Alright, here we go. Vision. Vision. This is huge. This is massive. This is an unfair advantage and an edge that I have over a lot of people, okay? They say where there's no vision, people perish. Okay? I want you to understand this. I'm a leader. So are you. You're a leader. I don't know what you do. I don't know if you run a massive business. I know one day you will. You're a leader. You're going to start being the leader today. And a leader always has a vision. You have to have a vision. If you don't have a vision, if you don't have an imagination, you're never going to get anywhere. Now, I'm going to tell you what feeds these visions. It's called momentum. Momentum is the secret to success. Momentum, you must feed it. You've got to treat it like momentum is a human being that lives with you. I treat winning like winning is a person that lives with me. And I must turn it on every day. I must excite it. I must get it fired up. I must get it ready to win, because that's winning. And if I don't do that, winning one day will no longer recognize me and it will leave me. And I don't want it to leave me. So I take care of it. I do the same thing with momentum. I take care of momentum. I don't need momentum to leave. I see a lot of companies right now that are losing momentum. Okay? So vision, ready? Whatever vision you have, number one. Rule number one, write this down. You create your own economy, you create your own reality. That vision is possible. The only thing that's that can get in the way of your vision is you getting deluded, slowing down, believing less, or making an excuse which only sound good to the people who are making them because there are no real excuses. You can fix everything in your life. Now, when I talk about this vision or I need you to understand something, this is like, this is like so important. I know a lot of people right now that don't know how to feed momentum. And I'm going to tell you how to do it. Okay? Number one, you need to decide and make sure that if you want to go somewhere and if you have a vision, you write down exactly what you want. You ready? Write it down right now. What's your vision? Write it down. Write it down. Draw a line. Write it down. What is my vision? Okay. Okay. When do you want this vision to be built by? When do you want this vision to be completed by? Ready? Write it Down. Give me a date. Want to buy a freaking Lamborghini? When do you want it by? Okay, what do you want? You want to build an empire? When do you want it by? You want to build a badass team? You want to make a million dollars? 100 million. When do you want it by? Okay, how much do you want? Okay, so it's super important, right? Write down who do you want to become, what do you want, when do you want it by, and how much of it do you want? How much do you want to just do business in your local area? Do you want to do business all around the country? Do you want to do business just in these niche of people? Or do you want to do business in every niche of people? Right. What exactly do you want? This is super important, okay? As a visionary, I need you to understand something, okay? If you have a vision, if you have an imagination and you don't execute, that vision will start to fade. Because if you don't ever execute, no one will know your name, no one will know who you are, no one will know who you business is, and nobody will do business with you. Your people that follow you. If you have people and you're building something big, if they don't know the vision, how often is the vision talked about? Every day, Every freaking morning. Understand this. Every morning, seven days a week, I have a meeting with my team. Why? Because every day I'm putting it at the forefront of their mind. What is our mission? What is our goal? What is our vision? What are we about? What are we building? How wide are we building? How deep Are we building? You know, what is it going to take? Who are we taking out? Who are our enemies? You know, it's like. It's like the vision requires so much. But the biggest thing about the vision is who's the visionary? Now, listen, I want you to write this down. There's intrapreneurs and entrepreneurs. Intrapreneurs work for an entrepreneur. They work for a company, and their job is to take that company to the top. They do really well. They get paid really well, and they're writing to the top with somebody to help blow them up. The entrepreneur is somebody starting their own business. They're the one who can get sued. They're the one who has to pay all the bills. They're the one who has to pay all the taxes. They're the one that has to take in all the expenses and all the risk, okay? And then they try to find somebody, you know, like you to help them build their business. So I want you to understand right now, what is your next. Your next vision? What do you want? How much is it? How big is it? What position is it? What do you want to do? How much? Who will you be by, when? Okay? And then I want you to think, what does that look like? What is the next step for you? And write down something so big that scares the shit out of you. Something that if you told other people, they would want to slap your mom, right, for even saying that. And I mean it. I want to freak everybody out by having such a big goal. Okay? Now, I do want you to understand this. There's divisionaries that own the companies, and then there's visionaries that work for the company. When I was an employee and I worked for a company, I saw things in that company that the owner couldn't see. And I was always wanting to execute those things because those things allowed me to be what's called a needle mover. I would move the needle in the company and move my way up. You know, I'm saying get paid more money. You know, it was what I loved. But now, as I own my own company now, I'm the one that creates the vision, right? For my team, and then also their visionaries for what they see in my company. So who are you? Do you own your company? Are you working for someone else? If you do work for someone else, I want you to understand this. Four out of five millionaires work for someone else. If you work for someone else, that's absolutely amazing. But you must be the best in your company, and you must have a massive Vision for what you want for that company and also for what you can do and make it big and scary. Okay? So with that being said, and by the way, lastly, execute. I know a lot of people that say they're going to do something, they don't do it. I know a lot of people that have a dream, they have a vision, they only work on it for a couple months or a year, and they give up. Don't do that, guys. Set a plan in place right now. And by the way, I want you understand something. Write this down, become crystal clear what you want, and then write down how you're viciously going to attack it. Then you'll have it. That's the rules. So you must have a vision. Because where there's no vision, like I said, people perish, businesses fail, people never get to the life they want, and ultimately they end up failing just because they didn't think big enough, didn't dream big enough, or if they did, they didn't execute.
