So she comes from a very traditional family where they expect you to kind of ask the dad's permission.

You know, I don't even come from a traditional family and my husband didn't do this. And it still kind of irks me to this day.

I always plan I would ask a.

He's so close with my dad. They have such a good relationship. I'm like, how did you skip that one?

Well, here's the thing. Apparently, the two guys that Sienna dated before me already did this, and her dad said no to both of them.
