On The Legislature This Week, we hear from Kelly Allen, the executive director of the Center on Budget and Policy, on the West Virginia Legislature’s budget bill and proposed tax cuts. We also get a look at lawmakers’ concerns around locker rooms and protecting children from inappropriate situations.

We’ll hear the latest on a statewide camping ban passed in the House of Delegates for the second year in a row. And we’ll get a look at the latest proposal to fix the state’s child protective services (CPS), including a move to privatize part of the case management system.
