Yes, your influence as a Christian, should not be taken lightly. Matt 5:16. However, as you influence others, youbdo not forget to take personal responsibility of your own soul. Do not account for the souls of others whilst losing his own souls.

This sermon is an expository message from Joshua 24 that highlights God’s grace in giving Israel blessings they did not earn, land they did not labor for, cities they did not build, and vineyards they did not plant. It draws a parallel to the Christian gospel, showing that our salvation is likewise an undeserved gift of God’s grace. The message then moves from grace to responsibility, emphasizing Joshua’s call for Israel to respond by choosing to serve the Lord faithfully. The sermon challenges believers today to recognize God’s unearned blessings, reject divided loyalty, and commit to wholehearted service to Him.

The Christian life is possible if God is the focus.

Some people literally left nets, boats, families, and vocations to follow Jesus. We may not be asked, at least for now, to leave our jobs or possessions in that same way. But we are still called to surrender to Him even as we work and while we still have what we own.Yet this remains a challenge for many of us.Fa steer no ma Jesus — give the steering wheel to Jesus. If we truly understand the cost of following Christ, it will become easier to walk as He walked.

The whole Christ cannot be reduced. He is perfectly loving, yet perfectly holy.He forgives the sinner, yet condemns the sin.He is patient with people, yet urgent about salvation. To follow Him is to become like Him.

So a new version of Christianity has emerged,a Christianity that wants comfort without commitment, grace without obedience, love without lordship.

To become like Jesus, we need to know He is according the scriptures. To be saved by Jesus, we need to know He is, thus, we need the Jesus Scripture reveals. And not the Jesus of personal preferences or public opinion.

To be God's children, we must not love and accept the lies of the Father of lies, else we become his (Satan's) children. If we are God's children, we will hear and obey Gods truth through His Son Jesus. Now that you are a christian, let the last lie you ever believed, be the one you believed before your baptism.

In here, we unpack the significance of the tribes settling the East of Jordan.

People spend time and effort caring for their skin; cleansing, moisturizing, and protecting it, because they know how much appearance matters to others, yet God’s Word reminds us that while man looks at the skin, God looks at the heart (1 Samuel 16:7). Outward beauty may gain attention like Esther’s (Esther 2:7) or fade like the beauty of Zion (Isaiah 3:16-24), but the beauty God desires is inward and lasting a clean, pure, and guarded heart (Psalm 51:10; Proverbs 4:23; Matthew 5:8). Just as skincare keeps the face radiant, heart care keeps the soul alive before God. Heart Care, God’s Kind of Skin Care: When man looks at the skin, God looks at the heart.
