You know what I love when I train, I'm gonna be honest with you. My team is pretty fired up. When I train, I emotionally get a drain, like internally. You're gonna feel kind of exhausted a little bit. That's good. That's part of the process of recreation. Listen to me. When you start taking your results personal, you start taking dreams personally. You come really dangerous, really fast. And I don't know if some of you guys get that, but I take it personal. If I say I'm going to do something, I'm going to do it. If I say I'm going to win, I'm going to win. If I say I'm going to change your life, I'm going to change your life. Everyone in here must find something they can anchor. Remember this. If you want to go from A to B, you're like, andy, I want to go from A to B. Okay, cool. Here's the plan. What's your dream? And then what is going to anchor you to it? You know what? I know I've got a hundred people that work here in my company. Over my dead body am I gonna let one of them down. I'm not even worried about you guys yet. I'm talking about them. The people who directly see me every day. My children, my wife, my kids. I have a fear one day of not being able to blow their mind. I'm gonna give you a little edge. I don't ever want anyone to outgrow me. What does that mean? I'm not gonna let you outgrow me. I'm not gonna let my wife outgrow me. I'm not gonna let my kids outgrow me. I'm not gonna let my team outgrow me. You're not gonna outgrow me means I have to get better every day. I have a demand that I have put on me that I must recreate, I must reinvent, and I must change every day. It is not for you. It isn't for you. It's not for you. It's for me. Because I am anchored to a state of madness that I want to prove that human beings can become better every day. That is a personal issue that I'm having with myself. And I always want to have it. I like it. And so you have to find a real enemy. You know who the real enemy is? The old me. I hate that guy. I hate the old me. Here's the deal. Some of you are like, I want a peaceful life. You will not get a peaceful life. Pursuing greatness. What you will do is meet the person that you've never met. What you think about that? If you're in here looking for an easier road and easier life and peace, following my strategy. Listen, when you're around me, I'm like, you got to build a brand. You got to get close to your wife. You got to freaking get in shape. You got to be a great father. You got to break your bloodline, man. You gotta be the best at what you do. You got to study in the morning. You got to get close to God.
B
Super important, guys. If you're watching this video right now and you're like, andy, I'm not built like that.

You gotta bring your Bible with you everywhere you go, even if you're not perfect. So you just remember, God came for the sick. Just remember your sick needs him. This is what you got. You can fix anything. People get sick of that. That doesn't give you peace. No, that introduces you to the person that you've always wanted to be. You want to meet them. My recipe will not give you a peaceful life. My recipe will introduce you to the best side of you. Be ready to meet someone you've never met. That's what this is about. Isn't that exciting? Yes or no? Like, can I ask you a question? Is like, who you are right now? Like, who you're supposed to be? Really? No. You know what I love when I train, I'm gonna be honest with you. My team is pretty fired up. And you guys, I need you. Like, when you go to a church and they're all silent and dead. Like, it sucks to preach to a dead crowd. But I can only imagine you're like, jesus is the best. And they're like, when someone's like, amen. He's like, yes, you guys got to be alive. But also, I want to tell you a flip side. When I train, I emotionally get a drain. This is a real Room, which means I understand really how it goes when I'm teaching and training today. You are having an internal battle with you. I sat here, I went through a two hour training. When I was done, I was exhausted. I went to war with me. Everything that's being. I went to church last week. When I came out, I look like I just got beat up. It's because internally I'm like, I want to fix everything in my life the second I know that it's wrong. And I was like, oh my God. I'm like, okay. My wife's like, aren't you excited? I'm like, yeah, but I'm just like, when I'm not doing my best, like, it hurts me and I'm not down on myself, but I'm like, I know what I need to do now. So internally, I'm going to war. And so like when you're training today, like, I need you guys to know, like, internally you're going to feel kind of exhausted a little bit. That's good. That's part of the process of recreation. This is why you're not getting what you want. Something here, things that you need to change. And so I'm running you through the play. This is like the football play to win the Super Bowl. The only way to grow is to stand out and create something worth talking about. Did you hear that? Can I ask you a question? Is your name in everyone else's mouth? Your parents taught you to lay under the radar. Play small. Don't get yourself out there. That's a lie. What? Don't be the example to anyone else. Is that what they taught you? No. Just be great and don't help anyone else. No, thanks. I'm going to become great. I'm going to make sure that my name is in everyone else's mouth because I want everyone else thinking about the standard that I'm living because I want them to live to that standard. Also, this is a big one. A lot of people aren't worth talking about. Be different. Scarcity creates value. If you're like everyone else, no one will talk about you. If you're like everyone else, you have zero scarcity. If you're like everyone else, don't expect anyone to choose you or think about you. They're thinking about someone else. Are you standing out? Treat people right. This is a big one. I know we've all heard this, but most of us in here don't treat people right. Out care everyone. Probably the greatest superpower in the world is to out care people. When you're talking to someone. I don't care who they are out care them. Relationships are more powerful than money. You want money, you're gonna need people. If you have people, you need to have really good relationships with them. Never ruin a relationship. So it's the truth. And I understand because I run by like mafia mentality. This is a big one. Take it personal. I take everything personal. I just do a lot of you in here, you can't be bothered by something and you don't take it personal. If I've let you close to me and you say something that bothers me, I take it personal. Listen to me. When you start taking your results personal, you start taking your your dreams personal. Become really dangerous really fast. And I don't know if some of you guys get that, but I take it personal. If I say I'm going to do something, I'm going to do it. If I say I'm going to win, I'm going to win. If I say I'm going to change your life, I'm going to change your life.
