Here's what's happening in the next five years, five to 10 years, I would say there's going to be millions, millions of one person companies doing $10 million a year, $50 million per year, and $100 million a year. This isn't happening because they're geniuses. It's not going to happen because they get lucky. It's going to happen because they stayed focused while everyone else gets distracted. And they're going to use tools such as AI systems to help them leverage into this. And the people who regret it most will be the ones who never give anything and enough time to compound. Hey there. I'm Cody McGuffey. I'm a husband dad of three and I'm the founder of Everbee. Ever Be. Everbee. Ever Be. Where we serve over a million creators across the globe, helping them grow thriving online businesses. I believe every single human is a creator. And I believe every single creator should own a business. A business that gives them the freedom to build the life that they dream of. Built online is where creators, entrepreneurs and leaders get real insights, real stories, and the edge to build something that actually lasts. This is where the next generation builders get built. Most people don't fail because they're not smart enough. And most people don't fail because they don't have enough money. And most people don't smart fail because they don't have enough skills or education or enough expertise in the thing. They fail because they get distracted. Distraction kills more dreams than failure ever will. Everyone says they want financial freedom, for example, they want to quit their job. They want to build something online. But the second it gets hard, or the second a new shiny idea pops up and a friend comes in, it's like, hey, I think we have this idea, let's do it together. They start chasing that instead. Or all of a sudden crypto's exploding and bitcoin is going up and all of a sudden you start to FOMO into, into a crypto and you buy that. That's the trap. Success doesn't go to the smartest person. It doesn't go to the most creative person even. It doesn't even go to the most skilled person, the person with most connections or the most money. Success goes to the person who is willing to focus on longer than everyone else. If you think about the problem with distraction, if you think about this, it feels productive because you jump from one thing to the next thing and you feel like you're making a lot of moves. I felt this way before I started business and I started Another business and I started another business all at the same time. And it made me feel like I was important. It made me, it made me feel like I was making moves. It made me feel like an entrepreneur. It made me feel like I was making progress. That's the problem with it. It feels productive. You jump to a new side hustle, you buy another course, you, you think you're making progress, but truly actually just starting over again and again and again from zero. It's like digging 10 holes one foot deep and wondering why you never hit water. The person who stays focused on one hole, one business for enough amount of time, they will win every time. I had a friend who always had a, like a good job, right? He had a good salary, safe salary, benefits. Again, he was successful, he looked successful and he thought he was on track. But he hated feeling capped. So he. So every six months he would kind of start a new side hustle. First it was Amazon fba. Then he heard about crypto exploding, so he jumped into crypto. And then he heard about day trading, so kind of aligned with crypto. So he started day trading also. We read a bunch of books on day trading. Then he started coaching. And then, oh, real estate's a great way to become a millionaire and have financial freedom. So he started to play around with investing in real estate. So he took him a couple, couple courses over there. He was always busy, but he was never focused. Fast forward five years, still at the same job, still capped by a paycheck and still frustrated, still anxious about his bills that continue to get bigger. But his income only goes up by 10% per year or less. Not because he couldn't figure it out. He's super smart and he has the ability to do anything. Truth is, he never stayed focused long enough to make one thing work. If he had picked one model and stayed obsessed for five years, he would have been financially free today. But instead he's not. Instead, he has a long list of half started businesses, some good skills, but he has no real measurable progress. I know this for a fact because I was this person, this was me, and this could be you. So it's important to recognize the behavior. The past five years. Has this been you again? Most people don't fail because they're incapable. They fail because they are distracted from the mission. And for my Christians out there, Habakkuk 2 and 2 says, Write the vision, make it plain. For still the vision awaits its appointed time. If it seems slow, wait for it. It will surely come. It will not delay. I Won't claim to know everything and have read the Bible through and through, but this verse always hits with me because it's written right there, wisdom for so, so many years, and it's been so true. If you think about everything that you have done successfully in your life didn't come overnight and it didn't, didn't happen because you jumped from thing to thing to thing to thing. Eventually it just hit. No, you focused on something, you worked it, you worked it, you learned more, you learned more and you took more action, took more action and eventually came true. To me, this means clarity. First get clear, crystal clear on what you want. Write it down, make it plain, make it simple, make it simple for anyone can understand it. Stay the course. Stay the course doesn't mean just you write it down and go to sleep and go eat a sandwich. Stay the course means you write it down, you get clear, you continue to focus on it. You take action, you learn more. You apply what you learn because the reward doesn't go to the person who, who hops from thing to thing. It goes to the person who stays in the game long enough for the vision to eventually pay off. Here's what's happening in the next five years, five to 10 years, I would say there's going to be millions, millions of one person companies doing $10 million a year, $50 million per year, and a hundred million dollars a year. This isn't happening because they're geniuses. It's not gonna happen because they get lucky. It's gonna happen because they stayed focused while everyone else gets distracted. And they're gonna use tools such as AI systems to help them leverage into this. And the people who regret it most will be the ones who never give anything enough time to compound. So the truth is you don't need more ideas, you don't need more followers, you don't need more money, you don't need more friends or connections. You don't, you don't need to surround yourself with that exact person that does that. You need more focus. You need to get very clear on what you're trying to achieve the next five years and actually double down on that. And all of your actions need to align to that. If they don't audit it, pay attention to it, make the adjustments, and take more action. Because people don't fail from lack of talent. They fail because they get distracted. If you find yourself when someone asks you, hey, what are you? What are you working on? And if you have five things, congratulations, you're not focused on anything, you're not working on anything. And your future is very, very clear if you stay on this trend. But if someone asks you, hey, what are you working on? And you can confidently say with one thing that you're working on this. You are increasing your probability of success. The universe now will transform and totally align with what you're trying to achieve. You can call the universe, you can call God, you can call just whatever it is. Write your vision, make it plain, and stay with it. If you stay focused long enough, you will win. I've seen it time and time again, so I'll leave it there. I hope this is helpful. If you're looking to start a business, Everbeat IO is the place for you. We're building the future of E commerce.
