This is probably one of the most important things ever. If you guys only want money, I'm sorry, but you're going to get beat out by somebody else who wants more than money. Changing the psychology of the leader will change the business faster than anything else. Okay? So if you want to change any company, you want to change any business, you must change the way the leader thinks. The way that you think will be the way that your life goes. Test this manifestation. People say, manifestation doesn't work well. Okay, tell me you're not going to be rich. Will you ever be rich? Not a chance. Tell me you'll be rich. Think about it all the time. Law of attraction. You'll start operating into rich fields, rich areas, rich relationships. You'll end up rich. The only difference was the way you thought. And people say, well, that's not. Listen, let's say you tell me, how did you get rich? Well, I just manifested that I was going to be rich. I thought about it every day, and my thoughts took me in that direction. I obviously executed and took action. Like, that was important. I was a good leader, but I thought about it every day. I never thought that I wasn't going to be rich. I always knew I was. And I'm like, yeah, but it doesn't work like that. Stop. At that very point. The law manifestation is working to them because they believe that it doesn't work like that, which means it's working for them, that it doesn't work. Dude, they manifested it wasn't going to work. So it didn't. And I manifested it was going to work, so it did, bro. The law of attraction, the law of manifestation is so real. So changing the psychology, the way the leader thinks will change any business faster than anything else. Somebody will say, we got to change our CRM out. Okay, cool. That's not going to change the business. Changing the psychology of the leader will change the business faster than anything else with speed. And that's why, like, if you guys can walk in and let's say today you decide to think differently, well, your life will change, like, within one day. It may take eight months to have a CRM change a company, but you can change your thinking in just an instance, you know? And by the way, once you realize that something's bad, you have the choice to get rid of it immediately. You don't have to hold on to it. Listen, if you think, yeah, but it takes a long time. You manifested it's going to take a long time. When it takes a long time. The reason why we know it took a long time is because you said it was. See, I like fast wins, and I'm like, I'm going to get this fast. And I don't know, but just happens fast. I think it's because I think it's going to happen fast. You know, like, we built our business really quick, and a lot of people was like, you can't build a business that quick. How did you do it? And I'm like, I thought we were going to build it quick. And they're like, yeah, but what else? I'm like, I mean, there was a lot of things we did, but I'm sure there was other people that did those things and they thought they weren't going to build that quick. Now, don't be naive and think you're going to do something fast without putting the efforts. Remember, I told you, most people underestimate the word. Underestimate isn't used enough. People underestimate the amount of effort that it's going to take to achieve anything. A great marriage. It's going to take more than you could ever imagine. Getting in great shape. Oh, my God. Putting on muscle, dude. Only when it hurts and failure happens does muscle build. Remember, muscle builds with failure. And so you have to build the muscle which isn't growing at all. And once it hits failure, then the reps start counting. So 1 through 13, those reps, that felt good. Those weren't failure. 13 through 20, today we were doing those. And Ali's like, we're going to 100. I'm going to be honest. Like, you guys probably felt a pump and the muscle doing something a little bit different. That's just failure. That's where the gross happens. This is a big one. Leaders live for a bigger vision than themselves. Art, like a piece of art. His name was art Williams. He's 85 years old right now. I'm sure you guys have heard of a company called Prime America. He built Prime America. He started a Company in 1976. He was a college. He was a high school football coach that made $10,700 a year. Somebody sold his mother a life insurance policy. Okay, that it was cash value. It wasn't term. She was paying. Let's give an example. $100 a month for $10,000 in coverage for cash value. And we know cash value insurance, you don't get term and the cash, you only get one or the other. But they combine them together. Term, you can buy term insurance for a hundred dollars, which is what she was paying. Where she had the 20,000 with whole life. She could have got term insurance and got $150,000 because she was sold. She was sold an insurance policy that paid the insurance salesman a better commission, which is why he sold it to her. When Art Williams dad died and his mother didn't get a check to take care of her, and she had to go back into work with all the kids. He was furious and he goes, I'm gonna put cash value out of business. So we decided to call it trash value. And he said, I'm gonna go sell term insurance, buy term and invest the difference. Okay? So there are two separate things. So if you want to build an annuity, if you want to build something that's going to build, that's going to make 20% on your money, 15% on your money, we're going to invest money over here and it's going to have a return, but we're going to buy term. And term is term. You're going to buy 30 years term you're going to buy. You're going to pay 50 bucks a month. You got $200,000 of death benefit. If you die, 200 grand is coming. You're paying your 50 bucks. You can't afford to pay 100amonth. Cool. We're going to put 50 bucks here for the term. We're going to invest the other 50 over here. That'll make 20%. Does that make sense? Split. He was so passionate about that, he couldn't wait to get his insurance license. The second he got it, he went and sold it to the whole world. He built a team, okay? In the beginning, they were recruiting, you know, five agents a month. Towards the end of his career, after 21 years, they were recruiting 25,000 people a month. This guy ran around, and from the first day that his mother got a check that she didn't, she couldn't take care of herself with because she was sold. And when he found that, see, when the family got the check, when she got the check, it bothered him that it wasn't enough. But when he learned that she could have, for the same money, got 150 grand instead of 20, that's when he was like, okay, wait a minute. He's like, how many families out there have been sold, you know, whole. And by the way, I'm not saying, because I know that you're an insurance, right? I'm not saying that cash value is bad, you know. What I'm trying to tell you is Art Williams was pissed the off, bro. He built Prime America. He went from being a football coach making $10,000 a year, okay, a year, to becoming a multi billionaire. His company did, on the year they sold it, $300 billion. The only insurance company ever did $300 billion from one motherfucker that have an edge. So leaders Live for a bigger vision than themselves. He didn't just want to make money. He wanted to make money. Don't ever think for a second he didn't want to. But he was so pissed off. Okay, he was so pissed off about that thing is that that lived with him for 21 years while he built the business. Every meeting, every call, every everything he did, he went back to his mother getting that wrong check. And that salesman had a choice to sell whole or term to his mom. And he sold her. He sold the father. Cause his father didn't know anything about insurance. And he just said had he sold them term, we would have been happy to invest the difference. I don't wish my dad paid a different dollar amount to that insurance salesman. I just wish they would have sold him terms so when he died my mother would have been okay. And then they would invest in the different hell. He said close them on paying twice as much, but just make sure he has enough in case he dies. And that right there just made art go crazy. And if you guys, I want you to study Art Williams, you're gonna see this guy, he just gets angry. And you know what he did? He simplified his product and everything that he did to make it real easy for people to understand. I'm here for you to do one thing. It's to buy terms so when you die, your family's protected. And then the difference that you can afford, we're just going to invest it. That's it. They're going to be two policies and you get both of them at any time. By the way, if you live to be 60, if you live to be 85. But at 65, you decide you want this money you've been investing, take it and then the term will pay out when you die. It's real simple. You can have this money over here anytime. And so my point is that I've studied this guy and if I've learned one thing, it has nothing to do with insurance. It's that this guy was running on a bigger vision than himself the whole time. And he, and he. And he taught his salespeople that were the best at selling it. They were normal, average, ordinary people that he made. Great. Pretty cool, right? So you guys can study him. Man, I like to study people like this. Hey guys.
