Clean Account 02:57 Train the Algorithm 03:55 Avoid Polluting the Feed 04:58 Daily Idea Mining 06:19 Turn Recommendations Into Videos 07:05 Quick Recap and Next Steps
