Back to the Future was released 40 years ago this summer, but the original star was just not feeling the story and was fired after most of the filming was done. Turns out a lot of stars have made blockbusters they hated. Check out the backstory with Patty Steele on the iHeartRadio app.

Why are TSA rules so confusing? You got a hoodie on. Take it off. I'm Manny. I'm Noah. This is Devin, and we're best friends and journalists with a new podcast called no Such Thing where we get to the bottom of questions like that. Why are you screaming at? Hey, it's Brooke and Jeffrey in the morning and this is the second Day podcast. Thanks for being here. The only disappointing news yesterday about Travis Kelce And Taylor Swift's engagement is that now she's never going to call us for a second date. You know, I was like, what is this? So sure it was gonna happen one day.
Jeffrey
She does need us to play matchmaker for her.
Brooke
I always thought she'd call into the show and be like, why isn't he calling me back? But it won't happen now, so.
Jeffrey
Yeah. And then thank us for playing so much.
Joseph
Yeah.
Brooke
Hey, maybe they'll end up in an awkward Tuesday or something. Oh, you know, you never know. So huge congrats, of course, from us. I think she's such a cool person and I'm glad she inspires other people.
Jeffrey
They've been so great.
Brooke
Yeah.
Jeffrey
So we have a lot of drama.
Brooke
You know, some non famous people doing a second date update today.
Jeffrey
That's what we really care about.
Brooke
Hey, they could be. We don't know that.
Jeffrey
That's true.
Brooke
It's brand new. But before we get to it, let's read a comment. Yeah. Abby said, I love you guys, and I always listen when I'm gasping for air on the StairMaster at the gym. And you make the time go by easier.
Jeffrey
Why would you listen then? You're gonna be, like, laughing and out of breath at the same time.
Brooke
It's good. It's good for your cardio and your butt looks amaz. Amazing. Keep going on the StairMaster. There you go. All right, your brand new second date podcast starts right now.
Jeffrey
Second date update. Is there anything sadder than being out and seeing somebody else getting stood up for a date?
Brooke
Oh, that's so sad. Yeah. The sadder part is being the person stood up. Jeff.
Jeffrey
Alexis. Why are you smiling so big, though? Why?
Brooke
Kind of entertaining. Alexis, how long are they going to wait? You know, someone's misery. Where are they going to stay? An hour, two hours?
Jeffrey
She's like, that's a prime spot at the bar. I get to, like, slide in. But for one of our listeners, seeing somebody get stood up was actually the best thing to ever happen to him.
Brooke
Oh.
Jeffrey
Because apparently he turned that woman's loss into his gain. I see.
Brooke
He did move in.
Jeffrey
So let's talk to Joseph about it. Joseph, welcome to the show.
Joseph
Hey, guys. How are you?
Brooke
Oh, my goodness. We can't wait to hear this story.
Jeffrey
Yeah, yeah. What happened? You saw a woman get stood up somewhere?
Joseph
Yeah. So I went to this Mexican restaurant after I got off work, and I was gonna just meet my buddy at the bar.
Brooke
Yeah.
Joseph
But I get to the bar and there's only one seat open and it's Next to this woman. And she, you know, she's very, very pretty, and her name is Sabrina. I didn't know that at the time. So I go, hey, cool if I sit down here? She goes, actually, it's reserved. I have a date coming. And I was like, well, would you mind if I just sat here until my friend got here? Because, like, nowhere else for you to sit. She goes. She thinks about it for a moment. She goes, yeah, that's fine. You can sit.
Brooke
Okay.
Jeffrey
Okay.
Brooke
So she's planning on kicking you out?
Joseph
Yeah, yeah, yeah. She was waiting for a guy. And so, you know, I sit down and I start talking to her just to be polite while I wait for the bartender, take my order. And it actually starts going well. And we're talking now. It goes on for, like, 10 minutes. And I said, hopefully this guy didn't stand you up. And she's like, yeah, I hope so too. I get a drink. I say to her, what do you want? She gets a drink. So now we're both drinking.
Brooke
Oh, you're moving in. You're like. You're not even waiting for the whether or not the guy stood you up. You're texting your friend. You're like, hey, don't come.
Joseph
Yeah, that's exactly what I did. I said to him, don't come inside yet. Wait for my signals. They're really pretty girls there. I think she's being stood up.
Jeffrey
Okay, okay.
Joseph
Now it's 15 minutes. She thought this guy was coming any second. He's still not there. So we're drinking. I'm buying her drinks, and then she gets a text that the guy has canceled on her.
Brooke
Oh, dude, what a jerk. But also a way to turn lemons into margaritas.
Jeffrey
Yeah.
Joseph
So I text my friend, you know what? Turn around. Turn the car around. I don't need you tonight.
Brooke
You know, it's a good buddy when he's like, yeah, all right, good luck.
Joseph
Yeah, he gets it. He'd do the same thing to me. He'd blow up my car to be with a hot chick. Wow.
Jeffrey
So now all of a sudden, you have an insta day with the sad woman at the bar.
Joseph
Yeah. So I tell her, since we're both here, we both got stood up. Let's get a booth. We get a booth. I tell her she has beautiful eyes. It's a good vibe. Like, really fun. Like, there's a baby next table. The babies are throwing chips. So we start, like, throwing chips at the baby in a fun way.
Brooke
I thought I misunderstood what you just said.
Joseph
I love this.
Jeffrey
That's a good vibe for a date for you.
Joseph
I mean, we're having fun with this baby. I mean, you know, you're not going.
Jeffrey
To fight the baby. You're just going to. You're not holding a tortilla chip to the baby's throat. It's just like, light and playful.
Joseph
I didn't do that. Yeah.
Brooke
It sounds like your guys's vibe is really natural together.
Jeffrey
You're in your own world.
Joseph
Yeah. We start. We start having a food fight together, like chips, maybe a little bit of salsa. And she goes like, oh, you got some salsa in your cheeks. And she kisses me on the cheek.
Jeffrey
Wow.
Joseph
Yeah.
Jeffrey
Salsa.
Joseph
This is like all in 40 minutes.
Brooke
Wow. She made the first move even.
Joseph
Yeah. I'm shocked. It was going small. I was, like, really shocked.
Brooke
Okay. It's so fun too. And it's like something you haven't planned.
Jeffrey
Yeah.
Brooke
You know, so it's not like you had any nerves going into it.
Jeffrey
And I'm sure you would have done the same sort of things if your bro was there with you. So it's nice that you're able to do it to a woman as a.
Brooke
Kisses at babies.
Jeffrey
Yeah. Throwing. Yeah. Licking salts off each other's cheeks. That's just what bros do when we go out for, like, Mexican. Yeah.
Joseph
Hell yeah.
Jeffrey
Hell yeah, bro. Okay, so, I mean, this is turning into what sounds like the best date ever.
Joseph
Yeah. It's not only that. It's the best date in the history of old date. Whoa.
Jeffrey
Wow.
Brooke
What a statement. Okay, this pedestal has just been risen. Like, that is a really high place to put it.
Jeffrey
I need to high five that baby for being the best wingman ever. So, I mean, what happens after Mexican food?
Joseph
I went back to her place and we hung out okay. Until like, 2:00am Whoa.
Brooke
Did you talk at all?
Joseph
No, we sat there in silence. Yeah, we talked.
Brooke
I didn't mean. Brooke's asked me, sitting there in silence.
Jeffrey
If there was physical activities happening.
Joseph
We just. We had a really good time.
Brooke
Okay. Okay.
Joseph
So, yeah, the last thing I said to her was, when can I see you again? I really want to. She was like, well, I have this work trip the next day. And then she said something a little weird. She was like, I'm hoping not to run into my ex because it's where I'm from. It's in my hometown.
Brooke
Oh.
Jeffrey
Oh.
Brooke
You could also think of it as like, she's so comfortable with you that she's just. Just talking. Right. Like, and maybe she didn't mean, like, if she had been More guarded. She probably wouldn't have said something like that.
Jeffrey
Just speaking her thoughts.
Brooke
Yeah. Or she know she might get back with him.
Jeffrey
I mean, was that what I'm thinking? Was that going through your mind when she said that? Joseph?
Joseph
It wasn't, but she ended it with I'm going to be back in a few days. And now it's been six days and there's no answer. And I'm wondering now, did she run into him and are they back together?
Jeffrey
So you've texted her in that time and she's not responding to you or what's happening?
Joseph
She's not responding. Yeah, she hasn't responded, bro.
Jeffrey
I know we're normally the other way around, but have you considered that you just met someone at the bar, had a fun night and that's all they want?
Joseph
Like, I think she would have been more clear about that towards the end or, you know, kind of blew me off, but she was so like into me and she seems so excited to see me again. I just. I don't think that's the case at all, guys.
Jeffrey
Well, you can feel the energy.
Joseph
We can't.
Brooke
Yeah, I'm back with my ex is going to be a real simple answer. I don't know why she couldn't just text that.
Jeffrey
Yeah. If that's the case true or is it possible it was just. You know how they say Mexican food is an aphrodisiac? Maybe that was like rolling over and now that the Mexicans worn off. Those were blue corn.
Brooke
I do love tacos.
Jeffrey
So you said it's been six days. She's not answering anything you're sending her. It's not looking great, but hopefully we can get her on the phone and she'll pick up for us. We'll get you some answers about your impromptu date at the Mexican restaurant with your second date update right after this.
Joseph
Thank you.
Jeffrey
I mean, we got to do this for the best date in all of history.
Joseph
So.
Jeffrey
Hold on. Second date update. It's Brooke and Jeffrey in the morning and we're in the middle of a second date update with one of our listeners, Joseph, who kind of lucked into the best date of his entire life when he was at a Mexican restaurant. There was one seat open at the bar. The woman right next to him got stood up for her date. So they ended up talking, grabbing some drinks, got some food, ended up back at her place where he didn't leave until 2 in the morning.
Brooke
Why does your voice get lower and slower as you just describe it? Jeff?
Jeffrey
Sexy, bro. How else am I supposed to describe the best date in the history of all mankind. And the last thing that she said to him, and this is key, at least for Joseph, is I'm going to be going on a work trip to my hometown and I just hope I don't run into my ex. So Brooke, what are the percentages that that actually happened and she met up with her ex boyfriend? Are we talking 50? 50 here? 20, 80, 100. 0.
Brooke
I think it's 100% that she definitely hooked up with her ex over the weekend. But. But that doesn't mean they're back together. Yeah. You know, usually you hook up and then you're like, yeah, I see why we did this. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Joseph
I don't like that you're putting this in my head. I really don't.
Brooke
Yeah, just trying to prepare you.
Jeffrey
Exactly. I will take the other angle and say there is no chance that she met up with her ex boyfriend and she was thinking about you the entire time she was at work. She's so nervous. Her fingers are so sweaty. She can't dial you or text you. Yeah.
Brooke
What a cute, naive world you live in.
Jeffrey
Yeah. She didn't even type anything on her work laptop. She was just your name over and over and over again the entire trip.
Brooke
Wow.
Jeffrey
That's what I'm thinking happened.
Brooke
Hopefully that wouldn't be a red flag. Okay.
Jeffrey
Yeah, that would be scary dog. Okay, but let's find out. We'll see what actually happened if she picks up the phone. I'm going to dial her number right now, but. Here we go.
Brooke
Hello?
Jeffrey
Hey, is this Sabrina?
Joseph
Yeah.
Jeffrey
Awesome. So, hey, Sabrina, thank you for picking up. You are on a radio show right now. We're called Brooke and Jeffrey in the Morning. Hello? Good morning.
Brooke
It's not the rental car place? No.
Jeffrey
No.
Brooke
I'm confused.
Joseph
Why would the radio show call me?
Jeffrey
Well, sorry we can't return.
Brooke
Whatever. You forgotten your rental car? That's what always happens to me too.
Jeffrey
You're not allowed to run a car? Yes, sorry. I don't know what's going on with that, but we're a show. We do a segment on this show called the Second Date Update, which is where we help out our listeners if they've gone out with somebody or had a fun romantic encounter. In your case, we try to help them reconnect and figure out if there's a chance at a second meetup.
Joseph
Okay.
Jeffrey
Okay. So, popular segment. Yeah. And we're doing this on behalf of one of our listeners that met you the other day. It's a Guy named Joseph.
Joseph
Joseph.
Brooke
Oh, my God.
Joseph
I was gonna call him later.
Brooke
Oh, that's great news. Is he, like, jumping the gun like you just. Just got home and you haven't had time to talk?
Joseph
No, no, I just got my phone back today because I left it. That's why I thought it was the rental car place.
Brooke
I left my phone in the rental.
Joseph
Car and then it took them like five or six days to get it back to me, so I just got it today.
Brooke
Oh, that's great news.
Joseph
This is a normal one then. Okay.
Jeffrey
Yeah.
Brooke
Dude, that's awesome. So you were gonna call Joseph today and get another date set up?
Joseph
Yes, I've been thinking about him this whole time.
Brooke
You were right, Jeff.
Jeffrey
Yeah, of course I'm right.
Brooke
So look, Sabrina, I'm saying that again.
Jeffrey
Yeah. Sabrina, sorry to do this to you, but the whole reason that we called is Joseph reached out. He told us about your date at the Mexican restaurant. Said it was the best hangout he's ever had. Does that mean you think the same? Was it the best?
Brooke
Oh, my God.
Joseph
He said that?
Brooke
Yes.
Jeffrey
Oh, this is awesome.
Brooke
He said the best date in the history of all dates. If we want to do it correct.
Jeffrey
Let'S not put too much pressure.
Joseph
Sweet. Oh, my God, I feel like an idiot.
Jeffrey
Don't, dude, he's circumstance.
Brooke
He's gonna be so relieved because he thought it was something that he did and that's why.
Jeffrey
Yeah.
Joseph
You weren't calling.
Jeffrey
Yeah. Heard from you in days and days, so. This is so cute.
Joseph
Can you guys just tell him that what I said that I. That I do want to see him again. Can you tell him for me?
Jeffrey
Well, this is the best. Sure we could, but you've kind of already told him because he's actually on the phone with us right now on the other line listening to this.
Joseph
What?
Brooke
Oh, my God.
Joseph
Joseph is on here.
Jeffrey
Yeah, that's how this segment works. We have them waiting on the other line, so. Joseph, are you there, man?
Joseph
Yeah, I'm here.
Jeffrey
Hey.
Brooke
Hey.
Jeffrey
Joseph, you must be so happy. Yeah, I can't imagine what you're feeling right now. Talk to Sabrina.
Joseph
Hey, Sabrina, what's up? It's Joseph.
Jeffrey
Yeah, pretty much said that.
Joseph
Joseph, I am so sorry. I'm so sorry. I really was gonna call you. Yeah, no, I'm sorry that I did it through a radio show. I just had such an amazing night and I want more than one night with you.
Jeffrey
Oh, wow.
Joseph
Oh, you are so sweet. Like, you have no idea. I. I literally miss the sound of your voice.
Brooke
Wow. Really?
Jeffrey
They are really on the same page. Yeah.
Joseph
For real. Seriously, your voice is so sexy.
Brooke
I just love. Wait, should we get off the phone?
Joseph
I love the way you say quesadilla. Oh, well, in that case, quesadilla.
Brooke
Okay.
Jeffrey
Oh, you only have to dial a 900 number to hear stuff like this. Give me credit card.
Brooke
Dude, I don't even want to get into a smothered burrito.
Jeffrey
Yeah, you know, Sabrina, don't suggest things.
Joseph
Are you there? Yeah, yeah, I'm here. I'm being really serious. If you were with me right now, I would totally kiss. You.
Jeffrey
Said kiss.
Joseph
I would kiss you 10 times. I would kiss you so much more that I couldn't kiss you anymore.
Brooke
Okay, this is too cute.
Jeffrey
Well, hold on. Then what would Joseph do after the 10, Jeffrey?
Joseph
I mean, that's not going to stop me. Sabrina. I am a kissing machine around Kiss.
Brooke
What every girl wants.
Jeffrey
Yeah, well, I'm sensing, and maybe I'm reading this wrong, that there's a little bit of a connection happening. There's like too much chemistry.
Brooke
Jeffrey's the only one in the room that's comfortable.
Jeffrey
Yeah, yeah, I'm feeling a vibe.
Brooke
So, Joseph, I mean, you are cute.
Jeffrey
Yeah. Joseph, this is sounding like the best news ever for you.
Joseph
Just really relieved, like. Sabrina, I was so worried that we went on your work trip. I thought you might have seen your ex and something happened.
Jeffrey
Oh, we forgot about that.
Joseph
Oh, yeah, I did see him.
Brooke
Discuss this though.
Joseph
But Sabrina, you didn't do anything with him, right?
Jeffrey
Oh, no.
Joseph
I mean, I'm just so excited to see you again.
Brooke
That's right, Sabrina.
Jeffrey
There we go, dodging the question.
Brooke
Everyone does it. It's fine.
Joseph
Wait, Tiggy, you didn't answer my question though. You didn't hook up with your ex, right? I don't know how much I should go into it with you.
Brooke
Not at all.
Joseph
Oh my God. You hooked up with it. You hooked up with him, didn't you?
Brooke
Oh, don't.
Joseph
Okay, Joseph, you don't understand. It takes a while to break off an engagement. It doesn't just happen automatically.
Jeffrey
Wait, wait, wait, wait.
Joseph
What?
Brooke
Wait, are you still engaged?
Joseph
Wait, you were. Hold up. You're engaged? This guy?
Jeffrey
Oh, no.
Joseph
Well, technically. But we weren't even in the same city. Except for this past weekend, but I don't even want that to be a thing.
Jeffrey
Wait, wait, what? We're currently engaged?
Joseph
Yeah. Soon to be ex.
Jeffrey
Oh, okay, wait a second.
Joseph
I'm verbally involved with him, like today.
Brooke
That's not even a distinguished like, you don't.
Joseph
Well, like, emotionally, I'm distancing myself.
Jeffrey
Okay, okay.
Brooke
No, emotionally, you're cheating on him. Is the wedding happening or.
Joseph
Guys, I just want to know. Physically. I don't care about verbally or emotionally, bro.
Brooke
Wait, it's a yes.
Jeffrey
I don't even know and it's a yes. Come on, man. Like, are you sure? Jeff, don't.
Brooke
Yes.
Jeffrey
Because it's at this point that I would like to ask if you would be willing, Sabrina to go out with Joseph one more time.
Brooke
She can't. She's taken. She's engaged to another dude.
Jeffrey
I'm sorry, should I have asked that question earlier when they were talking about being kissing machines on each other? It was the best date ever. Oh, like five minutes ago. That was my bad. But Sabrina, the offer still stands. We'll offer to pay for a date.
Brooke
We're going to pay.
Joseph
My answer is yes. My answer is yes.
Jeffrey
Yes. She's. She's distancing herself from her current fiance. Verbally, emotionally and man. Verbally. Not quite physically yet. But that happens every time you go meet up with your exes.
Joseph
So I'm working on it. You guys, we won't be together in a month, I promise.
Brooke
Just break up with the man.
Jeffrey
Because, Joseph, she did say yes. You heard it. She wants to see you again. Let's put everything else aside, including her engagement to another man. And your. Morris, I need to hear from you. Is it a yes to another date with Sabrina? And I want you to remember to think with your heart, not with your head.
Brooke
Jeff, you're talking nonsense.
Jeffrey
Okay, mute. Brooks. Mike, please.
Joseph
Thank you.
Jeffrey
Joseph, the question was directed to you.
Brooke
You better say no, Joseph.
Joseph
I mean, I want to hang out with you again, but I have to wait till you're done. So just. Can you just talk to me after?
Brooke
Yeah. Okay. Because you could totally believe her when she says yeah, we're totally broken up.
Jeffrey
Joseph, you might have to say the word quesadilla one more time in order to get her back on your side.
Joseph
Oh, that's what I love.
Brooke
That's so weird.
Jeffrey
I feel good about this now. I don't have to dial that. You won't mind. You really found the sweet spot.
Joseph
I did.
Jeffrey
This was great. Successful second date. Update everybody. Brooke and Jeffrey in the morning.
Joseph
So what happened to Chappaquiddick?
Brooke
Well, it really depends on who you talk to.
Jeffrey
There are many versions of what happened in 1969 when a young Ted Kennedy drove a car into a pond and.
Brooke
Left a woman behind to drown. There's a famous headline I think in the New York Daily News, it's Teddy escapes, blonde drowns. And in a strange way, right, that sort of tells you the story really became about ted's political future, Ted's political hopes. Will Ted become president?
Jeffrey
Kappaquiddick is a story of a tragic death and how the Kennedy machine took control.
Brooke
And he's not the only Kennedy to survive a scandal.
Jeffrey
The Kennedys have lived through disgrace, affairs, violence, you name it. So is there a curse? Every week, we go behind the headlines and beyond the drama of America's royal family.
Brooke
Listen to United States of Kennedy on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcast, or wherever you get your podcast. I'm Dr. Joy Hardin Bradford, and in session 421 of Therapy for Black Girls, I sit down with Dr. Afia and Billy Shaka to explore how our hair connects to our identity, mental health, and the ways we heal. Because I think hair is a complex language system, right, in terms of it can tell how old old you are, your marital status, where you're from, your spiritual belief. But I think with social media, there's like a hyper fixation and observation of our hair, right? That this is sometimes the first thing someone sees when we make a post or a reel is how our hair is styled. We talk about the important role hairstylists play in our communities, the pressure to always look put together, and how breaking up with perfection can actually free us. Plus, if you're someone who gets anxious about flying, don't miss session 418 with Dr. Angela Neal Barnett, where we dive into managing flight anxiety. Listen to Therapy for black Girls on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
Jeffrey
Timing really is everything in life, and I kind of blame you guys for not encouraging me to jump in earlier to offer them another date sooner.
Brooke
How are you not apologizing right now for even putting the date on the table?
Jeffrey
Dude, what are you talking about?
Brooke
She's engaged. How many times do you have to hear that to understand it? But I can guarantee that guy does not know he's soon to be ex.
Jeffrey
Emotionally, she's not engaged. In her heart, she's not. Oh, my God, she's not even wearing the ring.
Brooke
Hey, around when she's not around her.
Jeffrey
Fiance, and he's never around because he's far away, back in their hometown. She never even sees the guy, and she promised us that in a month he'll probably be gone.
Brooke
Maybe we never even brought up the fact that she was waiting for a different guy to go on a date with. She is like actively dating.
Jeffrey
I hear what you're saying. She's a catch, and it's really nice that he was able to lock her down. Out of all the men, Joseph came out on top.
Brooke
Oh, my God.
Jeffrey
So that is a big win for us. Congratulations to us for making this happen. I don't want to cause drama, but if you're engaged, check on your fiance. Yeah, probably a safe thing to do. But if you're not engaged and you need help with your dating life, email us and we can help you get into a relationship with someone who's engaged, who's in another relationship. Well, it is what we did this time, so it was an accident. But most of the time, single people, that's who we help and go check out all of our second dates. They're up with lots of single people. Yes, they're up online, wherever you get your podcast at.

This Episode: Joseph's "best date ever" at a Mexican restaurant takes a wild turn when the truth comes out.
This episode follows listener Joseph, whose chance encounter with Sabrina at a Mexican restaurant quickly escalates into what he enthusiastically calls “the best date in the history of all dates.” When Sabrina stops responding after heading off on a work trip, Joseph worries their magical connection ran cold—maybe due to an unresolved ex? Brooke & Jeffrey step in to get to the bottom of Sabrina's sudden silence, but what they uncover turns the “second date update” from hot to head-spinning in seconds.
“He turned that woman's loss into his gain.”
— Jeffrey on Joseph’s bold move at the bar, [04:10]
“It's the best date in the history of all dates.”
— Joseph’s enthusiastic description, [07:41]
“I miss the sound of your voice.”
— Sabrina softly, demonstrating real chemistry, [15:26]
“You didn’t hook up with your ex, right?”
— Joseph, holding out hope, [17:13]
“It takes a while to break off an engagement. It doesn't just happen automatically.”
— Sabrina, calmly dropping the bombshell, [17:34]
"Verbally, emotionally...but not quite physically yet..."
— Sabrina, explaining her ambiguous 'breakup', [18:01]
If you enjoy wild twists, this Second Date Update delivers. Joseph’s night at a Mexican restaurant with Sabrina — originally a spontaneous meetup after her date bailed — becomes the stuff of rom-coms: playful banter, food fights, a spark that leads them to her place. When Sabrina vanishes for days, Joseph fears the worst about her old flame; the hosts call Sabrina and discover the “ghosting” was only due to her phone being lost. All is sweetness and light until Joseph learns Sabrina is still (technically) engaged! She insists she’s working on breaking it off, but Joseph (though still interested) suggests waiting until her situation is truly resolved.
With a low success rate but high entertainment, this episode delivers every flavor of drama—from instant connection, to accidental ghosting, to a jaw-dropping engagement twist—all told with the tongue-in-cheek, irreverent style that Brooke and Jeffrey’s fans love.
