Fresh off winning her age group in Berlin to secure a HYROX World Championship qualification, Sam shares the whirlwind few weeks that also saw her claim the Deadly Dozen UK Championship title in the women’s doubles. We dive into racing strategy, handling pressure, competing with different partners, and what it takes to perform consistently at the top level of the sport.
