I started Ornod in 2013 and we make bike apparel. The best part of Shopify for me is our ability to run the business as essentially non technical people. We're able to admin everything on the back end, front end and sell things online easily. If Shopify were a bike accessory, I think it would actually be the bicycle. It's the thing that you do the thing on. We run the business on Shopify so start your free trial on shopify.com we

Hi, I'm Dr. Michael Rich, the mediatrician. I'm a pediatrician and child health researcher who works with kids and their families every day. But I know media because for 12 years I was a filmmaker and screenwriter who got to apprentice with the great Japanese filmmaker Akira Kurosawa to work with Steven Spielberg, George Lucas, Francis Coppola. I understand the power of media to change hearts and minds. So now I bring the science of child health and development to a deep knowledge of how screens engage and change us all. I teach at Harvard Medical School and I speak around the world on the ways in which children are affected in positive and negative ways by the media they use and how they use them. But most importantly, I'm a dad trying to raise healthy, happy, productive children in a rapidly evolving digital environment. Early in my pediatric career, when medical colleagues realized that I knew media, I would get questions about TV and obesity, video games and violence. So 17 years ago, I created the center on Media and Child Health at Boston Children's Hospital to bring the light of facts to the heat of parental and societal concern. Today, when parents express concern to me about smartphones, social media, sexting, even suicide, we can bring decades of rigorous science to bear on their questions. I respond to real life questions from moms, dads, teachers, doctors, many, many kids, people just like you, and answer them through my practice and through Ask the Mediatrician, where I provide research based, nonjudgment, practical information and strategies for raising healthy, happy, productive children in the digital age. I have useful information to share, but more importantly, I want to hear what you are facing, to share what I am seeing, to learn from your efforts and to provide guidance for all of us. We will never be perfect. If you don't believe me, just ask your kids. But we can always perfect it. Ask me questions, Try my suggestions. Challenge my answers. Enjoy your media and use them wisely. And enjoy your children and raise them wisely.

it's Ryan Reynolds here from Mint Mobile. Now I was looking for fun ways to tell you that Mint's offer of unlimited Premium Wireless for $15 a month is back. So I thought it would be fun if we made $15 bills, but it turns out that's very illegal. So there goes my big idea for the commercial. Give it a try@mintmobile.com switch switch upfront
