This week on the show, we sit down with the legend Spencer O'Brien, fresh off her Natural Selection Tour win. Spencer continues to inspire, time and time again. Based between Vancouver Island and Whistler, she's spent years riding and competing at the absolute highest level, X Games medals, Olympian, 100-foot park jumps, the US Open Snowboarding Championships, the streets… you name it, she's done it. From a Burton kid, to Nike, and now riding for Vancouver-based Arc'teryx, Spencer has grown into one of the true greats of the sport. This conversation goes well beyond podiums and contest wins. Huge thanks to Spence for the honesty, perspective, and inspiration. Enjoy the show! From Norwegian prodigy to one of the greatest backcountry snowboarders on Earth, Mikkel has been at the forefront of progression since 2001 and is now considered one of the most well-rounded and stylish backcountry boarders. From the park to X Games, to Natural Selection, to Alaska, Mikkel's riding is on another level. Tune in!

Without a doubt one of the best boarder's, period. Mikkel has accomplished pretty much everything in his long career and has easily one of the best styles. He's won video part of the year, rider of the year, US opens, xgames, even some of those mountain dew metals. He's riden with everyone from Travis Rice to Nicolas Muller to Keegan Valaika, I think he's checked most the boxes. It was amazing to catch up with Mikkel and chat about; his plans for snowboarding, Burton, growing up in Norway, turning down offers from Nike, his favourite places to snowboard, tuning tips, drunken plane rides, bike rides with Iikka, his biggest inspirations, his upcoming project with the Powder Hounds, some backcountry tips on riding lines and much more. Enjoy!
