Welcome to season 5 of the Another Way To See It Podcast. On this episode we discuss how many of us center our trauma, and perhaps even take it on as an identity, knowingly or not. When our trauma functions in this way we limit our ability to connect deeply with others, and also limit our ability to access our full selves and engage with life as we’re meant to. This episode is an invitation to explore how trauma may function in your life and ways to renegotiate your relationship with it.
