If everybody could become this, we'd all be rich. Am I right? Who in here believes they can totally recreate and change your whole life? We gotta chase the man. I will say this one last time, and I'll move straight into sales. If you become the man, the money's gonna show up in rates, in levels, in speed you never imagined. What does all of our clients want? I don't know who you are. I'm gonna act like you're my client. I know. If you have a child, I know. You wanna be the best father in the world. I must be the best father in the world. So you will look up to me. That's my job. Hey, by the way, you may not even have seen me with my kids, but you can look into my eyes and the eyes of the window to the soul. And you know that I'm a good dad. You know I'm a good dad. You can tell in my intensity and my love, in the way that I do everything, that I look like a person that keeps their word. I look in people's eyes and I see people questioning whether they're living life right or not. Loose eyes. They're loose. They're loose. I see people, they're exhausted but burned out. Your eyes tell me your whole story. Your body tells me if you're ready to end life. Give up, you're settling. Or it tells me if you're thriving and hungry. I see you guys before you even open your mouth. I can just. Everybody is judging you in this world. They're all judging you. Give them a show worth paying for. Own their attention. Everybody in this world is looking to put their attention somewhere. These screens. They go to sleep on a screen, wake up on a screen, driving on a screen, out at dinner with their wife on a screen. What are they looking for? Motivation, power, Something that makes them feel good. Shouldn't that be us? Shouldn't that be us? Can I ask you a question? Can we make relationships with people that after they meet us or after they're doing business with us, all they keep thinking about is us. Listen, Human excellence. You must become the greatest human on planet earth. Now, can you do it overnight? No. But we can. Look up six months from now and every single one of you in here can be a walking billboard. Speaking, talking, articulating your words. Dude, that's all from the man. When I talk, a couple things come out. Belief. How much do I believe in myself? Remember, whoever believes the most wins. Right? Certainty. I know you guys are well aware of this word right here. Certainty. Just so everybody's aware, I'm not trying to convince you again that my product is the best product. I'm convincing that I believe that my product is the best product. I want you focusing on me, not on that. If our relationship is only based on that and not me, it won't last very long. Does that make sense? If it's all about the product and it's all about money, you'll always get beat out by a better product and by a better price or better money. Stop getting distracted. The quality of your life will always come down to the level of your leadership. So the life that you have now is because the leader that you are, it's time to change. If you're ready to change your life. Download now. If you want to take the whole product line, the whole product line, you have to be able to build relationships that no one else has been able to build. You have to be different. You have to stand out. Guys, it's like time for a revolution. It's like a revolution. What's a revolution? Radical change. You got to have a radical change when you get out of here. Now, some of you, you're introverts. I'm an introvert. I am an introvert. I am not an extrovert. You may say, Andy, you're up here talking to everybody. You're an extrovert. No, I am an introvert. When I started working on myself, I liked me more. The more I realized what was possible in my own life, the more I thought I wanted to share this with other people because I want them to have that same thing. I'm here to tell you something. You guys may think that you're here to sell these products, and you are, you're going to go find all the people that need to buy all of them. But there's going to need to be more than just a product at hand. And you're that thing. You hold it do. You inspire your Clients, that's the goal. Now. It's not for everybody. Listen, everybody knows this, right? If everybody could become this, we'd all be rich. Am I right? Who in here believes they can totally recreate and change your whole life? You guys believe that? Do you want to do that? What do you think would happen when you got back home? What do you think would happen now? By the way, there are some areas we have to work on. But what would happen if we started doing what we said we're going to do? This is crazy. I'm pretty common sense. I'm dumb, I'm street smart. I'm not book smart, right? So I thought about this. Would I stay in a relationship with somebody that constantly lied to me? Would you guys? I hate people that lie to me. What if you don't keep your word with you, who's the liar? So listen, I'm going to tell you the first thing, the first thing that I changed when I was 39 years old. Number one, I said it was the gym, but it was the decision that I made about the gym and about these other things. Number one, I was a freaking liar. Not to my wife. I lied to me all the time. Honestly, I didn't. Trust me. You know the person that wakes up and they go to the gym no matter what. And they're always. Let me tell you what they have. They have trust with themselves. They know when they say they're going to do something, they do it. And some of you, you're really good at trusting yourself in business, but you're not good at trusting yourself with food. You're not good at trusting yourself in the gym. You're not good in these other areas. I decided to make a blanket statement in my life. By the way, remember I told you I'm an introvert. How do you become an extrovert? Self confidence, self esteem, self belief. Well, know how to get it. I'll show you how to get more of it than you know what to do with. Keep your word. You say I don't understand. Okay, let me explain. I realize I said I was going to do something forever and I never did it. I used to tell my wife that I'm going to start doing this. And two weeks later it was done. I know managers that go, we're on a sales meeting every Monday. And then after months, sales meetings on Mondays disappear. They just can't sell. Stay consistent, dude. It's like, babe, me and you, we're going to start going on date nights. Cool. Last four months, you're done you don't go on date nights anymore. It's like, son of a. Why are these things that are so good for us, why can't we keep them? It's very simple. So I'm the man. You guys are the men. You guys can keep whether this happens or we blow up or whether we don't. So I said, would you stay in a relationship if somebody constantly lied to you? Everybody said no. So here's what we got to do. Number one, we got to keep our word to ourself. And what happens when we do what we say we're gonna do? What happens when we do this? Damn, man. Trust goes through the roof with you and you. Listen, I need you to understand something. Everybody can quit on me right now. I'm not gonna quit. Dude. This fire, this edge. Remember I said there's an edge. If I wanted to give you an edge to leave out of here, it would be this one. Tell me what. Tell yourself what you're gonna do, and then I want you to do this. Over my dead body will I ever, under any circumstance, not do that again.

He emphasizes that "your body tells me if you're ready to end life, give up, you're settling, or it tells me if you're thriving and hungry" (00:00). This sets the stage for discussing the importance of self-awareness and the drive to excel in both personal and professional spheres.

He highlights that genuine relationships surpass transactional interactions, fostering lasting loyalty and trust.
Andy introduces the concept of "Human excellence", urging listeners to strive to "become the greatest human on planet earth" (03:00). He differentiates between merely promoting a product and genuinely believing in its value, stating, "I'm convincing that I believe that my product is the best product" (05:10). This authenticity is presented as crucial for long-term success.
Transitioning to personal development, Andy discusses the interplay between life coaching, leadership training, and overall life quality. Andy delves into the concept of self-trust, sharing his personal journey of overcoming self-deception. He admits, "Number one, I was a freaking liar. Not to my wife. I lied to me all the time" (07:00), and contrasts this with the discipline of individuals who consistently honor their commitments. This honesty serves to inspire listeners to cultivate self-integrity.
Towards the end, Andy delivers a fervent message about unwavering commitment: "Over my dead body will I ever, under any circumstance, not do that again" (08:30). He urges listeners to adopt a similar level of dedication to their personal and professional lives.
