CASA ZOEN

Some of the most engaging and inspiring conversations that I’ve experienced have taken place in mi CASA, right at home, gathered around the dinner table with family and friends, savoring a great meal. Amidst laughter and honest reflections, we’ve often delved into the profound meaning of life and our purpose in this world.  This is exactly what I envision CASA ZOEN to be for you: a safe place to explore the extraordinary, God-gifted life.  Your outlook on life may be hope-filled; or maybe you harbor doubts, feel wounded by negative experiences, or even disenchanted with religious or spiritual beliefs... But if you're still longing for a real encounter with the living God who created you out of love, then this podcast is for you. I want you to know that you're not alone in your quest for meaning and purpose.  As we journey together and experience this God-gifted life, we're bound to face times of great adversity and sorrow. Yet the unparalleled truth of Jesus is found in these words, when he said: “The thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy. I have come that they may have life, and have it abundantly.” (John 10:10) Here, zōén is the original Greek word in the Bible for the God-gifted life that Christ came to give you. I hope you'll join me in each episode as we ask the difficult questions, open our hearts to this zōén way of living and, together, walk out the divine purpose we were created to fulfill. Entre risas y reflexiones, muchas veces hemos explorado juntos el significado profundo de la vida y cuál es nuestro propósito en este mundo.   Esto es precisamente lo que quiero que CASA ZOEN sea para ti: un lugar seguro para explorar la extraordinaria vida en Dios.   Puede ser que veas el futuro con esperanza; o tal vez, tengas dudas, te sientas herido por experiencias negativas, o incluso desilusionado con ideologías religiosas o espirituales... Pero si aún tienes sed de una experiencia real con el Dios vivo que te creó con amor, entonces, este podcast es para ti. Quiero que sepas que no estás solo en tu búsqueda de significado y propósito.  A medida que exploramos y experimentamos esta vida que Dios nos dio como un regalo, seguramente encontraremos momentos de gran adversidad y dolor. Pero la incomparable realidad de Jesús se resume en estas palabras, cuando Él dijo: “El ladrón solo viene para robar, matar y destruir. Yo he venido para que tengan vida, y para que la tengan en abundancia”. (Juan 10:10) Precisamente, zōén es la palabra para “vida” que se usa en el idioma original de la Biblia.  Por eso y más, espero que me acompañes en cada episodio, para juntos enfrentar las peguntas difíciles, abrir nuestros corazones a esta manera de vivir zōén y, juntos, caminar hacia el propósito divin...
