I got the shortest shorts in the room. Anybody got any shorter shorts than me? No, not even the girls. Okay. By the way, listen to me. It's a superpower to feel confident. There's a reason why a lot of you in here hadn't built anything great in life because you're always worried about what someone else thinks about you. Some of you agree. Some of you won't. Some of you in here today will participate. Some of you won't. I want you guys to all build what you want in life. I was in sales when I was young. Origin story, super important. Does anybody not know who I am? If you don't, it's cool. I want to tell you because I think the origin story of anybody, before they go to talk to you, you. You got to know who they are. Because I may come from even a place where you're like, oh, screw this guy. By the way, guys, I got a hundred million dollar business. Now, when I say that today, you're like, oh, this guy's got it. Nope. I know how to build a human. I'm really good. And I built me. And so if I can build me, I can build her. Learning knowledge, that's nothing. Taking action when you learn, the knowledge is everything. You know what I learned. And I want some of you to listen to me because the hardest thing you'll ever do in your life is to be present. Every one of you guys got that cell phone sitting in front of you. That cell phone. That's the reason why you're broke. That's the reason why your marriage sucks. That's the reason why your kids don't look up to you. That's the reason why you're out of shape, because when you go to the gym, you can't even stay off your. That's the reason why your life sucks. That's the reason why you're not even successful is because you compare yourself to everybody else. You literally are getting your ass whipped because you're never really where you are. I'M going to share some important information today that all of you will get your life changed. If I don't change your life, I'll give you. I'll give you a thousand bucks. I'll give you 10,000. I decided one day this game is rigged. It's a rigged game, and once you understand the game, you own it. And there's a lot of reasons why some of you in here right now aren't owning the game. It's two things. You create or you compete. You have to create something the world's never seen. If you want to build something the world's never had, if you want to make more money than you ever imagined, you don't compete. You want to compete. You fight over crumbs. I create. I kick all your. What is an underdog? Are you. An underdog is somebody who was poor, somebody who was doubted when they were young, somebody who didn't have a good leader. Some of you guys were labeled add, adhd, ocd, bipolar. You're an idiot. Whatever. To me, you know what I know? Those people are the most dangerous people in this room. I've learned when I was younger. What you don't have as a kid, you crave as an adult. I feel sorry for any of you because you can't have this magic superpower that I have being raised poor and made fun of. You have no idea the fuel and the chip. I have my shoulder. I will rip your face off. You do not want to play against me. I will never quit. I will always be consistent. I will never slow down, and I will always come back. Nobody wants to stand in front of somebody that won't stop fighting. That's the dangerous power of an underdog. Sales and leadership will get you rich. I need you to hear me. Don't chase the money. Some of you are in here like, I want to make more money. You'll never make more money. You chase the man. You chase the woman. When you become who you're supposed to become, you make what you're supposed to make. The greater you can change, the more money you'll make, the faster you can change. The more money you'll make, the quicker you can change, the more people that will want to be like you. The more people that want to be like you want to be led by you. And leaders get paid the greatest. And so I learned this trick, and I'm going to teach it to you all today, that people will choose their mentors over money. Some of you in here, you're not on fire like everybody's tired. Everybody's asleep. Like, this is a serious business, guys. Tell me you're gonna make a lot of money and not have fun. Come on, man. Are you serious, dude? You know how I blew the sales industry up? I went into the sales industry in November of 2019, and I said, man, I'm gonna be the greatest sales trainer that was ever built. You know how I'm gonna do it? I'm gonna stop being freaking boring. I'm gonna stop being dead. I'm gonna make sales fun again. I'm gonna get out there and I'm gonna make sales, which is the greatest thing in the world. It's a free enterprise system. Do you guys understand sales? Sales equals commissions. Commissions equals freedom. Freedom equals time. You guys want more time to do the sh. Do yes or no. How many of you guys right now because you don't have enough money? Who's got kids? Raise your hand. Can't go to the dance recital, baby. Can't go to the birthday. Got to do this. That's not called sacrifice. You're not growing fast enough. Step one, lead yourself. Step two, lead others. Step three, build leaders that build more leaders. Nobody makes it to step three. I did. I know the play. If I don't want to be you, I'm not going to listen to you. Let me say it again. If I don't want to be you, I'm not going to listen to you. A leader is somebody that has influence. Would you agree? How influential are you? May know Tommy Mello owns A1 garage doors. Have y'all guys seen how good a shape Tommy Mello got in? Do you guys know Tommy Mello runs like a million bucks a day? I'm the one that walked up to Tommy three, four years ago, grabbed his chin, and go, dude, you're fat, bro. You're the leader. You're the leader. You're the one your freaking team looks up to, bro. And if you're out of shape, they're out of shape. They're looking at you. Lead the way, boss, not make me money. People work for a boss for a paycheck. They work for the leader for blood, sweat, and tears. What do you want? I know when I work for someone else. I wanted to have a bad leader. It's a leaderless nation. It's a father nation. You know, a lot of people, all they want to do is find someone in their life that can help them. Tommy Mello got in shape. His company in 90 days, lost 780 pounds. His company lost 790 pounds. Over three months. His office manager, she's like 280 pounds. She's 140 now. Her marriage is on fire. She's back in her kid's life. She feels healthy. She got off her diabetes medication. Tommy Mello made a decision, and it would forever change the life of his whole company. What am I talking about here? Self development. You guys want to make more money. Chase the man, not the money. That's the game. I know a lot of people right now that have a lot of money that literally hate themselves. You want to get rich, and you want to have a rich life. You listen to me. If you're good with where you're at, just don't listen to me. But if you don't like where you're at, you better listen up. I'm going to explain to you this. Everybody's broken. Everybody's lost. Everybody wants to feel important. Everybody wants to feel significant. Everybody wants to matter. Everybody's going to make a mistake, including you. And so if you can become this person that's just full of grace but also a bad leader in your own life, somebody that people can open up to and feel trust with, and you can become magnetic, and you can become on fire. Guys, I'm talking to everyone in this room like I know you guys. I don't need to walk around and shake all your hands. I'll talk to you like I know you. I've spoke to everybody my whole life. Like I've known them. That sells sales 101. You don't build rapport. Yeah, you can build rapport as you go, but you talk to people like you've known them right off the gate. Guess what? All of a sudden, you start talking with familiarity, like you know each other your whole life. It's like people are like, oh, you got to go up. How you doing? My name's Andy. Meet and greet fact. Find, qualify, build, report. No, dude, walk up to him like you've known him your whole life. It's no big deal. And then guess what happens within 30 seconds. You guys, the wall's torn down. You guys are best friends. Dude, listen, me gotta create something the world's never seen, and you ain't gonna do it by looking to the left and looking to the right. Today, you create something new. And I want to tell you, watch. Two years old, my mom left. Crackhead, alcoholic, not a victim story. Good. My wife has no one to compare herself to. I have no mother. Guess what? She rolls out. Anybody that's older? Jerry Springer. Anybody watch it growing up? My dad was married seven to eight times through our life. There was always a new stepmom every other year. He was never home. There was always a problem. I was raised by kids. My sisters are having sex in elementary school. I'm a kid, dude. Some of you understand. I don't know what the hell is going on. This is just our life. It's like kids raising kids. Some of you like, I can't believe that. Hey, there's a lot of people at it way worse than me. I didn't even have it that bad. We were just poor. We didn't have any money. Hey, can I have some lunch money? There's no lunch money. What do you do? You either steal or you don't eat. Two pairs of shorts, two pairs of shoes. Everybody knew we were poor. I knew when I came home to my friend's house after school, their parents sent me home because I was the kid with no manners that was poor, that didn't have good parents. I knew that's why I had to leave. I knew one day, and I didn't know how, but I remember being a kid, knowing one day I was going to break my bloodline. If the devil was to take you out, the number one thing that he would use to stop you from being successful would be instant gratification. He would say, man, you got to have it now, brother. You got to have it now, because you're never going to get it now. So you'll always quit. Winners live where quitters quit. How many of you this year? Go, babe, this year we're going to be marriage millionaires. We're going to be on fire. We're going to fall more in love this year than ever before. Secret. If me and you are the same in skill, but I have a better home life than you. I'm going to destroy you, brother. I'm going to destroy you. If I have a better home life than you, I'm going to kick your freaking. You know why? Because you're going to come into work all the time. You emotionally got problems. There's issues and stuff, but I'm on fire. I'm free, baby. I'm free. I'm alive. My girl supports me, dude. Any man that's in this room, that's a real man, it's like, we go to our women as, like, little boys. Like, babe, look what I killed today. Look what I killed. And she's like, all right, go get another one. And you're like, okay, I gotta go back out here and I gotta kill something else. We're literally like, I'm a man, but I'm also still internally like a little boy. And by the way, that's why my marriage is on fire. Some of you guys, the reason why you're not growing is because you've gotten too serious. I decided to treat my wife, whether we had money or not, like we were marriage millionaires. Listen to me. All I do is talk about my wife all the time. You know why? She is number one. Let's make it very clear. That woman bet on me when I was a project. I always say this. You need to know who you want to be and who you don't want to be. Well, I didn't know who I wanted to be in life, but I know who I didn't want to be, and I want to be anything like my parents. And you know what, dude? When I met my wife, she would tell me these things that no one else would tell me. She'd be like, babe, you're going to be a bad babe. I know that, you know, today, like, you're selling cars, but, like, that's just a part of the story. There's something that's going to happen, and we're going to change a lot lot of people's lives. It's gonna happen. Andy. There's always this one person that you never want to let down, and you guys should know who that person is. Like, one person that you go over my dead body. When I let that person down. That was my wife. She always believed in me. When the whole world comes against me, she's never left my side. All the credit goes to God, but it all goes to this woman that has such a good heart. She never brought up my past again when I changed. Women, when your men change and they're trying to change, be very careful of bringing up the past again. It's irrelevant. It's all about from today forward. If you want to see somebody to be great, talk about what we're doing now, where we're going to go in the future. They got to have hope in the future. That's why they want to change today, because they know tomorrow could be different. The decisions we make today shape tomorrow. The decisions we made yesterday shape today. So every one of you, you want to have hope in a future, what do you got to do? You got to be really good to yourself. You got to be really good to you. If you want your sales team to kick, you got to be really good to them. But common sense, like, doesn't exist in the world, you know? Why a lot of you, when you look to the left and to the right, you've got to lose your mind to modern day society. Listen to me. They don't make statues of the haters and the critics.
