I am ready to die. I'm not my best self. I'm giving everything that I got to every one of these buckets that are important to me right now. And I'm finally, for the first time, proud of me in my life. That's what I want all of you to get to. Either you're going to die a legend and your last name is going to mean something or it's not. The devil, his ass is attacking every one of you in here. And his goal isn't to make you sick. It's not to take you out. It's to make you average. It's to make you average. You know what pissed me off? Tell me I'm average, I'll rip your throat out. But what if you're right? Then I need to go look in the mirror, own my shit, and I need to fix myself. And then I need to make sure that he sees I'm not average. That's the stirred upness that makes people get an edge in business. Understand everything that I'm telling you called an edge. This is the secret to winning. What edge do you. Have you ever seen somebody walking around like everything's okay, they're too casual, their numbers are low, they're not dominating their industry. They're averaging most things in their life and they're casual about it like it's okay. I'm not okay. I'm not okay with that. Are you guys okay with that? Okay, so today we're going to get a little bit pissed off and I want you to get a little stirred up inside because the devil's been winning. He's got you to conform to society. Hey, maybe some of you in here, you're making decent money and you're better than most. You know what? Better than most is straight poison. Success is becoming the example for other human beings. You want to sell more than you ever sold. You wanted 10 extra income, 5 exit 50 extra income. It's all moral authority when you walk in the room. You're an athlete when you're younger, right? Okay, what's that stuff around your waist? That's not you. That's not you though. Am I right? And that pisses you off, doesn't it? And I know self consciously you're like, I don't like that. If I just took that off him, he would like himself 20 times more. You treat your wife better, you treat your kids better, you treat your team better, you'd be different to your customers. You'd be having different conversations in your head. You guys get me dude, listen, I'm a human being, just like you. I figured this out when I was young. I wanted to learn sales. You know what sales was? You got to learn the script. You got to learn tonality. You got to learn word tracks, right? I learned the script. This is what we say. Hey, how are you doing? My name's Andy. And then I was like, why didn't that cell go down? And then I realized people didn't like me. And I'm like, okay, wait a minute. I need to make everybody like me now. I'm trying to kiss everybody's ass. Then they're like, well, you got to build rapport. Now I'm asking a million questions to try to build rapport with people. You know what I learned, dude? If you're just the standard of human excellence, everyone loves you. Listen, your mind, when it's so solid, you walk in and you're like, dude, I know that you like me. I'm not even. I don't even ask. It's not even a question, do they like me? I know he does, dude. It's absolute certainty to a crazy level because, you know, you're checking all the boxes. Okay? Now, am I crazy? Yes. Only crazy people win. You want to be really successful? Do you want to be really successful? Crack open any successful person. They're batsheva crazy. Do you get it? Choose. I don't care. I'm not crazy. Average. Get crazy. Create an edge. Go harder. Recreate. Get it all. Win. Got to choose a road. Am I right? Dude, I'm telling you, today will mark the beginning of everyone in this company changing, by the way, the person to your left and person to your right. A lot of people can't change in front of their peers. That's the problem. Maybe you know him. He knows you. You're looking over. Screw him. I love him. This is about you, dude. Okay? This is about you. I don't care about anyone else. You're either gonna become who you need to become, or you're not. Yet at the end of my life, I'm not dying with regrets. I'm out at 39 years old. If I would have died, I would have regretted my whole life. I would have hated me. I am ready to die. I'm not my best self. I'm giving everything that I got to every one of these buckets that are important to me right now. And I'm finally, for the first time, proud of me in my life. That's what I want all of you to get to super important guys. If you're watching this video right now and you're like, andy, I'm not built like that. Bullshit. Yes, you are. Got to train. That's the way it works. Train or complain. It's your choice. Okay? Every day I train the greatest in the world. You know what I mean? Are you ready to kick some ass and build your legacy and make. If you are in the description box below on this YouTube video, there's going to be a link. You click on it, enter your phone number, email, full name, and I will personally reach out to you in the next 24 hours. If you're serious about kicking some ass, going to the new level, recreating next version of yourself, I'm your guy. Let's kill it. By the way, where if you're like, dude, if I died today, I'm playing everything that I ever wanted right now. I'm good. Hey, what does that mean? Is there more? Yeah. God, give me 100 years. Watch what will happen. But finally, I'm on the right path. Does that make sense? So my goal today with you is to get you on the right path. Yes. We're going to sell everybody, but we got to become the example. So moral authority, you take care of yourself in the morning, you do it. No one. You need a babysitter? Does anybody need a babysitter? Do you need one? Not for your kids, for you. He's like, I do need a babysitter for my kids. Yeah. I could tell. He was like, yeah. And I'm like, no, no, no, no, no. Do you need to be babysat? How about that? No. So good. So you don't need anyone to tell you what to do. If I can show you a play today that makes sense to you, will you guys run it? Yes or no? Okay. Will you run it? Okay. Your wife's not in charge of making you run it. You're not no one else. You're in charge. This is your play. This is. I see one woman in this room. The rest of them are men. Either you're gonna die a legend and your last name is gonna mean something, or it's not. You decide. A lot of you, you're getting older. 20 year olds could die tomorrow. You're getting older in the back half of your life. What are you going to be going to be that one in the family that got younger that everybody's talking about. They can't believe how much you've changed. Are you just you? I'm out. I decided I was going to wake up, so I'm going to Tell you how I did it. I woke up, hit the gym, no distractions. Don't let anything get in here. I needed to focus on me. Here's a rule number one, self love. You start loving yourself. You start taking care of yourself. By the way, you guys want to close everyone. You want to sell everyone. You want everyone to want to love you. You want when people around you to feel magnetic and amazing and to be infectious. There's these chemicals called dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin, right? There's these chemicals that when you go to the gym and you work out hard, the reason why you have to work out really hard and that's why you can't be on your phone, is because when you work out really hard, your body releases these chemicals. And when you get them in your body, it's a superpower, a God like superpower that stays with you for the next 12 to 18 hours. And everyone you're around feels it. Your family, your kids, your team, your clients, they're like, dude, what is this guy's thing? Like, what is it? Every time I'm around you, I just. I feel awesome. Like, I never want to leave you. If I told you what it was, I'm going to tell you where to get the source of this energy. One hour to an hour and a half every morning, five days a week. Go dark. Get in there, Push yourself harder than you've ever pushed yourself. No phones. Do not get endorphins from that phone. Get to where? That's why it's do not disturb. Because nothing. Pings, chings, dings, no rings, no nothing. And by the way, listen, every morning when my alarm goes off, to be very honest, I don't want to get up. But then I think about all the people that want to see me lose, and then I get the up. People want to see you lose, man. Matter of fact, people have already counted you out. Look, they don't care about how much money you got. How many people's lives have you impacted? How many people's lives right now are you living an example for what's possible? The comeback, kid. Dude, listen, man, someone is going through something in their life right now. And if you can turn your life around and you can become the greatest example, they will use you as their mentor to be like, oh, my God, I've seen you check. You get in great shape. I promise you, your business is going to 5x. You say how, dude, everybody's going to have your name in their mouth. What's your name again, man? Have you seen Branson? Have you seen Branson? Have you seen Branson? Have you seen what he's done? Dude, what's going on with you? What's up with all the changes? Your energies? What's happening? What do you mean, what's happening? I woke up. Woke up. I was asleep for so many years. I'm awake, baby. Now we're going to do business. Now they're attracted to you. Everybody wants to be around people that has progress in their life. Do you guys want to hang around with losers or winners? Okay, so do you carry the moral authority that you have progress circulating in your life? It's. It's like a tornado winding around your body right now. And everywhere you go, people can feel this infectious energy. So how do you get these chemicals that make you on fire? Very simple. By intentionally doing hard. Okay? You guys get it. You know what it is? It's called a biological reward. So you love the gym, right? I'm not a gym at. Right. At all. When you were younger. Yeah. Yeah. So don't you miss being young and doing that? Sure. If you did that now when you were older and wiser, how would you be dangerous? You get it, dude? You wouldn't be motivated. You'd be the most driven son of a bitch on planet Earth. Do you get it? Do you guys see the way? I ain't even got into sales yet, but this is how cells are created. You ever seen somebody show up, seem like they don't care? People that aren't taking care of themselves, they have no progress, and they don't care. They're tired, easy to beat, burned out. What's burned out mean? You lost your purpose. I live for one goal every day. I want to kill off the old me. I'm going to bring a new man to the table. These areas, moral authority. These areas I want to show people, when I'm talking about my kids and what I'm doing in this world, I want people to look at me and go, damn, this guy's got to be a good father. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And so can you notice. I'll flip that right back around to you. And you're like, dude, I need to be close to this guy because I'll be better if I'm closer to him. I want you to be in good shape. I want people to see and go, man, how old are you? How old are you? 41. 41 years old? I'm 44. 41 years old. I want people to go, man, you're 41 years old. My God. You look great. Oh, yeah, because I take care of myself. And hey, so can you, man. Look, part of this journey of us doing a lot of business, man, I'm going to motivate you to reach for more. That's it. Dude, when you're around me, we're going to do all kinds of big stuff together. All of a sudden they're like, damn, man, I need. Listen, forget the product for a minute. Would you guys agree that your relationship with the client will determine how long they'll use our product? Okay, has anyone ever seen someone who is paying less for a product over here pay more for your product because they like you more every day? What's the greatest tool we can have in this room? Us. Listen, me teaching you to sell your product better. Me teaching you if they're using three of our products, to use all 40 of them. How much do they like you? Do they. Do they want to hang out with you? Do they want to be your brother? That guy that's making that decision? And see, like, dude, I want you to be my brother, man. I'm just being honest, man. Like, every time I'm around you, man, I'm inspired, dude. You fire me up. Like, I love it, dude. Like, dude, honestly, man, you know what? I don't know why we're using these other people. Dude, I want you in all my stuff. Oh. Oh, yeah. Okay. Now I see it starting to play out. So we got to decide really quick before we even, you know, like, are thinking, what does our client want? What do we want? What do we know they want? They want to be great. Hey, guys. Looks like you made it to the end of the video. You're the true 0001 percenters.
