So, my girlfriend, her name's Adrian. We've been dating for, like, a year now.

Like, she still. She still does stuff with, like, her friends and stuff, which is, you know, like, healthy.

You don't just, like, stop hanging out with people?

They went on a trip together recently, and, like, normally she gets back and, like, she's really cool, but this time, I don't know, something's different. I'll ask her about it. And, like, she doesn't say anything about it. She just says it's fine and tries to change the subject.

Do you know, was there any, like, girl drama? Like, was there some fights on the trip? Maybe she's upset about him.

You know, if there was, I'd love to know, but no one's told me a thing.

I'm worried she got hurt.

It's almost been a week. And normally we hang out right after so I can get an update.

6 days. Not seeing someone when you're in a one year relationship is you know each other well enough? Yeah.

Alexis. He's not giving, like, clean boyfriend vibes though.

[Brooke]

Just a tiny bit borderline, but it's possible.

It just feels like she left as one version of herself but came back as another. I just want to know what's going on. Like, what happened.

Oh, man, like deciding who gets a king size bed at the rental house.

[Jeffrey]

Yeah, and who's sleeping with the king.

Okay, you're right. They're all queen size beds.

[Adrian]

But that is the question that our listener Mick has. What happened on the girls weekend? Cuz his girlfriend Adrian went on a trip with a bunch of her gal pals, came back, and ever since, hasn't willingly spoken with him, hasn't seen him yet, hasn't hung out with him at all. He even reached out to her friends to ask what happened. And this may be the worst part. Yeah, their answer was it's not really our place to tell you. That's the worst. And that also makes me think the.

Girls want him to know. Because if they were.

Yeah, his back, they would just be.

Right. They would lie to make him feel good. But they didn't do that. They put him into this limbo. So as you can expect, Mick is totally freaked out. He's turned to us for advice because she. She clearly does not want to open up to him about it. We need to help bring down those walls. So, Brooke, what's your advice for Mick?

So easy, really speculate something even worse that could have happened so then it's easy for her to confess whatever it actually is. So you say. Listen, I talked to your friends. They said you had to tell me. My mind's going crazy. Did you kill someone?

[Matt Rogers]

What? Oh.

[Brooke]

Cause that's what happened, right?

[Jeffrey]

To murder.

Then she feels comfortable to say no.

Oh, like, okay, I'm sorry about that, but, like, I miss you. Like, again, you just haven't talked to me all week. And, like, usually when you, like, it's gotta be the trip, right? Cause usually you come back and I get to hear about, like, what you've done, and I just haven't. You haven't said anything about it, and I just don't know what's going on. So if you could please talk to me.

I don't.

Like, you went on a trip for a weekend. You left. Like, we were talking, we were having fun, and now you're back, and I haven't heard a word about anything that, like, means anything for a week now. So what happened?

[Adrian]

Okay, you need to just, first of all, calm the down, please. Okay, so let's start there. Let's take a break. Okay, well, things happen, things change, so.

[Mick]

I'm not gonna yell, but what things? Because, like, I talked to your friends, and they said that you should be the one to tell me about it, and that makes me worried.

[Adrian]

You should not be talking to my friends.

[Mick]

Do you even hear yourself right now? Like, I'm friends with them, too. Who. Who are you? I don't really feel like Adrian to me right now.

[Adrian]

No, I'm someone who realizes their worth, actually.

Let's say that she does get cast and her girlfriends from that trip have a big viewing party. He's definitely watching the TV from the bushes.

Oh, yeah.

And like, not only doing that, he's actually rooting for her to win.

What do you mean?

[Jeffrey]

She doesn't get the final rose? She deserved it.

[Brooke]

If your girlfriend is on the Bachelorette, you do want her to at least do well.

[Jeffrey]

Yeah, that's just being a good boyfriend in a weird way. I don't know if that one worked out or if it didn't work out, I don't know if they call it a success or not.
