Eczema isn't always obvious, but it's real, and so is the relief from Ebglis. After an initial dosing phase, about 4 in 10 people taking EBGLIS achieved itch relief and clear or almost clear skin at 16 weeks, and most of those people maintained skin that's still more clear at one year with monthly dosing.
EBGLIS Librekizumab LBKZ, a 250 milligram per 2 milliliter injection, is a prescription medicine used to treat adults and children 12 years of age and older who weigh at least 88 pounds or 40 kilograms with moderate to severe eczema, also called atopic dermatitis that is not well controlled with prescription therapies used on the skin or topicals, or who cannot use topical therapies. EBGLIS can be used with or without topical corticosteroids. Don't use if you're allergic to Epglis. Allergic reactions can occur that can be severe. Eye problems can occur. Tell your doctor if you have new or worsening eye problems. You should not receive a live vaccine when treated with Epglis. Before starting Epglis, tell your doctor if you have a parasitic infection searching for real relief.

Brooke
Literally, y' all are gonna die with
Jeffrey
this brand new segment. We've never tried this before. Alexis has definitely never tried this before and it's happening right now. Thank you for finding the Brooke and Jeffrey Second Date podcast. We are so glad you're and we do try to read every comment and even feature some of them so please tap away. Let us know your thoughts.
Brooke
Yes. And one person, Mr. Mexicans, said, I always wait to start getting ready for work until I have a new episode to listen to. So if I'm ever late, I will be blaming a radio show 2,000 miles away. There you go.
Jeffrey
And just so you know, it's Alexis that posts it, so.
Brooke
Hey, it's not me. It's the WiFi.
Jeffrey
No, whatever. It's your Starbucks run.
Brooke
Let's be honest.
Jeffrey
All right, here we go. Your brand new episodes starts right now.
Alexis
You've heard the phrase pulling a bait and switch, where you're expecting one thing to happen and then suddenly something completely different.
Producer/Co-host
Yeah.
Brooke
Yeah.
Alexis
Well, we just pulled maybe the biggest bait and switch move we've ever done. And I could tell you one person in this room was very happy about it. The other was absolutely not. And you're going to hear that coming up in another brand new segment right after this. It's Brooke and Jeffrey in the morning. And if you're a listener to this show, you may remember a segment that we did, we've only done it a couple times, called brooke breaks you up, where a guy or gal will come on the show saying they want to dump their significant other and they just need a little bit of help. And the last time that we did this, Brooke broke up with a single working mother of three. The guy wasn't even sure that he wanted to do it.
Jeffrey
It.
Alexis
Brooke just took the reins and said, I'll do it. And she enjoyed it.
Producer/Co-host
And I think the quote was your garbage.
Alexis
Look how big Brooke is smiling, thinking about the last time she broke up a happy couple.
Jeffrey
This segment is so emotionally taxing on me.
Alexis
Okay, way to make somebody else's breakup about you, bro. Yeah, good job.
Producer/Co-host
You're about to spring a breakup on somebody and you're worried about yourself already.
Brooke
Yes.
Alexis
So is that what's happening today? Fortunately, no. Kill the music, Ashton. Kill the music. We're not doing that.
Jeffrey
What are we doing?
Alexis
Instead of Brooke breaks you up, we're doing an even cringier segment called alexis asks you out.
Brooke
No. Yes. I'm so here for this.
Producer/Co-host
Has she ever asked a guy out?
Brooke
And why would I?
Alexis
Now, Alexis, as you can hear, knew absolutely nothing about this beforehand. She has not been prepped. Not that that would have helped at all. But her job today is to help one of our listeners score a first date with a special someone. And who are we helping out today? A guy named Connor who wants to ask out his crush.
Brooke
Oh, I thought I was going to get to help a girl, I have to help a guy.
Jeffrey
Don't you think that's going to be easier? You just can guide him to say what you would want to hear.
Alexis
No, Alexis, you're going to be doing the asking on his behalf. So it's a girl to girl chat that's called Alexis asks you out.
Jeffrey
I thought it was called simp on the line.
Alexis
Okay, we're gonna edit that one out.
Jeffrey
Like you can't do it yourself.
Alexis
Connor, I mean Brooke, you know, you don't know the situation. Let's hear him out. Connor, welcome to the show, man.
Connor (Listener)
Hey, how's it going guys?
Jeffrey
Okay, sorry, we're gonna be open here. What's up, Connor?
Alexis
Normally we start this off with a little fact finding mission. Asking Connor questions about this girl that he likes. But not today. Remember this is Alexis asks you out. So Alexis, you have the floor. Whatever you want to talk about with Connor, go ahead and make it quick because we do have to make the call in a minute and a half.
Brooke
Really should have prepped me. We're doing the call now. Tell me about her. What's her name? Where do you meet her? Why does it she like you? I need to know.
Alexis
Okay, start with the name maybe.
Connor (Listener)
Okay, so I met Jenna three weeks ago at a party and we made out. We had a great time. It was like a very good strong connection. Now I haven't heard from her in a few weeks now and the vibes I'm getting from her friends is that maybe she regrets it or like kind of like I might not be her type, but I'm not really sure.
Jeffrey
He's not gonna let that deter him, Alexis.
Alexis
Don't worry, nor should you.
Connor (Listener)
Well, this is why I need your guys help. And I want to shoot my shot about going on another date.
Alexis
Well, a first date it sounds like. Yeah, yeah, you just had a make out one time at a party.
Connor (Listener)
Yeah, I guess the first date. Exactly, A proper first date. But you know, when I wrote in I thought Brooke would be helping me, but your producer said Alex, this would be perfect.
Alexis
That's a good call. Good call.
Brooke
Can I ask how much you drank at the party? Do you both like. You think she remembers you?
Alexis
That seems like a relevant question.
Connor (Listener)
I mean we were, you know, we were buzzing but we weren't like. I wouldn't say anyone was. Blackout.
Producer/Co-host
Okay, that's good.
Alexis
Okay, so it still counts.
Jeffrey
Okay, what's the next question? Alexis?
Brooke
Okay, Barack always likes to make this not shallow. And ask what did you like about her besides her looks?
Jeffrey
You Always ask that why he isn't just doing this? Like, what, what is he scared about?
Connor (Listener)
Aside from being really hot girl? Like, she had a very bold personality and was very confident and I liked that. She was just very. Yeah, she came up to me, actually. That's how we started talking and.
Brooke
Okay, now then what she said, why aren't you doing this yourself?
Connor (Listener)
I'm a little nervous because of what some of her friends have said. Like, you know, she does this and then she regrets it the next day.
Jeffrey
God, why would you regret making out at a party? Yeah, what a waste of energy. Just enjoy it.
Alexis
Alexis, you've never made out with a guy that you didn't joke, genuinely have feelings for, right?
Jenna (Connor's Crush)
Yeah.
Connor (Listener)
I will say this. Her friend has been very, very responsive. And you know, and I'm like, are you. Is she interested? And she's trying to curb on her best friend. I don't know, it's. It's a little weird.
Brooke
Oh, so you think not one, but two of them are into you then?
Jeffrey
Yeah.
Brooke
Like her and her friend?
Connor (Listener)
Yeah, exactly. That's pretty much it. All right.
Alexis
Alexis, do you feel like you have enough information to ask this girl out on Connor's behalf?
Brooke
Yeah. Do we need to know what type of date though? Like, can I promise her something big? This is gonna be a big date.
Alexis
How much money do you have?
Connor (Listener)
We don't want to bribe her into going out.
Alexis
Oh, Alexa's gonna have to figure out
Jeffrey
another modern day date.
Connor (Listener)
Let's do. Let's do drinks and dinner. Or maybe let's just do drinks and then if it's a vibe, like we could go to dinner after.
Jeffrey
Is there any other bennies? Like, why would someone want to date him?
Brooke
Why would someone want to date you? Sorry, that was supposed to sound.
Alexis
That sounded very genuine.
Brooke
Genuine question. Good job, very supportive.
Connor (Listener)
I mean, I'm a cool guy. I like to hang and like. Yeah, I got this really cool DVD collection. I think she'd be in the.
Alexis
Oh, let's lead with that.
Brooke
I'm not gonna mention.
Alexis
Are you sure?
Brooke
You have so much to work with here.
Alexis
Okay.
Producer/Co-host
I got every video of Lord of the Rings girl.
Alexis
Yeah, I don't think we could take any more information from Connor because for the first time ever in the history of this show, Alexis asks you out, is gonna attempt to swindle Jenna into going out with the guy she says is not her typ, and maybe even gave her the serious ick. I might have just added that on my own. You get the picture. It's a serious undertaking. And Alexis is gonna make that call with Alexis asks you out right after this.
Brooke
I can't wait.
Alexis
It's Brooke and Jeffrey in the Morning. The radio show that's doing segments nobody else in the world is willing to try.
Jeffrey
That's right.
Brooke
Let's go, Jeff. For good reason.
Alexis
This one's called Alexis asks you out where our resident Gen Z blonde. Ish, question mark.
Brooke
It's blonde.
Alexis
Boldly raised her hand and said, I volunteer to help our listeners. Yes, this is all her idea.
Brooke
I can't believe you just came charging
Jeffrey
into the producer studio and said that to him. Uh huh.
Alexis
So brave of you. And in this particular case, it's a guy named Connor who made out with some girl named Jenna at a party about three weeks ago. Afterwards she apparently went and told her friends she kind of regrets it. And Connor's not really her her type, but like most men, he is still interested.
Jeffrey
I mean, what if the friends are lying? Alexis? Cuz they want him.
Brooke
Everybody wants them.
Alexis
Alexis is about to speak to this young woman one on one, girl on girl. Yes. And see if she can convince her to give Conor a chance.
Producer/Co-host
And that's what's gonna say. Alexis can talk to the girl and relate and be like nah.
Jeffrey
Yeah, and don't forget about his DVD collection.
Alexis
Yeah, that was a big selling point. And all we're asking here is one date. We're not asking for love or marriage
Producer/Co-host
or girlfriend status or anything.
Alexis
Although that will come eventually. We'll have Alexis ask for that too. But the rest of the room is not going to join in on the call till the deal is either officially done.
Jenna (Connor's Crush)
That's right.
Alexis
Or ditched.
Brooke
I'm all alone.
Jeffrey
You want me to reach over and hold your hand at any point.
Brooke
Okay.
Alexis
Okay, we're about to do it. Connor, do you have any final words of encouragement for Alexis before we make the call?
Connor (Listener)
I mean, trust your gut. You got this. And just. Yeah, I'll be very happy if you can make it happen.
Brooke
Good things.
Alexis
But we'll go with that then. And just as a reminder, Connor, you don't say anything, don't jump in until we call you in to ask us to join the call, okay? Okay, got it. All right, here we go. I'm gonna dial Jenna's number right now. Let's do it.
Connor (Listener)
Hello?
Brooke
Hi, is this Jenna?
Jenna (Connor's Crush)
Yes.
Brooke
Hi. I work on a really mean radio show that made me call you. It's called Burke and Jeffrey in the Morning. You probably haven't heard of it.
Alexis
Did you say her name?
Jenna (Connor's Crush)
What?
Brooke
Oh, I'm Alexis. Yeah, sorry, my name's Alexis, we're gonna radio show but I'm calling about a guy named Connor who you made out with three weeks ago at a party. Do you remember him?
Jenna (Connor's Crush)
What is going on?
Brooke
Yeah, well, Connor. Sorry, I hate this.
Connor (Listener)
Why?
Alexis
You're doing so good.
Brooke
Connor. She's starting to sweat.
Alexis
You love this.
Brooke
Alexis, Connor called us because he's still thinking about you in that make out. But he heard from your friends that like maybe you're not that into him or he's not your type. But I was just calling to see if that's true. Oh, did you like him?
Producer/Co-host
We're going to bring it up immediately.
Jenna (Connor's Crush)
Ask.
Brooke
I don't know.
Jenna (Connor's Crush)
Well, he is not my type.
Brooke
Oh, how are you going to recover? Can I ask why?
Jenna (Connor's Crush)
Where do I start?
Brooke
Oh no.
Jenna (Connor's Crush)
Well, he's 58 and I just don't like date guys that are under 5 11.
Brooke
Oh, change your mind. Okay, okay, I get you. I'm like that and a lot of my friends are like that. But short guys work harder. There it is. Because not as many girls are into them.
Producer/Co-host
What?
Brooke
No, don't like that they have to put in more work. That's good for you.
Jenna (Connor's Crush)
So I should be into him because all girls aren't?
Brooke
Not as many. So he'll try harder than like a cocky six foot guy.
Jenna (Connor's Crush)
Oh. Hmm.
Brooke
Okay. Is there any other reasons or is that it? Because I feel like we covered that one.
Producer/Co-host
I'm trying to hang up already.
Brooke
We covered it.
Jeffrey
That was it.
Brooke
That was it.
Jenna (Connor's Crush)
Well, I'm glad it's funny to you.
Brooke
No, it's not. I actually, I really don't enjoy myself right now. Like honestly. No, not cause of you. Cause of my co workers.
Producer/Co-host
Yeah.
Alexis
Oh, it's awful.
Brooke
I'm sorry. Okay, let's go back. Connor, other things you don't like about him are listen more.
Jenna (Connor's Crush)
Well, he wore so much cologne that it set off the smoke alarm.
Brooke
Oh my God. Wait, actually like actually set it off?
Jenna (Connor's Crush)
I mean may as well have. Yeah, it was that loud.
Brooke
Oh, I actually hate that. But it is better than bo. Bo smells worse.
Jenna (Connor's Crush)
I think I had that too.
Brooke
Okay, well we could change that. We could buy them deodorant and when he borrows hoodies, they're going to smell really good.
Jenna (Connor's Crush)
Honey, would you go out with a guy that was wearing a sleeveless shirt that said I flexed and the sleeves fell off?
Brooke
Maybe.
Alexis
I believe it.
Brooke
He was wearing that to the party. In public.
Jenna (Connor's Crush)
To the party? Yes. Yes.
Brooke
Oh, it's funny. It's funny.
Jenna (Connor's Crush)
The shirt, it was not funny.
Brooke
But did he have good muscles?
Jenna (Connor's Crush)
No.
Brooke
Okay, well, I think those are all very fixable things. And he has a DVD collection. Did you know that?
Connor (Listener)
How nice.
Jenna (Connor's Crush)
I do know about the DVD collection. Yeah, he could talk of almost nothing else. Oh, and how many push ups he could do. But I didn't believe that.
Brooke
Okay, so we're running out of time. So let's just say that he was drinking and that's why he did all those things. And when he's sober, he's not like that at all. Would you go out on one date with him?
Jenna (Connor's Crush)
I mean, you have given me no compelling reasons to reconsider my position.
Brooke
What if he's rich?
Alexis
Oh.
Jenna (Connor's Crush)
Oh, no, honey, he's not rich. He was drinking Rolling Rock.
Brooke
There is no he's drinking Rolling Rock. Okay, how about just one day? If you don't like him, you can ghost him, block him. I'll block him as a show. We can all block him if you don't like him.
Jenna (Connor's Crush)
I mean, I think I did already.
Brooke
Oh, okay. Well, do I still have to think of good things to say?
Alexis
That'd be nice. We said we won't jump on till we get a definitive yes or no.
Brooke
Okay, so can I just get clarification? Yes. You would like to go on just one date? It could be 30 minutes. I don't really care. Just say yes. Just one date. With Connor.
Jenna (Connor's Crush)
I mean, he would have to change, like, a lot. I don't think it's possible.
Brooke
What if he wore a full T shirt?
Jenna (Connor's Crush)
I mean. Okay, look, I will do 15 minutes with no Rolling Rock and no graphic T shirt with the sleeves cut off. And. And no push ups. And no DVDs.
Brooke
And no cologne.
Jenna (Connor's Crush)
Right, no cologne. 15 minutes.
Brooke
Perfect.
Alexis
Yes.
Brooke
She said yes.
Alexis
Did you hear that, Connor? You gotta date Alexis.
Jenna (Connor's Crush)
Oh, my God.
Alexis
Connor, you there?
Connor (Listener)
I'm here, I'm here, I'm here. Wow, she sounded like a piece of work, actually.
Brooke
Connor, you were drinking Rolling Rocks.
Alexis
But she said yes. She said yes to a date with you for 15 minutes.
Connor (Listener)
I know. Which I'm definitely bracing myself, so hopefully I'm gonna stay positive here.
Producer/Co-host
You're bracing yourself.
Jeffrey
Wait, you didn't like what you heard?
Connor (Listener)
Connor seems a little different than what I remember, I guess.
Producer/Co-host
Oh, well, drunk.
Alexis
Make out that hazy memory.
Connor (Listener)
Yeah, when we were making out, you know, we weren't talking, so I didn't have to even hear her.
Alexis
And you like that better?
Producer/Co-host
He thought she loved the DVD collection.
Jeffrey
I think someone's hurt on the phone.
Connor (Listener)
I mean, she heard about the DVD Collection and then still made out with
Alexis
me, so, I mean, bro, you got
Producer/Co-host
a date, so I would just say thank you and hang out.
Alexis
Yeah.
Connor (Listener)
Oh, like we're gonna go for it. Let's see what happens.
Jeffrey
Oh, wow.
Jenna (Connor's Crush)
No, no, I didn't know he was listening. No, I'm not doing this.
Brooke
I'm sorry I did all that Alexis asked you out backfires because of our listener being stupid.
Alexis
Well, you can't go gas like Connor. You were the one that we were just rising them up. Darn.
Jeffrey
Kind of gotta back a lot Alexis on that one. Connor didn't do any favors when he got on the phone.
Producer/Co-host
Did you hear what was being said about him?
Jeffrey
I understood, but if he really wanted the date, like, I wouldn't have said yes either.
Producer/Co-host
Shocking.
Jeffrey
I mean, if I was Connor after hearing that.
Alexis
Okay, got it.
Brooke
Well, I'm never doing this again.
Alexis
Connor, I'm sorry, man. It was a yes, then it was a no. But at least at the end of the day, we get to blame Brooke for this.
Jeffrey
Why do I get blamed?
Alexis
Because you never spoke up. And we. We specifically asked you to.
Brooke
I was looking at you for help.
Alexis
Where were you?
Brooke
So I thought. I thought Alexis absent again. During Alexis and Brooke ruined it.
Alexis
Text in to 78592 if you want Alexis to shoot your shot on your behalf, please.
Jenna (Connor's Crush)
No.
Alexis
It's Brooke and Jeffrey in the morning.

is the first time other than a phone tab where you were actually featured in it and asked to do something on this show, how does it feel? Was it as uncomfortable as it looked and sounded?
Brooke
More probably.
Alexis
Well, like looking back on it at least you feel like you did our listener Connor a solid, right? You could say in your heart you gave 100% effort to help him.
Brooke
Not really, but I got through it.
Jeffrey
You got through it.
Brooke
So sorry Connor.
Jeffrey
Are you trying to maybe play matchmaker for him with another listener? Like you're getting on the text board maybe?
Brooke
Not him. Oh well, I'm sorry. Nothing against him.
Jeffrey
It was.
Brooke
Did you hear what she said?
Alexis
Okay, I mean Connor is the listener that helps pays the bills for this show.
Jeffrey
I thought his T shirt was kind of funny.

I will say our editor will probably have to slow down your raid of speed of conversation by like 50% so all the listeners can understand you.

Format: Comedy, Call-in, Relationship/Date Troubleshooting
This episode features a twist on Brooke and Jeffrey’s classic “Second Date Update.” Instead of the usual follow-up with someone who ghosted after a first date, the crew debuts a brand new, cringeworthy segment: "Alexis Asks You Out." In this reversal, Alexis, one of the co-hosts, is tasked with asking out a woman (Jenna) on behalf of a male listener (Connor)—all live on air. What follows is an awkward, hilarious, and ultimately unsuccessful attempt at matchmaking, filled with memorable banter and unsparing honesty.
[04:14–06:36]
The hosts introduce the experimental segment, joking about previous stunts (Brooke breaking up with people on a listener’s behalf) and hyping the emotional intensity.
Key banter:
Alexis is taken by surprise and a bit uncomfortable about being set up to do something “cringey and new”—making the call for a listener to try to secure a date.

[13:54–18:46]
Alexis nervously dials Jenna, attempting to explain the situation and advocate for Connor, while the hosts alternately support and sabotage the process:
