How much money do you want to make? Give me a number. That's embarrassing. Number one, I'd have slapped the shit out of him for thinking so small. Do you believe you can make more? It's the number one fallacy. They say, dude, you got to work harder, bro. No, you don't. Any leader that tells you to go practice on your customers is an absolute loser. I would make you train for three days straight with me until you freaking throw up. What I want to do is that I want to show you how to earn way more money than you're earning now. The problem with salespeople, we work harder on our job than we do on ourselves. You guys are going to see this. You're going to see this in your own business. But you want to screw people over. When you close a deal, what is the average commission you get paid? Now you're making 100 grand a month. You want to be a millionaire? Do you believe this can happen? Yes or no? What I want to do is that I want to show you how to earn way more money than you're earning now, which you're cool with, right? How long have you been selling solar for? How many calls are you making a week? Roughly 50 to 60. How many sets do you usually set out of the 50 to 60 calls? 10. When you close a deal, what is the average commission you get paid? $1,500. Can I ask you a question? How much do you average a month? Because I want to show you how to make a lot more money. 5,000. How much money do you want to make? Give me a number. Any number. That's embarrassing. That's embarrassing. First of all, number one, I'd have slapped the shit out of him for thinking so small. You're 27 years old. Do you hear me, bro? That's not enough. Do you believe you can make more? Yes. Do you believe you're worth it? Are you willing to change? What's Your closing ratio? 25%. No ways. Can't happen. Okay. Per week, if he does 10 sets and he closes 25% of those, that's two deals a week. Two deals at 1500 is 3K four weeks in a month. That's $12,000. And you're making five grand. Doesn't add up. So you close deals, but they Unravel. When a deal unravels, is it because the customer wasn't sold properly and they unwind? Or usually is a number two. The installations take too long. Which one? Aha. So the problem is you. Time out. The only way to change is by looking in the mirror and owning your shit. How does someone become great at sales? Repetition. None of you in here can be great without repetition, bro. Like, if you work for me, you're my responsibility. I would make you train for three days straight with me until you freaking throw up. They're already all qualified. He doesn't need need to try. He's got a list. He's got the Glengarry leads. If he can get 100 yeses a month, he makes 150,000amonth. So let's do some math. I think I can get him from his goal, which is 150 grand a year. I think I can get him to 150 grand a month. And you say, well, how would you do it? That's really simple. If he can set one an hour. So we got 27 appointments, 27 opportunities to make $1,500. I think your closing ratio, if I can work with you and your skill, I think I can take closing ratio to 75%. Hold on. I'm going to show you how to do it. Okay. Basically every 10 appointments, you set that seven. Seven times 1500. 10,500 is on 10 cents. So if he sets 27, let's round it to 30. If he can close 75% of his deals. Okay, he's setting 30 appointments a week. What is he earning? He's going to earn $31,500 a week. How many. How long does an appointment take? 2 hours times 30. What is that, 60 hours? So what he does is he does this on his own in the beginning. Sets the appointment, works 80 hours a week. I know, it's crazy, right? 80 hours a week? What do you mean? Yeah, that's what you do when you're 27 years old, no wife and no kids. You work 80 hours a week, and you do it for a half a year to a year. And then you hire an assistant or two and they start setting and you just do the closing. And then you hire a team and you hire three more assistants and they're setting. And then on the team's closing for you and you're closing over them. And now you're making million a month. If you can't figure out the formula, you're selling blind. Three times four is 120,000. Dude, you're making 120. That's what you wanted to make a year. You said 100 grand. Now you're making 100 grand a month. You want to be A millionaire. Do you believe this can happen? Yes or no? Do you believe this can happen? Yes or no? Yes. If you don't understand this, I want you to understand what's hurting you. You want the best sales training you've ever had in your life. 80% of sales is belief. I'm sorry what anyone's ever told you, but if you don't believe, you're out. I'm not asking if he believes in the product or if he believes in the presentation. Does he believe that solar is the most amazing thing that was ever freaking created in the world? Yes or no? He has to believe it. Mike. You want to screw people over? Yeah. We are going to have to have a talk with your leadership. You have one shot to change these people's life. If somebody would have went and knocked on your door and said, hey, I've got this program. If gas goes to $5 a gallon, it actually allows you to stay at $1 a gallon and that way you don't have to pay more money. Now that we've all seen what can happen with inflation, now we've all seen what governments do when they know that you can't live without something. We couldn't live without gas. They went from $1 a gallon to $5 a gallon. My question to you is, if there was a secondary energy option and which could allow you to be inflation proof and save money, would you want to know about it? Yes or no? You've seen your energy bill go up some, am I right? Yeah. Just like we saw what happened here. Then overnight it happened here. My company, ISD has been allocated because research shows is that energy bills over the next 12 to 18 months are going to double or triple. And if that happens, it's going to be just like gasoline. At the end of the day, you just pay your energy bill to make sure the energy is on. Am I correct? Can I ask you a question? Do you care if you pay it to ISD or to esd? Do you really care as long as the energy's on? Yes or no? No. You just want the energy. You'll pay this one or this one? Do you own your car or you rent it? Why don't you rent it? Because you don't want to rent it. Why don't you rent your house? You want to own it? Why do you rent your energy? Because you didn't know you could own it. Now you know. You can make a decision today. You get your government tax credit, you own your own system. When you stop paying on it because you Own it. How much money do you save? Is that even an option here with what you're currently doing? Yes or no? Do you like to have options? Yes or no? How does it feel to not have one? Are you ready to pass?
