See Pt1

We all experience hating on another. Yet that hating stems from something… It was born for some reason. I explore some of those reasons, join me.

Don’t forget that special person. The way she/he laughed, played, and dreamed. Summon your inner-child and recall the innocence.

Butterflies are deep and powerful representations of life. Many cultures associate the butterfly with our souls. The Christian religion sees the butterfly as a symbol of resurrection. Around the world, people view the butterfly as representing endurance, change, hope, and life. While recording this segment, a black butterfly shared my space. Yes! We are enduring, changing, "hoping", and living...we must. What was normal was "wrong" in so many ways. We're now co-creating a new world, a new way. How will it all end up?

Are you willing to change? Or are you stubbornly holding onto who you are, who you insist on being without the willingness to step in to another way that may be better for you, for your livelihood, for your health for your well-being?

Strong desire can override weak beliefs.

As we grow, evolve, and basically experience Life, Something Happens—we evolve. We become mature spiritually; and, there are things that just don’t matter anymore. I feel so honored, so blessed, so powerfully resilient being here in this space—yet, knowing there’s so much more to go. I’m not done yet!

With all the being, doing, and having… you need a day for yourself — a day! Don’t short change yourself and say “I can only dedicate one hour to myself”. You’re worth more, you are more. I always take a day, preferably Sundays, to maintain my body, my home, my sacred space. It is rejuvenating!
