Nothing happens until a sale is made. I think a lot of people put a lot of pressure on themselves to sell. You don't have to. You gotta learn sales mastery. I'm a person that doesn't read 100 pages in a book. I read normally one page a hundred times. And it's gonna teach you to do one thing, be a master communicator. And that's making it easy to say yes to, hard to say no to, and make it the client's idea every single time. Your life is about to change forever. I promise you no one in the world will be able to compete with you. They'll be you and then they'll be everyone else. I'm going to teach you how to think differently than all the other salespeople in the world, no matter what you do. Sales is the art of communication. There's three things everyone should be doing in any industry. Number one, I'm looking for something to sell. Number two, I'm selling something and if I'm not doing one of those two things, then I'm training to get better. I don't make these videos up because I want you to just consume information. I want to change your life. Alright guys, so here we are. It's going to be video number one, module one. And this is going to be think. Now this is kind of what my goal is with you. Whenever we're training, whenever we're learning, what's written will be retained. Okay? So if you just listen to me and if you're driving in the car right now, like I'm not trying to have you write stuff down, but if you're actually like in your office, you have your computer or you're sitting down and I think that you, if you're driving, I think you should go back and watch this again and you should take notes and I want you to write down the word think. Okay? Now I want you to understand this, right? You, your mind is the most amazing thing in the world. What you think will determine the direction in which your life goes. If you think when you walk into work that I can't believe I got this opportunity, you're going to go crush it. If you walk into work. And your mind also is your worst enemy. If you walk into work and you're like, oh man, and you just see everything that's wrong, you're thinking poorly, okay? The way someone thinks, the lenses in which, the way someone sees the world, the perspective determines everything. There's this thing and it's saying, and I want you to write this down, it's in your head before it's in your wallet. I always say this here, you have to see it. Here, you can't. You can't have something in your hand that you can't see in your head. I know you've seen the Netflix document, the Secret. The law of manifestation, the law of attraction. It is all real. And people say, no, that ain't real. Well, the fact that you think that it isn't real, that's why things aren't really going good for you in your life. If you think it is real. That's the reason why things are going good in your life. Basically, you're the gatekeeper to your mind. Anything that's in your head, anything that you're thinking, anything that you believe, is because you put it there. When people tell me information, I decide whether I let it in my head or not. Look, dude, I take the best and I leave the rest. That's what I do in life. And so if something comes out of your mouth, it's because it's in your head. Who let it in your head? You. So I'm going to tell you. The first sell that's ever made in the world is you selling yourself. Is it an internal selling sell that's being made right here? People that try to sell to make a paycheck, I feel sorry for them. People that try to go out and help people, and we call that sales, those are the people that are the highest performers. And you're going to learn very quickly how to become the best. All right, now, I've wrote some stuff down here. This right here is going to be very structured training. I'm going to talk to you about things, but also I'm going to read some stuff off to you. The stuff that I read off to you, I'd also like you to write down. Is that cool? So I'm going to start here. Number one, think the cell is in your head. The cell is in your head. Write that down. Number one, the mindset of which you approach the cell will determine the outcome more than anything else. What did you say, Andy? I said the outcome. Right. The way that you think will determine the outcome more than anything else. If the client comes in and they're ready to buy. Your mindset, your thinking is more. Is more higher in value than that. Okay. If you have the best product in the world, it doesn't matter at all. Your mindset will have the greatest outcome more than anything else. I want you to write that down. The mindset by which you Approach the cell will determine its outcome more than anything else. So write down two things here. Number one, what is my frame of mind right now? And what is my mindset towards sales? Okay. You determine the way that you think. I want you to understand this really quick. Your mind isn't your friend. I learned this a long time ago. I thought my mind was my friend. But my mind would tell me to play small. It would tell me not to have the abundance mindset. It would give me reasons and excuses why I'm not capable of doing this. My mind's not my friend. I've learned this a long time ago. It's not my friend. It wants to keep me safe. It wants me to take no risks, and it wants me to stay small. It wants me to be lethargic, crawl in a corner, try to live a hundred years, be fed three times a day, put a little blanket over me. And it wants to take no risks. No freaking way. You gotta. You gotta unleash your mind. Everybody, write this down. Cut the leash. There's a leash right here in what you think is possible. And you're not getting what you want, and you're not earning the money. Listen, there was a guy one time, he goes, andy, I'm debt it out. I literally, I'm. I'm. I'm so close from bankrupt. I have no money in the bank. I don't have the life that I want. And I said, you want to change all that? And he goes, yeah, yeah. I said, okay. It's simple. Are you ready? The person you are right now, the way that you're thinking has attracted that. I know it's the hardest information you'll ever receive. If you want to attract other things, you've got to change the way you think, which will change who you are, which will change your wealth and your outcome, your bank account and the way your life goes. People. People don't want to understand this. People are too busy to understand this. I want to tell you this. The greatest gift you'll ever give yourself in life is what you're doing right now. You're spending time working on you. Jim Rohn. I know you know who Tony Robbins is. Tony Robbins mentor is Jim Rohn. Jim Rohn says, don't wish it was easier, wish you were better. Are you working harder on your job than you are on yourself? I know people that work for 30 years on a job. They work as hard as they can, and they never grow, they never change, they never get a better life. If they work their tail off their whole Life. Why? Because they never spent time working on themselves. Their. Your mind isn't your friend, number one. You've got to reprogram your mind every morning. That thing's pretty crazy. It goes all over the place. You got to reprogram it every morning. I'm going to give you some things you can do here to really build a good mindset. But also, you got to be good to yourself. I want to tell you this. I hold myself really high and accountable, and I am pretty hard on me a lot of the times, but I want to tell you something. You have to talk good to you. You have to be good to you. You have to tell yourself how great you are. And people will say, oh, that's. Don't listen to those people, okay? I am trying to tell you right now, I've created more wealth than I know what to do with from sales, and I have done it by creating an unstoppable delusional mindset. And I say what's going to happen, and what I say is going to happen, happens. It's faith. You got to. So I'm going to go back to training. I just want you understand, you're the gatekeeper to your mind. If there's any thought in your head right now that you're like, God, I wish I didn't think that. You know, 99% of things that you think that are negative never happen. You're literally poisoning your mind. You're poisoning yourself. No one is after you. No one's hurting you. You're hurting you. No one is causing problems in your life. You're causing problems in your own life. Somebody told me the devil's after me. No, the devil's not after you. He's not causing you problems. You find your own problems. You think about crap that literally is tearing your life to pieces. Are you kidding me? No one's doing anything to you. He doesn't even need to come mess with you. You mess with you. You're messing with you. So today, we draw the line in the sand. We can't change the past, okay? But from today forward, you will have the greatest mindset from this point forward until the day you die. And every single day, you will focus on reprogramming your mind. Okay? All right, so here we go. I'm going to give you the frame of mind that you must be in cells to become great. Are you ready? Write these down. Number one, you got to be friendly. People that aren't friendly, they don't win. You got to be positive. You got to be likable. Now, I want you to write these down, and I want you to. I want you to rate yourself 1 to 5. 1. The worst, 5. The best in all of these. You ready? Friendly, positive, likable, smiley. Are you a person that smiles a lot? Confident, you know, do you have problems with self esteem, self belief, you know, or are you extremely confident? You know? You know who these people are? Prepared. Are you prepared? We always say success favors prepared. That's the way it works. People don't plan to fail. They fail to plan. You got to be prepared. That's what you're doing right now. You're preparing to win. Enthusiastic, self assured. Okay, these are. These are things you must be. Write this down. Micro skills, okay? Micro skills. The mindset you must have. These are little micro skills that I've just read off that you must own to put yourself in the best frame of mind and to have the best mindset. Okay, now I want to tell you something, right? Go through this real quick. When I was younger, I was a closer. I was a to manager. Closer means that somebody when. When a customer was leaving in the building. So I. So I'm just giving example. I'm gonna give you a scenario. I worked in a company was called Hudaburg Chevrolet. It was. They sold a thousand cars a month. And it was like, it was like a mile wide, right? It's like a mile long. And I was down in the used car building. And then there was gmc, there were Chevy, there was Toyota, there was Ford, there was, you know, Pontiac. Back in the day, there was all these stores, right? And I was a closer for a whole company. I was 23 years old, all right? And we had a Nextel back before, we had really, you know, like, cell phones are big. Like we have now. We had Nextels, and they had this whole thing called a. Like a little beeper. And it was like, right? And I would literally carry this. I was like a walkie talkie, like when we were kids. And so here I am, I'm 23 years old. I had a golf cart, I had a Nextel, and I had a pin ready to close. And my phone would go off, and I'd be like, andy, come to the gmc. GMC building right now. There's a lady with white hair and a blue purse, and she's leaving, and she's going to a yellow car. And that was all I got. And so what happened? I had to get my golf cart shoot up to the top. And as soon as I got there, I hey, what's going on? My name is Andy Elliot. Boom. Smile, came right out. Enthusiastic, came right out. All these things. Friendly, positive, likable, smile, confident, prepared, enthusiastic, self assured. I literally come out. And by the way, remember what I said? It's in your head before it's in your wallet. Before I could collect that money, I had it in my head. I was like, no one can escape me. I'm Alcatraz. No one escapes. And so anyways, hey, how are you guys doing? I'm Andy Elliott. I'm the deal coordinator. My job is to help coordinate the deal and put it together. Look, you guys are amazing people. The owner called me personally. He wants me to show you what he's gonna do for you guys. Can't believe this. You're gonna owe me a steak dinner. You guys got a magic rabbit foot in your pocket. You must have, because it's your lucky day today. Guys, the fact that I'm involved in this deal, I'm gonna blow your mind. You guys owe me a steak dinner. Who's the best cook? It's him. He's the cook. You guys owe me. I got you, man. We're going to be like family. You guys are going to adopt me. What did I do? I'm doing anything to make them forget about the bad experience they just had with the amateur salesperson. Once I snapped him out of it, I would sit down with them for 30 seconds. I literally put almost everybody in a trance with my positive mindset, what I thought was going to happen. I was painting pictures, telling stories, selling ideas, selling situations, influence, persuading, the good attitude. Different than the manager that just came out and the other three salespeople and all the back and forth crap. And we were all laughing. I made it easy. I relaxed. I made them relax. I didn't know anything about the deal. I didn't know what they're getting for the trade. I know the interest rate. I didn't know the price of the car. Just. I had a monthly payment on a piece of paper. I closed it every time. Why? Why? Because I was in such a good state. Guys, sales mastery is the way you think. I'm telling you, if you'll ever learn anything from me in my life. This first video, if you do all the other things, and I'm going to tell you this, everything that I'm going to train on, it is all going to be in order. If you miss this one and you get all the others, you'll. You'll never make it. You'll have to understand this one. So remember, it's in your head before it's in your hand. You can't. You can't put it in your wallet if it's not in your head. You got to see it here. You got to call your shot in advance. I knew what was going to happen. I knew everybody was going to sign. I didn't know what they look like. I didn't know how much it was making. It didn't even matter to me. My point is, is that if you told me what I needed to do, I got it done. Because I already made the decision here that it was going to get done. Can you guys please steal this from me? I stole it from someone else. I watched the guy. I watched a guy. He was so good. I said I could never be that good boy. I became better. This is every second of every day your mind is trying to go in a negative direction. Don't let it go there's. Don't let it go there. Don't hang out with toxic people. Don't hang out with negative circles. Don't let people sit there and complain and why and whine to you. I never let people complain to me, ever. Listen, I'll solve a problem, but I'm not going to listen to you complain. If you come to me with a problem, we're going to look for solutions. We're going to look for answers, but we're not going to complain. Okay? People say, well, what are you supposed to do? I'm never supposed to help anybody. I want you to help everybody who's looking for a solution. But if somebody's not looking for a solution and they're looking to complain, go sell that to someone else. Go sell that to your mom. I'm not going to listen to it. Okay, here we go. So have you ever done this? I'm gonna play a scenario and I want you to listen to this. Have you ever done this? Walked into a cell like, this is not a great appointment. This cell is probably not going to happen. I'm wasting my time with this person. Have you ever walked into a cell like that, ever? I bet you have. How did it end? You already know. Now let me ask you another one. Have you ever walked into a cell like this? This is a great prospect. This customer needs Underline needs my product. This customer loves Underline, loves my product. I am thinking this in advance. They need it. They love it. This customer loves me. I ain't even met them yet. I know they love me. Who doesn't love me? Who doesn't Love someone who wants to win. Look, when you do business with me, it's a win and a win bigger situation. There's no losing. It's either win or win bigger. You choose. You feel me? I walked into every cell thinking, this cell is already done. You got it? Can you guys take this? So at this point time, before we keep going, you may need to pause it, go back and watch it again. Remember, this video was made so you can watch it a million times until you become better than me. And then you own this. And I'm going to tell you, there'll be people that like, oh, come on, that's hype. No, it's not. No, it's not. I don't have a hype life. I have a real life. I am rich and I have a rich life. And because I can do these things, when people deal with me, guess what? Not only do I get sales, but I also get referrals because people love this. People love dealing with people like this. Don't ever do it for the money. Do it to blow people's minds, okay? Put on a show worth paying for. Starts right here. All right? Always remember, write this down. People don't buy from the lowest price. I love making sure that people are aware of this. Write this down. People don't buy from the lowest price. People buy from the best value. What is the best value? Are you ready? It's not the company. I know. I know. You got a great company. I love that. It's not the product. I know. Got a great product. Who cares? The best value is you. That's it. So it will be you and it will always be you. The difference between you and your competition is you. I'm sorry to say this. I know some companies are better. I believe that. I believe some products are better. I believe that. But you know what? You're the great separator. It's you, but you. Everything's a commodity but you. God made one of you, okay? They've duplicated lots of other things, but he didn't duplicate you. There's only one of you. And so if you come in and to your showroom or you call me, you're going to meet me, okay? God made one of me. One. One. Okay? And this crazy psycho cracked me open. I'm successful. I know I'm crazy person is going to give you the greatest experience you ever had in your life. Okay? When we're done, you're buying everything you buy off for the rest of your life off me. And you're going to Send me every customer you know, every person you know, your family, your friends, everybody. That's what you're going to want to do. I'm not even going to ask you to do it. I can, but you're going to want to do it. That's what I want to see you do. That's the new you. Okay? Now remember, people don't buy from the lowest price. They buy from the best value. They need you, the customers need you. Show up with that feeling of certainty that your client needs and deserves. Write this down right now. Certainty, conviction, right? Confidence, self esteem, self belief, all in the way you think right now. What are we doing right now? We're working on you. This is the preparation to make you as much money as you've ever wanted to make in your life. I don't care what the number is. If you want to make 50 grand a year, that's fine. If you want to make 50 million a year, that's fine. I don't care. I don't care. Listen, and I want to tell everyone to make this very clear, a lot of you right now, you're thinking, if I ever want to make more money, I have to go to another job. No, you don't. No, you don't. You have to do your job differently. You guys have to decide is the job, you're doing it right now. Do you stand out? Are you different? Are you making relationships that others can't? Are you going to work every day? And you're being an artist, you're being innovative, you're giving your best, you're being ambitious. Are you doing these things? What's your perspective look like? How's your energy? What's your passion like? Are you passion selling? Okay, this is the secret. I just created some of the greatest salespeople in the history of the world, world's ever seen, right now on this video. All right, we're going to run through two more parts here. Are you ready? So a question I get asked all the time is what are some ways that I can create a great mindset? Now, I want to. I want to explain this and I'm going to give you some ways, okay? And you might even. There's other ways, but I want to give you a couple of ways that I have found. So I want you to write this down. Oxytocin, serotonin, dopamine and endorphins. These are four chemicals. And I want you to understand what this has to do with cells. Has to do. Everything with cells has to do with communication. It has to do with being magnetic and infectious and everything. So cells, right, Is. Is something that either you're on fire for cells or you're not. You're either a stud or you're a dude. Okay, so here's what I want you to know. Oxytocin, serotonin, dopamine and endorphins. Those are things that I get by doing hard things in the morning or spending time working on me. And my body naturally will release these chemicals. And these chemicals stay with me for about 12 to 18 hours. And it makes me on fire. It is a biological reward. What did I say? Biological? Like I don't even. I don't need to drink an energy drink. I don't need to drink a cup of coffee. I don't need to do anything. If I do these things, bam. My body goes on fire. Okay, so right here, ways of creating a great mindset. Are you guys ready? I want you to write this down. These are a couple things and I want you to think. And by the way, you have to do them first thing in the morning. Okay, ready? Number one, time in the gym. In the morning. First thing in the morning. I get up at 5am I go to the gym. But I don't want you to know, I don't want you to think that I just have to go to the gym. I want to give you a couple other things. Are you ready? Exercise. Any form of exercise, I don't care what. It could be yoga, it can be a walk. You could go for a walk every morning for 30 minutes. And I promise you, your endorphins will release oxytocin, serotonin and dopamine. And you spent time working on you before the day started. You got 24 hours in a day. You can't spend, you know, 1 2% of your day working on you. 4% of your day is one hour. 2%, 4%. 30 minutes to an hour. That's every day. Oh, my gosh. Holy cow. Oh, my. Inconsistently over a 90 day, 100 day period. Oh my gosh. You'll never not do it again in your life. Your sales will triple just because your mindset, whole new level. That's how you create one, number one, a couple things. Gym in the a.m. walk. Exercise. Ready. Breakfast with my family. I love having breakfast with my family. I love it. I love it. It's amazing. I love, I love. I don't get to do it every day, but I get to do it most days. Okay. I go to the gym super early, and by the time My kids are up eating. I'm here with them. I go my gym. My son, he's 14 years old, he goes to the gym with me. I take him with me. To me. That's special. A lot of times my daughters go with me on the weekend. That makes me on fire. You ready? Write this down. Time with God. Okay. I'm not trying to tell you to believe in God. I'm trying to say if you believe in God, I'm trying to tell you that man makes a big difference. When I get up, even if I just read. Read the Word for five minutes, you know, sometimes I can just listen to a Christian song. Just. I don't know, Just. Just telling you. These are ways that I create a great mindset. Okay? Studying in the morning. Anything. Anything. Spending time working on you. I told you the greatest gift you'll ever give yourself, Figure out whatever that is. Okay? Music, dude. I know people that just. They want to listen to rock and roll music or they want to listen to something in the morning. Just get them jamming. I love that. That's great. This will get you in a great mindset. Okay? Motivating or inspirational messages that could be through music that could be through audio that could be through even. Reading those things help you get a great mindset. You got to do one of these things or find something that works for you every morning. Okay, now I'm going to roll into this last part. If you want to crush it in sales, you must have. Do you want to kill it in sales? You want to master cells? Okay, cool. Write this down. I must have. Not. It's an option to have. You must have this. I want you to write this down. This is not an option. This is mandatory. This is not an option. This Mandarin. I'm gonna give you four things here real quick. I'm gonna run through them. Number one, you must have self confidence. Where does self confidence come from? Preparation. That's what we're doing now. I know you're getting more confident right now. I know you're seeing things and thinking about things you weren't before. This video, that's good. We need to do this every day. It could be the same video every day until you die, it could be the same video. I've read. I've read the same page in a book for almost three years now. That's how impactful that page was to me. I didn't read the whole book. I read that page. This is so good, man. It just linked me to where I want to go. Okay, so self Confidence. Where does it come from? Comes from preparation. That's number one. Number two, you must have daily preparation. Underline daily. I didn't say weekly. I didn't say sometimes. I said daily. It's got to be daily preparation. Preparation gives you great thoughts. Great thoughts will give you daily success. You got it? That's number two. Number three, you must ingrain. This is a daily routine. Okay? I always show people. Let me show you a magic trick. Show me your last 500 days routine. I'll show you what your life looks like right now. I can guess your body fat percentage. I can guess your attitude. I can guess what kind of relationships you have in your life. I can probably guess your checking account. How would you show me your last 500 days routine? Show me your habits for the last 500 days. Guess what? Show me your habits from today forward for the next hundred days. Guess what? I'll show you what your life looks like then. That's it. So you must ingrain this as a daily routine. You'll never master sales if you don't master your thought process. You'll never build your life to be the life that you want if you don't create mastery in your thought process, your thought cycle. Listen, guys, people have patterns and cycles in their life, and they just go in this little triangle their whole life, and they can never get out of it because it's always in their head. When you figure out and understand that this was the missing piece of the puzzle the entire time, you will break free. You will break your bloodline. You will break generational curses. You will earn and learn more than ever before. By the way, write this down. Fall in love with learning. Just. Just please fall in love with learning. All right, number four. Believe. You can underline. Can and will underline. Will. I can and I will. What am I doing? This, number one is think. And what am I doing? I'm believing that I can and I will. Right Close. Everyone. Did I say most people? No, everyone. That is the delusional belief you must build. When I sold, my nickname was Alcatraz. And it wasn't because I was the most talented. I wish I could tell you that I was more talented than anybody else. What I will tell you is that I had a delusional belief. Everybody can buy, came to buy, and will buy as long as I do my job. And every day I showed up, I put in the work. I had the best attitude in the company. I still have the best attitude in the world today. One of the things that I'll Tell you, I'm not very talented. My. I've gotten better over time, but I do have an unbreakable mindset. I won't let anything penetrate my mindset. Nothing. I won't let you shatter it. I don't care. I don't care if you believe in me. I don't care if you don't. I believe in me. I believe in what I'm doing, makes a difference in people's life. I believe that it's disrespectful if I have a product that can help people. If. If I don't believe that, you know, and here's the deal. I want to tell you something. People. People don't necessarily buy things because you have the best product. People buy things because they believe that you believe you have the best product goes back to the way you think, okay? And so this is how I've been able to say number one for a long time. A lot of you guys are watching this right now. Listen to me. I'll tell you this. Yeah, you got to be the hardest worker in the company. You got to give all you got every day. Yes. You have to train every day. I'm not telling you that this is going to make you the most talented person in the world, although I believe, if you follow what I say, it will. But if you can master this thinking, this way of which I believe this way in which I think it will make you unstoppable. I believe your customers will fall in love with you. I believe that they want to buy everything from you. I believe that they'll want to be around you. I believe they don't have people like this in their life. And I believe that when they come to buy whatever it is that they're going to buy from you, I'll. I'll guarantee they didn't think they were going to meet somebody as great as you. And basically your goal is to think so greatly that almost it's like you become their mentor. As you're selling and you're closing them, and as you're helping them and you're communicating with them, it's like, gosh, man. Like, I love the way you think. Whether they say it or not, they're thinking it. Okay? And so with that being said, guys, chapter one, module one, video one. I want you to master this. I want you to study this. If you have to watch it a thousand times until you get it down, totally worth it. Okay? I'm all about compressing timeframes, how to take what most people would take 20 years to do. And I want to teach you how to do it in one month. Okay? And we can do that as long as you can master this. And there'll be people that laugh and think this won't work. And the reason why it won't work because they didn't think that it would work. What you think is ultimately the most important thing in your life. Your thinking will either self sabotage you and destroy your life, or your thinking will take you to heights that you've never imagined. You choose. Love you guys. See you in the next video.
