No, I know you can't sing. See, Brooke right now in the studio, but she has never looked more confused and concerned in her entire life.

It's just the connection between baseball and singing.

Not so much. I was just trying to keep it mysterious and, you know, cool and have a little guessing game. And, I mean, I went. I was all in. I was, like, superstitious with the specific chairs.

Yeah, I was really into it.

I think this is great. Don't listen to everybody, like, trying to poke holes in your date idea and say that it was horrible or, like, not.

This week I am joined by Anna Runkle, also known as the Crappy Childhood Fairy, a creator, teacher and guide, helping people heal from the lasting emotional wounds of unsafe, chaotic childhoods. We talk about how the things we went through when we were younger can still show up in our adult lives, in our relationships, our reactions, even in the way we feel in our own bodies.
