A lot of people avoid facing their fears. Overthinking situations is one of the reasons most people have fears and talk themselves out of doing what they desire. Going into something with confidence and owning the room is one way to not be controlled by fear. Fear eventually turns into regret and regret turns into frustration. Way too many people are dealing with fear of failure, but it is inevitable. If you don't learn how to accept failure, you'll never learn how to succeed. A failure doesn't define who you are as a person. You won't know if something is for you if you don't try. You have to know how to create the right environment to accomplish what you desire and that includes facing your fears and embracing potential failure.
