In today's short and sweet episode, I'm sharing how I manage my time during this busy season to stay as on task, focused, and balanced as possible. I have a mix of tips that I've been implementing, as well as ones I plan to implement for the rest of this season. From timers and outsourcing (both personally and in business) to shifting priorities and what balance looks like to me, I really hope some of these tips work for you, too.
