Kyle Jacksic, based out of Charlotte, NC, is the owner and operator of JAX Athletic Performance, where he works in-person and remotely with a wide range of athletes from youth to professional levels. He also currently serves as Director of Athletic Performance at Charlotte Christian School, overseeing all performance initiatives at a K-12 school, while also serving as Director of Performance at X2 Baseball, a private facility that trains over 60 professional athletes in the offseason down to youth teams. Jacksic has a Masters Degree in Human Performance, multiple international certifications, and is known for his vast integration of concepts that has helped develop hundreds of collegiate and professional athletes. In this episode, Dan is joined by Caesar Asadi to discuss what it means to be "relentless" as an athlete and coachCaesar Asadi is headed into his fifth season as the Men's and Women's Swimming & Diving programs head coach this Fall 2025. Asadi is the second coach in program history and has quickly cemented the legacy of himself and the swimming & diving program at St. Thomas University. In just three seasons, he led the men’s swim team to the university’s first ever team national championship and coached STU’s first NAIA National Champions in Men and Women sports in the school’s 63-year history. He is also the first coach at STU to be named National Coach of the Year, earning the honor after leading the 22-23 Men’s swim team to 5 National Champion events, 2 new NAIA National Records, and a National Runner-Up finish.YEAR 5 (25-26) " RELENTLESS" In the program's fifth season, both teams cracked Top-5 in the NAIA, with 15 NAIA 1st Team All-Americans. 8 new program records were set with over 50 new entries to the program’s all-time Top 10, highlighting the depth of the program. This was also the first time both teams qualified a full roster (18) for the National Championship. The women's team swam to a 4th place finish behind 401 points, highlighted by a National Title in the Women's 400 IM by Alessia Claassen (4:22.95). The men finished 5th with 328 points behind the freshman distance phenom Alan Gonzalez Torres winning the men's 1650 freestyle. Both teams earned CSCAA Scholar All-American recognition for the fourth year in a row, maintaining the Standard of academic excellence. In this episode, Dan is joined by Victor Hoffman to discuss sports science and GPS load monitoring insights. Victor Hoffmann returns to University of Florida Athletics in spring 2026 as Gators soccer's Director of Applied Performance.In this role, Hoffmann will lead all training data analytics for Florida Soccer and support performance planning, player monitoring, and return-to-play processes. He will collaborate closely with the coaching staff, sport health & performance team and medical personnel to ensure the program’s physical development strategies align seamlessly with its tactical objectives.Hoffmann arrives from Mississippi State, where over the past three seasons he shaped the daily strength and conditioning programs for the Bulldogs’ soccer and golf teams. He was elevated to Assistant Director of Olympic Strength and Conditioning in June of 2025. His leadership helped elevate student-athlete development across both programs and further cemented his reputation as a detail-driven, athlete-centered coach.Before his time in Starkville, Hoffmann spent four impactful seasons at Memphis, starting as a graduate assistant before moving into a full-time assistant strength and conditioning role. At Memphis, he directed performance training for several Olympic sports—including women’s soccer, women’s golf, men’s tennis, and cross country. His work played a key role in the women’s soccer program’s run of success, highlighted by two straight American Athletic Conference tournament titles and three consecutive NCAA Tournament appearances.This new role also marks a homecoming. Hoffmann previously served as an intern strength and conditioning coach at Florida from 2018–19, assisting with the nationally recognized track and field, lacrosse, volleyball, soccer and swimming and diving programs.A Louisville alum, Hoffmann earned his bachelor’s degree in exercise science in 2018 and later completed his master’s in sports commerce at Memphis in 2021.
