And everything that happens to me, I say there's got to be some good in this. There has to be, and there always has been. But I want to tell you, you guys have all have your own story, right? And people are like, what do you mean? I'm like, well, dude, you want to change your life? You're not interested in changing your life. That's why you're yawning. Your brain's checking out because you want to play on your phone. You're so used to doing shit that's bad for you that you're addicted to doing shit that's made you to where you are now. So I'm talking about how to change your life. You're not interested in it, but you say you're interested. You're full of. See, why do I speak so direct and so blunt? You know the way to grow a badass business? Be direct. Don't walk on eggshells with each other. If you guys ever have to walk in a company and walk around on eggshells around each other, you need to get rid of that person. Like, listen, I always say, earn the right in sales. We earn the right to ask for someone's business, right? We know that we do a good job, so we earn the right to ask for the sale. I think in order to be direct with someone, you have to earn the right to be direct with them. So how do you do that? Number one, you got to wear your heart on your sleeve. Wear your heart on your sleeve at all times. Okay? Number two, you got to have good intentions. People have to know that your intentions are good for them. So I made all these bad grades, all this shit, and then I want everybody to remember what I said right here. And I want you to think about this. I put here a way out. I was looking for my way out, by the way. Everybody, let's do this, because we're going to talk about this way out, and we're going to anchor what our goals are, where we want to go to, why we would want to change. I am telling you right now, I can tell you how to get everything you want and make any amount of money you want. And you don't have to quit your job. You have to do your job differently. Just everybody. Everybody's always like, oh, I got to start my own business. No, you got to start doing the way you do business differently. You got to start thinking differently. It ain't a new job. It's a new mindset. It's a new way of thinking. It's a new you, dude. You. The play you've been running has gotten you where you're at now. It's time to run a new play. If you came to me and you go tell me the rules to make a load of money, I would say, well, two rules. Rule number one, don't ever let anyone know your business better than you. Whatever you do, know it better than anyone else. So you can kick all their asses, okay? Like, I want you to pretend that someone was opening a business that was just like yours across the street from you. And they go, I'm going to bankrupt you. I want you to get pissed and go, no, I'm going to know my business better than them, and I'm going to kick their ass. So you're doing this to yourself all day long, thinking, someone's coming after me, someone's going to come after us. We got to crush everybody. That's rule number one. Don't ever let anyone know your business better than you. Rule number two, you got to try to figure out how to kick your own ass. What are your holes? What are your weaknesses? Guys, you know what most people do? They want to turn an eye to their problems and brush them under a rug. You can't do that. You see this phone? Tell me I'm wrong. People drive down the road and they're doing this. They're not even watching the road, so they're on the phone in the car. You go to dinner with your kids and your husband, your friends, everybody's on their phone. They're not even together. Why didn't we even go to dinner? Like how? Like how disrespectful, by the way, if the phone's on the table, that's disrespectful. If you have to walk from one room to the other and you have to carry your phone with you, you've got a problem. You don't take your kids with you from one room to the other. Do you love your phone more than you love your kids? This thing is crack. We can get everything that we want really fast with this. And it's dangerous. The problem with this is that it's fake. The problem with it is that you take this thing and it makes you feel good instead of kicking ass and winning in life, and that even feels better. You get in a cloud, you get everything you want. At the tip of, it's so fast. That's why this is like the devil. This is a tool to get you Rich, not for us to become the tool. This is a tool. I learned this. I know. This is my biggest problem. I've learned to do business off this. And so I make excuses. Why do I do business on my phone? No, you're addicted to your phone. That's the truth. Because you start doing business, but then you always sway off into other things because there's a lot of entertaining sh on here. Plus, it makes me feel good because I can have whatever I want. This thing does whatever I want whenever I want. It makes me feel powerful. This thing is trash. Now, I want to tell you this. This is what puts people in a cloud. This is what makes people numb. This is what makes people cold. Okay? A lot of times you're having a conversation with somebody, it's an important conversation, and the person means something to you. And you can't even put your phone down. I know. You know what I mean? This is why people can't study. This is why people can't learn.
