Can I ask you a question? Do you guys need a babysitter? No. Most of you do. I'm not being negative. I'll tell you what to do. But still, you'll leave here and you won't go exercise. I'll tell you what to do and you won't. You need a babysitter. When I go home, I want my family to be proud of me. I want to bring good, special energy to my family. My biggest deal in life, why I wake up and go to the gym in the morning is because I go see my family right before I go to work. And my kids. I got three beautiful kids. My job is to bring good to them. That's my job as a man. To bring good stuff to my family and my wife to make sure they're fired up for the day. Because you guys are going to come in, take care of customers all day long, get everybody else fired up, and then you're not going to give your family anything if you got a family. There was a time my wife said something to me that was really hurtful and I love it because she's like my greatest teacher. I was given this sales meeting. I'm firing my team up. I'm freaking jacked up. I'm like 24 years old. I'm a GM. We're killing it. My wife goes, man, wish I could get some of that. And I'm like, what do you mean? I'm like, I'm always. She's like, you were like that when we met. When we met. And you wanted something from me and you wanted to go somewhere with me. We did all that shit, but now we don't do that no more. And I don't like that because I don't like it when I'm not number one. Listen, you want me to support you? You want me to make you a strong ass man? Do you want your wives to make you a strong ass man? Well, you got to make them feel important if you're with the dude. You got to make them feel powerful and strong. And you can't go home and complain. You can't go home and whine. You can't go home and be like the rest of the world. You must be different. And when you change, everything changes everything. This is the key. Everybody doesn't live their life right now. What does this have to do with selling and closing? Has everything to do with selling and closing. I can close anyone. I'll shut down any deal. I don't care what the payment is. I don't care what the price is, it doesn't matter to me. I'm a good person. I do, right, Right. I push myself every day. I understand how people operate. There's product knowledge and people knowledge, you guys. People knowledge is what's going to get you rich. Understanding people is what will get you paid. But if you can't understand yourself, how the hell can you understand someone else? Dude, some of yalls eyes, you're all loose eyed and shit. Like you're not even here. You don't want to change. Dude, I can't believe you're not a psycho competitor. Like psycho like it's 20, 24. Like dude, come on man, everybody's asleep out there. You think you guys got competition? No. But you're trying to be just like them. Because they're not pushing, because they're not winning. They're running their mouth but they're not doing the work. They're not doing the work and that pisses me off. But it's a great window. You want to become a millionaire? I need two or three good years. That's all I need. I'll put a million dollars cash in everybody's bank account in this room. I need two or three good years. Here's what you got to do. Super important guys. If you're watching this video right now and you're like, Andy, I'm not built like that. Bullshit. Yes you are. Got to train. That's the way it works. Train or complain. It's your choice. Okay? Every day I train the greatest in the world. You know what I mean? Are you ready to kick some ass and build your legacy and make history? If you are in the description box below on this YouTube video, there's going to be a link. You click on it, enter your phone number, email, full name and I will personally reach out to you in the next 24 hours. If you're serious about kicking some ass, going new level, recreating next version of yourself, I'm your guy. Let's kill it. You got to exercise every day. You have to. You got to eat clean. You have to. You don't have a choice. If you want to be the elite, you got to do what the elite do. Am I right? Dude, Listen, if you guys think you deserve an elite life, if you guys think that you have to earn it. Listen, if you want a life that everybody else wants, you're going to have to do things that everyone else can't do. Because everybody else doesn't have this life that you're after. This million dollar life, this me and my wife being marriage millionaires. My kids looking at me, choosing me as their hero. Me looking in the mirror, liking me. Me crushing records, breaking records, being a leader, impacting people's lives, loving my life on fire. It doesn't come unless you do that no one else can do. Everybody in this room. I wish all of you to change when you leave today. That's what I wish. But I can't go home with you, ask you a question. Do you guys need a babysitter? Most of you do. I'm not being negative. I'll tell you what to do. But still you'll leave here and you won't go exercise. I'll tell you what to do and you won't. You need a babysitter. You need someone to babysit you. Well, newsflash. There is no babysitter that's going to babysit you to success. There is no babysitter. And by the way, this attacks a lot of your pride. Lot of you have egos in here. You know why people get divorced? Egos. Okay. People lose. People lose all their perspective. There was a day that you guys prayed for an opportunity like you have now to work for a great company with good people and have the chance to make a lot of money. You prayed for it. Now you got it. Now you're like, wonder what else I can get. And you're not even doing anything with what you have. Anytime someone ever tells me they want to do something else, I ask them, have they maxed out their potential where they're at? See, what I've learned is that people give up. They try something, doesn't work, they're not doing the best. Then they just think we got to go do something else. Well, keep giving everything that you go do the same energy that you have now. What you're doing now. And you're just going to get shit everywhere you go. And it's not where you're going. It's you. It's physically you. And this is why people don't change. Pride, ego and entitlement. We have a bunch of entitled people in this world that think that they deserve stuff without working and earning it. That's not the way America was built. Hey guys. Looks like you made it to the end of the video. You're the true 0001 percenters. Look, I know 1 percenters that can make it halfway through the video. But making it all the way through. You guys are the best. Now here's what I'd like to do. Number one, I want to get closer to you, the fact that you made it all the way through the video, you're like, man, dude, I want to roll with this guy. Okay? So I need to connect with you. Down below, there's a description box on this YouTube video. There's a link, it says, coach with me, one on one. Ok? If you'll go and you'll enter your information, I'll reach out to you in the next 24 hours. You can tell me what you need, help with, what your goals are, and we will crush it together.
