Show me. You want a great life. Don't tell me. Aren't you sick of people telling you that they're going to do something? Managers are sick of people telling they're going to do something. I'm sick of leaders saying that they're going to do this. We need to show each other we're going to do it. That's the key to life. Also, when you go to change, will you have haters? Yes. If anybody in here doesn't understand what a hater is. A hater is someone who hates right on someone when they've elevated up. If you don't have haters, you don't have any success in your life. Listen, if you had the Range Rover, right, people be talking shit about you right now, okay? They'd be talking shit on them, okay? What else do you want? You need to decide what do you want? And then you're going to go get it. What do you want? When do you want to buy? When we become this person. I'm going to go now into what I was talking about a minute ago, our souls. When you guys are around people, you can tell who really cares and who don't care. Am I correct? Okay, listen to me. This is a big one. Let's get into selling and closing. Now, the way that you can sell and close anybody is to be real. Become someone that's real. Guys, I wear my heart right here. I wear my heart right here. From now on, you're going to wear your heart right here. People say don't take shit personal. I take everything personal. Doesn't mean I'll react, okay? But I take everything personal because my life means a lot to me. I only allow people around me that can help me grow and make me better or I have people around me that I know that I'm coaching and I help and make them better. But once you're negative, I'm not bad to you. I just don't talk to you no more. I need you to cut out anything negative in your life. I need you guys to audit anything in your life that you're doing. If you're doing drugs, if you're drinking, if you're hanging out with somebody that's negative, it's just as bad as doing drugs. I swear on my life. Hey, by the way, how are you Talking to you. So I told you guys, forgive yourself for your old life and give yourself permission to have a new life. Now here's what's going to happen, ok? You got to become a new person. Everybody in this room Right now, the results you're getting are because of who you are. That is it. Now, this new you, okay, this new you, you must realize your soul. I'm a body, but I'm going to die one day. But my soul lives forever. My soul, my body. When my soul is on fire, you can feel the infectiousness of it. You can feel the magnetic of being around somebody that enjoys life. Can you guys tell who's the leader and who's the follower? If a guy walks in this room or a girl walks in this room right now, do you know who's normally crushing it and killing it and who's not? Yes or no? Customers can tell really quick whether you're the person they need to do business with or not. I can see you from a mile away when you get out. Are you guys fired up? Do you guys feel blessed? Are you guys grateful? Do you guys love what you do? Do you love being a car saleswoman? Do you love being a car saleswoman? Listen, you're at a party, there's a bunch of people around, and everybody's like, oh, what do you do for a living? And they're like, I'm a chiropractor. And they're like, oh, I'm a doctor. And you say, I'm a car salesman. And people like, look at you, like, oh, a car salesman. Can I explain something to you? A lot of you guys don't understand how blessed you are. There's always so much work to do. But from now on, we're not going to change our jobs. That's not how you're going to make more money. You're going to start doing your job differently. All of you in here together, every one of you are going to start doing your job differently. The job you have can make you rich, but you're not doing your job right. Not mad at you. I love you. I want to explain to you how to do it right. Here's the biggest thing. Can everybody sell one car a day? Yeah. Okay, everybody write this down. I'm going to work 260 days in 20, 24, okay? That's going to give you 105 days off, which will give you plenty of rest. In 260 days, you're going to sell a car a day. One car every day for the 10 hours that you come to work. At $500 commission per car, you will make $130,000. Is $130,000 good money? Yes or no? It is good money. There's good, great and unstoppable super important. Guys, if you're watching this video right now and you're like, andy, I'm not built like that. Bullshit. Yes, you are. Gotta train. That's the way it works. Train or complain. It's your choice, okay? Can anybody sell two cars in a 10 hour day? So we're either going to sell two cars at $500 each, which is going to get us to $260,000. Now you're making a quarter of a million a year, or you're going to still sell a car a day, but you're going to average a thousand dollars commission because you're going to be better at negotiating, putting customers on the right cars, taking care of people and doing your job right. Does that make sense? Okay, can everybody in this room earn a quarter of a million a year? Yes or no? And then we have the overachievers. Can I everybody write down overachiever? I want to give you the definition of an overachiever. An overachiever is someone who continually works their hardest and never feels like they're working hard enough. They never feel like they're working hard enough. Now, an underachiever is someone who doesn't work very hard but thinks are working too hard. An overachiever always looks at what he has and always says, I can do better. Also, are you married? Okay, a great husband or a great wife? I'm going to say a great husband is someone who only not provides, but also gives their life, their wife, a journey. Okay, should you have date nights when you're married? Yeah. Remember, if you treat something like it's the beginning, they'll never be an end. Is date night a luxury? No, it should happen every week. Is it extra or is it mandatory? Mandatory. I'm going to explain how this works, guys. This is the person right here that sells two cars a day at 500 a copy or one car day at a thousand. And when you're at work, you sell people vehicles. You love your life Everybody buys off you because you're so freaking magnetic. You have a great life. I could walk around and go, great life, great life, great life. The rest of you don't have great lives. I know you don't, because I know what it likes. I can identify when someone is struggling. I can identify when someone is bored with their life. I can identify mediocrity and laziness. I can identify it. You guys, I can look at you and I can tell the way you take care of yourself. It is called I can see with my eyes. I can look at your eyes and I can tell if you have loose eyes and you're all over the place or I can tell if your eyes are laser focused. I can look at you and I can tell if you're looking all around and shit and you're distracted or if you're like, dude, okay, all right. Today's my day. I'm going to grow today. Today's the day. I'm changing everything today, dude. People come in these rooms and leave differently. You leave differently. Dude, you guys can walk out of here in a minute and physically walk out and be totally different. Now, my question is, no one in this room is giving it all they got every day at work. I know that. Now, I'm going to give you some good news. If you guys will only work the time that you're supposed to be at work and you give it all you got, will you be fulfilled when you leave? Okay, for everyone in here, you want to know the fastest way to tear your family apart? I'm going to tell you the fastest way. And see, today I'm giving you the truth. Waste your life at work. Waste your time at work. Don't do a good job. You'll go home unfulfilled. When my wife sees me walk through the door and I'm unfulfilled, she don't like it. My wife don't want to marry a loser. My job is to do everything that I do with all I got. When my wife told me, hey, we've learned to live without you, because I was freaking at work all the time. And when I was home, even though I was at home, I was thinking about being at work. When she told me that, she goes, well, then I went the complete opposite. Some of you in here, you're like, I need to quit working hard. I need to spend more time on my family. Hey, your family don't want you to be a loser either. You get it? Like, dude, I tried that one. And my wife's like, dude, I don't like this guy. I don't like this guy. I don't like that either, Andy. You know what I want? How hard is it? Common sense. Work from when you go to work to when you go home. Don't call me. I don't need you to call me. I love you. I know you do, but show me you love me when you get home. Don't tell me you love me when you're at work. I don't need to hear that. Come home and show us. Show me some of you in here. You want a great life? Show me you want a great life. Don't tell me. We need to show each other we're going to do it. That's the key to life. So do you want to be fulfilled? You know what fulfilled looks like? Hey, I love what I'm doing. This isn't a show. This is the way I live. I love doing this. I love selling. I love selling every day. You know why people need salespeople? Because they need to buy stuff and shit's getting more expensive. And they need someone to take the pressure off them, to take the anxiety out of the deal, to be the trusted advisor, to make it easy. They want to buy it. They just need someone to help them, which is why you get paid money. That's it. That's why salespeople can make so much money. But at the end of the day, you got to be fulfilled. Okay? I guarantee there's no one in this room that is absolutely 100% happy with the life they have. But that can all change right now. So we need to decide what is important to us, what's our priorities? Number one, I'm going to take care of me. I want to take care of me. I can take care of other people. Never will I not take care of me again. Never. And do you want to have a badass long life? Well, you need to be healthy to have it. Ok? And then number two, we're going to make sure that whatever is important to us when we're doing that, we're going to be present in that when we're doing it. And we're going to be where our feet are and we're not going to be anywhere else. Hey, give me 20 minutes with my kids. If that's all I get, give me 20 minutes. I will play harder with my kids in 20 minutes. And some other dad could play in five hours. Going to rock. 20 minutes. Can you guys do that? Now you guys see, you can have it all. Am I right? Now you guys are sitting here and there's no excuses like, well, I got to sacrifice this. I got to sacrifice this. Listen to me. None of you in here should ever lose someone you love. None of you in here should never not be your kid's hero. None of you in here should never no longer not be the example for the rest of the world. From now on, this is the way you're going to live all day, every day. And I'm telling you, I'm teaching it to you now. So now you can be the teacher. But here's what I know. No one will listen to you in the beginning. You know why? They need evidence. They need evidence. I got evidence that this is how I live. When I first heard about this, what I'm telling you, I got, I said, damn, man, that sounds good. Like that's how I need to be. Like, you're thinking. You're like, dude, that's it. That's how I need to live. Now, when you're at work. Yeah. You're going to be really good at sales. Yes. You're going to self develop. Yes. You're going to make the calls. Yes. You're going to close every client. Yes. You're going to do that. But when you get out of here, you're going to take care of those other things. There's this old saying, it says absence makes the heart grow fonder. Does that make sense? My wife rolls everywhere with me. This is the first trip in nine months she ain't been with me. Okay? Dude, we ain't even giving each other time to miss each other. But we're always together. When I come home in two days, she's gonna be like, dang, it's like, you guys gotta go home and turn it off. I know, I know. Your managers told you not to turn it off. They're wrong. Go turn it off. And then tomorrow morning, give them hell. You guys got me. That's the key. Hey, guys.
