Blessings on May Day, Beltane, and the Beginning of Summer. The light gets stronger this time of year. What do I actually want to bring forward? What needs to burn away so my energy can move clearly again? I guide a grounded, mystical meditation at the seasonal threshold between the spring equinox and the summer solstice, at the full moon, where it’s easier to feel the pull of both sun and moon and let our breath widen into something steadier.

We work with the fire element and “Yang fire” as an inner force for joy, warmth, pleasure, and clear momentum. Rather than pushing for intensity, we ask for discernment: show us when to go faster and when to slow down. We name the desire to be beacons of light in our real lives as friends, parents, children, and community members, and we set our sights on an abundant autumn harvest built from aligned action instead of stress.

We also make space for release. We invite this fire to burn what’s old, stale, and misaligned, including outdated beliefs and invisible glass ceilings that keep our vibration lower than it needs to be. Then we bring the practice into the body, moving into the belly and solar plexus chakra (Manipura) to receive confidence, clarity, centeredness, and ease, storing that frequency with each exhale. We close with a powerful image of “brushing the fire horse” clean, clearing the mud and sweat so your system feels bright again.
