Fern shares her journey through sport—from swimming at a national level to competing in triathlon on the international stage—and how those experiences shaped her as an athlete today.

After a series of setbacks, including a bike crash and a diagnosis of Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport, Fern had to step away, rebuild, and completely rethink her approach to training, recovery, and fuelling.
