Today I am honored to introduce Robyn Dobbins. Robyn is a certified health advisor with the Nutrition Network and a member of the Society of Metabolic Health Practitioners. She specializes in personalized, evidence-based strategies to help clients achieve sustainable wellness and metabolic health. For years, Robyn battled bipolar disorder, OCD and depression. Embracing a low-carb ketogenic lifestyle transformed her health, supporting a sustained 50 lb weight loss and mental wellness recovery. Inspired by this life-changing transformation, she now helps others find healing through personalized metabolic therapy through her coaching and community at Harbinger of Health, LLC. Driven by gratitude and a strong desire to give back, she volunteers for various metabolic health organizations, participates in clinical studies and hosts the podcast, Ketobiography, where she shares stories and insights to educate and inspire individuals exploring metabolic health and mental wellness. In addition, Robyn serves as Community Coordinator for the nonprofit Metabolic Collective.
