If you don't believe these three things, you need to switch industries or jobs. Now, people say, how do I know if I'm in the right boat here? I'm gonna tell some of you guys, you better wake the up. And women, you better wake the up. Because a lot of you, you're not motivating your family, you're not inspiring them to reach for more. And this will strike you in the face. So now we're going to talk about making money, okay? Now I'm going to train you tactically. I've already given you the freaking thinking how I, how I operate this system, right? There's three things that you must know, all right? These three things are super important. Number one, what does it say there's treasure in my business. I need everybody to think right now, what business you do, what you sell, what industry you're in, what job you have. I need you to ask yourself, do you believe that there's treasure in your business and where you work? Yes or no? By the way, it's not anyone else's job to answer it. Do you believe it's there? That's the deal, okay? If you believe it's there. Number two, do you believe that you will find it? Will I find it? I need to know this. Look, if I'm going to go give everything I got, I need to know these three things. If you don't believe these three things, you need to switch industries or jobs. Now, people say, how do I know if I'm in the right boat here? Do you believe there's treasure in your business? Do you believe that there's treasure in the place that you work? Yes. Do you believe that you can find it? Can you find it? Only you can answer it. I don't care that freaking Bobby found it. Can I find it? Do I believe that I can find it? Most important, after these two, if there's a yes and a yes, is it worth it? Is it worth it? If I give everything that I have into this, is it worth it? This is why I tell you guys why leadership is the number one thing. Because if my team here knows my core values and my standards, dude, if they know, they're going to be here with me and I make their families better, I make their heart stronger. Guys, I don't do anything with a half heart. I do everything with a full heart. So every day I'm pouring this into my people, into me, into my wife, into my kids and my family. And lastly, is it anybody else's responsibility to motivate my Family other than me. I'm gonna tell some of you guys, you better wake the up. And women, you better wake the up. Because a lot of you, you're not motivating your family. You're not inspiring them to reach for more. And this will strike you in the face when you realize that they are sitting there and waiting. They're sitting ducks. And they're either gonna get picked off by this world like a sniper or you're gonna fucking motivate them. Inspire them and be the f ing example and bring good energy to your home and get them jacked up. Because I'm telling you, dude, this, you should take this personal. Absolutely personal. It is my responsibility. It's your greatest obligation to life, is for me to motivate my family.

There was a time I was doing a sales meeting now, firing everybody up.
B
And I see, I see.
A
And by the way, you may say and see, and people are sneaky because they don't say this, Jackie, don't come to me and go, I wish you would motivate me. Because that's not our language. Our language, Jackie, is I'm motivating the team. And she says sh out of the corner of her mouth and I hear it and it just says, I wish I could get some of that. Just say it one time. I know what she means. What you're saying is, I ain't been doing my job at home. Jackie married me. She married me to give her the ride of a lifetime. Okay? That didn't happen. I made money. I filled her purse full of cash. She had paid off cars, paid off house, but I was never present at home. I was a fucking piece of shit. I'm going to tell you guys, don't listen to me. When she was talking about relationships, a lot of you bypass all that. We're saving your life. Most of you will get divorced in here at some point. Divorce rate, 60%. So that means 60% of you are going to divorce. It's just, just odds, guys. It's not my number. I don't wish it to be that. Just telling you the fucking odds are. You know why? Because you're gonna go chase this, you're gonna lose this. And then when you go chase this and you lose this, you're gonna look up and you're gonna fucking lose that and you're gonna realize the fucking people.
B
That you love the most.
A
These people you were fucking pleasing. You should have been pleasing these people. If you got sick, these people won't be there. These people will be there. Just fucking truth. Remember, all growth starts with the truth. Starts with honesty. Once I got this, I see a lot of people are like, dude, this guy really loves his wife. Wouldn't everybody really love the person they spend their whole life with? By the way, do you think my team want to follow a leader from somebody who fucking shows their family lots of love or somebody who doesn't?
B
Can I ask you a question?
A
Do you think if I can show my team how much I love my family and I can show them how much they need to love their family, do you think they'll be more effective and productive at work with a good personal life and also fucking killing in business? Want to know how the LA group was built? Core values, fucking standards all starts with me and her. I'm trying to tell you guys, is there treasure in my business? Will I find it? Is it worth it? This worth thing isn't in dollars. This worth thing is, am I in the right environment? Okay, listen to me, guys, you can make money anywhere. Find your people, find your home, find your environment. And man, listen, if you're in a company and it doesn't exist, then you may say, my job is that I'm going to bring it there now. And watch. If they're like, we don't like that, fuck you, go somewhere else. You guys hear me? Fucking leave. Hey, you're not a quitter. When you leave, when you quit this and you start that, you're continuing on your journey. Dots. I'm not asking any of you to quit. Dots align like this and God has them ready. But you have to make choices along the way, okay? So these three things are things that you must know. I hope this helps you guys. To me, it really helped where I was going to put my energy.

Podcast Summary: "3 Things You MUST Know To WIN IN BUSINESS" with Andy Elliott
Podcast Information:
In this episode, Andy Elliott delves into the fundamental principles essential for succeeding in business. Emphasizing both mindset and actionable strategies, Andy outlines three critical beliefs that determine whether an individual will thrive or need to reconsider their current professional path.
Andy begins by challenging listeners to evaluate their belief in the potential within their current business or industry. He poses a direct question:
Andy Elliott [00:00]: "Do you believe that there's treasure in your business and where you work? Yes or no?"
Andy underscores that recognizing the value and opportunities in one's field is the first step toward achieving success. This belief acts as a foundation upon which all further efforts are built.
The second belief centers on self-efficacy—the confidence in one's ability to uncover and capitalize on opportunities within their business.
Andy Elliott [00:45]: "Do you believe that you will find it? Will you find it?"
Andy emphasizes that personal belief in one's capabilities is crucial. Without this self-confidence, even the richest opportunities may remain untapped.
The final belief asks listeners to assess whether the pursuit of success in their current path is worthwhile. This encompasses evaluating the personal and professional sacrifices required.
Andy Elliott [02:15]: "Is it worth it? Is it worth it? If I give everything that I have into this, is it worth it?"
For Andy, the worth is not solely measured in financial terms but also in the alignment with one's core values and the impact on one's life and family.
Andy shifts focus to the role of leadership both in business and at home. He passionately argues that motivating and inspiring one's family is paramount and directly influences professional success.
Andy Elliott [01:30]: "It's my responsibility. It's your greatest obligation to life, is for me to motivate my family."
He highlights that effective leadership stems from personal integrity and the ability to inspire those closest to us, creating a supportive environment that fuels business achievements.
Addressing the often-overlooked aspect of work-life balance, Andy candidly shares his own experiences and mistakes, particularly regarding neglecting family for business pursuits.
Andy Elliott [04:20]: "I was never present at home. I was a fucking piece of shit."
This raw honesty serves as a cautionary tale, stressing that personal relationships are integral to long-term success and happiness.
Andy asserts that genuine growth begins with honesty and embracing the truth about oneself and one's circumstances.
Andy Elliott [05:00]: "Remember, all growth starts with the truth. Starts with honesty."
He encourages listeners to confront uncomfortable truths as a pathway to personal and professional development.
Linking personal well-being with business performance, Andy suggests that a fulfilling personal life enhances effectiveness and productivity at work.
Andy Elliott [05:10]: "Do you think if I can show my team how much I love my family and I can show them how much they need to love their family, do you think they'll be more effective and productive at work with a good personal life and also fucking killing in business?"
This holistic approach underscores the interconnectedness of personal and professional spheres.
Andy advises listeners to seek environments that nurture their beliefs and values. If the current setting lacks these elements, he advocates for taking proactive steps to change it.
Andy Elliott [06:00]: "Find your people, find your home, find your environment. And man, listen, if you're in a company and it doesn't exist, then you may say, my job is that I'm going to bring it there now."
He encourages resilience and adaptability, emphasizing that leaving a non-supportive environment is a strategic move toward greater success.
Andy Elliott's episode serves as a comprehensive guide for professionals seeking to excel in business. By focusing on foundational beliefs, personal responsibility, and the synergy between personal life and professional success, Andy provides actionable insights that resonate deeply with listeners.
