This was a pivotal historical moment when the rising power of Greece was facing off with Sparta. Xi positioned China as Athens, implying that the US was Sparta in decline. The new world order of a multi polar world is showing its form, and the US is not in the lead but subject to the new emerging power of China. Reminder... Trump went to China, China did not come to the US.
