There's a lot of things I'm going to tell you today, and I'm going to solve every problem in your life in about the next two to three hours. If you listen to me. Your life will never be the same again. You get whatever you want. I'm gonna make sure you understand why I want to take care of my family. What about you guys? Yeah, I don't know who that is to you. I don't know what's coming next for you, but I know this. This isn't going to the wayside, whether it's yours or mine. So it's not like these are my kids, and I'm in it for these kids. A lot of parents, they just think about their kids. Every time I see a kid, man, I'm like, that's a freaking future, man. You guys gotta understand everything you do. You're showing the youth what is freaking possible. And I know a lot of people, they don't think this way, which is why brainwash Yourself to believe differently if you knew that when you walked out that door. See, when I know I'm in the grocery store, I know a lot of people are lost. And I'm gonna show up even in that grocery store on fire. And you're like in a grocery store. That's right. That's right. In a damn grocery store. Your next hire might be in that grocery store. Okay, Your next customer may be in that grocery store. Your next best friend may be in that grocery store. Your wife might be in that grocery store. Why don't you freaking show up everywhere? Leaders and winners are in absence of a off switch, they don't flip on off. They have an identity. Oh, what's an identity, Andy? I thought I had skill. No, an a belief who you are. And when you know who you are, you don't need to act no more. When I was a kid, I was always acting, acting like a sales guy. Acting like this customer pulls up on the lot. Oh God. Gotta get excited, gotta get excited. No, dude, I'm just excited to be alive now. I can't believe we get to live in this era. I can't believe it. I can't believe you guys get to be alive in this freaking era right now. You know what? I know I'm gonna teach you to be really successful. Then when you get successful, it's dangerous because then you think you know it all. Dude, you know, I always wanted to be a top performer. You know what a top performer is? It's called being at the freakin top. That means there's a company, there's an industry, and then you're number one. And when you get there, there's this thing that says, I got it now. Don't you ever let that happen. That's why you see this chip on our shoulders where we're running around and going freaking crazy, man. And it ain't about money. It's about operating from a state of freaking madness and proving all those people that said you were going to be a loser and nobody, you weren't going to count and you couldn't make it. It's really a message to your old self. Hey, screw you, okay? You're dead now. Look who's in charge. I like that. This is a war between me and me. And depending on the way I play the war, the way I understand the war, the strategies that I understand about this war that's being played in my mind will determine my entire life and all my relationships and my happiness, my income, my money, my legacy, all of it. It's all here. So I love you guys. I'm going to tell you, some of you today, you're going to pay more attention than others. I came in this room today to teach you to be the greatest freaking salesperson, closer and legacy builder on planet Earth. I am a builder. You say? What's a builder? I build shit. I want to build my son, I want to build my daughters. I want to build my wife. I want to build my team. I want to build me every day. I have to build. I want to build my check. I want to. I have to build. I'm made to build. Are you guys made to build? You're around people right now, and you know what they think? They don't think shit about you. That's why you have to think this about you. Listen to me. Your life right now is actively going in the direction that it's going because of you. Not your manager, not your boss, not your economy, not the market, not your business partner. Because of you. Because of your thoughts, because of the shit that's in your head. I ask in this room today that you just empty it out and you just say, look, man, I've gotten to where I've gotten right now because of what I know, what I think, how I see the world, how I believe the world sees me. I've gotten this far, man. I came here today, in this room because I'm at A and I want to go to B. And if you really want to, I'm going to give you the bridge today. And then if you like this bridge, you live that bridge until you die. And that old person in A has to die. You are always the problem. You're always the problem. It's no one around you. Something could blow up in your life right now. Someone could die. The way you respond to it will determine your future. Shit's gonna happen to all of us. You're gonna get fired. You're gonna lose your best people. People are gonna betray you. You're gonna do something absolutely stupid and embarrass your whole family. What next? What. When that happens, what's your next move? That's what I want to program you to do. Today, now. Sales. It's easy. If you can't sell yourself, though, you can't sell anybody, because who's the person doing the selling? You. How the hell can you sell someone when you can't even sell yourself? They know you're fake. Smell the bullshit on you. And so that's why, when you become real, you can become unapologetic. I get away with saying stuff a lot of people can't get away with. You know why? Because you know I live it. You know I live it. And you know I wouldn't be telling you some freaking bullcrap that would take you off the course. You know, I don't want to be a stumbling block to your life. I am being vulnerable, and I'm sharing that. I understand you. I know what it's like to be in your shoes. Please listen to me. Choose whatever road you want. But I know the roads. I've gone them. And I went the wrong one too many times. I know the right one. I know it's awkward. I know it's uncomfortable. I know it feels different. And that's how you know it's right. If it doesn't scare you, it's not worth it. If it doesn't scare you, it's not worth it. If you're not doing scary things in your life, you're not living. Dude, what would it be like to get one life and to realize you never did anything to push yourself? No ways. Today I'm gonna push you. Today we're gonna have fun. I just asked one question, and by the way, like, I want you to decide who you're gonna do it for. I want to do this for God. I want to. He changed my life. I want to change your life. That's what I want to do. I'm not going home and reaping the money and the reward and the relationships you get. You're getting that. And I'm going to share with you. I've made both of them wrong. I want to do this for God number one. I asked him today, hey, take everything out of my heart and my head and fill it with what you want. Secondly, I want to do it for my family. All of you in here, you should be doing it for your family, whoever that is. And then thirdly, I want to do it for my people who believe in me, which is my team, our clients, and for the people out there who need someone to show up for them. I'm telling you guys, listen to me. There's people that need you right now to show up for them. And they're not telling you, like, man, I need you to really show up for me today. That's not how it works. You freaking show up, you freaking grow in this room. You go to another level, then you help them. They didn't know it was you. No one thought I was going to be the one that was going to help them. No one's going to think that you are going to be the one. You're the freaking one. Male, female, 18, 70, don't care. 10. My daughters, dude, they got six packs shredded, rip. They're getting in good shape. Guess what happens all of a sudden. They're getting messages everywhere, dude, my daughter wants a six pack like hers. My son's working hard to get a six pack all the time. Watch in the gym. There was a gym wearing Dubai. You're not allowed to go in this gym unless you're 18 years old. They don't let people in there. They don't let kids in there. Kids are not allowed in these gyms. My kids, they're smoking in the gym. They're working out harder than the adults. Adults are coming up going, hey, can I get a picture of you guys? Because they're going so hard. They're recording them working out. Why they get it from their parents. Also, my son, I always say, like, they're like, Jackie. Ian's like, me. I was a little chubby kid when I was younger. I told him, I go, dude, this ain't your fault, bro. Your dad was chubby when I was little. But guess what? Once I got into something athletic, but it had BMI D. Once I get some athletic, I started really working on myself. And then, boom, my whole body changed. He went to Dubai. He was this way after three months. Three months. It was his idea. But I've been seating forever, remember? Seating, seating. I can't tell him what to do. I've been telling him since he was six years old. I've been taking Jimmy since he's five years old. Hadn't wanted it, had one and had one and had like. It's got to be his idea. Finally he goes, dad, I want to fight. Okay, boom. Goes for a week, goes for two weeks. Dad, I want to do two days now. Okay, cool. That way. I don't want to do an hour twice a day. I want to do two hours twice a day now. Okay, Dad, I want to go to school for an hour in the morning, take care of my stuff online, no teacher, get my grades right, and then I'm going to fight all day long. Okay, cool. We're going to hire your full time teacher now to teach you to fight. Why? We're as parents. We're going to teach them how to live. Can your kids look at you? Some of you are putting your kids in school and you're literally making them just like everyone else. That's fine. My kids get to see us. And you may Say, well, yeah, that's because you got. What did you say? Did you just make an excuse? Yeah, but that's because. Shut your freaking mouth. Please. Shut your mouth. It's your life. You could do whatever the hell you wanted. You own your life. No one is handcuffing in your life but you. You don't understand. I got all this stuff going on. No, you have a business that owns you because you've never cloned yourself. You've never built anybody. You don't pay money for leadership training. You don't go to a seminar every quarter. You don't plug into leadership training every day. You haven't become a good leader, so you don't own your business. You're right. Your business owns you. You can't do anything with your children because of you. You get it? It's not because of your business. It's. Once you get this, you're like, oh, shit, man, I'm free. I'm free. I'm the one making me stuck. It's freaking me. And once you do this, your whole life changes. Jackie, I talk about her a lot. She's my ultimate high level of accountability. She holds me accountable to freaking everything. I love that. If in here I tell you to do something and you're like, I don't want to do it, you're saying you don't want accountability. That's what you're saying. You're saying you don't want accountability. You're out. You're out. You can't compete with the guy that says, I'll do it, I'll do it. Awkward, uncomfortable, weird. Yep. Do you want a weird life? Do you want a weird bank account or a normal bank account? Okay, cool. Do you want statues made to you? Because they make statues of the weird people and the crazy people, not the normal people. Do you want to go in the history books? Normal people don't get in the history books. They don't write history on normal people. They write history on the crazy dreamers that executed and lived differently. Right. My camera guy yesterday had a shirt off. I don't know if you saw him in the workout, but his shirt off with his camera gear on. Right? That's never been him. And I go, dude, I like that. No, no, no. I said, why isn't your shirt off again today? I know. And he goes, well, I didn't know. I said, stop. Do you want to be remembered? Do you want to be remembered? He's going to distract everybody with his muscles. They won't pay attention. Ok, my point is, is that he may say, yeah, but I got more time. I got to work out. I got to get in better shape. That's exactly why you'll never get there. Because each one of you have two or three more steps before you'll actually start doing it. Nope. No more steps. Broken, lost, screwed up, fat, lazy, loser, didn't keep your word. Guess what? We start now. That's what it is. And if you listen to me, that's the comeback there. Okay? All right. Love you guys.
