So I went out there and I started saying things and no one, everyone knew who I was talking about, but I never said his name. I said, are you guys tired? People wearing three feet, shoulder pad, old suits, feathered hair, training, black and white grainy videos, you know, that was shot 15 years ago and they're trying to train your people how to do things today. People, things have changed. The Internet is out. We're in the middle of COVID People buy differently. There are different buying patterns. Trust is different. There's a new way to sell and I'm bringing it to the table. So everybody's got to take. Any new training that isn't created from COVID forward is irrelevant. It's gone. COVID 19. COVID 19. If your team is training on old training, they're dead. If you have a dead sales team right now, it's because they have dead content they're plugging into. There's three things that your team should be doing. Number one, selling something, Number two, looking for something to sell. Or number three, training to get better. If you're a manager and you're watching this video, if you're a salesman and you're watching this video, you should be selling something. Looking for something to sell, making the dials or training to get better. Your team needs to have something to plug into every day while they're waiting on a customer. Listen, I'm a great salesman. And do you know who I'm the best at selling? Me. I am great at closing? Me. Look, I'm explaining this. The greatest sell you'll ever have in your life is selling yourself. A lot of you in here. You were trying to sell a product, and you're not sold. You're like, if I sell some, then I'll believe in it. It's not the way it works. That's not the way it works. That's not a way obsession works. You're going against the code of how this works. So do you believe there's treasure in your business? Yes. Do I believe that I'll find it? I do. I need you to now. And then, number three, this is where the magic comes in. Do you believe it's worth it? That's where. That's where this business beats all the other businesses. See, I knew that you could make money in the car business. I knew you could. I did. I proved it for 23 years. I knew that I could make money. I knew I could find that money. I knew I could. I was a great hunter. But it wasn't worth. Just wasn't worth it. Some of you guys are doing things in this room right now, and you're like, is there treasure in being a chiropractor? Yes. Do you believe you'll find it? Yes. You're making money doing it. You're like, man, I'm making 100 grand a month doing it. Okay. Is it worth it, though? Damn. Wait. What? Is it worth it? Is that. Is that the life that you want? That's why being a coach is so amazing. You guys got to understand, if you can become a coach, no one can ever put their thumb on you again. No one. No one. No one. No one. I love that. Everybody wants to work for themselves. You know what? Everyone in my company, they all work for themselves. We all work for the mission of the Elliot Group. We all work for Elliott Army. We all own this company together. Nobody wants Andy Elliott. Everybody wants Elliott Army. And so you guys are aware, I'm going to start leading you guys into understanding that an individual can be beat, but a team can't be beat. The man finds comfort in the woman, the woman finds comfort in the man, and one of them loses her mind. The whole house crumbles. If your wife Finds her identity in you. She's screwed up. Give her the time to build herself. Then you'll meet the dream woman, that woman, the man. You want to meet a badass man. If you meet a man, he's like, I want to give you everything. No, you want him to take care of himself so well that he can take great care of you. That's what a power couple is, two powerful people together. Me and Jacqueline built this whole thing, and because we literally believed that coaching was worth it, I saw Jaclyn building her life, and then she loved herself and she loved me more. She loved the kids more. I saw the way the kids respected her. Different Jaclyn went from when I was in the car business. She went from being. And she was always very smart. She was always very independent. She made more money than me when we were younger. But because I didn't have a mom growing up, I wanted Jaclyn to be a really good mom to our kids. So I begged her to just be a good mom, be with the kids. Baby, we don't need you to make money. I'll make the money. But, man, Jacqueline has it in her DNA to be a freaking entrepreneur and a business person and push. And so she's taking care of me, she's taking care of the kids. She literally became our slave. It's the truth. Slowly, the kids are like, mom, but not looking up to her. I'm coming into the house at the end of the day, and I'm going over to kiss my kids when I come in the house and then give Jackie a kiss. I'm starting to realize the thing that attracted me to Jacqueline when I met her was her independence. She was strong. She didn't need me. She wanted me, but she didn't need me. She didn't need me to pay her bills. She didn't need me to make money. She could run her own shit. And by the way, she was going to get a good life without me or not. And that made me chase her. If you're with someone and you know they can get a good life without you and they don't need you, then you want to prove yourself to them because you're like, man, this is the catch. And I was the catch for her, and she was the catch for me. And then we got older in life, and then we stopped chasing each other. And I was like, man, something's off. And so I just want to say that last part. Is it worth it? Is that we chase each other now. I chase her every day. My wife is my fantasy. I chase her. I love her. I love how she trains, how she grows. I love watching her. I love watching her grow. And a lot of you are like, come on. No, you're going to die with regrets. You're missing the whole point of life. The whole point of life is to love your life. And you can, by the way, all of you can build whatever you want. So I always wanted a good marriage. And by the way, this coaching will give it to you, okay? Bring your family with you. Remember, I gave up my house. Jacqueline actually sold. Women would normally wouldn't give up their house for a man. They won't. Even if it's her husband. They're like, dude, I built this whole house for our kids. Look, do whatever you want, but you're not going to change our life. No, when I included Jacqueline, I said, I need you, babe. I literally told her, I was like, I need you to help me build this life. I want this life for us. And Jaclyn saw that I was serious this time. That's why I want you guys to get real serious. So when I go into the training, like, dude, I'm going to make this shit happen. Then we went together, we got rid of the house. Guys, I want to tell you something. Materialistic stuff doesn't mean nothing. We have Ferraris, Lamborghinis, all the shit, whatever, houses, lots of houses, everything. This business will give you everything you want. But I have what really matters and I never had it. Here's what's really crazy. If you really listen to me, some of you, I won't talk much in financial with you all weekend, but I will tell you this. Dreams come with the price. And if you don't pay the price, you don't get the dream. It'll probably cost you guys all a little bit more than you're expecting to get the full dream. Because it costed us a little more along the way. A little more along the way. A little more along the way. And that was the test to see if we really wanted what we wanted. I will tell you this. I chased income from 18 to 39. And so for all the income chasers in here that want to earn more money, here's what I'll tell you. The most I ever could make on my own was $2.5 million. And that's a good living. I would 50x my income when I stopped chasing money. Just telling you, I'm just telling you, chase the man, not the money. Chase the woman you're supposed to be, not the money. Chase the family you're supposed to have and not the money. People around the world. One of the number one compliments that I get, and I know this is crazy, and a lot of you are like, it's got to be something different that they say, I love the way you take care of your family. Nobody values their family anymore. It's the most important thing in your life. It disgust me to see a man that doesn't value his wife over everything. It makes me sick. I just want to knock your teeth out. Okay? It makes me sick to see a woman that doesn't respect her man. I'm like, dude, you guys understand? We are handing our children over to the devil. Parents that don't take care of themselves take their kids, hand them right over to the devil, because they are showing their kids absolute freaking chaos. You guys are born. We're born to show other people how to live. That's what we're born for. We're born for this. So to be a coach, number one, you get the benefits in your own life. 1. And if you hadn't done it right to this point. Good. You start right now. You know, the beautiful thing is when transformation happens, everyone goes, ooh, what's that? Because they see people change. Most people never really change. They talk about change, okay? And by the way, there's a rule, and I want you to write this down, and we start it is never change back. Never change back. Never, ever, ever change back. No matter what your goal is, to change and never change back. When you guys get out of this room, you're going to walk back into society, and they're going to want you to conform, and they're going to want you to become civilized. So what we're going to do is we're going to go through a competitor audit. Because when I first decided to get in, remember, we're going to get online. We're going to connect with people. We're going to tell our story. But also, we all have a specialized skill. So write down specialized skill. There's two sides to everything. There's. We got to connect with people. We're going to connect to them through our stories of our life. And then there's their specialized skill. People are going to look up to us because we're really good at something. First, we're going to catch their attention through a story, and then they're going to want to know what we know. Does that make sense? And if you're extremely good at sales or changing people's lives or building a man or Getting someone's state in great shape or selling real estate. Whatever the hell you do, there will only be one way. Well, there's two ways to get known. One way is to pull in a Google search or pull in a YouTube search. People go to Google and YouTube for how to how to sell more real estate, how to save money, how to build a garden, how. If you can pull in the how to, you're going to get known. And then if you can tell stories on social media, you can go viral, you can get known. Does that make sense? There's two ways to get known. I know how to do both. I am a double bladed sword. I'm very sharp with both things. By the way, I did not get on social media until 2020. Everybody can be completely clear. I was a W2 employee, okay, from the time I was 18 to 39. So I can tell you how to build a big ass business because I built one. But I am not a business owner for longer than five years. People say, oh, I can't trust a guy like that. Well, you can trust this. I don't care who you are, you could build a business fast. I don't care who you are, you don't need money to build a business. That is a total lie. I don't care who you are, you don't need a brand to build a brand. You can build one quick. I don't care who you are, you can have done it all wrong until today. Change your life and that new person can shock the world. When you make a decision to change your life and you change your life, you can share with other people how to change your life. And everybody wants to change your life. Would everybody agree? Everybody wants to change your life. All you have to do is be what I call living proof that it can happen. Listen, are you write this down, am I going to be an applicant teacher or theory teacher? Are you going to teach in theory to others how to do something or are you really going to live it yourself? If you want to go big, you have to live it yourself. And I'm an applicant teacher because I will not teach theory to you. If I didn't build a social media channel, I'd be an absolute idiot here to tell you how to build a social media channel. That's all. When I see people that are like, that's why traditional education is dying. You guys understand what's happening, right? Like people are going to College to spend 50 grand to learn how to make 50 grand a year. As much as I love college, makes you Discipline. You're literally learning a lot of information you'll never use in your life. And you're spending money to learn from somebody who never actively built what it is that you want to build. And so people now, because generations change, time changes, guys, everybody's looking for the shortcut, the hat. They want to know how to speed. How do I go quicker, how do I go further, how do I compress time frames? You guys are in here and you're like, I know I'm going to build a coaching company, but I don't want to take five years to do it. Okay, cool. You want to spend the next year and build it right? You got to cut the check for speed. That's why you guys are here. And so I'm trying to explain to you there's like this psychology. I am a coach. That's what I do. Okay, cool. I have the mindset that this is, this is what I do for a living. Secondly, everything that I been through in my life that's bad for me was not bad for me. You needed to go through it to become who you are now. Let people know what has to happen for good people to be built and let them know that, look, whatever you are hiding is actually the best thing that ever happened to you. What you'll learn in life is that a mentor will come across your path at some point and say, the worst thing that ever happened to you was the best thing that ever happened to you. The wrong people will come across you and go, oh, man, I can't believe that happened to you in your life. I'm sorry. Don't be so. I don't feel sorry for any of you. I am glad that everything that ever happened to all of you happened to you, because here you are and now you can be used. Now you're a weapon. Okay, so the competitor audit is this. What niche are you going to be in? So write it down. What niche am I going to be in? By the way, you can branch out and go wide. Our telling our story is going to connect with big audiences. What do you. What industry are you in again, huh? Coaching. And exactly, specifically, what do you talk about? A lot like transformation or what is it ideally, okay, creating high ticket programs, Everybody can do that. Am I right? How many people, like, they think they have to be in sales or this or that or this. You know what? Sales is me and you talking right now. That sells the art of communication. People say, I don't sell anything. You don't talk to anybody. Well, I talk to people well, that's called communication. Right? You know, sales is the art of communication. When you talk to people, do you want them to listen? Yeah. Or do you want them to ignore you? I want them to listen. Then you have to be good at sales. If you don't want anybody to listen, then don't. Then go around telling people you're not in sales. You guys should own that you're in sales. Own that you're in sales. You're all in sales. You're selling your wife to fall more in love with you. You're selling your children to look up to you. You're selling yourself that you can do this. You guys are all in sales. I hate it when people go, I'm not in sales. Okay, You've listened to society. Listen to me. You're in sales. I promise you, you are. Do you want people to give you what you want? Get good at sales? Do you want to help people achieve their dreams? And you want to be able to achieve yours? You're in sales. Okay? So immediately you need to understand all of you are in sales right now. You're all in sales. And you're going to sell the world to believe that your theory will or how you do things, your methodology, what you do works. Plus, you're going to sell people that you're the person that can help them. And if you're a good person in this room and you want to help people, you're going to have to influence them to believe how you believe. Okay? Remember this. If you're not influential, you can't be a coach. You have to be an influential person to influence others. Do you guys believe that you have something good where you should be influencing other people's. That's a coach. That's it. So on this competitor audit, I'm going to go through this. Number one, what niche are you going to be in? That's the first thing. Number two, who is in your bracket that you're going to be competing with? When I got in, it was Grant Cardone because he was automotive. And so who are you competing with? Okay, who are we going to take out? All right, so list the competitors down. List the competition down right now. Who are we going after? Hey, by the way, listen to me. These people, we're not going to think about them a lot, but you need to know who you're taking out. By the way, listen, I don't want harm on these people, but I'm sorry, I'm kicking that ass, okay? I would love to train you guys to kick that Ass. But we got to know who we're going after once we know who we're going after. You got a list? Who's. What do they do best? Like, what do you think they're really good at? You know what I knew Grant was good at? He was good at talking. He's a good speaker. I'm like, oh, shit, I got to be a better speaker fast. I started watching everyone that was good at communicating. I started watching people speak from stage, and I thought, how do they catch people's attention? What do they do? Well, they connect with people. How do they connect with people? Through stories. How do they get people to like them? One of the ways that I really learned is they made fun of themselves constantly because people couldn't make fun of them because they made fun of themselves. It was like the movie 8 Mile when he's rapping, he made fun of himself, and he's like, what's the truth about you? And then he dropped the mic because the guy had all this stuff he was going to make fun of him with, but he already made fun of himself, so he won. And so when you get on stage and you're like, I know you oughta guys, when you see me come out here wearing my short shorts, they are my wife's, everybody starts laughing. What do they do? Immediately, he disarms everybody. Whoever can disarm the audience wins. Okay, so don't come out here like, I'm the cool guy. Come out here like, hey, I'm the guy that, honestly, sometimes I wonder even, how did I make it? You know, I think I did. I just believed in myself. Isn't that crazy? How many of you right now have at one point not believed in yourself? Yeah, me too. You know what? I used to not believe in myself either. You know, I thought that's silly, because you know, what I learned is that 80% of sales is belief. Isn't that crazy? Somebody can have more skill on you, but you can believe more than them and beat them. See? But watch. What am I doing? I'm connecting with you right now. Even though I'm telling you the truth, I'm connecting with you. So what do they do best now? Write down. What holes do they have? You know, what I learned is Grant left the automotive space and he went to real estate. I thought people feel abandoned car dealers felt when Grant went. Because, listen, the whole goal is to grow. Does that make sense? Everybody understand what's going to happen to you when you first start as a coach? You're going to niche down by the way, I still have over 10,000 dealers on my training platform that are in the automotive space. I never left it. I still love those guys. But I went wide. The whole point was to grow, but I had to start with what I knew best, right? And that's what I want you guys to do. So Grant, when he went wide, he never went back. He never created any more training for that space. So when you looked at his automotive training, he was wearing, you know, 3ft shoulder pad suits and he had feathered hair. You knew the content was made 20 years ago. Dude, listen, when Covid hit and 2020 hit and Grant had outdated training that was 15 years old, I was like, I'm going to smoke them. That's all they want to do. All they want to do is win. All they want to do is get a check. Your new people, your old people, if they keep making money, they'll never leave. And if you gave them the training to do it, they'll stay with you forever because you took care of them. So what are you going to be? Are you going to be the boss to give them the good stuff like me, give them this good stuff that's going to help make more money? Or do they got to go to the competition? You signed up with me so they can get it. You decide. And by the way, as a leader, you don't want to go close all their deals, do you? You don't want to be the babysitter, do you? Do you want to be the babysitter or do you want your team to be closers and fire breathing dragons and be able to go out there and close their own deals and make money, be proud of themselves? Because that's what I'll teach them to do. Are you tired of being the babysitter? Do you find yourself chasing your salespeople around on the lot, having to close their deals because they can't overcome simple objections that I could teach them how to do. What am I doing? I'm talking to their pain. You feel me? You guys have to get out there in the world and bark at their pains. You guys feel me? Is this easy? It's not easy, but it is. It's easy when you have a coach that reminds you what to do daily. These salespeople show up to work, sit on their ass. But when they plug into training, they listen to me, they're like, oh man, I want to go sell some shit. Or they don't have the training and then they're Sitting in there, playing on social media on their phone. What do you want your team doing? You see how I got him? You see it? I went dealer to dealer to dealer to salesperson, B2B. B2C. And I basically said the reason why your team is getting their ass kicked is because they're plugging into nothing. Your team is literally getting brainwashed watching social media all day when they could be watching my content, brainwashing themselves to go sell something. What do you want to have? Brain rot or fire breathing dragons? What do you want? Choose, choose, Choose. Because your competition, you know, ABC Chevrolet down the road, Remember my niche was automotive. When I started 2019, 2020, I said, Listen to me, if you don't train with me, your competition that I'm training with is going to bankrupt you. What am I doing now? I'm putting fear into them. And by the way, I speak with authority. My words have teeth. Write this down. Do your words carry weight? Why listen to you? You know what I know maybe I had a training program, maybe I didn't, but I'm damn sure gonna make you think I do. You guys know in poker people bluff people, right? Listen, I want to talk to people and I want them to think like, is he real? This guy serious? I don't know. I want to find out. It's by his training. What if he does have the best fear of missing out? Create fomo. Okay? Does that make sense? Do you guys see how I did it? Yeah. Do you guys see what I did? Dude, I never was in this industry. I was literally working for someone my entire life. And then I got out there and I go, dude, you know what? I know I'm not very book smart, but I'm freaking street smart. I know how human beings operate. You know, how something creates value, scarcity. And I'm going to tell them, hey, by the way, guys, I'm only signing up 100 more dealers and then I'm cutting it off. You know why? Because the dealers that I do business with, the ones that want to be old to me, that sign up with me, you know what I'm going to do? I'm going to teach them to bankrupt. We're going to do. If you get plywood delivered to your front door, you know that your competition is training with me. And basically they're about to board up your windows because I'm shutting them down. So either you're training with me and you're going to be delivering plywood to the competitors, or you're going to have it on your front door. You choose. You're like, dude, is this guy serious? Like, is this guy. You know how many people that was like, dude, we have to ban Andy Elliott from the automotive industry. People cannot talk like this in our company.
