If you're broke, unknown, or just starting out and you want to build a pipeline of leads, watch this video. You don't need a million followers. What you need to do is run the play I'm about to teach you. When I blew my business up, I literally had zero followers. I'd never been on social media. Everyone said I need to spend a ton of money in paid marketing. They were wrong. In this video, I'm going to show you how to go from zero and nothing to blowing up and getting more leads than you ever imagined. Alright guys, so step one, by the way, write this down and pay attention. I did this. So. So I'm not some theory teacher like saying, oh, you need to do all this stuff, dude, I freaking did it. I'm an applicant teacher, okay? I blew this up. Number one, get freaking loud. Loud, get loud. Get out there. Do you got something good? Do you have something good? Does it help people? You got to get freaking loud, man. Look, by the way, you're going to have people, they're going to make fun of you. They're going to laugh, they're going to doubt you. Screw them. Dude, there's 8 billion people in this world. Quit worrying about those 20 over there. You hear me? That's why most people won't get loud. I'm going to teach you what you got to do. I call this a Bermuda Triangle. You know what the Bermuda Triangle is? They say once you get in there, you can't get out. That's what you're going to build. Freaking spider web. And you're going to get loud. Number one, Instagram and Facebook, you're going to get loud. They own each other. Get loud. There. This is simple, this is easy. You have zero followers. Who cares, dude, you could have 10 leads and you could freaking make a bunch of money. Don't think you have to have millions of followers. TikTok and YouTube, right here, watch the Bermuda Triangle. LinkedIn. You want to run this guideline right here. And your customers, once they get in here and you're on all five of these channels, they can't get out. Now I want you to understand this. There's multiple different ways you have posts and guys, I'm going to give you a secret right now. Posting a picture with good ad copy. A static post. I don't know why right now. I used to post a video and get 500,000 views every time. Now that same video gets 50,000 views. But a picture used to get 50,000 views. Now they're getting 500,000 views. Static post, post a picture. Good ad copy. I promise you it'll do huge. That's the post. Then you got reels. Okay, what does that mean? It lives on the main page. Those are videos, right? If your reel goes viral, write this down. First three seconds, you got to get loud. First three seconds, a hook. It means everything. Post reels on all these channels. Okay? But static posts are huge. Lastly, stories. Dude, your stories will run for 24 hours. Okay? Dude, stories, they engage. And all the time you can be like, I'm just giving an example. Like when I worked at the car lot, most average car guys sell six to eight cars a month. I was selling 80. Dude, are you kidding me? And I do this in my business today, but I'd hold my phone up, I'm like, guys, what's going on? You see this thing sitting right here behind me? 2017 Chevy Suburban, black leather interior. Traded in by an older man last night. 38,000 miles. Ain't no one know we got it except you guys watching it. 2017 holds nine passengers. You're looking for a vehicle that holds everybody. That's a newer car, but not too new, where it's too expensive, but it's got low miles. Oh my goodness. This one ain't gonna last. It'll never make it to the front of the lot. I get 15 text messages. How much is a Suburban? What my monthly payment be? What's my car worth? Where are you located? Dude, I'm telling you guys, I don't care what you do. Everybody needs to know who you are, what you do, how great you are at what you do and where you're freaking out. You gotta get loud. Alright guys, number two, you gotta create a freaking lead magnet. I don't know why so many people don't get this. Write this down. Give value first. Added value. So I'm just giving an example. If I was in the gym and I was like a fitness trainer and I wanted to sell like a coaching program as fitness, I would post a picture of me or a video of me with my six pack and it'd be like, hey guys, every day everybody's asking me, andy, what do you eat? They've seen my transformation. They watch how I get shredded and they're like, andy, give me the blueprint, bro. What are you eating? Guys, I put together my six week shred that I Did that literally not only burned all the body fat off me, increased my muscle mass, I have more energy than ever and it doesn't even feel like a diet. This is my new lifestyle. Look, if you guys would like this and I'm going to give it to you guys for free. F, R, E, E. It's my favorite four letter F word. It is free. Is that free? Yup. What you gave them, does it have value? Yup. Does it help them? Yes. So if they paid you $0 and you gave them something that increased their value, made them happier, made them better, did they owe you money already? I think so. But we're not asking for money. What are we asking for? We're going to give them this. As long as they fill in their name, their phone number and their email and then when they fill this out, it's going to send them for free what gives them value. Then you have the opportunity to reach out and say, hey Tony, I saw that you got the PDF, what I eat my daily six week shred system, right? What I follow my diet. But obviously just that piece of paper alone probably won't change your life. Tell me where you're at, tell me where you want to go and you know, tell me what's going on. Just in a 30 second conversation. Oh man, are we having a conversation now about me getting a client now? I'm a fitness coach, I created a lead magnet. I gave this away for free, now I got a lead. How much did that cost me? By the way? They're getting value so I've given them something that helps them. Now when I reach out, is that a cold lead or a warm lead? Remember this reciprocity. When you give someone something first, what will they do? They'll want to give you something back. Create a free lead magnet. Alright guys, so number three, write this down. Use DMs like a closer. Now by the way, you may say, well what is a dm? That's where when I direct message someone, that's a dm, I direct message somebody. And by the way, I'm going to give you a secret, okay? Sweat equity. Remember we're not spending money on paid Ads, we're using elbow grease here, we're using sweat equity. We're going to put some time in here, no waiting. Now we're creating. So what I do is that I go through and I find somebody and I use the last example as like a fitness person. So what, let's go back to that. Maybe my program is like how to get people in shape, help them lose weight, gain more muscle, you know, find their dream body. All that because I'm a fitness coach. I'm not, but let's say that I was. And then what I would do is that I would direct message DM somebody because I would watch a video where it's like hey guys, I'm on this, you know, next hundred day challenge doing this thing. And then what do I do? I saw their video and by the way, personalized messages. Always remember that and say hey Sam, I saw your video. And say what you saw about the 100 day challenge. Dude, that's super cool. I can't wait to see your transformation, dude. I would love to speed up your progress. I would love to give you a free resource. Would that be okay with you? Or a free resource to help you crush it and get ripped quick. Would that be okay with you? Write this down. Always end in a question. Don't tell them what you do. Always some something. Personalize a message about what they're doing and then how you can help and then say can I give you this free resource? Question mark. Why? Because when someone asks you a question that means you're waiting on a reply from them. If you say a statement, they may not know. They need to reply only if they're extremely interested. But if someone asks you a question and they've clearly taken the time to watch you've taken the time to watch their video, they will answer your question. And now we've started what we call a dialogue. A dialogue will lead to what? Interest. Which will lead to a conversation. That will lead to a phone call or a zoom call which will lead to a close. You guys got it? Okay, so you're going to create, you're not going to wait and you're going to use it by and people ask how many times should I DM a day? Maybe 20, maybe 30. Don't get too crazy. We don't want to spam people. 20, 30 a day. Set up a time time block it a good hour doing this. Create a lot of quality leads. Alright guys, so number four, this is going to be go live L I V E on social media and teach something you guys know when I started my business, right? Like, the first time I went live, there were two people. One was my wife, and I think I logged in on my computer, and the other one was me. But even though no one was watching, I got to record that content. We chopped it up and repurposed it to use it as a shorts and those reels to get it out on social media. There wasn't a lot of people online, but the next one, there were seven people. This time there were five real people. I'm going to tell you something that was kind of discouraging to me. I thought, man, I'm never going to get anywhere. But then I watched this video about how Pearl Jam, the music band, how they started, they went into a bar and there were five people playing. And they were like, dude, we're never going to make it. We're losers. And then guess what? They played at another bar. By the way, they didn't make any money. They paid to play for those five people. They paid. They didn't get paid. Okay? I think they got 10 bucks in tips, enough for gas. They played in bars. Five people. Five people. Five people. But then those five people told five more people, and those people told five more people. Then there was 25 people, and then there were 50 people. And then they got paid just enough for their traveling. Then 50 turned to 100, 100 turned to 200, and 100, 200 to a thousand. And now they play in stadiums of 100,000 people, and they're all around the world. Listen, you got to play for those five people and play your heart out. And if you do that, people will start to say, dude, you got to check this guy out. You got to check her out. And by the way, if you have five people on there, one of them could be a client. How much is your product? And it's free to go live here. And then again, you get to repurpose and chop up your content when you're done. So just like Pearl Jam, no one knew who they were. They were playing in a bar for five people at a time. Don't ever think about how many people are on the call. Think about those people that are on the other side of the camera. They're real humans. They're not leads. They're lives. And if you can change their life and you can teach them something, they'll spend money with you and they'll tell more people. So go live. Crush it. Teach something. Use that. Repurpose the content, and that'll help you kill it. And Create more leads. All right, guys, so number five that I'm about to give you, I can promise you, even if you don't do the first four, if you do number five, you're going to freaking kill it. Even if you have no experience and you don't even have a social media account, right, you're going to kill it. But before I get to number five, here's the deal. Write down this number. How many contacts do you have in your phone? Go ahead, write it down. How many contacts do you have in your phone? Do you have a hundred? Do you have a thousand? I have like 10,000 or something contacts in my phone. How many contacts do you have? Ready? Ask your network. I know it's kind of crazy, but these people know you because you have their phone number. Want you to text every single one of these people 20 to 30 a day until you go through your entire contact list. I would print off all your contacts and as you're going through them, draw a line through them and do 20 or 30 a day and just be like, hey, it's Andy Elliot. I hope you're doing amazing. I wanted to let you know I'm doing this thing, it's helping a lot of people and I'm not sure directly if this is something that could help you. If it is, if, let me know and I'd love to, but I wanted to see if you knew anybody that this could help. And then we always end in a question, you know, I'm saying, and they put have an amazing blessed day and do you know someone that this could be of assistance to? Question mark. We're done. Frame it together, save that. That will be. And you don't have to copy and paste it, but that will be one way you can ask it maybe put together like five or six different ways. You can just rotate those every other day. Does that make sense? Guys, ask your network. Now, generating leads organically has been something that has allowed me to pay my people more money because I don't spend a ton of money in ads. It has allowed me to create warm, hot, end market leads. You know, like when you do paid marketing, like a lot of the times those people have never seen you before, so they're harder to sell. They click on something but they don't know anything about you. So when you pick up the phone, you're selling them on how great you are, what you've done and all this stuff, when someone has watched your content, when you're putting this stuff out there, when you're getting allowed on social media, when you're running these plays, like these people, they've already seen you, they kind of already know you. So when you have the conversation, they're way warmer and they close way easier. Okay, so if you guys run this play, this play works.
