In the spring of 1993, 911 dispatchers in the city of Chicago, IL were used to receiving many different types of distressing calls from fights, theft, and murder... However, in April of that year, what dispatch and police weren't expecting was the shocking call from a woman who said her son was dead... and when the cause of his death was revealed, it would lead to anger and outrage around the area.
