Here's a crucial health secret. Our cells need nutrients just like we do. The problem is some of the most vital nutrients don't always make it into our cells. Liposomes are microscopic spheres that transport critical nutrients into the bloodstream and into the cells. Libon Labs was the first company to use liposome encased dietary supplements. Their liposome encased vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant that supports your immune system beautifully. It is proven to give long lasting antioxidant power to the blood and to the cells. It protects your DNA and it fights oxidative stress that can weaken immune cells. It's great for this time of year when you are fighting every virus known to man. Right now you can get 10% off live on labs site wide. That means 10% off their liposomal vitamin C for immune health, vitamin D for healthy bones or glutathione for reducing oxidation. Hello friends. Welcome to the Ancient Health Podcast. I'm your host, Dr. Chris Motley. Today we're going to talk about high histamine. Histamine is the substance that creates high inflammation processes or effects in your body. Have you ever had chronic allergies, chronic sinusitis, sinus problems, rashes? Have you had any type of breakouts? Eczema, lung problems like not breathing? Well, when you're around a certain fume or smell or if you eat a certain food, you have an anaphylactic shock. Those are all evidence that there's high histamine in your blood. Have you suffered from that? If this is you, we want to discuss how the histamine can be produced and how it builds up. So in this podcast we want to talk about histam, the mechanism of it, how it's produced in your small intestine, how it goes up to your liver where it's stored to be cleaned out of the blood and then eventually leads up to the brain. So we're going to talk about that blood pathway of histamine. We then want to talk about how it affects you. What are the signs and symptoms that you could be showing right now that could be hidden signs of high histamine and what you could do to help clean it out. We're going to talk about some of the herbals and namely the homeopathics as well, that help clean out the mechanisms of histamine buildup. So we want to make sure that we dive into the psychological trauma, emotional aspect of high histamine within the liver. So this podcast, we're going to talk about more about the liver. We're going to talk about more about the gallbladder, because they're organs that are shared. They're basically connected by tubes. And we're going to talk about how the histamine can build up in those organs, leading to those symptoms I just talked about. I know that there are many avenues we can go down. We're talking about histamine. But I really want to focus in on what are the emotional aspects that can keep histamine hanging around. Because in the health industry, there's so much great information out there. There are so many good health education sources about where histamine comes from, how it builds up and what can cause it and what it can lead to in your body. So remember, if you have extra information and you want to send it my way, send it my way. I love to talk about it. I love to read it. I'm always learning. I really want to dive into the emotions eventually. Okay, so first of all, we're going to talk about some of the effects of histamine, about some of the signs and symptoms that you could have that could be affecting the liver and the gallbladder. Remember, the liver and the gallbladder basically are underneath the right ribs. Okay? You have the liver here, and it has these bile ducts. So imagine your brain, you have your liver, and you have these bile ducts, these tubes that are reaching up throughout your liver. And there's five or six of them, there may be more, and then that they all meet at one tube that drop out of the liver and dump into the gallbladder. And the gallbladder holds excess bile liquid fluid that your liver makes. So your gallbladder is a reservoir for the bile liquid your liver creates. And it happens mostly at night between the hours of 12:00am and 3:00am okay, so this is talking about disturbed sleep. It could be gallbladder or liver. So when we talk about the liver and gallbladder Remember, they're very connected. So first of all, when we talk about histamine, we want to go over some of the signs and symptoms that you could find from its effect on your liver and gallbladder. And I wrote a few down. Okay, so if you have it stored up, histamine in the liver and gallbladder, it could cause neck pain, headaches, ligament instability, like joint pain. Do you have that? Tendinitis, small muscle cramps? Have you ever noticed that your eyes look a little yellow, like a little jaundice? Your vision gets blurry, sometimes you feel like you have hazy vision. What about any type of irritation or itching in the reproductive area? Women, it could be in the vaginal area. Men could be around the testicles. It can really affect the reproductive organs. Also, have your nails become brittle? Do you have any type of skin discoloration, yellowing of the skin? Your skin just does not have the same color it used to. And if you have hormone imbalance, right here I've got des biohormone combination. It's just one of the great remedies I use for any individual that has hormone issues. So those are some of the things that you could look at for your body parts. Now I wrote down some of the disorders that your health can show, like some diseases or infections. So what about your coordination? Do you feel like you're clumsy lately? What about your movement, your locomotion? What about having fibromyalgia? Have you suffered from that? Do you know somebody that has fibromyalgia? It's very, very debilitating. Migraines, tension headaches, cramps, spasms, being irritable or angry. Have you had any type of constant nausea, upset stomach? You have the hormone problems. You can literally have depression mixed with anxiety and addictive personalities, addiction, and some of the more major things that are out there, such as Parkinson's, also cirrhosis of the liver and a repetitive strain in your body. And let's not forget the all important gallstones. They are some of the things I treat here at the office, literally weekly. I know that's a lot to take in. Everyone. But if you identify with just a few of those, I know some people say, well, you could have those type of symptoms and it could come from anything. I totally agree. But if you notice that you have many of these that could point you back to your liver and gallbladder. So let's start off talking about how histamine can be produced and how it can come up into your system. So when we're talking about Histamine, it's built up within the small intestine. And you have quite a bit of mast cells within the small intestine. So remember, you have your stomach, you eat food, it breaks it down, it takes that food and makes it liquefied, and it goes into your small intestine, where your small intestine is the tubes in your gut that pull out all the nutrients, the vitamins, the minerals, everything, the fats, the carbs out of that food. You have mast cells there that can release histamines. I want you to know this. Mast cells can not only produce histamines, but mast cells also can produce other types of chemicals. So this is a side note. They can produce meteors like cytokines, prostaglandins, leukotrins. These are all inflammatory markers in the body. So if you have high prostaglandins or leukotrines, cytokines, it means that you've activated your mast cells. So you have that along with histamine. Did you know that your mast cells also produce serotonin? It affects your mood. When your mast cells are chronically activated, the mast cells also produce different types of enzymes that help clean up your joints. So you get what I'm saying? When you have mast cell release, you're causing your body to release certain chemicals that can affect everything. Your immune system, your joint stability, your digestion, your mood, and histamine, your allergic responses. So the reason that they're there is because if you ate food and your hydrochloric acid in your stomach broke down the food, and let's say some of the food is not the best for you, when the food is in the digestive tract, your body can release histamine to activate other immune type cells to come into the area to kill off the infection that could be in the small intestine. And the reason being is because the body doesn't want that stuff to get into your bloodstream, to jump over through the arteries and then make its way up to your liver. It's a defense mechanism. So your body will release histamine. If you have a parasite in your intestines. Bacteria, a food, like if you ate too many processed carbs, bad fats, any types of excess sugars which cause infections to get into that area, your body uses the mast cells. So let's say this. I myself, as an example, I ate quite a bit of cereal when I was a kid out there. You guys are smiling right there, right now because let me ask you, have you had a cereal that you can remember right now that you ate tons of. And you're like, that was complete sugar. Like, literally, I ate tons of Cocoa Pebbles. I don't know how many boxes of Cocoa Pebbles. It was cheap. We didn't have a lot of money. We were decently poor when I was a kid. And we ate a lot of Cocoa Pebbles. I ate a lot of Frosted Flakes, or we ate the generic brand, the ones that didn't even have, you know, the Tony the Tiger on it. And I ate so much of that and drank so much Coca Cola or Double Cola, the ones that wasn't even the real Cola. Feel the resentment. But I did that. And it built up so much sugar, so much yeast and Candida, so many inflammatory agents in my gut that I got leaky gut. And most of us in American culture have it, okay? That's the problem we have. So all the time, histamine is building up to try to help bring in some other things into the gut to fight it off. Then the histamine can do this. It can jump over into your artery system because you have arteries lining your intestines. They will push the nutrients, the vitamins and minerals from your food over into the bloodstream to go up to the liver the same time. If you have high histamines. The problem is you can get high histamine in your blood and it makes its way to the liver as well. So then your liver starts to hold blood that has high histamine, possible infections, possible allergens, high amounts of cytokines, and even serotonin. What happens when you have excess serotonin? You can get anxiety. You see where I'm going with this? All of this is dumping into your liver. So your liver has all of this going on and whether or not you have a good enzyme production from your genetics. So you hear all this, this talk about the hnmt. It's a gene. A gene is an enzyme, right? A gene takes this enzyme or creates this enzyme, and this enzyme is called an hnmt. There's hnmt, there's a dao, and I don't want to get too complicated, but there are genes, enzymes that break down things. That's what enzymes do. They break down things further. And this HNMT will break down your histamine. So your HNMT takes that histamine in the liver, and if it's excess, it's doing a lot of work to get that histamine to be broken down. So the histamine is going to be broken down eventually, too. So you can urinate it out or you can push it out to your bowel movements. So high histamine. But what happens if you have so much histamine built up in the liver and it's overworked your liver? Your liver does not have enough HNMT enzymes, the gene production of the enzyme, to help you with breaking down the histamine. It could possibly stay in your blood. So you have all these excess agents that are overworking your liver. And the body takes the blood and then sticks it up through this little vein up into your heart. So your liver takes the blood, tries to cleanse it, and then pump it to the heart so the heart has clean blood, so it's not dirty blood. Then the dirty blood, if it's in your heart, will go up to your brain and then to your muscles and then to your joints. So then you can get foggy brain, lightheadedness, migraines, irritability. You could have tension headaches, cramping in your muscles, joint breakdown just from your liver being overworked. So you see how it spreads. You don't have enough HNMT enzyme to break it down. So that's the mechanism. So when you talk about taking. But they have a dehist. I love dehist. There's one out there by Ortho Molecular and you can look into this. Orthomolecular has a really good product known as Dehist De his junior and it has certain components, certain herbs in there that help the liver to break down the histamine. Some of them have the common ones, like milk thistle, dandelion schisandra, which I have right here. Schisandra supreme is amazing for liver cleansing. You can also use certain types of minerals and vitamins, like certain B vitamins, B1, B2, B3, B6, B12. All of these components, vitamins and minerals can help break down the histamine. Now, if it's in your body and it needs to be broken down, you're going to start seeing all these minor signs and symptoms that I just mentioned to you. And you can take things to help flush the liver, which I'm going to get into in just a second. But I want you to know that even though you have all the vitamins and minerals in your system, and you then continue to have some imbalanced liver enzymes like ALT or ast, you still have high histamine issues. You still have the problem with your liver being congested. You're still having gallstones. Why I want you to write this down. It could possibly be that you have an emotional or a psychological trauma that's perpetuating the problem in your liver and in the gallbladder area. So one of the things I love to talk about with my patients is that when they keep having high histamine, they need to look back in their biological history, their health history, and we have to dive into the effects of the starvation conflict. In German medicine, this is very important. We talk about the body feeling starved. So in Chinese medicine, I don't want to get confused. Chinese medicine always talks about anger, right? Creation, hate, gall, the unmitigated gall, stubbornness. And you're shaking your head like, dude, I have all of those. Why high histamine will make you irritable. Histamine helps you wake up in the morning. Histamine is there as a good mechanism to give you excitement. But if it's overworking your system, you're going to get angry. If you have imbalanced serotonin as well from those mast cells, you're going to be moody. But the other thing is, is that if you have a starvation conflict, if you felt that you had or feel the fear of not having enough or not being enough. The fear of not having enough or not being enough is a starvation conflict. It could involve food. It could be that when you're young, you did not have a lot of food. That is a very hard thing when people go hungry. It hurts my heart. You could have not enough food, not enough water. Your mom or dad could have gone through a starvation conflict. My mom lived in the times of Korea when there was large amounts of food shortage. My grandmother and my great grandparents lived through parts of the depression. Definitely that's why people can become hoarders, because there's a starvation conflict. If you have a fear of not being enough or having enough, there's the feeling that you could run out of resources, you could run out of food, water, money, you could run out of a job, you could have a devastating divorce, you could have had a loss of a certain provider. You could have had something in your life that was taken away. Now when you have a starvation conflict, you have to identify in your life or your parents life or your grandparents life if they had this conflict. It goes back generations now. It's made in the endoderm layer. And that's. We get really complicated. Just know it's one of your cell layers. But these liver cells, the parenchyma they're called, are responding to your beliefs. So let that sink in. If you believe you don't have enough. If you're not enough that you can't be enough for somebody else, your liver will kick in. It will kick in to help with creating energy. Creating the energy you need to be enough to have enough. You're going to work harder to get things to grow. I want to grow my income, I want to grow my money, I want to grow my household. I want to grow. You want things to grow because you didn't have enough. That's why in Chinese medicine, the green color of the wood element, which is the liver and the gallbladder, represent growth. So the Chinese medicine, they say that the liver and the gallbladder are there to help you grow. So you're going to produce all the energy you can. So what happens? Your liver cells will work their hearts to absorb all the nutrients it can to produce all the enzymes to produce all the mechanisms that you need to get energy to grow. Produce enough. So you have the liver with a starvation conflict. So get this. You work hard in your life. I know you guys work hard. You guys are shaking your head. Yes, that's me. Worked my hardest. Didn't have a lot when I was a kid. Parents didn't have enough. And then when you work hard and get what you need, you don't want to give it up. I wouldn't. I worked hard for what I got. I don't want anybody taking it away from me, and I'll fight for it. I want to keep what I earned. What I earned, I earned. So when you don't want to give up what you've earned because you've worked hard for it and you deserved it, you spent all that time overworking your liver. And the liver takes the bile, the liquid is produced and dumped it down to your gallbladder. There's a mechanism that connects them. The mechanism of the gallbladder and the liver is to help you keep your territory, to keep what you've earned. So anybody that comes to me that has a territorial issue, so A, you have a starvation conflict, I worked. B, I want to keep what I've worked for, and that's my territory, that's my possessions. I worked hard to get where I'm at, to get my identity. And this happens a lot to women especially. I worked hard to get to my position, to my level, and I don't want anybody taking it away from me. Over the past few weeks, I've shared about Wave Watch, a sound frequency wearable designed to help your body rest, rebalance, and heal naturally. In my recent interview with John from Wave Watch, we discussed testimonies ranging from sleep and anxiety to tremors, kidney stones and ptsd. The frequency sets are rooted in holistic health and frequency medicine. Excel Wave Watch is family run by Linda, John, Joseph and John and they truly care about people's health beyond just a product. It's easy to use, non invasive and risk free with a 30 day guarantee. Try today and get 100 off with code Dr. Motley@wavewatch.com Dr. Motley so if somebody tries to invade and take your money, your time, your care, take your position, take your family away, take anything away from you, that's when the gallbladder starts to kick in. It's a reservoir of extra bile. You guys hear it? The bile. And that bile will help you break down more food in your stomach. I know there's a lot to take in, but that bile will break down more food in your stomach to produce even extra energy. You see how it all works together? It's there to give you extra energy so you can keep what you've earned. This is the psychological component of the organ. You work, you earn, you want to keep it. So when you have a territorial conflict, keeping what you've earned, keeping your identity, if you overwork your gallbladder, it'll injure the gallbladder, leading to gallstones and gall sludge, all from a starvation conflict. No fault of your own. You weren't trying to think that I'm starving inside. I'm starving for love, I'm starving for my opposition in life. You weren't really thinking that. You just realized I need to get ahead in my life. So you have the gallbladder and the liver overworking. These things are overworked. And so the liver will produce more cells to do more of the job that you're thinking about doing. Does that make sense? You're thinking about it and your liver is over producing cells so it can do more work for you. So as the cells proliferate or grow or multiply and it's happening in your gallbladder, you're going to have excess cells in your liver. And if you require more energy, you may eat more foods that may not be the best for you, that have more sugars, more starches. And this can produce more histamine shunting right up into the liver again. See this, this catch 22. So we have more histamine building built, being built up in the liver. You're having more cells being produced in the liver. So what happens is this. Your body will attract, at times, other microbes. It'll attract microbes to the liver, to the gallbladder area, to help break down or decompose old dead cells. So your body creates a lot of liver cells, and then they die off. And your body says there are too many cells being produced because the brain is thinking about getting ahead. Starvation, Starvation. I can't lose what I got. And so the cells are being produced multiple times a day, Just. Just being produced. And your body says, I gotta decompose some of these because they're gonna grow too big in the gut and there's too much to decompose. So at times the body will allow certain microbes, namely the ones I see the most in the liver. There's many of them. You can find Lyme disease and parasites. Yes. Liver flukes, thread worms, tapeworms. Yes. You can find those definitely in the liver. They've been found. Some of the main bacteria I've seen are Mycobacterium, Mycobacterium tuberculosis, tb, Mycobacterium pneumonia. Chronic lung infections. They can get in your liver. E. Coli fungus, such as Candida or Aspergillus. Everybody talks about black mold, Aspergillus mold. So you have all these infections in your liver trying to decompose. These have been shown through research that they are primary microbes that devour liver cells. So have you ever had a problem with, seriously with TB or pneumonia? Have you had a reoccurring candida yeast infection? Have you had E. Coli that then turns into a chronic uti black mold? I've always got mold issues. That never goes away. They're built up in the liver to help decompose the liver cells. Nature and God. God allows this stuff to build up to help clean it out. But what happens when you are thinking so much about starvation programming and not having enough, and the cells are reproducing so much that then the infections just overgrow too much for the body to even handle. Now they're producing toxins and they're producing infection chemicals that make you sick. You then have a problem. Now, as these microbes are sometimes trying to be a cleanup crew, but now they're starting to overgrow, and they're going to have the effects that they've had, like TB in the lungs, Mycobacterium pneumonia in the lungs, E. Coli spreading down through your urinary system. Your body's trying to pee it out, but it keeps giving you a Recurring utm, you have these things overgrowing. And it all stems from a belief system maybe that I'm not enough, I don't have enough, I can't be enough for somebody else. And that's why I always recommend homeopathics, namely to start off and then herbals to clean out those infections. The reason I use homeopathics is because I need the body to recognize that it is acting under this program. When you can get someone, someone to believe that they have enough, that they are enough, then it's okay to let go of some possessions. I don't have to keep everything in control. They'll start seeing their liver release, their gallbladder release. I recently got a text, but I won't name any names. But I have a dear patient, she's still so great, such a kind person. And I, I won't go all the specifics but in the clinic we encounter so many different stories and I love the stories and it teaches me to, to try to search for more things. But this patient, she's been a patient for many years and she had gotten sick by doing relief work down in Katrina in different areas. She'd always did relief work and she got mold very badly working in the flood sections of our country, helping all over the country and even all over the world she did get sick. And when she came she always had gallbladder and liver, even lungs. But for years I would work on her gallbladder, giving proper herbs, homeopathics and doing acupuncture and acupressure and using laser. And we got to the point where her liver and galler were really cleaned up and she didn't have any more pains, any more aches because side note is that she would always wake up between the hours of like 11pm to like 2am and that's primary liver gallbladder time. She had anger, she had joint pain and I always wondered why she had these types of issues. And we started to really dive deep because she's a deep well, she gives me some of the best advice in my life. I'm not kidding. Such a smart lady, just, just brilliant. And she said that when she was younger she helped build her dad's and brother's business. It grew into a multi million dollar business. But one of the things she would slightly say you would, you would pick up on it was she would say things like her parents possibly showed a little bit more favor towards her other, her other siblings, she was the only girl and eventually they were going to sell the business to One of the siblings. And she eventually got out of the business. But from the underlying theme was that she didn't feel like she was seen, that she was not enough. She didn't get enough. Not saying just attention, but the recognition she should have gotten from the parents or from the owners, her parents, her dad. So remember I said she may not have gotten enough recognition or appreciation. She may not gotten enough at the end, maybe, I don't know, many funds or money. But with for women especially, the loss of identity, not being recognized is very important. That was taken from her. Like you should have been recognized for this, but I'm not recognizing for that. So she had a starvation conflict. She felt starved for not recognition as an ego thing, but just appreciation. Recognizing this and giving, getting options of how she could actually maybe, you know, progress within this whole business cell. Maybe there's more progression that she could have had within the business, not being recognized by her father. And so that turned into a constant liver program that was always kicking that liver in. And she is such a smart businesswoman. She's always made businesses grow and be successful. And she's a visionary for other people. She's making it grow just from that original time when she was very young. Not being recognized and not being appreciated. It wasn't about the food, it could lead to that, but it was about her not feeling that love and warmth that she deserved. So this led to constant liver issues and gallbladder issues. Now she eventually, the last few days, had to get her gallbladder removed. I got a text, Family member said she's in the hospital, she's okay. But she had a very large stone release. And it would put her in so much pain, which it would very large stone. And most of us would say, oh, no, that means that she's getting sicker and sicker. It can lead to sepsis. So if you have a gallbladder issue, you need to go get it checked and get a sound ultrasound. If you have to get it removed, you may have to get it removed if it's totally diseased. But in German medicine, they say that when the body finally recognizes what the issue is, what the problem is, that it will let go of the excess cells. It'll stop producing it. It will let go of the need for the excess microbes. You don't need it. So the body starts flushing all the microbes and all the excess cells out. What happens if it's overgrown in the area? Right. You guys get my drift? It's overgrown already. So the body's going to Spend a lot of time trying to push all this excess microbes and infections and cells out. And then the gallbladder gets overworked. Maybe a stone dislodges, maybe sludge dislodges, tries to make its way to those tiny bile ducts, the common bile duct, over to the stomach, and you get a buildup of these stones and the junk and sludge, and it's too much for you, the body, to let go of. All because she started recognizing that, hey, I am enough. That's what happens when you start working with the homeopathics and the herbs. You get the brain and the higher mind to recognize the emotions that you're fighting off, that you're pushing away. And now you realize it, you recognize it, and you can start to let go. So she had to get surgery, had to get it removed. And she says she's doing great, she's recovering. But it did show something positive that she was relieving that program of belief in her mind. Can you do other things? If it was, you know, if you had the capability to save the gallbladder, possibly. But if it's too diseased and too tired, I understand. You know, some people have to have surgeries. The whole point, though, is that with her liver and with her gallbladder problems she's had in the past, in my opinion, it all came from that original belief. So what were some of the things that I've recommended? I've recommended different herbals and different homeopathics, but what are things I've recommended her to? Other patients that have had this belief, have had high histamine mast cell number one. We say diet. Yes. Cut out the excess refined sugar limit to cut out your excess dairy, cow dairy. You don't need that much sugar in your liver right now. You may be able to do it later. I know people talk about raw dairy. I think it's great, but there's still galactose in it. Sugars. Cut out refined carbs, refined starches, as much as possible, limit them. And you want to rid the body of any old trans or fake fats, rancid seed oils. That's very hard on the gallbladder, liver. So you want to cut those out. You want to start doing emotional work to relieve the anger, the frustration, any resentment. If you had any events in your life that had so much anger or frustration or starvation, like, I didn't get love, I'm angry at my mom or my dad or my parents or family members or spouses, partners, I always recommend neuro emotional Technique Net. That's one. If you can find a practitioner that's net in your area. Net mindbody.com EFT tapping works tremendously. Literally uses acupuncture points so you can learn that online. EFT tapping. One of my favorites is lens therapy neurofeedback. Lens lens neurofeedback. They do body lens, they do brain lens. It's a technique with a computer system and these probes that they put on your head that literally can help shift your brain's thinking, help you unearth hidden emotions. It's amazing. Therapy lens Oaks Ochs lens neurofeedback. And I do love emdr. Those are some key ways that you could unearth the emotions. I do that. One of my Favorites is using des Bio D E S B I O des Bio Liver. A Gallbladder Liver Meridian Opener. 15 to 20 drops two to three times a day of this will start to bring energy and awareness back to the liver and gallbladder. It'll open up your pathways of your brain and mind to the gallbladder and liver. And it will remind you when you're starting to go back into that liver starvation mechanism. Instead of saying, oh, I've got to get this done because I got to get ahead and so I gotta hurry up and do this. It's gonna say, okay, you can step back. You have enough. You are enough. Let's work from a calm state. It'll remind you of that and you'll become more aware. I love this. I do like to use also at times their hormone combination. Five to ten drops two or three times a day. I can't say if you have hormone issues. You need to ask your primary care doctor about this. If you have hormone issues or even liver issues. If you have questions. But their hormone combination is awesome. To help with processing excess estrogens, any type of hormone imbalance within the liver. And then I usually add in. We call NET remedies NET Neuro emotional technique would remedy times. I have people spray three to four times. Three to four times a day, depends on the person. But you want to start off slowly. If you guys are aware and you have a lot of anger, resentment, you want to start off lower numbers. You can do less than half the dose that they recommend. But when you start these, you always put the homeopathic in your mouth. You let it sit there for 30 seconds and then you take your tongue and you move the fluid around your gums and cheeks and let it soak in. Wait about a minute or two and then go to the Next remedy. But this wood remedy has helped open up the gallbladder and liver pathways as well. It's super great. It helps you understand your emotions, your anger, your frustration. If you get a little angry, though, during this, you may want to, you know, be aware of that. You could be. And then when I get those emotions rolling, I add in another homeopathic called. I don't have it here with me. It's at the office. It's called Systemic Drainage by desbio. Write that down. Systemic drainage is amazing. It'll drain the muscles, the spinal fluid, the brain, the liver, the kidneys, the lungs, the lymph. It is amazing. Fifteen drops, two times a day, three times a day. I have seen it clear up so much with these other remedies to get the liver opened up. If you start getting cramps in your liver or gallbladder, you need to make sure that you don't make it cramp too heavily. You may want to back off and always ask your primary care doctor if it's something for you. But I've seen it work wonders. And then I go in and I check a few of the herbs that I really love to clean up. Those bacteria that can be commonly known for liver, such as UVA Ursi. Uva ursi is known for its effect on the kidneys and the bladder. But one of the things I love about UVA ursi is that it has such an effect on the mycobacterium. And it is one of my favorites. It's like literally on UVA Ursi, you can use this to clean up mycobacterium, which is like things that can cause like TB effects or pneumonia. It helps with E. Coli, it helps with Salmonella, it's helped with H. Pylori. But if you have had excess seriously, TB or Mycobacterium, Uva ursi is amazing. Another one I don't have here with me is golden thread. Golden thread is amazing for any type of excess Aspergillus. It's really good also for cleaning up E. Coli and some Mycobacterium. So you have uva Ursi or even golden thread. They are tremendous at cleaning out these excess infections. And golden thread will kill off Candida as well. Those two are some of my top ones because they go after the infections that I mentioned. The e. Coli, Salmonella, H3, Mycobacterium aspergillus. Just those two. There's other ones I love. I love Andrographis Andro, like Android andro graphis is very good. It's a Natural histamine cleaner. So you have the uva, Ursi, golden thread and even some Andrographis. And then I can't forget Schisandra, Schisandra Supreme. This right here will help clean out the liver. Now, you don't want to take full dosage. Everything is based upon 150 pound person. Their dosages are based upon that weight. So if you are lighter, if you're £100, you need to cut down your doses by a third. Watch your symptomatology, make sure you don't over detoxify. But you will start noticing that you have better bowel movements earlier bowel movements, more urination bubbles in your urine. You'll start noticing that you have quite a bit more infections within the bowels and the urine and you'll smell it. You'll have better sleep. You may have a little disturbed sleep. You may get up a little bit more in the middle of the night around the 12am to 1 to 2am because you're cleaning out the liver, but it eventually should start to fade. You may have crazy dreams, you may have a little bit more angry dreams, but it should fade and your energy should start getting better. So with all of this, all these going on, this is some of the remedies I've used to help with high histamine. If you do some of these remedies, I usually say four to six weeks and you can go back and check and see if your histamine has gotten any better if you notice that it's dropped. But the goal of the podcast is to tell you that you have to get your brain and your mind to recognize any starvation, conflicts or programming or any anger or frustration. It will keep the liver going if you're not careful. Positive notes. I've seen many patients do really well at cleaning these things, these emotions out. Their histamine gets better, their liver function, their liver enzymes. It is amazing what homeopathics and herbs can do together. So if you know anybody that has high histamine, that's had high problem, high histamine problems with their liver or their gallstones or gall infections, please send this over to them.
