A
Number one, this is how much he loves his wife. He wanted to tattoo her birthday. Yes.
B
I just come to the house saying, honey, look at that. What I have. Look at that. This is your birthday. She said, this is wrong. I said, the house is wrong. It's good. Look at that. No, it's wrong.
A
It was a thought that counted. If you were going to die and there was a message that you could leave to your kids about life, pretty crazy, what would you tell them?
B
Would you say, life is not gently. Just don't give up. Be proud what you do. Don't listen to people. Follow the people you inspire and do the job.
A
Hey, guys, what's going on? Andy Elliot. I'm here with my brother Andrew. By the way, if you guys didn't know my name was Andrew, it is Andrew. Nobody calls me that, but I met Andrew. He's actually, I met him in Dubai and we had been in contact. He lives in Poland. So I want to tell you something, guys. There's savages all across the world. This guy's story is very unique, very cool. One of the most coachable people I've ever met. Very successful businessman. His beautiful wife's over here. It looks like his daughter, actually. Even though she's older, she looks younger than you. Looks great. Andrew's jacked, gotten in good shape. We're in. He's in the US right now with me. We're in Scottsdale, Arizona. He's got his two kids here, his wife, they all flew down. And man, I want to inspire you guys. I want you to see what you can do, what's possible. And so, Andrew, man, I'm super proud of you. How old are you?
B
I am 42.
A
42. And by the way, he said, hey, if I mess up on a word or two.
B
His first language is Polish, my first language. But of course I can speak English. My experience is quite long time with English because I work in Norway. Do we use that? Norwegian, sorry, English language. But when I'm here, I'm more comfortable to speak English. That's why I get more. And sorry if I go to some mistakes, guys. Sorry, sorry. No, they're going to try.
A
No, we can understand them. Listen, I want to start with something real quick, okay? And by the way, before I get to his businesses because everybody, you know, you want to see what people do for a living in their business and what it is, it's super cool. But I want to go to Hell Day. You created Hell Day. And this is, you know, how extreme you push your team and things you do by the way, he's a business guy but also he wants to constantly push himself and he's a great team leader. And so number one, we what inspired Hell Day? Right? How did you get your team on board to do Hell day with you? Right. And then number three, after doing Hell day like what changed in your life?
B
We start with the health day with a little bit before I create the team around me. We start to the workout. I meet your team, I meet you guys. They inspire me to create the system. I create the system in my garage. We work there every day.
A
So you built a gym in your garage?
B
Yes, I built the gym in my garage. We do everyday workout, 6am every day, no days off.
A
Then I try everybody meets in the morning.
B
Yes. Everyone needs to be is mandatory. If not come, you're cut. If you not come one time you are cut. Don't come, don't cry, don't be a baby. No cut.
A
Yeah, yeah.
B
And they do it and they come and I try to find something we can be more close, more connect, more related, create some inspiration day. And of course you know, Hell week. And the U.S. army.
A
Yeah.
B
Navy Seals. I was inspired by them and I rent. I hired the guy from actual special forces military soldier in Polish military. And I give them advice what I want push us to the ground, grinding us whole day. And I create the 24 hours event when on the on the Polish coast. We start one at night and we do a 24 hours drive. During the really difficult things they push us. There was no shortcut. Was serious things. And everyone do it that they don't want it, but they do it.
A
Did how many people did it with you?
B
12 people with some basic preparation by the physical activity we do. But it was also people without any preparation. But they pushing and he push us and we do it. That seriously. Even my wife was doing that with us and she do it.
A
She did it with you?
B
Yes.
A
He's a savage.
B
Yes. Total we we go by on the legs was 42 kilometers. I burned almost 7,000 calories on one day. That was really serious. There was 24 hours things. And what we get on the end was the people are changed. The body no more decide to stop. If the brain said we do we going to continue. If we need to push, we going to push. And this was the feedback on the end when we get it.
A
Yeah. So basically everybody's mind was sharpened. Everybody pushed, you know, mentally themselves to new levels. And so when it was over, obviously everybody was really proud of themselves. They finished 24 hours straight. You know, most businesses would never do this with their people and their teams. And this is why most businesses don't have a culture like his. And, you know, I'm glad we inspired you to. To go out and push yourself, but you're an extreme guy. You know, I'm real. I'm real careful to tell you anything because, you know, you never know what he's gonna do with it. You know, I'm saying. And I like that because I'm crazy, too. If you give me an idea like it's happening tomorrow, like we're doing.
B
Yes.
A
And I moved that fast. So when it was done, was your team really proud of themselves for doing it?
B
I think before we start that event, I try to scare them. It's gonna be really difficult. They don't want to do it. They really don't want to do it. But after everything has changed, they see the possibilities. They can go through some difficult things. They really try to be different. And it's work. And it's work.
A
They felt unstoppable.
B
Yes. Yeah.
A
I love that. All right, let's talk about. You built some things around your office, right around your home. You built a really cool steam room. I'm not sure. Is it a dry sauna? Is it a sauna?
B
Sauna.
A
A sauna. You built one of the coolest cold plunges I've ever seen in my life. He makes these things himself. You know, I've got a pretty cool cold plunge. I've got pretty cool stuff. But, like, I bought it. You're actually making this stuff. All this stuff you manufactured, you made. You did it yourself. Talk to us about that, and then we'll talk about the compound that you're building right now.
B
A few weeks ago, I have a conversation and someone asked me how many activities. I don't know the professions I do it. The total was 17. 17 different things, different tasks in my life. I work different position. It's helped me to be the person I am today. But the game changer was when I tried to start with the talk with one of your coaches. Name is Ali. He inspired me on the one conversation. And since that time, I changed my life. I try to organize my life better. And it's mean. I start very early and I finish late. It's mean. On that time, I am very productive. It's mean. I can do many things what I want to do because I hire many people. I have many possibilities, and I also have my place to work and build the things, and my team can take over that. We Start to build small things. We start with the sauna, with the cold plunge. I set up some business with the food trucks. I do many things. This thing helps me control my days. Because every day like you said needs to be better. It's recreation, correct?
A
Yeah.
B
It's mean on the next day I need to forget it was was yesterday.
A
Yeah. Today like being reborn again.
B
That's correct. This was the game changer on my brain to be better person to more act and believe in myself much more and of course support my family, my wife, my kids around me and the people I support.
A
Your self development in physical fitness.
B
Yes.
A
You know it was always something you did but now you're getting very serious in it, right?
B
Yes.
A
How much has that affected your life?
B
The physical activity is critical to be the.
A
You feel like a whole different person now.
B
Correct? Correct. Correct. Since I'm here and I do the workout with you guys, I meet you in the gym. I was thinking before I do the training, I push my ass today I know I need to be better. The last days we do the legs together. Smash my legs. Then I do the chest. Then I and I went with the Ali and the kid. We do the arms. I said what the is wrong with me? I was thinking I'm quite tall, quite big. But that's all I can do. I can put more pushing, more weights, more activity and this give me info. Hey, it's possible. Just do it. Just do it. The put the hands on the work.
A
And all that's gonna flow into your business.
B
Correct?
A
Yeah. I love that he's got guys what I love. So when we first started talking we were talking about you know like Elliott army. We have a 70000 square foot compound out here in. In Arizona in Scottsdale with our whole team. We got a gym. You know, we got about 100 guys out here. Like it's. It's our home. And then you're building a compound. Right now you're building this big compound. Tell us what you're doing and what's going to happen there. What is that?
B
One day we just sitting in the. In my house with the team and I said let's go build something some production. And they said no, it's impossible. It was Monday. It's impossible. It's going to take time. It's going to be difficult. We need to have some people can help us. I said really? Next day I find the land. On Thursday I signed that deal. That was the start. The land is for create the structure you have here similar because you inspire Me the value you create, you put on the table and it's work. If you want to put the hands on the work, you need to invest your time and you need to invest your money and then you're gonna change. And I do with that. And I follow that. I don't on Sunday event you have here. I remember the first sentence you said on the beginning. The leaders don't do the questions, they just act. And I decide to do. I invest my money to build the structure. I invest that my time, I invest, I put the people on that. And I want to build the structure with the offices, with the place we can talk and inspire the people. I also want to have it as production there. I'm gonna tell that a little bit later. Maybe it's many things we can do.
A
There because how many acres, how big is the land?
B
It's 4,200 meters. I don't know how much is we need to convert.
A
So 4200 meters.
B
Quite qu. Quite long.
A
And. And. And the facility, right?
B
Yes.
A
It's going to have. You said some production on some part. Because you do a lot of production and you have these things you want to build. And by the way, really quick before we. Before we talk about production, name off some of the things that you build. You're a part of a coffee shop, right? This is just little things.
B
But like I have a coffee shop. I have this Asia food trucks. I have a pizza. Food trucks. I have a kebab. It's mean shawarma also food trucks. Total is 11 places. Like I have it today. And I have an ambition to build the biggest franchise by kebab in Poland is going to happen next two years.
A
So number one in the food industry.
B
It's going to happen. This is the. This recording. You are the witness. I said it's going to be on tour.
A
I've seen how crazy you are. I know it's going to happen.
B
The biggest franchise. This is the things I also going to build the sauna. I gonna build cold plunge. I'm gonna set up the small steel production to make the running money day. And the best thing is I build that food trucks. We do it that on my production for other companies. Yes, yes, yes, we can do it. And also I have an ambition because I create the second company. Small tiny houses. This is gonna also happen. Yes, this means quite a lot of things.
A
But yeah, I wanted everybody to see that. You know, you're. When you said 17 different things, I mean you're moving around, you've got tons of Employees, you're crushing it. You're on lots of different contents. Right. But like Poland, you're really doing a lot of business right there. Is that right?
B
Correct.
A
And then your infrastructure you're building, you're actually building all that yourself.
B
Correct?
A
Yeah. So like you, you're not having someone else. I mean, you're having your team build it. Right. And I want to show them you're actually building it out of containers.
B
Correct.
A
Which is super cool. I want to tell everybody this. I was telling my wife, these container properties, they're amazing. You know, it's so cool how when they stack and you put glass in them and you put all these things, it's like ultra modern, super cool. And it's really neat to see that you're building things your way, not like everyone else, super unique.
B
Because when we do the calculation, the price, regular, normal buildings is quite high. And I said, why don't need to happen. Just find solution. And I find solution. I reduce the cost of 50%.
A
Amazing.
B
This was clever idea to do it. The plan was in the beginning, do it by everything on our hands. But I bought it really good price the containers. I set up everything. Even I set up the containers there by my hands. We buy the truck. Yes. We do everything alone. We do it everything, what we supposed to do and reduce the cost because we have a team. And Tim, when he is inspired, like people like you may I also try to inspire them to do the job. It speed up the work. The people are more creative. We have a more effective of the work. Everything has happened much faster and much better.
A
Let's talk about what's next for you. Right. Like, and by the way, I'm going to talk about what's next. Then I want you to talk about like maybe some of the, like when you grew up, some of the greatest lessons you learned, some of the mistakes that you've made. Let's just talk about that because I want, I want people to learn from you because you're very successful. And so on the way to success, it's not always easy. There's things you did right, there's things you did wrong. Right. But let's talk about what's next for you real quick. Like, what's next? 2025. You're telling me you want to help people change their lives. Is that right?
B
Correct.
A
Okay, now I know that a lot of you guys are following me right now. You're watching me. 90% of us speak English. I want you to go to your Instagram. What is your Instagram?
B
Andrew Hoffman, official.
A
Okay, so we're. Put that on the screen. I want you to go and I want you to follow him on Instagram and I want you to see some of his content. It's super cool. He's only about 10,000 followers right now. But I'm going to tell you, because he just got started, you guys will look up. In two years, this guy will have millions of followers. And because he's doing really cool stuff, number one, he's very interesting. Like he's in a character. You're a very good family man. Your values are great. You know, great dad, great businessman, great leader. Obviously looks in the mirror, self develops himself. He's a most coachable guy ever. I mean, just, I love everything that you stand for. Your values are great. And we're in a world right now where a lot of people don't stand on any values and you're not afraid to take risks, you know, And I think all the risks that you're taking are honestly because your heart wants to help as many people as you can. And I don't say that like some people are like, oh, I want to help people. They don't want to help people. Everything they do is selfishly for themselves. All these. You have a very good life right now. Why would you go and start building all of these things and creating this big infrastructure and all these things to start helping all these people? And by the way, you're also having a very. He's doing a huge event in Poland and it's going to be in probably June, July, it's going to be June, middle of next year. Keep an eye out. And over 10,000 people. It's going to be massive. Why would you do all these things? Why is 2025 the year that you want to start inspiring other people to change their life? Like, what's the driver behind that?
B
One time I see one of your films from event and you ask the audience or somebody, what is the score from 1 to 10 you are at today? And some answer was, you said you set up your own two. Something like that. And someone said more bigger number. But when you said, if I gonna be 10, whole world gonna talk with me.
A
Yeah.
B
And this is how I see myself today. I am too. If I want to do something, I want to do it big. If I want to do something small, no, there's no point. It needs to be big investment and big feedback on that. If you're gonna put the hand seriously on the work and you have ambition and have a vision, you want to Go there. This is the time, and this is the time to do the job. It's gonna be hard. It's not going to be easy.
A
Yeah.
B
Nobody going to go to you said, hey, it's good job. Nobody cares.
A
Yeah.
B
Just do the job, and finally you're going to reach the point. But don't stop before. Don't stop too early. Just go, go, go. And the my life show me when I invest my time and I don't listen to people and I inspire people like you, people who give me the information. Correct books, some correct inspiration. I can do it. It's possible to do it, but you need to have somebody around you to build a culture around you, to give you support every day. Like you go in the gym, someone push you, someone lift you up.
A
It's super important.
B
Yes. Correct this give you the power.
A
Yeah. Everybody needs a coach.
B
Yes.
A
You know, this morning we were working out in the gym, and every set, somebody was pushing us to do 5 more, 10 more, right? And you know, if you would have been by yourself, you wouldn't have done 5 more, 10 more. Why? Because everyone needs someone to say, more, more, more, more. And, you know, we hate that guy, but we love that guy. When we're done, we're like, ah, that felt so good. But you wouldn't have gotten that feeling without that coach, without that person pushing you. And so he knows the power in pushing people and how that will really break history, change history, right? And I love what he said. I don't know if you understood what he said, but I was on stage one time and there was this guy and I asked him, I said, hey, one to ten, you know, what do you rate yourself? One being the worst, ten being the greatest. And the guy said, I'm a nine. And I said, I said, you know, that sucks. I said, you know, I said, you know, what would you think if I said you were a two? And he's like, I'm way better than a two, I'm a nine. And I was like, okay. I was like, well, it sounds like you're maxed out. It sounds like if you're a 9 and the 10 is the best, then you really can't get any better. You're as good as you'll ever be. I said, for me, I said, I'm a 2, and when I become my 10, I'm going to take over the world. Now, my 2 might be better than someone else's 10, but for me, it's a 2. And that's what he just said. He's doing so many big things in life right now. Most people will look at his life, see what he's doing, the life that he lives, and say, man, dude, you made it. And he's like, dude, I ain't even started. And so I hope that when you watch these videos with us, you know, you're like, man, you know, like, what's my story going to be? Okay? He's got 400 employees. He's got a massive company in 17 different industries. He's doing all these things, and yet he's sitting there saying, man, I'm ready for my next level. I'm ready for my next level with my family, with my kids, with my team. You know, I want to change more people's lives. You know, I've learned something, and it's doing God's work. When you want to help change other people's lives, I say God opens doors that humans can't close. And a lot of people, they do things on their own, and it's for their own individual selfishness. And those doors always close and those people run hot and then they go away. Run hot and go away and run hot and go away. But when people are on a mission like this, they're unstoppable because their number one goal is to change as many people's lives as they can. And I think right now we're in a leaderless world, right? Where if anybody's watching this, ever wanted to be great. Just look at some of the things that Andrew's doing right now, okay? He's building, you know, infrastructure, right? Like gyms, hotel, you know, cold plunges, saunas, a team around him, right? He's dreaming again. A lot of people stop dreaming. I mean, dude, you know, if you're making good money and you got a good life, that was the dream, right? To have a good life and make money. Why more? Well, it's not for selfish greed. He's not trying to make more money. Sure, he wants to win and do great, but he wants to create the next level of purpose in his life. Imagine that. Having purpose and making money and being successful and having your family be proud of you. And most importantly, I asked him, I said, the physical stuff, how much has that helped you? He's like, oh, my gosh, it's helped me so much. You know, so many people, they only want to hear what they want to hear. And so when you started hearing about this fitness going to this new level, you never knew it was going to spark all these dreams to kick up again. And then your Wife's probably, like, thinking you're crazy. Right? You know what I'm saying?
B
She knows me. She supports me. She knows I'm crazy.
A
So how long you and your wife been together?
B
Almost 10, 13, 18 years.
A
You said 10, 13, 18.
B
No, no, I just count.
A
Yeah.
B
Because I'm very bad with.
A
He's like, I'm kicking his ass.
B
No, even I have a small story with the tattoo. I do.
A
Tell us the story about your tattoo. I want you guys to hear this, because this is funny.
B
This is made up.
A
But this. This shows you how great life is. And I love this. But this is number one. This is how much he loves his wife. He wanted to tattoo her birthday.
B
Yes. I just come to the house saying, hon, look at that. What? It has. What? I said, look at that. This is your birthday. She said, this is wrong. I said, the hell is wrong? It's good. Look at that. No, it's wrong. And next day, I need to do it again. I need to change the. The month of the Herbert.
A
Did she beat your butt?
B
No, she's nice. She like me.
A
Did the tattoo guy look at you?
B
She was so laugh. He was so laughing. Because we call her and I asked. I don't know how we do it. This is me. I am not focused on the dates. I have a problem with that.
A
Hey, it was the thought that counted. You know what I'm saying? I love it, man. Hey, guys, listen. You know what I know? I know the people in this world that end up making the greatest impact, that really end up doing big things, that end up breaking history, changing history, leaving their mark on this world, changing millions of lives, hundreds of millions of lives. There are people that are just normal people, and they just. They just decide they want to do more. And, you know, when Andrew ran across a video and he lives in another country, I want to ask you, what's stopping you? Okay. What obstacles are you making up? And you're saying I can't do this because of that he's in another country, right?
B
Yeah, from Poland.
A
Okay.
B
Middle of Europe.
A
And literally we have a conversation. You flew to Dubai and met me in Dubai. Okay. He flew to another country to meet me. How many of you guys right now you want to do something in life, but you're like, oh, you know, it's in another country, or there's this problem, or I can't get it because of that. And then he flew back to Poland, and then he started working hard in the dark and doing these things, and now he flew all the way out to The United States. This is your first time to the States?
B
Yes, I am.
A
First time, yeah. And also flew his family out, you know, came out. He's been out. We'll be out for about two weeks, roughly. Yeah. Guys, I want just to ask you, okay, what is it that's stopping you? It's you. It's very simple. Everything in your life that you can't get isn't because someone's stopping you from getting it. It's just because you either don't want it bad enough. Right. Or you don't believe you can have it. Right.
B
Correct.
A
But do you believe anyone, and I mean anyone that's watching this, anything that they want, they can have it no matter what.
B
I believe in that. I really believe in that because I am perfect example of that. I am here. I only dream to go to us. I dream to meet the people. I watch on the YouTube. I dream to talk with the people. This time, conversation. I dream to sit here and talk with you and have a chance to talk with the people. I dream to have the life I have. I dream. No, I don't even have a. I don't have how to say in English, courage to dream on that, but I do with that. Because I decide I'm gonna do it.
A
Yeah. We were driving in the car, me and you, and we're going up to our house. Remember that?
B
Yes.
A
And you're in the car. And he's like, I knew we were gonna do this. I knew it. He's like, I knew we were going to do this. And I just love that. I just love that people, you know, literally can decide in their mind what life's going to look like. And if you can see it, you can get it. You can see it in your head, okay? And you got to have faith. You know what I'm saying? We don't always know how things are going to work out. And sometimes they don't work out the way that we thought they were going to work out, but we don't stop. And he talked about earlier, he said, you can't quit before you get to the finish line. And I want to tell you something. Winners live. Winners live. Where quitters quit. Most people quit before they become a winner. And that's why I'm sitting here with you right now, because you don't quit. And you're crazy. When I say he's crazy, I want you understand that's a compliment, okay? If you take any successful person and you crack them open, they are crazy. And that's it. That's that's. They make statues of crazy people. They don't make statues of the haters and the critics and the people that are making fun of people. They make statues of the people that are going out and doing the inspiring things and pushing through, facing adversity. You know, I read this thing this morning. It says a man will find out who he truly is when he faces adversity. You want to learn who you are. You'll learn when adversity comes. And adversity is a terrible thing to let go to waste. So if anybody has something hard going on in life right now, when you push through it, that right there, it shows you that you're built for greatness. And everybody makes it through as long as they don't quit. I want you to end this with number one. I want you guys to go follow him on Instagram. Super important. I told him he's dropping an English channel, which he's gonna make. But most importantly is I want you. I want you guys to go see what he's doing. It's amazing. And we're gonna do a big event in Poland. It's going to be in probably mid June, which you'll see that on our social media as it gets a little closer. And it's incredible. And you know what? Shoot them a dm. Okay? When you follow them, if you love this comment below, share this with somebody. Shoot them a dm. I want you to end it and share a message, something you have on your heart. If anyone's watching this today, okay, if there was one message you just wanted them to think about, right? Something you wanted to share. If I was like, if. If you were gonna die and there was a message that you could leave to your kids about life, pretty crazy, what would you tell them?
B
Would you say, life is not gently. Life is don't care. Winning. Nobody's come to say it's good job. Just don't give up. Be proud what you do. Don't listen to people. Follow the people you inspire and do the job.
A
Have you always had people believe in you or see? I want you to hear this. Why don't you tell me about that real quick? And let's end. I love what you said, but I want you to do this. He says, don't listen to people, okay? Don't get caught up in what they're telling you. Tell me, what does that mean to you?
B
Because people try to create you. What they think about the life they have. Don't listen them. You need to have your plan for your life. And follow your dreams. If someone wants to tell you, don't do with that. Just take that, think on that. But do yourself how you want to do it. And your winning, your losses is your. But everything when you win, it's change you. When you lost, it's changed twice, time more. But if you're going to take the good from this, you're going to be better next day. When you change, it's morally the right thing to do, okay? And remember, there's always someone watching you. Your kids are watching you, your wife's watching you, your family's watching you. There's always someone watching you, okay? And normally we don't notice these people that they're watching us, but they're watching, okay? And so make sure that you're living a.
