I'll shave 20 years off your life that you would have off those of you who pay attention. You could do more in three lifetimes. Most people could do three lifetimes in the next three months. I am a person. I built my company and my brand off battle testing. I love face to face interaction. I love it. I like to look in someone eyes when I tell them no. I like to see people get triggered. I love that stuff because to me, that's where people grow and push through. Now this is the most important skills. This I will tell you will change everything. If you can just. Hey. And I would like, and I'm giving you an example where you do this. I'd be like, I'd write these things down or take the picture and I would literally do 1 to 10. Okay, 1 to 10. Master a stranger. How good are you at walking up to somebody, shaking their hand, making a best friend within 30 seconds? Like for real. Because a lot of people aren't good at this. Okay, listen, if you're in sales, you have to have relationships. If you want money, where do money come from? People. And where do people need relationships and how you build relationships by shaking a hand and introducing yourself. I want people that aren't afraid. I want people that believe in themselves. Hey, if you're going to bring something to the table, do I got to believe what you have is good for me, dude? Do I got to like you, dude? Listen, you can be a savage, you can be the craziest person, but you must still be able to master a stranger and love people. Sell like a lion, act like a lamb. You can be a lion, you can be a killer, but you roll like a lamb. Nobody needs to know how good you are, okay? Nobody knows what a sniper looks like. If there's a hundred people sitting there and they're like, well, pick which one's a sniper. You don't know until they fire the shot. Okay? Like, that's why we train. We train because it's like people can't tell what's going on, but they know. You guys look in here and some of you are like, hey, pick a friend. Would you pick a friend that believed in themselves or pick a friend that had their head down, wasn't talking to anybody. You'd pick a friend? If I was like, hey guys, we're going to go sell whatever you have and open a business. What would a lot of you guys do? You look for the person in the room who's in here shaking everybody's hands, who's happy, who's talking to people who's got energy. Have y'all seen my team, dude? My team had to learn or had to be able to master a stranger when I met them. Dude, listen, that's what we do for a living. What do you guys do? Meet people every day, right? Some of you, you stick to yourself. As cool as that is, this is the most deadliest skill that I learned. The ability to master a stranger. Alright, speaking, you guys are all public speakers. Every one of you, you speak for a living. Some of you in here, the way that you talk, I'm uninterested. You guys have to be interesting. You guys, when you speak, you gotta sound attractive, okay? You're not turning me on, you know what I'm saying? I'm just being for real. Like, you gotta learn how to speak. Okay? Image. Some of you in here, you look like shit. Hey, listen to me. I can't change if you're ugly or not, okay? I'm ugly. That's why I get in better shape. So I don't look as ugly. But dude, listen to me. Dress nicer, take care of yourself, you know what I'm saying? Like shave your face, get the out of your eyes, you know, keep a clean haircut. I want some of you guys got outgrown hair. I would never go to an event or never go anywhere. My hair all grown out. Like that'd be weird. Like, like, no, like some of you guys, you need to stay on your A game at all times. Your image is everything. Whether it's gym clothes image, whether it's business image. Dude, I don't give a man, like, like, don't you feel good when you look good? Guys, come on, man. Some of you guys don't give a about your image, man. You got to get that up. Delusional belief. That means this whatever I say is going to happen is going to happen. He did a push up contest last night. There were some people that stayed in the game way longer than they should have. Okay. Which, no, I'm glad, but it's like sometimes you're like, man, some of these guys are crazy. Well, guess what? That's good. But he was like, I'm still not going to quit because they're better than I thought they were. That's like saying this guy's better at negotiating than I thought he was going to be. I'm still shutting his ass down. It's not an option. I'm not going to lose. Okay? But you got to go into it knowing that no one will beat me. No Matter what, we're going to win this. Oh, but there's 3,000 of them. Who gives a. There's three. There's three of us, and we're the best. So who gives a F. And by the way, break their spirit. Be so good at what you do. Show them that nothing bother. That doesn't bother. It will break their spirit, and they'll give in to you. Super important.

Voice, tonality, the way you speak, your words. Guys, listen. Bring it down, bring it back up. Bring it down, bring it back up. You know, when there's a time to strike, when there's a time to move in, when. When there's a time to increase the state because tension's coming into the deal, right?
B
Tonality will always save you.
A
Body posture. Listen. Super important. If you want to be the authority, look like it. Okay? Okay. Right here. Body posture, body language, same thing. Eye contact. Most of you, you shake my hand, you won't even look at me in the eye. I'm not better than you, and no one's better than you. If they're a doctor and they got a Ferrari, who gives a. I don't care. Some of you guys walk up to your house and sell solar, and you're like, man, this guy's got a $10 million house. Who gives a. He breathes just like you. Doesn't matter. Well, this guy's a black belt. Who gives a fuck? He can get knocked out just like you. Like, it doesn't matter. You know what I'm saying? Like, I'm just making a point. Okay, guys, like, eye contact is everything. Guys, make sure that you look at people as if you're the greatest in the world, and they're the most important person to you in your life. And your eyes tell me everything. Your eyes Are the window to the soul. Rate of speech. You'll notice I speak very fast a lot of the times because I want to keep moving. When I keep moving, I don't allow people to interrupt me. Why? And not that I want them to interrupt because a lot of people don't know what they want to say and it confuses mind does nothing and they'll say something that confuses them. So I just keep pushing through. Bump, bump, bump, bump, bump. Hey, I appreciate you. Any questions? Cool. Let's keep rolling. We're going to do this. This is something that's important to you. We're going to take care of this today. This is super easy. This is how this works. Rate of speech. Slow it down, speed it up. Presenting. I already told you guys, it's deadly. We're going to do after lunch sells sales is what happens before the close. Once the presentation comes out and numbers are on the table, that's when closing happens. Because there's numbers, there's money. That's closing. Leadership. Every one of you, right now, you don't need a title. You're going to be a leader. These are the things you must master. These are things we're going to cover all day. Lastly, team building. An individual can be beat, but a team can't be beat. When I started my company, as cool as I thought I was and as great as I thought I was going to be, I knew that would be nobody if I didn't have a team. And I knew it. And I knew that there was a bunch of people out there also that were going to be nobody if they didn't find a team. So I actively went out there looking for people who wanted a brotherhood, who wanted an army, who wanted a team. And people always say, are you guys in military? No, we're not. But we watch the way they run and. And it's very attractive. We watch the way they have each other's back. And it's very attractive. It's totally different than the way this operates. And that's why a lot of people that have PTSD when they come back from war. Because when you come back to nobody giving a F to where these people there would die for each other. It's just weird, right? It may not even be what they saw. It's just the love that they had and the loyalty they had there versus what we get out here. Does that make sense? And I wasn't in a discernment, but I think that that's the deal and I think so us telling you guys today I think there's a lot of people that will give you more than they've given anybody if you'll raise your standards and you'll become high and welcome in people like you. Hey, you're like me. You want to grow. You want to be around good people. You want to be fired up. You want to sell. You want to be loyal. You never want to have betrayal in your life again. Me too. Damn, man. Maybe we can create a pack. We'll start with two of us and Monday we'll maybe have 200. Who knows? But whatever it goes to, I know me and you will never each other over, dude. If you can create the leadership part and you can learn how to build a team, you guys can do anything. Money is not even like you'll have more money than you know what to do with because everybody's attracted to a team. A lot of you. The reason why you're here is because you love my team. You may love me, but if I didn't have a team, you wouldn't be hearing me. Because you guys all want a team. You guys all want a team. If you're a salesperson right now and you don't have a team, you will have one one day. The sooner you become the leader, the more you start pretending like you're the leader, the sooner that you'll have that team. Time and experience means nothing. And age means nothing. I know some 20 year olds in this room that have teams. Okay? So that's our goal. Our goal is to get you where you want to go faster. Our goal is to compress time frames. Some of you today, if you pay attention, I'll shave 20 years off your life that you would have off those of you who pay attention. You could do more in three lifetime. Most people could do in three lifetimes in the next three months.
