I'm going to be very clear. There will be $10,000 ideas, hundred thousand dollar ideas. There will be million dollar ideas. There will be 10 million dollar ideas. There will be hundred million dollar ideas. There could be even a billion dollar idea on this call. So you can't be one of these people that is self developing to learn the language so you can have conversations with other people about self developing, but it's not happening in your own life. Don't be a fraud. And so my biggest thing with you guys is that total transformation, real transformation is really what I want with all of you. And ultimately it's to make you the greatest leaders in the history of time. You got to build a damn team that's fired up. Guys, I want to tell you, I want you to write something down. You got to have heart. Got to have heart. A lot of people are heartless. You know what I love about the lion's den? You know what I love about it? Everybody's so freaking fired up they want to eat someone's face off of, hey, by the way, write this down. You got to build tough people. You got to build tough people. This is important. You got to build people that have a heart of a winner, ok? And like, I don't know if you guys caught that. When Ian said you got to hire your kind of people, what does that mean? Are you hiring people that are. It's like Florida State and they play the passing game. Are you a company that plays the passing game or you like Alabama and you like to hit them hard right out the gate, show them who's in charge? You got to decide what is us, what are we. And then you only hire people like you. Ok? If you play the passing game, you hire passing people. If you play the hitting game, you hire hitting people. Now I want to tell you guys some stuff today. All I'm going to be talking about today, big picture. Everybody write this down. Big picture. Ultimately, the quality of your life will come down to the level of your leadership. Period. Period. Make sure you write that down. By the way, I'm going to give you some bombs today. That number one, couple things, if you guys have a team, I'm going to tell you how to build a great team. If you don't have a team, if you ever want to amount to anything, you're going to need to build a team. Those of you on this call that know how build a team will be the most dangerous, you will make the most money. And so let's start out with a couple things. Number one, I never like to start out with money. So I'm going to start out with money and then I'm going to back into how to make as much money as you want. And so I want you to write this down. If you got a piece of paper, just write down a one. And then I want you to start writing some zeros behind it. And I want you to just identify and build a relationship with this number for a minute. Ready? Write 1 and then write 0 and then 0 and then 0 and 0 and 0 and 0 and 0, 0 and 0. And so there's a such thing as. There's some people on this call that understands what six figure incomes a year look like. Some of you six figure income earners. Now, by the way, there's low six figures, high six figures and then there's mid six figures, seven figures. The guy says I make seven figures. Is that 2 million, is that 9 million? That's a big difference. In seven figures it's about four times more. Eight figures, 10 million. Right. 20 million, 30 million, 40 million, 50 million, 60 million, 70, 80, 90, 100. Once you get into nine figures, just everybody listen to me for a minute. 100 million, 200 million, 300 men, then all the way up to the B, which is billy goat billion. Now I want to tell all of you guys something. There is a thing called leadership. Leadership is a specialized skill that now if you can become. I'm just telling you how to get rich. If you can become the greatest leader in the history of the world, you can have all of those zeros. All of them, every one of them. If you want every one of those zeros, I'm going to tell you how to build 100 million. 500 million and a billion dollar business. I had built a billion, but I built a hundred million. And I can tell you if you listen to me. And by the way, notice Ian, he said, learn it, live it, loan it. What does that mean? No one cares what you learned if you don't live it. Number two, no one cares what you're living if you're not trying to make anyone else better and help them. Guys, who on this call wants to catch the world on fire? I do. And we're in an era right now where people, when they mess up, like, we want grace when we make mistakes, but other people don't get that grace. Guys, I'm going to tell you this gosh dang, if you'll just listen to me, I'm going to make you dangerous. So I'm going to give you some things I want you to write down. Why? Because I want you to memorize it, I want you to learn it, and then I want you to live it, and then I want you to teach it. Ultimately, all of you, I'm going to replace the word leader with coach. The coaching industry right now is a billion dollar a day industry. Hypothetically, if anybody on this call listened to me, you literally could become a coach to help other people as long as you could live what it is that you learned, you can make as much money as you want. I'm going to tell every single one of you, man, just like Ian said, you're one handshake away from hiring that person will change the whole company. Do you guys know this? Everybody. Are you ready? The psychology of the leader, right, will sink and change the business faster than anything else. Change it to go up and kill it to go down. I'm going to ask you something. When you have a sales team or a salesperson and they're not selling a lot, what do you do? Do you keep training them on sales constantly or do you up your recruiting game and go find someone who can kick ass who wants it? I Just want you to think to yourself for a minute, number one, they're both right. I'm training my team every day. But also, you're one higher away from transforming your whole business. One higher away. And by the way, I'm going to reverse that because some of you are watching this and you're like, andy, I work for someone else, okay? Someone else is one higher away from finding your dude. Guys, I've got buddies right now and they're on this call. If you will listen to everything I say, they will pay you a million dollars a year to go work for them. Yet you still can't get your together. They'll pay you a million a year. I don't care how much you're making. And by the way, they don't give a shit what you do now. They don't care what industry you're in. They don't care if you sell cars. They don't care if you freaking are in real estate. They don't care what you do. They don't care. You know what they care Are you what they're looking for? That's it. Why is now the most important time in the history of the world to develop? Because everybody's paying the leaders all the money. So if you guys want to get rich, are you ready? You got to become valuable. How do you become valuable? The greatest, scarcest resource in the history of time is leadership. So if you want to increase your value, guess what? Become a leader. There could be even a billion dollar idea on this call. And just, just pay attention, okay? And by the way, like, you guys could be doing a lot of. So could I. And you may say, eddie, I don't have a team yet. You don't have a team yet. Yet. But whoever goes to pay you that big money, if you want to be. Listen, there are intrapreneurs on this call. People that will never own their own business, that shouldn't own their own business, and they need to go work for someone else who wants to take all the risk, who wants to spend all the money, who wants to freaking be the one that gets sued when shit happens and you want to work for them and help them build their business big. Go with them to the top, man. Dude, being an intrapreneur is great. Or maybe you want to be an entrepreneur. You want to open the business. Whatever. Everything that I say applies to all of it, okay? So I don't care who you want to be. I just want to tell you what I'm about to tell you. You will need to know if you want to become rich. Okay? I want to start out with the three levels of leadership very quickly. And I will always say this to you because there are only three levels to me. Number one, self leadership. I'm going to be crystal clear. If people don't want to be you, they're not going to want to look up to you. They're not going to choose you as their mentor. Are you ready? So every one of you, starting right now, you guys are a coach. That's what you are. You're a coach. And your job is to set the standard for what human excellence looks like. To set the standard for what it looks like to be great. That's your job. Whoever on this call can self lead, Notice. Whoever on this call can self lead the best. When's the biggest? That's it. Drill it in your head. Drill it in your head. How fast can I change? How great can I be? How am I treating my wife? My girlfriend, my boyfriend, my husband? How am I treating my children? How do I treat my team? How do I take care of my physical fitness? What kind of clothes do I wear? What comes out of my mouth? How well are you leading other people? What do you stand for? Okay, listen, guys. Right now is the time, everybody. What is the building blocks to muscle? BCAAs, when we were little, they're like branched chain amino acids are the building blocks to muscles. I'm sure a lot of you heard that. What's the building block to success? Discipline. Discipline. It's only one word, discipline. Whoever on this call is the most discipline wins. That's it. Who on this call could be the most disciplined? Hey, and talk is cheap. Oh, I'm the most disciplined. I'm the hardest worker. Yeah. Your pay stub says differently. Your team says differently. Your wife, who really knows who you are behind closed doors, she says differently, okay? Oh, man, this is such a good time to change, guys. You know, I always like going into a new year, but also I see a lot of people that go into a new year, man, and nothing's really changed in their life. Okay, I want to ask you guys, right? And I'm being for real, like I want you to think and this is a reason to pay attention to me. Ok, I get it. When you start self development, you start talking different, right? You do, you start speaking different, you start to learn the language. You know, one of the most dangerous things that I tell people in self development is that when people are self developing most of the time they get really attractive when they hear the language and they learn it and they, and they get it down. But they're actually not living a better life. They're actually not making any more money. They're actually not growing their business. So you can't be one of these people that is self developing to learn the language so you can have conversations with other people about self developing but it's not happening in your own life. Don't be a fraud. Listen, my biggest fear is being a fraud. That's my biggest fear. My biggest fear is that I will tell you guys to do something, that I'm not living on my own. If you ever see me shut down my company ever, ever, it will be because I am no longer living to the standard that I, that I teach. I will shut this down. All of it, Every bit of it. By the way, my team, I want to go over some housekeeping rules in my company. If I lie to you, listen, I make this very clear to everybody on my team. I lie to you, you quit immediately. Let me explain. If I lie one lie, you quit. I want to have a trust with you that you've never had with anyone in your life. I will never lie to someone on my team. Never, never, never. Why? Because I want that loyalty. I want them to know if I say it, they can take it to the bank. Man, I love you guys. Listen, keep your word, ok? Listen to me. You're going to be around a lot of people that don't keep their word. You guys are going to get burned. You're going to get betrayed. And I'm going to tell you in the end, if you keep your, you will be the last man standing and everyone's gonna want to run with you. Everyone will want to run with you. And so my biggest thing with you guys is that total transformation, real transformation is really what I want with all of you. And ultimately it's to make you the greatest leaders in the history of time. With you guys, I want you to understand this. Guys, I'm a Christian. I don't know what, I don't know what your religion is and by the way, I don't get into religion a lot, but I am a Christian. I'm a born again Christian. Christian. I want to tell you something. You think God wants meek, weak sheep? You think God wants that? Or do you think God's calling on the leaders? Leaders can ask you a question. Do you think he wants you to run around and be. And be perfect? Or do you think he wants you to be the greatest testimony, the greatest example of what transformation looks like so you can be a testimony to everyone else for what human beings are capable of? Come on. Come on. Are you guys a testimony right now? A walking testimony. Hey, I know you were two years ago. What about today? Hey, some of you right now, want you to write this down. My story has been told 300 times and it's getting freaking old. You lost 100 pounds last year. Was last year. Are you really going to keep selling us on your old war stories what you did two years ago? If people ask how much money you make and you're not telling them this year's income, but you tell them what you made two years ago. Ha ha. I know, I know. That old ego is keeping you freaking down. You don't want to say it. Oh, man, I used to be in really good shape. You should see me last year. Oh, really? You let your discipline go. No, I had a lot go. No, you let your discipline go. You let your discipline go. So my biggest thing with all you guys is that we're all going to struggle with the same. Everybody get that? We're all going to struggle with the same. You guys have the same problems. I have. No, no one has different problems than the other people. We all have the same problems. Okay. You're in a relationship. Relationships are hard, aren't they? Yes. Being married is hard. It's probably one of the hardest things in the world, but it's worth it. Super important, guys. And by the way, some of you right now you're doing a job or you're doing business somewhere and you're tired of it. Listen, I'm not trying to ask you to quit your job. I'm saying two things. Number one, you need to listen to what I'm saying so you can go back and do what your job is differently, right? Some of you might be sitting on a bed of diamonds, you might be three feet from gold, from the greatest job in the world, right? Like you got the greatest job. But your eyes have changed, your lens have changed, your perspective has changed. I got a buddy, man. He just ruined one of the greatest relationships. He was with this girl, you know, My buddy told me for 10 years if I found the right girl, Andy, you know, like, I see how you and Jaclyn roll together. You and me and my wife are so close, okay? Like we're so transparent with everyone around us. We're so close. She's my best friend and I want to tell you guys something. He said, andy, if I could just find someone to have a relationship like you and Jackie have, dude, I would take care of that forever, you know? Okay, he did. He found that girl. You know what happened? I say this all the time. If you don't treat something like it's the beginning, eventually there'll be an end. You treat something like it's day one, it'll never get old. There'll never be an end to it. You got to keep stuff new. You got to keep reproving yourself. I told him, I said, man, you became ungrateful for her. People work so hard to get someone to fall in love with them. They work so hard to get someone to marry them. And then when they marry them, they become comfortable, lazy, complacent, sheepish, mediocrity, is crawling all over you. That's why you see all these people. I'm 45, I'm shredded. You see all these people, they're getting older and dude, they get fat, oldy, lazy, lethargic and slow. Why? Because everyone else is doing it. Can I ask you guys a question? Do you really want to have a life that counts? If you do, you got to stand out. You really want to have a great life, you got to stand out. Guys, you got to be different than everyone else in the world and you got to be able to make relationships others can't. So let me get to the training, but I just want to tell you guys, like, why we train is to change. It's the only reason why we. And by the way, our mind, our thinking is not our friend. Your mind isn't your buddy. Your mind wants you to play small, okay? It wants you to believe that, you know, you're not going to become something great. Your mind's your enemy. Great. Your mind is your enemy. It's not your buddy. And listen, can I ask you guys a question? Do you want to change and create a great life and have that great life until you die and keep getting better every day and keep growing every day? I'm going to give you the secret to all of it. Ready? Once you change, never change back. Never change back. You should tattoo it on your arm. Never change back. When you start a gym routine, you never get out of that gym. Simply said, when you find something that's good for you, don't ever stop it. Don't ever stop it, no matter what it is. Listen, life is a 25 7, 365 mastermind. If I'm being good to my wife and she's being super loving to me because I'm being good to her, would I ever be an asshole? No. That would be the opposite of what I want. So I will always stay great. Matter of fact, I know the nicer that I am to her, the better that she is to me. So I'm figuring out how to be nicer. Common sense. Listen to me. I wish I could tell you guys that there were more examples for you guys to be around. More examples of what great human excellence looks like. Like, I'm sorry. Honestly, a lot of you guys, you're on your own. That's why you have to find your own pack. You have to find your own team, you have to find your own circle. And that's what this call is about, by the way. We're together. But like, but like, you got to find people that are just like you. And you. If you can't find people that are like you, you're better off being alone. Facts. You're better off being alone. Because there's this weird like. And then we'll get to the training, but there's this weird stage where if someone's watching this call today and they decide to make a change and they're like, I want to be different. So what's going to happen is you're no longer going to have conversations with people that you know that are any good anymore. Because you guys don't talk the same, you don't think the same, you don't operate the same. So now you don't fit in with your current friends. So then you go forward and you think you're going to meet these new set of friends that are going to accept you, but you haven't quite became who you needed to become yet. It's almost like imposter syndrome. And so like the badass friends that you want to have, the new circle, these badass people that will push you, they're also not accepting you yet because they know that you're fully not who you need to become yet. And so they don't want to let you in their circle. So you're in this in between stage. From your old life to your new life, it's almost like purgatory. And you're almost thinking, man, I should just go back to my old friends because it's lonely. No, no, no, no, no, no. You keep recreating. You work out harder than ever. You became best friends with those cold metal weights. Long night, 10 mile runs. Dude, I'm going to tell you something. Me and my wife were building our business. Every night at 11 o'clock, my wife would go run 10 miles. Every night. Every night. I have no idea how she did it. She just said, andy, we were going through so much. I had to go run. I had to go run it off. I didn't even even like running. I had to go run it off. Guys, you got to take care of you. So I just want to tell you guys, listen to me. If you're in that middle stage right now, if you decide to make a chance, a change, you're not going to get along with the old people anymore. Matter of fact, you don't even want to be around them no more. So you're going to pivot out. Then you're going to go for a stage. You're going to be alone. These calls may be the best thing you have going on in your life and then one at a time they're going to start showing up. And by the way, this is why I love our events. Like I got an event this weekend for anybody that's going to be here Saturday, Sunday. I got 500 guys, gals and guys coming out. They all work out together. Two day event, psycho crazy. I had a guy, this is so cool. I had a guy that came out last year and by the way, I don't care what you do for a living, but he was selling solar. I just want to tell you what this guy was doing. Solar's cool. This guy was selling solar, was working for a boss that he didn't like anymore. And you know what happened? He met a guy out here while he was working out. Literally quit his job selling solar, came working for this guy. The guy's got on track, he's going to make a million and a half this year. He was making 200 grand selling solar. We're going to make a million and a half. You know what he did? He showed up and you know why the guy hired him or why he was attracted to him. I always say chase or attract. Your choice. I ain't chasing. Yeah, you say chase your dreams. How about attract your dreams? Okay. Become so badass. Winning recognizes you. You write that down. Winning must recognize you and must say, hey, that's a winner right there. I'm gonna go pursue that guy. Winning is like a camera searching around. If you see you and says, nope, nope. Whoa, wait a minute, who's that? The guy saw him working out and giving all that he had. And then the guy said, hey, man, I'd like to talk to you. They went to coffee the next morning. Four hour conversation. Guy moved across the country, went to go work for him, changed his life. Guys, listen to me. I don't know what your story is, but I'm going to tell you guys, you got to make some decisions on this call, okay? Some of you, I'm going to be crystal clear. Some of you, you need to pack your shit. This next week, you need to shut down everything and you pack your sh t And you need to move across the country. I know, I'm sorry. All the landmarks you're familiar with, where you live, all the things you've seen, all the people you know, they don't believe in you no more. You got to get the fuck out of there. Listen, you guys can move wherever you want, but here's what I'm going to tell you. I want to tell you guys something. No one's coming to save you when you make that move. Okay? I've seen people, they think because they're going to get around new people that that's going to be their answer. No, no, no, no. A new you is the answer. But sometimes you have to make a bold move, like moving away from everything you know and just getting away. Sometimes it's killing a toxic relationship. Do listen, I know some of you right now on this call, you guys have someone that's amazing in your life and you love them. And you know what? You've been making false promises for a long time to that person, telling them you're going to become who you're supposed to be. And you need to become that person for them right now. They've been good to you. They supported you. But some of you got someone in your life who they don't support you. They don't like all this talk about self development. They don't understand. And listen, sometimes they don't have to understand, but they don't support you. They don't believe in you. I put out this reel the other day for any man or woman. When someone makes a decision to change, you can't keep telling them who they used to be. You got to tell them what you see in them. And if you don't have someone in you and you're in love with someone and they're not telling you what they see in you, I mean, there's a good chance that you're probably not going to change with that person. And so my wife, she believed in me. My wife says, you're the biggest project I've ever had in my life and I love you, but sometimes I just want to beat your. That right there. At least that's real talk. So I want to tell you guys, listen, super important. You guys are all going to have great lives. I know this. I know that every single person on this call, if you can do one thing, which is become a leader, you're going to kill it. Okay? So let's train. Hey, guys.
