Masculinity, no matter what you say, it's as real as they get. And I call it more moral authority. Nobody wants a boss. Nobody wants a boss. Everybody wants a leader. And then step three is, this is beautiful. This is where. This is where you make all the money. This is where all the money is made. Most people can never get here. They never get to step three, okay? This is a big one. I put the quality of your life will always come down to the level of your leadership, the quality of your life, okay? So the life that you have now is because of how good of a leader you are today. And so if you're like, I don't have a very good life right now, well, it's because you're not a very good leader right now. So I want to give you the three steps to leadership, okay? Because this is how you build a good life. If you want to build a good life, you got to become a good leader. Guys, the most scarcest resource on planet Earth is leadership. It's not in the community anymore, it's not in the family, and it's not in any business anymore. And so if any of you want to make more money, if you're like, I want to make more money, well, what do you got to do to make more money? Increase your value. And what's the most valuable thing on planet Earth? Being a leader. It's a leader. And so how do you become a leader? So people like, okay, so how do I become a leader? Well, step one is going to be self leadership, okay? Self leadership means this. You must live a life that others want to live. They must want to look up to you. They must want to become you. They must want to emulate either. Well, number one, it's not either. Let's say all. They must want to emulate. Emulate your relationships with the people that you love. Your relationships with. Your wife, your kids, your team, your customers. They must want to see if you love God. They must see the way that you love God. You're not afraid. And be unapologetic. A good leader is unapologetic. A good leader always wears his heart on his sleeve, but is direct with his mouth. Okay? So you wear your heart on your sleeve. Remember, if people don't know you care about them, they're not going to let you lead them, okay? And leaders are direct, but they always wrap everything with love, okay? And by the way, remember self leadership. So if I was telling you something, it was like if I was talking to him about losing weight, I would say well, you know, I want you to lose weight. And I'm only telling you that because I love you and because I know that you know, once you see your true identity and how you, you know, like how you should be with yourself, it's over. No one can compete with you ever again. And I would only tell you that because I love you. And I think there's a lot of people around you that don't have the courage to tell you because they think that your, your feelings can't handle it. And I believe you can handle it. I believe you're ready to handle it. I believe you're ready to go to the next level in life. And that's the reason why I'm telling you because I love you. It's like you see how you wrap it in love. It's like everything you should say. If you're ever going to have a hard conversation, I want you to say, remember, the quality of your life will always come down to the level of your leadership. So if you're having a hard conversation with somebody because you're wanting to make this thing great, you're wanting to be a good leader to them, once you say out of your mouth, whatever it is, you must always wrap it with love. Which means, and I'm only telling you that because I believe in you, I know your potential and I love you. If you say that, then it will be received. If you don't, if you don't say that it won't be received, there'll be conflict. Okay? But I said step one is self leadership. Okay, I want you to write down walking billboard. I know I say that a lot, but I wanted to explain what it means. If you want respect leaders, one thing we know that they have is respect. Stop getting distracted. Are you ready to turn your annual income into your monthly income? If you want to make more money in 2025 than ever before, you want to recreate your life, you want to put a financial fence around your family, you're ready to change. You can't ever get 100%, but what you can do is increase your odds as much as possible to get as close to what you want as possible. Okay? And so step one is going to be self leadership. Now listen, once you lead yourself, quality of your life always come down to the level of your leadership. Once you lead yourself, then others will want you to lead them. That's step two. So step one is you lead yourself. Once you do a good job leading yourself, you're going to see step two happen. Which means others are going to say, I want you to lead me now. Or they'll let you lead them. You'll never lead other people. Remember, people will work for a boss for a paycheck, but they'll work for the leader for blood, sweat and tears. If you want people to give everything they have and more, you must be seen as their leader, not their boss. Nobody wants a boss. Nobody wants a boss. Everybody wants a leader. Okay? And so you must self lead. So once you self lead, then you're seen as the leader. Step two, others will want you to lead them. And then step three is. This is beautiful. This is where. This is where you make all the money. This is where all the money is made. Most people can never get here. They never get to step three. These leaders that you build, they're so fucking grateful. The fact that you help them become a good leader and they love what you've done for them, now they want to do it for others. They're leaders that build more leaders. The Elliott Group is built up of leaders that I have built that are now building more leaders inside of the Elliott Group, which means I'm just continuing to keep leading myself as the high example of leadership. The leaders that I've made underneath me now, those leaders are so grateful for what I've done for them to make them a leader that now they feel like they want to feel the feeling that I got to fill when I made them a leader, and they want to feel that feeling with other people and make them leaders also. It's a beautiful, crazy thing where everyone in the company is a leader. Most people don't know this, but if I've ever. I've said it a couple times. I'll just say to everybody in the Elliot Group, there's me and Jacqueline, which are the founders, and then there's no titles in our company. How does a company run with 100 employees that have no titles? Everybody's a leader. Everyone. It's what we do. We are all leaders. You don't need a title, remember? It's not a title. It's leadership is a skill of influence, which is going to be the next page. But leadership isn't a position, okay? Being a manager is a position. I don't want a manager. I don't like managers. I don't need anybody to manage anybody. I'm not your babysitter. You need a babysitter. You want me to hire you a manager? No ways. You're a leader, and your job is to be the example for others and lead others. Your goal is to break the. Break the bar, do a good job at what you do, and then also cheer the team on and be a leader and be an example to everyone else. So everybody's leading. We have so many alphas in the Elliott Group that people are like, well, how do you have so many Alphas? Because Alphas don't get along with other alphas. Because usually only one person has to be the king in that fence. That's my area. That's. I'm the alpha. We have all alphas. Well, the reason why is there so much love from the leadership above, which is me and Jacqueline, that we're like, you guys got to love each other. You guys got to love each other. You guys. This is your family. And they're all being family together now instead of being against each other, which is what most alphas do, is they attack each other. Now, are there fights? Of course. Is a marriage tough to maintain? Yeah. But the people that have the best marriages are the ones that can handle the fights the best. And leaders know when someone is struggling or someone is suffering and somebody's going through a hard time. If you've ever wanted to build a relationship with anyone, if you've ever wanted to create loyalty with anyone, you have to be there with them when they're hurting and they're down. It's not when the checks are cashing and things are good. So loyalty is only Created during suffering. Loyalty is only created when people need a leader and you're there for them. People don't know how much you love them until you're with them during a position in which they say, no one would be with me right now. And then you're there. And then they're like, oh, okay, now I'm going to be loyal. And so I pray for tough situations because it gives me an opportunity for me and my team to get closer. So, like, if something bad happens and let's say, like, I'm giving an example, me and Ian and Evan get in a big fight. You know what I would say, man? Dude, I'm so glad for this. Honestly, like, we needed this. What do you mean? Everybody's mad. No, this is good. I prayed for a fight because guys like us are always going to stay together. We're always going to be together. It's not always going to be easy, but we're strong enough and our love strong enough to work through any fight. And when we have fights and we get through them, it proves how much we love each other. And our loyalty gets that much more stronger, and so does our brotherhood. So as much as it feels like this fight is emotionally draining, I prayed for a fight with us. I've been wanting to get closer to you guys. Anyways, this is what we needed. Everybody's like, wow, man, I feel good about this fight. Now. Do you see how you can tran. You can change, transition, and change everything. Most people can't do this. Most people, their fate, their destiny, ends at their anger. I see so many good employees and people leave companies because somebody says something at some point they can't take back. You got mad. You said something to somebody. It was super hurtful. And that guy that gave you everything, you just ran him off. He just can't get over the fact that you said that. He just can't live with it. He thought you'd never hurt him. You did. Don't get angry. It's good to have an edge and a chip on your shoulder. But you can't get angry and say things you're going to regret. And good leaders, they don't throw out loose words. Hey, guys.
