If you give me five minutes, I'm going to give you the top five sell strategies that are crushing it and printing money in 20, 25. Alright, guys, number one. It's going to be number one. Write this down. Speed to contact. Every single second that goes by, trust dissolves. You got to realize this when someone reaches out. The faster someone can get a hold of them, the more likely they are to buy. When someone sees something that catches their attention, they want it and they want it now. Would everybody agree? We're in the era of instant gratific. How many people right now, they want something but they can't get it fast, they quit. There's this study that was done, this research that shows that if you can get a hold of somebody within the first three minutes when they request information about your product, they're 50% more likely to buy. And if you wait till tomorrow, your customers have already forgotten about you. And guess what? Who's on the phone with them? Big daddy, I've got them. So if you don't want someone else to take your money, you better get speed to contact fast. All right, number two. Mastering the first 30 seconds. Whoo. Write that down. Mastering the first 30 seconds. You know where I see sales being lost in the first 30 seconds? I want you to write this down. If they like you, they'll listen to you. If they believe you, they'll buy from you. What's step one? They like you. When someone meets you in the first 30 seconds, whether it's on the phone or face to face, they're judging you. They're making decisions right now whether they like you or they don't. Just like you're making judgment towards them whether you believe they're gonna buy today. They're wasting time, they're kicking tires. Or they're the gold customer you've been waiting on all day. I had this farmer pull up one time when I was a car salesman. Pulled up in a freaking beat up car, window smashed out, junk barely pulled in. Everybody's like, man, look at that loser. Bet he's a 300 credit score guy. Pulled out a hundred grand cash in a paper bag. People are judging you the second you talk. The first 30 seconds mean everything. So I have a saying. Everybody can buy, came to buy, and will buy as long as I do my job. I have a delusional belief, man, these people wouldn't be here if they didn't think they could buy something from you. People won't always remember what you said, but they'll always remember the way you made them feel. And that's going to happen in the first 30 seconds. All right, guys, number three, you got to dominate objections before they even come up. Losers get objections all the time. Why? Because they don't build a real relationship with the client. When I get on the phone it's like, hey, what's going on? Tony, so glad you're on the call today. Right. Number one, let's clarify why you're here. I mean, have you tried a program before? Is this the first time you've tried it? And then, by the way, Tony, did you reach out today to request some information so that you could just get information, or did you reach out today because you're ready to solve a problem if the right solution presents itself? No, I want to solve this. Okay, so Tony, you're not interested in just information today because you can get as much of that as you want on Google, chatgpt and all these other things. You have a problem, you're looking for a solution and you're ready to solve it and we want to solve it on this call if that's possible. Would you agree? At the end of the conversation, do you think he's going to say, oh, I was just trying to get some information? No, because we covered that in the beginning. That's how to kill off objections before they ever come up. Alright, guys, so number four, Emotional anchoring. Write this down. Ain't nobody taught you this before. Okay, write this down so you can learn. Number one, Logical makes people think, emotional makes people do what? Take action and act. And a lot of the times when you're doing emotional anchoring, it's very simple. You can ask some questions. What does it look like two years from now? Right. If you don't take action Today, you're up 60 pounds. You said you don't like the way that you look and then two years from now you're up £120. The reverse side. What about on the other side of this decision? If there was a new Tony? Clothes felt amazing. Wife's on fire, chasing you around the house like a lioness chasing you down. Eyes on fire, kids looking up to you as your hero. You're not swimming with the t shirt anymore, right? You're taking your shirt off and you're having fun with your kids. What would that feel like? See, there's two choices in life and both come with a price. So your goal is to anchor the emotion, right? You can do it to pain, you can do it to a big win. I want you to remember this if they don't feel anything, they're not going to buy anything. Alright guys, so number five, we're going to finish off here.
