Because salespeople aren't born, they're freaking made. Anything's freaking possible. Let me explain the difference between amateurs and pros. The top of the table is what people see. What holds a table up? Legs. The stronger the legs, the stronger the table. The strongest leg to the table of success and making money is the leg of belief. Today I'm going to talk to you about the number one skill that I would teach any salesperson to dominate it in sales. So I want you to envision this. There's hundreds of skills that a salesperson can learn, but if there was just one, just act like for a minute you got hired on and I can only teach you one. I couldn't teach you a hundred, I could just teach you one. This would be the one skill I would teach you. And by the way, this skill that I'm going to teach you, it's 80% of all the skills that you'll need to learn in sales. And guess what? When you learn all these other ones, like right now, maybe you've watched some other sales trainers, maybe you've listened to some of the things that I've said, but for some reason you're still not at the top and you're still not killing it. And by the way, as I make this video, I want you to understand this because there's a lot of theory teachers out there right now. They teach in theory. You want to be great at sales? Do this. Look, when I was 18 years old, I never had more than $5 in my hand. I got a job in sales. I made seventeen hundred dollars my first day. Even though that I got lucky, I realized that sales was my way out. Okay? I would make 125 grand my first year, 225 my second year and I'd make 500 grand, a half a million by the time I was 20 years old. I want to tell you, if you listen to me, I'm 45 years old right now. I've been in the sales game for over 25 years. If you listen to me, I will make you the best in the world. So I'm not a theory teacher, I'm an applicant teacher. I've broken every freaking record and I can show you how to do the same. Fair. I love you guys. You are me and I am you. Let's do it. Number one skill in sales. So by the way, I like to train on a whiteboard. So I'm going to go old school with you right here. What's written will be retained. Alright, so here we go. Step one. The greatest power that is under your control. The number one skill for every salesperson is belief. 80% of sales is belief. I don't care what anyone says. The person that when somebody used to pull up, I got in the automotive industry when I was 18 years old, when someone used to pull up on the lot, a lot of people would be questioning like is that going to buy? Is that guy going to buy? What is that person here for? Are they there for service? I was always thinking, that person can buy, came to buy and will buy. As long as I do my job, that is it. I was so sure of it that I outsold everybody in the company and 10 other salespeople couldn't hit the numbers that I sold on my own on the sales board. There was all the other salespeople when I was younger, and then there was a whole different board that had mine. I sold 60 to 70 to 80 cars a month as a young salesman. Most people averaged eight. And I'm going to tell you my secret was the power and belief. Everybody can buy, came to buy, and will buy as long as I do my job. Now I'm going to tell you how to build this belief because salespeople aren't born, they're freaking made. Okay? So I'm going to make you during this video and these things you'll carry with you your entire life. So notice I said under your control. I had scar. I don't know who you are right now, but I had scarcity, poverty beaten into me at a core level as a kid. I did not have abundance. The abundance mindset is so important if you want to make a lot of money. Without the abundance mindset, you're smoked. Hey, guys, sorry to interrupt the video. Be very careful to listen to people around you tell you, oh, the economy is not good. Oh, well, this is what you know. This is the most you can make. That's all a lie. The devil is the father of lies. Other people will try to put boundaries and boxes on you to convince you to believe that this is only what's possible. Anything's freaking possible. Okay? They told me in the car business when I was 18, the most money you could make as a car salesman in 1999 was 125 grand. Two years later I'd make over a half a million. Then I would make 700 grand. Don't listen to what they say. They have no idea. If you're the top.0001%, which I can make you, you must form an unbreakable, unshakable freaking belief. And if you can see my face and you can tell how like passionate I am about this. Remember this video was about. If there was only that I could teach you. It freaking be this. Okay? So number two, most people develop beliefs that don't support them. How many people right now if you could just open. If you could put a megaphone up to their freaking head and you could listen to what they're saying, it would be negative, it would be toxic. It wouldn't support them. Why in the hell would you ever think anything in your head that doesn't support you and help you elevate your life? Somebody right now. Comment below, tell me why somebody would ever think anything negative why you would think anything toxic, why you would think anything that doesn't support you to scale and grow your life? Give me one freaking reason. There is not one that will make sense. Those are what whiners and crybabies and excuse makers do. And I know that's not you guys. And by the way, I want you to write this down. I control my own economy. I control my own reality. Whatever you decide that's going to happen is going to happen. Belief. You guys are going to by the end of this video and you guys get released into the world, you're going to be unstoppable. You got to watch this video a thousand times. You must watch it until your belief system changed. By the way, I'm going to show you how to change your belief system. So stay with me here. All right? Number three, most people focus on the top of the table, not the legs. Let me explain the difference between amateurs and pros. The top of the table is what people see. The legs are what matter. And so everything that I do in my life, everything that I study, everything that I train on, everything that I do is to support the belief system. This is my life. This is what everybody sees. This is my success. These are the legs that I build it on. I built a nine figure business. Now because I build legs. Legs are everything. Everybody sees the table. So go with me here. Most people focus on the top of the table, not the legs. What is the unseen thing? The mind? What's the unseen thing? Freaking belief system. I promise you this right now. If you were to watch me go close a deal, if you were to watch me go sell, if you were to go watch me do everything, you would understand. I brainwash myself. That everybody can buy, came to buy and will buy as long as I do my job. That is it, that belief system. Everybody loves me, by the way. At the end, I'm going to explain good beliefs and bad beliefs and you're going to be able to go through an audit system of not only yourself, but of those around you. In the beginning, especially in the beginning of sales. This is the number one reason why people don't make it. People just can't. They try to give themselves permission to go make money, but they can't seem to make it. They can't seem to get there. This is the lateral leap. This is the bridge from A to B to take you guys straight to the top. So the legs is the belief system. It's not the top of the table that everybody sees. You build the legs strong, which is your belief system. You're going to smoke everybody. And if you're a leader watching this right now, dude, the belief system that the leader has is freaking everything. Okay? So I want to say, if you've got an awesome leader in your company, send him this video. Say this is a superpower to our company. All right, here we go. In life, you'll get what you believe. What will you get, dude? You won't get what you deserve. You won't get what you earn. You'll get what you believe. And also, you'll get what you look for. You know what I look for? I look to break records every single month. I look to break records every single month. I'm going to tell you this. I have been able to do what everyone said that I can't do. Not because I'm better than anyone, not because I'm more privileged. Yeah, I'm pretty skilled, but I don't even think it's because I'm more skilled. You know what I think it is? I think it's because I have an unwavering belief whatever I say is going to happen, is going to happen and that's it. And there has been just a couple times in my life, or what? I said it was going to happen, didn't. I'm going to tell you this, you must become a true visionary. You must lose your mind to modern day society and find your mind in this belief system. This world out there will tell you everything you can't get if you don't believe and tell yourself that you can get all of this stuff, you'll never happen and you'll never have it. And they'll be right over our dead body. We'll let that happen. Okay, now super important to change beliefs. I need you to follow me here to change beliefs. Your goal now is to change your belief system. This is how to do it. Listen up now we're going to get tactical. It's not the, hey, this is what you got to do, you got to believe. Now I'm like, hey, this is how you believe. This is tactical. So to change your belief system, you must interrupt limiting beliefs. What do we need to do? We need to interrupt them and the patterns and the cycles. So everything in this world is a pattern and it's a cycle. And what people do is they live in the same freaking pattern in the same freaking cycle. And they wonder why they can't get to a new income, to a new life, to a new promotion, to a new job. They can't become more successful. It's because they can't figure out how to break the damn pattern. So here's how you break it. Number one. Okay, you're watching me right now, right? And what do you recognize? You recognize that I have a pattern of like delusional belief? By the way, write that down. I have a pattern of delusional belief. I say whatever I can get, I can get. And you know that. I believe that because you can see it in my damn eyes. The eyes are the window to the soul, right? So if you know that I can get it and I believe it and you've seen the results that I've gotten, I want you to recognize my pattern and I want you to do what? Are you ready? Pattern recognition. Step one, we're going to recognize Andy Elliot's pattern. I like that. I see the way he believes. I see the way he moves. I see the way he doesn't doubt himself because he understands doubt's a traitor. Ok, a lot of people will betray him, but that guy's not going to betray himself. I want to think like him. So you recognize my patterns. And then secondly, once you get pattern recognition, you do pattern duplication. You duplicate the same pattern that I'm doing. Model proven practices, just model what I'm doing. And when you do that, you may feel like, oh, somebody's like, oh, you're pretending to be him. No, you're not. You're stepping into the damn reality of who you're supposed to freaking be. The hell are you talking about? Pretend losers, pretend winners step into the reality of who they're supposed to freaking be. Your future truth. I'm supposed to be this guy. So I'm going to step into those shoes now. And soon enough, that's how I'll be. And then you go into pattern creation. What does that mean? I watched Andy Elliott. That's how he does it. I recognize his patterns. Boom. I'm going to do pattern duplication. I'm going to duplicate the same patterns he's doing. Watch your success go up. Watch your sales go up through the roof. Mastery in this area of belief. And then you can kind of make it your own pattern creation now you kind of become your own style. That's what I've done my whole life. I'm telling you right now. I am telling you right now. Belief, belief, belief, belief, belief, Brainwashed belief. Everything is belief. Never waver on belief. So that's how you change it. The goal, this is important. We got to have a goal. To break a pattern enough to where you can't get it back again. Let me explain. This is a cd. I don't know if any of you have been alive. Obviously I'm 45, so I'm going to use the example of a CD. Back when I was younger, there was a thing called a cd. And a CD would play over or a record would play over and over and over and over and over. And that is most people's lives. Watch this. When you took a CD and I scratched it, you know what happened? It scrambled the cd. It couldn't play that song the same way anymore. If you want to break your patterns, notice what I put here. Break a pattern enough. Model this proven practice right here that I'm teaching you to where you can't get back to your old self again. We're going to scratch the hell out of this cd. You're going to train with me. We're going to scratch the hell out of it. And I promise you these old low self limiting beliefs, these old beliefs here that aren't good for you, that have never supported you, especially for what you say that you want in life and the success you want to have. We're going to scramble the cd, going to scratch it up, we're going to make sure you can never get back to it again. All right? Understand this is where we're going to finish. Beliefs control actions. What you believe determines how hard you work. If I told you right now that you could earn a million dollars this year if you really believed it, what kind of actions? Yeah, you would make a decision right now to change and believe this way until you die. But what kind of actions would you bring to the freaking table? Did Your actions would be insane. You would never waste a second. I'm going to tell you right now, it's never been easier to be distracted and it's never been easier to be great. You decide A or B. So beliefs control our actions. Your actions would be different if your belief changed. Second, human behavior right here. Human behavior is belief driven. How someone behaves is how they believe. I see people walking around and behaving like a freaking loser. It's because they have loser belief system. I see people walking around like they're going to take over the damn world and they normally end up taking over the damn world because of their belief system. So your behavior will all operate off the way that you believe. This is so important. This is so good. This right here, what I'm just teaching you today, will make you a multimillionaire. Can you duplicate what I'm teaching you? Can you. Can I ask you a question? Are you ready to receive this information? I'm going to ask you a real question right now. Are you ready to receive this? But you can understand this if you're not ready to receive it and you're not ready to change. Those of you that are ready to level up today, this is the video. All beliefs carry consequences. I'm sorry to tell you. If you don't want to believe what I'm telling you, there's consequences that are going to come with this. The life that you have, guess what? It's going to be a crappy one. You're never going to break records. You're not going to be a legacy carrier. You're not going to be a bloodline breaker. You're never going to get paid what you're worth. Because all beliefs carry consequences. If you believe the way that I believe right now, I can tell you and go straight to the damn moon. And by the way, audit everyone around you. Don't. And by the way, listen to me. 1 percenters have to be around other 99 percenters in this world. Don't ever let a 99 percenter with a low self limiting belief change the way that you believe. There's consequences. Consequences can be really good. They can also be really bad. So understand the way that you choose to believe. You'll either get a good consequence or a bad one. Never forget that. Lastly, the world does not, does not reward doubt. You doubt yourself. You're finished. You don't give yourself this belief system. You'll run around your whole life. You'll doubt yourself. You'll be insecure. No one will ever believe in you. You'll never have confidence. You'll never have conviction. You know you can't buy a certificate of confidence. Only your belief system can give it to you. This right here. The world does not reward doubt. It only rewards Certainty. You better be certain that everybody can buy, came to buy and will buy as long as you do your job. You must understand the belief system is the most important thing, the most valuable thing, the most number one skill you must master, conquer and become obsessed with and be great at in this world. Best. And guess what? Great and good are two separate things. Some of you are good with your belief system, but you're not great. Good is the enemy of great. Greatness is found in the extremes. Become extreme with this belief system. Lastly, audit time. Here we go. All right. Good beliefs, bad beliefs. Very simple. I'm just going to give you something to think about, alright? I am the best. Is that a good belief? Yep. What would a bad belief be? The opposite. I don't value myself. I don't like me. Those things right there will get you absolutely nowhere. They'll get you to the bottom of the board. They'll get you broke and you'll never achieve what you want. Good beliefs. I am the best. Everyone loves me. People love my product. Everybody will buy from me. Everyone is buying today. The economy is great. The economy's so damn good. I freaking love it. Prices are great. Rates are low. Those are all good beliefs. Can I ask you something? True or false? You decide for me if I'm in a sales position in any company. This is all true. I'm going to believe that this is the truest thing that's ever been on planet Earth. And you have to decide what you're going to believe. If you believe false in any of this, I'm not the best. Everyone doesn't want to buy from me. Not everybody likes my product. Not everyone is going to buy. Not everyone's going to buy. Today, the economy is not that good. Prices are overcharged. The rates are high. Please, somebody tell me, go back to step one or step two. Most people develop beliefs that don't support them. Do these beliefs support you? Yes or no? Yes. Do these beliefs support you that we just talked about? No. You guys get it? Listen, guys, I've been in sales for over 25 years. Dude, listen, there's these things going around in the economy right now with tariffs and pricing and all this. Listen, you got to get better. You got to realize it. Look, whatever you focus on is what's going to happen. And your belief system is going to be the momentum and the fuel behind everything. So I made this video today so that it could change your life. Now, I'm going to give you a tip. You have to study this. Your brain is not your friend. It does not want you to do well. Your mind is not your friend. I want you to study this so you can program your mind. I want you to watch it every single morning. And I'm going to keep dropping more content that you can study.
