Learn to sell, become a millionaire. Learn to close, become a multi millionaire. The fact that we're alive right now and you guys can learn this information is insane. Real sales training is repetition and live role play. What you're getting right now is not sales training. This is exposure to information. How to be great. Sales training is over and over and over and over and over until you breathe it. And if anybody tells you it's differently, they're a freaking liar. You have no excuses to be unprepared for anything. We have to study, we have to practice and we have to retain information and we have to repeat it and we have to say it so much until we're breathing it. These seven steps will make you unstoppable. And by the way, like if you see some of my older videos from five years ago to today, I've went from obviously being great in sales and crushing and killing it to now. I train over 10,000 companies around the world. We have a hundred million dollar business and I see inside of all these industries and businesses. And so this is if you're a business owner, you want to listen to what I'm about to say. If you run a sales team, you want to listen to what I'm about to say. If you're wanting to make more money and you want to become a millionaire, sales is the way to do it. And if you're a salesperson, this is going to be a video you don't want to miss. So if you want to learn how to get rich, sales and leadership will get you there. So this video, I'm going to talk to you about how in any, if you follow this closer framework, you'll freaking kill it and you'll crush it. And by the way, I put the strategy to make millionaires in 2025, okay? I have over a hundred people that work for me in the Elliot group, all the people that work for me, every one of them makes six figures and a lot of them make seven figures. By the way, this was a startup company that I built about four or five years ago, which shows me that anyone watching this, if you're willing to learn, can make you a multimillionaire. And by the way if you're watching this and you got a big business and you're a multimillionaire, make your team freaking millionaires. Alright? So let's get excited about learning and let me share with you my perspective on how I would build the greatest salesperson and the greatest closer in the history of the world. Alright? So number one, I put strategy to make millionaires in 2025. I'm going to talk about a couple things that are super important. Number one, shatter generational curses. Rewrite your DNA. Break your bloodline. Be respected or be used. Talking about a couple things right now that are super important to me. I always say chase the man, not the money. Who you become will determine what you get. So if you're watching this, when I say shatter generational curses, I've learned the greatest salespeople in the world, the greatest ones are the ones that have been through the most pain. They've had the most problems in this world. And I always say like pain is like an insurance policy for a great salesperson to make it. The more pain you had, the higher you're going to go. Because these people don't quit under pressure. So if you're a salesperson, if you're an underdog, if you're watching this, our goal is we want to break and shatter generational curses. We want to rewrite our DNA. If you learn cells, I don't care what your family bloodline has been like, dude, you're going to go through the freaking moon. You can make as much money as you want and I call that rewriting your DNA. Okay, you're going to change the future of your bloodline. Bloodline breaker. What does that mean? If you don't like the way that your family's been going, bam. Break the freaking bloodline. Change it. Take control of it. Take action. This video will do it. Be respected or be used. I'm going to tell you something. I'm freaking respected. I get respect everywhere I go. Not because I demand it, but because I'm a freaking person that carries myself. I take good care of my family. I take good care of myself. I'm a great father. I'm a great freaking leader. I do what I say I'm going to do. I keep my freaking word and I'm alive. My goal is to change your life on this video. I want to change people's lives through sales. It's changed mine. You got to sharpen your mindset. Salespeople have an incredible mindset, an incredible perspective on the way they see the world. The people that walk into the office and see everything that's wrong, the top salespeople walk into the office, they see everything that's right. What do you see? So you got to sharpen your mindset. Learn new skill. The guy that learns new skill every day is going to crush everybody. By the way, you can work as hard as you want, not enough. You have to be freaking skilled in anything that anyone else can do that's better than you is called a skill. And anything that's a skill can be learned. Never forget it. Alter your identity. Ultimately, at the end of the day, your greatest responsibility in life is to be in control of your own thoughts. When I'm going in to close a deal, you better bet your freaking butt I believe I can close that deal. I will close that deal. Everybody can buy, came to buy and will buy as long as I do my job. You've heard me say that a million times. I have a delusional belief that I see the sell and the close going down before it ever goes down. Like Conor McGregor used to do when he was in fights and he said, I'm gonna knock this guy out. Second round, minute two, guess what happened? Second round, minute two, roundhouse, kick, clack. Dudes out, they're like, how'd it happen. He's like, I said it was going to happen. I spoke it into the universe and it freaking happened. And you're sitting here all like, wow, how did it happen? Because I knew it was going to happen. That's the same way closing works. Whatever you can see, if you can't see it in your head, you can't have it in your hand. Okay, listen, so this is 101, how to become a millionaire, man. The perspective, the mind, the way you see the world, who you become, it determines everything that the knowledge isn't enough. Even executing on the knowledge isn't enough. You also must change and become a different person. Alright, you ready to make money? Let's keep going. Okay, so skill sets, everybody write down skill sets. Skill sets are things that you must learn. I said you must be skilled, right? Learn new skill well if you want to make money. And by the way, on the back side of this board is the closer blueprint. I'm going to flip this board around in a minute and I'm going to go through my closer strategy, my closer blueprint with you. You're going to learn it, but before you're ready to learn it. Because even if I showed it to you right now, you wouldn't even be ready to use it. Okay? These are skill sets you must learn. Okay? So skill sets that we must learn that will fix all. I had a guy asked me the other day, I put fix income problems. I had a guy the other day, he goes, hey Andy, what kind of investment should I make? Where should I invest my money? I said, how much money did you make in 20, 24? Guy said, $80,000. I said, Brother, you don't have an investment problem. You got a freaking income problem. You got an income problem. You need to learn how to make more money. He goes, how do I learn how to make more money? Let me share the same conversation I had with him with you right now. I said, number one, these are the skill sets that will fix any income problem right now. Why don't you evaluate yourself 1 to 10 on these skill sets on how to negotiate 1. Skill sets on how to stand tall, your freaking posture, the way that you look when you talk. Skill sets on how to speak with weight. When you speak, do your words carry weight? Okay, number four, skill set on how to sell better, how to present. The difference between everybody is the way that we deliver information. Never forget that skill set on conflict resolution. Holy crap. I've watched so many companies lose their top people because they don't know how to resolve conflicts. I watch customers walk out on deals all the time because no one knows the skill set of conflict resolution. Skill set on how to prospect better. You got to find customers, you know I'm saying skill set on how to read body language better. Holy cow, man. There's a time to back off, There's a time to lean in. There's a time to know when someone's scared. There's a time to push, there's a time to pull. You got to understand body language, dude. Lastly, I'm telling you like, understanding people is like the most important thing you'll ever do in your life. When I'm in sales, I'm not a big product knowledge guy. You can learn as much product knowledge as you can. But if you know product knowledge and I know people knowledge, I'm going to smoke you. I'm going to smoke you ten to one every time. Okay, now do I know product knowledge? Yes. But I know, I know people knowledge better than anybody. And you're going to do that too. And so I want you to listen up to what I'm talking about because I can make you the best in the world if you want to be. Okay? So, and lastly, skill set on belief. Belief is everything. And you've seen me do many videos over belief. I said 80% of sales is all belief. Now you may be watching this and say, andy, I'm not in sales. What do I sell? How do I get in sales? Listen for, how do I know if I'm in the right job if I'm in sales right now? Okay, alright, we're going to get there. So I put this, I'm not in sales. I hear this all the time. I'm not in sales. Okay, Guy says, oh, I want to open a gym, I want to run a gym. I'm not a sales guy. Okay, cool, go open your gym. Who's going to sell your gym passes? Who's going to sell your gym memberships? Who's going to sell retention? Who's going to sell all that stuff? Who's going to get strangers, people you don't know to give you money? I put this down, how do I get strangers to give me money? Sales, sells. It's all sales. Everything is sales. And by the way, once you get good at sales, then you got to get it closing. You got to get a closing. And closing is on the backside of this board. Do listen to me. Life is so freaking simple, it's so freaking easy. Learn to sell, become a millionaire. Learn to close, become a multimillionaire Learn these things that I'm telling you because I'm not talking to my freaking self. It's helped me build a life that no one ever said I could have. And if it will work for me, an idiot like me, okay, that never had anybody tell me I could believe in something. And I started learning sales and closing and leadership. You can do the same freaking thing. The fact that we're alive right now and you guys can learn this information is insane. Now I'm going to finish out on this last part. Sells. Now, here's some questions, right, Andy. How do I know what to sell? So here's how I tell people all the time. If you want to know if you're in the right industry in sales or if you want to know how to get into sales, you're going to want to listen to these last five things right here. And then I'm going to flip the board. We're going to get into the closer blueprint. Number one, find a product that you believe in. Find a product that you believe in. Write that down. Number two, find a product that people want. You gotta find something that's on high demand and people want it. Okay? Find a great pay plan. If I sell this, what kind of commission can I earn? Does that make sense? Money made, money paid. What's the pay plan? Learn the script. Am I going to work for a company that has a proven process that if I run this play, sells are made? Yes. Okay, cool. Breathe the script. Say it over and over and over and over and over a million times until literally, you're not even saying a script anymore. You're just breathing it. That's it. It'll work every single time we've had this conversation more than anybody else. And then lastly, learn how people work. People process information differently. Everybody's made differently. But you got to learn how people work. And that's the beauty about sales, is that I get to learn people all the time and I get to learn how they work. Dude, if you can learn how people work, I'm going to tell you why salespeople get paid so much money. You may think a lot of you are like, oh, they rip people off, they scam people. No, they take the pressure out of the deal. Things are getting more expensive. They're costing more money. And if a salesperson can take a company that has a great product, but that's expensive, and they can put a salesperson involved and they can make it a good experience, they can take the pressure out of the deal, they can make it Non stressful. And they can make it fun. They pay a salesperson a commission so they can sell it. You get rich. Isn't that cool? And you get to take care of people. It's heaven on earth. So I put understand and sell. As a salesperson, you have had this one conversation. What conversation? Breathe the script. You know, they told you to do this. They told you to say this. They told you to be this way. They told you to operate like this. When the phone rings, when you're talking to somebody face to face, this is what we do. That's the script. This is the one conversation that you will have in your life more than anyone else. No one else in the world has ever had this conversation more than you. No one. You should be a freaking sniper. And yet I walk into companies all the time and salespeople suck. Because the only way to be good is repetition, repetition, repetition, repetition, repetition, repetition. Real sales training is repetition and live role play. That is it. That is real sales training. What you're getting right now is not sales training. This is exposure to information, how to be great. Sales training is over and over and over and over and over until you breathe it. Does that make sense? And if anybody tells you it's differently, they're a freaking liar. That's why you got to learn. You got to learn from me. And you got to also have a role play partner. Are you going to practice in the mirror? That's it. It's just the way it is. I had to do the same thing. You're going to do the same thing. There's no shortcuts. So understand as a salesperson, you have had this one conversation. The script, what we say every day more times than anyone else. There is no way that they should be able to say anything that we haven't heard before. We've heard it all. We've had this conversation so many damn times. Are you kidding me? When they say the price is too high, payments too high, I want more, you know, for this. Interest rates too high. I saw better down on the road. I want to get some more estimates. I'm not ready right now. Don't have my credit card on me. Gotta talk to my husband. What? Some of you guys are like, oh, my God. They said this, Dude, I'm gonna slap the hell out of you. They've been saying you've been working at your job for two years. They've been saying this every day for two years, for the last 700 days. And you ain't got this down. I can't believe that. So I'm gonna go to this next part. You have no excuses to be unprepared for anything. Zero excuses. And so if you're watching this right now and you're not the best. If you're not the best, you can be the best. With the right training, with the right intentions. Like, hey, I want to be the best. Okay, cool, let's back up that mouth. What you said you want to be the best with the money that you said you want to make. You want to become a millionaire in 2025. We have to study, we have to practice and we have to retain information and we have to repeat it and we have to say it so much until we're breathing it. And if you can do this in your industry, two rules to business. Rule number one, don't ever let anyone else know your business better than you. Ever. Rule number two, try to figure out how to kick your own ass every day. Whatever it is, find your cracks in your castle and fix them. Dude, I'm telling you, I'm not going to let someone come fix me. I'm going to freaking fix my own problems. I'm going to be the best. I'm going to be the standard setter and I'm going to break every freaking record. And you guys can do the same thing if you want to break every record in the world, trust me. You have no excuses to be unprepared for anything. I'm going to give you two tips real quick about sales. Number one, if you can frame six to seven questions I put here, talk more. People will disagree. The way that I sell is that I only ask questions. I don't talk a lot when I'm selling. When somebody comes in, I don't find myself talking a lot. The reason why. Let me explain why. I know when somebody requests information on a product that I have to sell, I know what they want, but I need them to answer some questions. Questions. So number one, they can label themselves that they have a problem. If someone can label themselves that they have a problem by me asking questions, they will want to solve that problem during the call, okay? Always remember that. Ask questions. Secondly, the more you talk, you give them an opportunity to disagree with you. Dude, imagine saying 90% of everything, right, they want to buy, but because you ran your dumb little mouth too much, they disagreed with something and they didn't buy. What a fool. You cut your Commission in half, you cut your income and your year to date and a third because you can't keep your mouth shut. How about this? Everybody's different. Everybody's got a different perspective. You got a good product, ask questions, they're going to label themselves, that they have a problem, then they're going to tell you how to sell them. Wow. Not hard, is it? Let me get into the closer blueprint with you. By the way, when I talk direct to you, it's because I want to get results. I'm not here to make you like me or to make you, you know, like, like what I say. Like I'm here to get you results. I want you to get paid. I want you to become a multi millionaire. I want you to build a badass team. I want you to become great. I want you to break your bloodline. I did it in my family and the greatest thing that I can do, God gave me the opportunity. This, I want to hand it to you now. Okay? So when I'm a coach, that coach is very direct and I don't sugarcoat around stuff. Oh, by the way, the reason why we follow a closer blueprint is because we keep the human first. What does that mean? Whoever cares the most about the client wins. Whether you care about the client more than they care about themselves or the client cares about themselves more than you care about them, whoever cares the most to win, whoever feels like they have the other person's interest at first and best, will win every time. So I always play keep the human first mentality. Okay, I'm going to give you seven steps real quick and we're going to wrap this video up. And this is the closer blueprint. By the way, you're going to want to write this down. Okay? These seven steps will make you unstoppable. Very simple. If you follow these seven, if these seven things aren't happening in your company, there's a reason why there's a whole hole and there's a reason why you're not making breakthroughs. I will help you with whoever you need. Let's get back to the video. Let's go. Okay, so the seven steps on a closer blueprint are super simple. Number one, we're going to clarify why someone is there. Okay? So I want you to write this down. Clarify why they're there. You need to know how they found out about you. What is it that's frustrating them? By the way, I always ask, like, who's your ideal client? Is it a frustrated entrepreneur? Is it someone that, you know, wants to buy a new vehicle? Is it somebody that wants to lose some weight? You know, like, who's your ideal client? And then you need to identify why they're there. So clarify why someone is there with you face to face or on the phone. That's number one. Always figure out why they're there, why they reached out. Number two, label them with a problem. Dude, people, if they can tell you and admit they have a problem by a question you ask, they label themselves with the problem which ultimately they'll want to solve. Does that make sense? Okay, number three, overview past experiences. You know, is this one of the first times you've ever, you know, tried to attempt to do this? Have you done this before? How long ago was it that you did that? Okay, cool. Was it successful? Alright, why didn't you do it again with that company? Why are you choosing us today? Just overview past experiences. Was it good? Was it bad? What I need to know is that are they at the top of the buying fund and like they've never done anything like this before and you're the horse's mouth and you can tell them anything or have they been through this before? They've had past this experiences and they're a little bit familiar with your product or what you do or they've had a journey of, you know, doing this for a long time. It's like if I sold Botox or something, right? And I'm like, you know, review past experience. Like, is this, you know, clarify why you're here? Obviously you're not. You're not wanting wrinkles in your face before or anymore. Is that correct? Yes. Okay, great. So basically that will label them with a problem that they're not happy with the way that they look. Okay, so basically you're not happy the way you look, and that's why you came in today. And if we could solve that. You didn't come in just for information. You came in to solve the problem. You don't want the wrinkles go away. Is that correct? Okay, cool. So you got a problem. I think we can solve that. Past experiences. Do me a favor. Is this one the first time you ever have checked into Botox before or have you done it before? And by the way, did you do it before and then you liked it, but then maybe you stopped doing it and now you want to back to it? Or did the place that you used, you know, did they go out of business? Did you not like using them? You know, what was it? You know, Oh, I tried it. It didn't work. Okay, cool. Hey, I can't speak for other people. All our customers are getting results. I really don't know what they use, but let me show you what we use. Let me show you the results that we had with our clients. Oh, you got to overview past experiences. I love it. So that's going to be step three, number four. Sell the dream, sell the results, sell the vacation. If I'm going to sell a drill gun, I'm going to sell the hole that it makes in the wall. I'm not going to sell you this carbon fiber handle with this 220 volt battery. I'm going to say no morning or night. It's got a flashlight on it. Anytime you want, you're going to be able to go and push the button. It's going to make whatever hole you want to hang whatever you want on the wall. That's the way it works. It's got the longest battery life in the world. So anytime you want to use it, it's going to be available to use. And it's super powerful. And by the squeeze of a trigger, you don't have to be strong to put it in the wall. You just got to push freaking button. Sell the result. Sell the result. Sell the vacation. Sell the dream. Don't sit there and sell. You got to get this. And when you get this, you got to go home. You got to charge it for 19 hours. Now, I want you understand that if you take it off the charger, it's only going to hold charge for four hours. And then it's like, come on, man, sell the freaking vacation, baby. Sell the freaking result. Sell what it does. Sell what I'm coming to buy. What do people come to buy for? What are they coming to buy? They're coming to buy because they want that hole in that wall. Because they're trying to freaking screw somebody in the wall, not because they want you to tell them all about the screw gun. And so many people get this confused. Sell the dream. Number five, handle any concerns. This is a big deal. I like to ask people, is there anything else concerning you? Is there anything else that you're worried about? Is there any other questions you have, you know, before I ask for the sale? It's like a lawyer, a good lawyer will never ask a question that he doesn't know the answer to. Don't you remember what I said? A good lawyer will never ask a question he doesn't know answer to. He won't ask that question if you don't know the answer. He's not going to ask it. I'll never ask for the sale until I know I'm going to get a yes. I just want to ask for it. And by the way, like, if someone doesn't look like they're ready to buy and I've gone through my full process, I'll be like, what else are you worried about? You know, share with me. I can tell something's concerning. You share with me. What are you concerned with? You've got to get them to get that thing out so they get it out. If you ask for the sell and they don't get it out, they're going to say no. Does that make sense? Okay, so don't ask questions. You know you're not going to get the answer you want to. So ask more questions. What's concerning you? What's bothering you? What are you worried about? Okay, number six, reinforce their decision. Dude, when people go to make a decision, they like to be reinforced. You know what? You remind me of Becky. She reached out. A matter of fact, you and her could be twin sisters. She did the same thing that you're doing. And honestly, six months later, she sends me text messages and emails all the time about her happy, how happy her and her husband are. They've got this thing that they wanted. They never thought it was going to happen, but they made this decision. It changed their whole life. And you literally reminded me of them. So I'm so glad you made this decision today. The rest of your life is going to be different, you know, if you didn't do this, you could look up in five years from now and you could be like, oh my God, you know, why didn't this thing ever happening? But now you're going to look up in literally six months. You're going to be like, wow, my life's amazing. It's going to be 360. And by the way, it's going to be fun, it's going to be awesome. It's not going to be stressful. Know sell the vacation again and then reinforce their decision. Does that make sense? Okay, number seven, clear handshake between the sell when you close it and what's next. This is big, okay? And by the way, Mrs. Johnson, this is what it looks like, okay? When we're done, you're going to get an email, okay? And it's going to allow you. You're going to get email and you're going to click on that. It's going to say, set up your password. I know you know the password you always use for all your stuff. You want to type that password in. The second you do, it's going to save to your computer. I want you to add it to your favorites. And then immediately you're going to be able to go into the mindset chapter and start training on your mindset immediately. Within 15 minutes we get off the call, you're already going to be thinking different, you're going to be seeing life different, you're going to be believing different. That's how this works. Now, you probably might have some questions as you go about what pathway you should follow. I want you to write this number down, right? Because this is the number you're going to text if you have any questions or this is what you're going to do and this is what you can expect and this is what's going to get sent to your house and it should be there within six days and it will be in a blue package. From the sell to the handoff to what's next. Most people, they just go close and then people get cold feet. People get chargebacks, people get buyer's remorse because there's no follow through that steps seven is so important, which is, hey, here's what's next. From the close to the handoff, what's next? If you guys will follow this seven step closer framework, it's freaking dangerous. If you guys will understand sales, if you'll understand, I call this leadership because I'm a leader. So even as I'm talking to you, I'm leading you through this sales leadership. Closing skill, specialized skill, mindset, changing the way you view things. And by the way, I'm going to ask every one of you right now, unless you're in prison and you're incarcerated and you can't get out of jail if you're free, can you do whatever you want with your life right now, yes or no? You can do whatever you want. You can earn any amount of money you want. You can help as many people as you want. You can change your life as much as you want. Never feel that you're in a prison when you're actually free. You're a prisoner of your own mind. So my goal as I do these training videos with you is to hopefully help you see that there is hope in a future. And it's amazing. And honestly, like, I think it's a superpower to be able to see around corners in business. And I can see any one of you if you want to go to the next level. You learn sales, get into a really good training system, a really good training program. You know, traditional education was spending 50,000 to go to college. Make 50,000 a year, dude, the S&P, 500. You put a thousand in it, you get 1100 back. A year later you got 1100. The SME, which is self development. 500. You put in a thousand, you could get a million a year later. It's so crazy. Never stop developing yourself. So I love making these videos with you guys. My wife always says I love to share everything that I know. These things have changed my life. I do them with passion. I do them with love. I do them with fire, honestly. Because at the end of your life, you're either going to be a legend or you're going to have regrets. And over my dead body am I not going to be a legend. And so I know you guys are legacy carriers. I know you guys want to break your bloodline. I know you guys want to rewrite your DNA.
