The Darvasa gas crater.

One natural gas field in Uzbekistan had a blowout at one of the gas wells and caused a fire. What did the Soviets do? They drilled a second hole about 35 yards away and about a mile deep. And detonated a 30 megaton nuke under, causing the shockwave to crush the escape path for the natural gas resealing it. That one actually worked. In all fairness. They nuked it. Then there is that one time they tried to dig a lake using nukes.

Oh, my God.

It was successful in making a lake, but it is also now the most radioactive lake in the world or something. Honestly, the Soviets lack a attitude towards nuclear resources. Makes Chernobyl feel like an inevitability in hindsight.

And then they, then this family moved in like years and years later. Like almost a century later.

And they had like crazy paranormal activity, poltergeist activity. And they felt, remember it was like the teddy bear would be moved around the house and they thought it was a little girl. But then it seemed to be like it might be some malevolent spirit pretending to be a little girl.

No, the show. The new show. The new series I don't even know anything about by some of the producers from Breaking Bad. And it's a re. Interpretation. It's a. AMC is doing like a full and rice shared universe right now. There's the Mayfair Witches show. There's Interview with the Vampire here. Mayfair Witches is not so good. And then the Telemasca just came out, and that's kind of getting mixed reviews. But, dude, the Interview with the Vampire show is incredible. They move it up. They set it in early 1900s in New Orleans, and Louis Black and Lestat. Still Lestats. Lestat. But it's all about. So they add this, like, whole level of, Like a whole nother level with the. Them being like a. And. And they go. They lean into the homosexuality. So they're like. They become a gay vampire couple. And it's just. It.

It's got a lot of time to pass.

It is so well written. Eric Bosian plays the interviewer Daniel Malloy. Like, so it cuts between present day and Louis story. It's so good, dude. I mean, it's funny. It's gory in all the right ways and used very sparingly. So when the gore happens, you're like, whoa. You know what I mean? And it's not. It's meant to remind you of, like, the power and the. How scary vampires are. It's great. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

How does one watch this?

It's on Netflix or if you have AMC plus, you can get it on there, I believe.

But, man, it's good. And, and. And season three is coming up soon, and it's the vampire Lestat. And that and the trailer for that is amazing because the actor who plays Lestat's great, but it's like, very Bowie coated because vampire Lestat in the book, he's like a rock star in the 70s, right? So it looks great.

I have not, but I've. It was one of those things that were like. I read about them, you know what I mean? And it was like. I was like, oh, this all looks cool, but this is kind of making me want to read some of this stuff. There's 13 books. Oh, I didn't even know that in that vampire universe.

And then dad was chasing the UFO and then I was on board and she watched all the other kids on board slowly disappear one by one.

So it was like a big UFO wave over the course of like one, one or two nights in the Brookshire Mountains.

But it's one of those, it's tough one because on the surface you're like holy. But then it's like. Well, I could also see how this could kind of be like built up over time. You know what I mean? But people were saying, he said, I saw my brother's trapped in a beam of light.

And like people who are un, unconnected saw there's like that those women that were driving home and they saw the, the giant football side, football field size UFO hovering silently in the road. And other people are in the car looking, getting out of their cars, looking at. Reminded me the Hudson Valley black triangle stuff. So I don't know. I think there was. I think something happened. Yeah.
