C
Do you want to go?
A
Yeah, I mean I'd go. They've been. Well, because I didn't know. I didn't think that was gonna be your first follow up question.
C
What did you want? I'll say it.
A
No, I like what you. I like what you said and I like I would. Would you go with me? What day of the week is that, boys? Look up what day of the week May 19th is. They haven't really announced a lot of details. They've said that the the author will be there, Rachel Reed. They've promised that heated rivalry night brings the passion. Oh, a Tuesday's gonna be tough though.
C
I know. How about guys, can I put in my PTO for May 19th and then May 18th and then we'll May 20th maybe. Yeah, we'll cancel the podcast that in the radio show.
A

Have Mad Dog go in.
A
It says they he it says heated rivalry brings the passion and electric chemistry of Shane Hollander and Ilia Rosenov's story into a setting that knows a thing or two about unforgettable rivalries.

And ba ba, ba, ba, ba ba. Brady, who has a heart out today. He has a heart out because he's
E
on my wife's in France. It's a crisis.
A
That's right. Well, it's not crisis. It's. You're in charge.
E
I'm in charge of two human lives. So, like, yeah, it's a crisis in my mind.
A
Three, I think.
E
No, mine's fine.
A
No, yeah, we'll see. I'll check back in at the end of the week. A lot to get to today. We are gonna get to some of the best moments from the first weekend of March Madness in both the men's and the women's tournament. We also have Cam Scataboo talking about stuff that maybe he shouldn't have. It's the return of our favorite segment. Should I have said that out loud? Hopefully we'll have time. We'll get to the flag football of it all. Remember that was supposed to be happening in Saudi Arabia. They moved it to LA because of war. And, and, and the NFL players did not look good. I actually watched it and I. And why would I have watched it if not to talk about it on my sports podcast? So hopefully we will have time to get to that. First, I have to tell you how you can reach us. Our email is casual with Katie nolan gmail dot com. Our voicemail 646-801-0043. Just save it in your phone. Save it in your phone as casuals. E
Very minimally.
A
Well, that makes me nervous. Now I want to know what we've said. Now I want to see when we have.
E
I recognize we can do way more harm than good answering DMs.
A
Yeah, I don't think you should answer them. But then when you said not a lot, now I'm like, how? How many? Anyway, that's not me over there. So don't DM that account. But you can. Whatever. That's where you can find us. I want to get into the big Story of the Weekend Our yap for the day is going to be consumed by what happened with Chapel Roan and Jorginho. Have you guys been following this story? Because I did a deep dive, you casuals to me feels like the podcast that will explain to you all the different angles of Chapel Roan allegedly offending the child of Brazilian soccer star Georgino, who also you may know from the he played for the Italian national team the year that they won Euros. He's also been in the Premier League. There was like a a run there where he was one of the best players in the world. He got into some drama this weekend involving Chapel Roan and I wanted to give everybody the full unpacking of what happened. We will start at the beginning of the story. Chapel Roan was slated to play Lollapalooza Brazil this past weekend. She was the Saturday night headliner. I think Sunday was like Tyler the Creator and others. I think Friday was like Sabrina Carpenter and others. They had a great lineup put together. Chapel Roan was headlining on Saturday. On Saturday, Jorginho posted on his Instagram story a very long statement. I went through a very upsetting situation with my family earlier today. My wife Catcavelli is in Sao Paulo for Lollapalooza Brazil. This morning my daughter woke up incredibly excited. She even made a sign because she was so happy to see an artist she really admires, or used to admire Chapel Roan. That's foreshadowing. By coincidence, they're staying at the same hotel as this artist. During breakfast, the artist walked past their table. My daughter, like any child, recognized her, got excited and just wanted to make sure it was really her. And the worst part is she didn't even approach her. She simply walked past the singer's table, looked to confirm it was her, smiled and went back to sit with her mom. She didn't say anything, didn't ask for anything. What happened next was completely disproportionate. A large security guard came over to their table while they were still having breakfast and began speaking in extremely aggressive manner to both my wife and my daughter, saying that she shouldn't allow my daughter to disrespect or harass other people. Honestly, I don't know at what point simply walking past a table and looking to see if someone is there can be considered harassment. He even said he would file a complaint against them with the hotel. While my 11 year old daughter was sitting there in tears. My daughter was extremely shaken and cried a lot. I've lived with football, public exposure and well Known people for many years and I understand very well what respect and boundaries are. What happened there was not that. It was just a child admiring someone. Sad to see this kind of treatment coming from those who should understand the importance of fans. At the end of the day, they are the ones who build all of this. I sincerely hope this serves as a moment of reflection. No one should have to go through this, especially not a child. And then at the end he wrote, without your fans you would be nothing. And to the fans, she does not deserve your affection. Okay, so the accusations have been leveled. Jorginho's daughter, who we then would come to find out is technically his stepdaughter. I'm not saying that to say that it's not the same relationship actually love that he stood up publicly on behalf of his stepdaughter, but it is his wife's daughter from a previous relationship with Jude Law. So now the story is double interesting. She's got like two famous fathers in different ways. Number one, Brazil fans. If you know anything about fandom and fans, I feel like music especially, but also soccer especially. Brazil is like up there with South Korea to be known for like really intense fandom. If you google Brazilian fan, like Brazil fandom. The AI overview, which I know we don't trust, but it does at least sum up the general sense. It says fan culture in Brazil is defined by extreme passion, high organization and deep collective emotional investment. Primarily focused on football, soccer, but increasingly spanning pop culture. Brazilian fans are characterized by intense in stadium activity, are highly active digitally, often dominating online discourse through intense stand culture and high volume engagement. Isabel, you know Dove Cameron is. Yes, vaguely, yes. She was supposed to do Lala a few like a year a few years ago. I don't remember when, but she canceled to hang out with her boyfriend. And when they found out like Dove Cameron fan accounts like deactivated. They like were like, forget this girl, we hate her. And then there was Ariana. Remember when Ariana Grande couldn't go to Brazil for the Wicked premiere and they started destroying. They would video themselves destroying her album.
C
Oh, I didn't see that one.
A
It was an intense reaction. I remember her having to put out a statement that was like, please don't be really mad at me. It's for travel reasons. I can't make it. Like they are very intense, they're very online. And what would scare me the most if I were Chapel Ron in that AI summary was high organization where you're like, oh, okay. So online they do numbers, they get together and are active online. And organized, in fact. Yet while I was scrolling through TikTok the night that this all was going on, completely unrelated, I bumped into a Dochi video that she had posted and it was like she had posted it 30 minutes before. The top comments on it were back to Brazil, I love you. Te amo with the Brazilian flag. Always come back to Brazil. Always feel at home here. And the Brazilian flag and a heart. Brazilian fans online are very active. They're loud, they're quick, and they're passionate. So this is a real mess that Chapel Rohn found herself in. Now, Chapel Roan, I figured what I would do here, you guys, is like present to you all the facts of the case and then we would go to the casualties like a jury and you guys can weigh in on whose side of this you're on. Okay? So that's incentive to listen. Brady made a face that indicated that he wasn't planning on listening. And now he knows he has to. Okay, so so far we have the statement. By the way, I should mention how many followers Jorginho has and I believe it's something like 5 million. It's somewhere in this doc and I will bump into it and say it out loud then. But he's got something like 5 million followers on Instagram. So, like, this is not just a guy on his Instagram saying something. He made this post to all of his followers about how his 11 year old daughter was disrespected by Chapel Ron. And I just want to also make sure I don't blow past the Jude Law of it all because a real interesting subplot of this all unfolding was everybody being reminded that Jude Law has seven kids with, with four different women. I didn't, I had not. Isabella, was that front of mind for you? Did you know that?
C
I did know that. I just didn't know the specifics of it.
A
Yeah.
C
But every time I remember I'm like, oh, okay.
A
He reportedly has two with his current wife. That's the two we actually know the least about. No reports on their ages or their names. He has three with ex wife Sadie Frost, one with his ex Samantha Burke, and one with ex Katherine Harding, which is the 11 year old in question. Now, Katherine Harding goes by another name and we will get to all of that in a second. Let's talk about Chapel Roan. So this, this statement hits the Internet and of course you've got to know what the running narrative on Chapel Ron is. Chapel Ron had a, a, a pretty quick ascent to fame. It was sort of an, a part of her story. I don't know if you guys remember ever seeing those edits where it was like her in Central park or some park playing Pink Pony club to like 18 people. And then they would sm to her at like a giant festival and all the people singing it back to her, it's like that was the story of her fame. She went from like Not Known and then put out this album and it was huge. It was immediately the, the biggest. She had the biggest crowds at all these festivals. It was awesome. She puts on an incredible show. But the narrative around her has sort of been that she's very uncomfortable with fame. You'll remember the VMAs in 2024 when a paparazzo was, I don't know, saying something to her and she told him to shut the up. I believe there were people that were like, that's really disrespectful. But then other people were like, hey, paparazzi are disrespectful, famously. And like we kind of like finally having someone stand up to the paparazzi and be like, leave me alone. She has also, remember in September of that same year, I think she canceled a couple appearances. She also canceled some like European tour dates. People were really upset because. And I get that if you've bought tickets to something, sometimes you plan on traveling to go to a show and then that person cancels the show. I get why you'd be upset by that. At the same time, we were prioritizing mental health and listen, Chapel Roan has been online. She hasn't been famous, but she's been online this for most of like even like the start of her career and has been very honest about her mental health. She has disclosed that she's diagnosed bipolar one or bipolar two. The one that doesn't have as much mania, it's more depression based and that she deals with depression and that she sudden fame is really difficult to handle. She said, for the past 10 years I've been going non stop to build my project. It's come to the point I need to draw lines and set boundaries. I want to be an artist for a very, very long time. I just need to lay it out and remind you women don't ow I chose this career path because I love music and art and honoring my inner child. I do not accept harassment of any kind because I chose this path, nor do I deserve it. She's also said before that when she works, she's in drag, basically and that means she's in work mode and she's performing when she's not, she's just like a person and she just wants to be treated as a person. It's not an opinion that's popular with everybody. I should have probably stated up top that I would consider myself a Chapel Ron fan. But for me, it made sense. I think, like, the. To, I can't imagine going from, like, not famous to as famous as she did as quickly as she did that. I could understand that being disorienting, especially for somebody who deals with bipolar disorder. So, like, it. It to me makes perfect sense. I can see it as off putting to other people. There was also, Isabella, you reminded me of this one that earlier this month, she. There was like a viral video of her in. Was it Paris at a restaurant?
C
I think so, yeah.
A
And she was yelling that she was just trying to go to dinner. I've asked these people several times to get away from me. All of you, I'm asking you kindly to please leave me alone and stop following me and harassing me. And then a fan asked her for an autograph and she said, no, I'm not going to sign. So I think if I were to sum all that up, the general consensus on Chapel round that not all agree with, but that is the narrative of her is that, like, she's not really into the fame part of it. She doesn't handle it well. She doesn't like people coming up to her and wanting autographs or pictures. And she feels she should be within her rights to set a boundary that she doesn't have to hug people or take pictures with people or sign things. Does that make sense? Is the jury all on the same page on that?
D
Yep.
A
Okay, so then this story comes out that sounds like what's. What he's alleging is that a child walked by and smiled at her table at breakfast and she sent a. I believe the word was like, large security guard to berate the child for smiling at her. So not good. Not a good look. Right. And I'll say as a. As if I went, is this going to be the straw that breaks my back? Like, is this. Am I finally going to have to come off it on Chapel and go like, yeah, all right. She, I guess, is kind of a problem with people because it sounded the. The story sounded wild. Yeah. And online reaction kind of fell in line with that. I saw a top comment on one of the posts was, if you don't want people looking at you, don't be famous. It's not difficult. Which I guess I think it is actually difficult to not be famous. If you're as talented and you put out an album that everybody likes and that good of a live performer. Like, how? I'm just asking, how would you not be famous if you're Chapel Roaned today,
E
Sia is the only option.
A
But it's not even an option because we know who Sia is.
E
But if she doesn't put the hair down, like, she does have the ability. I'm just like, she's like, the one who has cracked the code everybody else. It is really an impossible.
A
And deadmau5, so there are, like, DJs who have done it, but. Yeah, I guess. I guess. But if you're the second lady to put your hair in front of your face, it doesn't seem original. It seems like you're doing a Sia. So it's not really. I mean, she puts on drag makeup when she performs, which is her version of Sia's long bangs, I guess. But at the same time, it doesn't necessarily. You still recognize her. She still has red hair. I just think it's, like, not as easy as people make it sound. Other people were like, this is absolutely ridiculous. The Lollapalooza Brazil posted a clip of Chapel's performance on Saturday night. And the top comment was somebody that said, was this the one who hit a child? I don't follow along much. Oh, my God, no. It just shows that, like, the story got out of hand. I was gonna say, who's the one
C
that hit the child?
A
I think it was just that the yelling at a child didn't travel well through telephone. I don't know. Most people were just saying, like, hey, sending a security guard to go Yell at an 11 year old for smiling at you is absurd and insane. That was most people's reactions of like, okay, Chapel Row needs to get it together. This is the last straw. What's up, lady? Everybody was reacting to it, including the mayor of Rio de Janeiro. The mayor of Rio de Janeiro tweeted, posting on Twitter on Saturday. I mean that as long as I'm in charge of our city, this young lady, Chapel Roan will never perform at Toto Mundo no Rio. I doubt Shakira would do that. Little bit of info here. The guy became the mayor literally the day before. The guy had been the mayor for one day. He was the deputy mayor and he picked his battle. He was the deputy mayor the day before. And then the mayor resigned to run for governor. So this guy became the governor of Rio de Janeiro, and on his first day on the job, he got on Twitter and told Chapelroone she's no longer invited to a festival she was never invited to. To. She was never scheduled to play. This isn't like a. They've only been doing this for three years. It's been like Madonna, Lady Gaga, and then this year, guess who's performing it this year? Kid Rock, Shakira. Oh, oh. The lady mentioned in the tweet. And so this is just pr. This was just a guy seeing a story. It was in Sao Paulo, by the way. Nothing to do with him. And he jumps online and says, Chapel Ron will never be invited to the tiny little. To our. It's not tiny, it's. Do you remember that video of Lady Gaga that went viral last year in Brazil? It was like a free concert in Brazil and it was people in the streets all the way back. It was a huge crowd. That was this music festival. So it is cool. It is a thing. I think the main takeaways for me is that it was his first day and she was never invited to play that festival. This was not like a. A thing that was gonna happen. Then that night, Saturday night, Jorginho's club, Flamengo, they're in the Brazilian Serie A. It's the top professional soccer in Brazil. They posted a video, a TikTok of Jorginho signing autographs and taking pictures with all of his fans. Set to Chapel Rohn's. Good luck, babe.
C
Oh, it's getting spicier and spicier.
A
It's a little messy. There's a little bit of mess. We wake up on Sunday. I wake up on Sunday. There's a statement, quote unquote from Chapel Roan circulating. It has since been outed as fake, but my God, it was everywhere in it. She basically says she's been clear about having boundaries, that when she's in drag, she's at work, but otherwise she's not. And she deserves to be. Have a. She's allowed to exist privately. There was a line in there that said, I just woke up. I deserve my space. Especially in moments like breakfast. I don't play. I don't play about my breakfast.
E
Legendary.
C
No, honestly, I don't either. So a fake chapel I kind of get.
A
Just felt to me like that made it obvious it was not a real statement. I don't play, girl. I don't play about my breakfast. I don't care if you're 11 or 66. Don't approach me. Don't approach me when I'm eating my hard boiled egg.
E
Well, that's the thing. Before details Came out about this story of like the hotel and stuff. When they say, like a hotel breakfast, I'm thinking like a contin. Like the Holiday Inn, thinking there's just like a dry box of cereal. Maybe a crappily poured waffle.
A
Yeah, she can make her own waffle.
E
This is a different tax bracket. They're having a much nicer hotel breakfast.
A
Yes, as. As is evident by the famousness of the parents of the girl in question. So anyway, that statement goes everywhere. A little ironic just to mention that. I don't know if you guys remember, but they banned X Twitter in Brazil for like a month and a half because of misinformation because Elon wasn't going to do enough about getting rid of accounts that were spreading misinformation. And Brazil took a stand on that. And then like a month and a half later, that stand was gone. Elon had to pay, like fines and stuff, and they figured it out. So just interesting that this fake statement goes everywhere and you're like, well, it was fake misinformation. Okay. Then we finally heard from Chapel Roan. She posted on her Instagram story, I believe it was on Sunday. She does start the clip by saying, I want to give my side of the story of what happened today. So she must have recorded it the day before, but I believe it was posted on Sunday. She basically says that the security guard in question was not her personal security. She thinks that they may have worked for the hotel. She said she didn't even see a woman and a child and no one came up to her or bothered her. We have a clip from that. Let's play that. I did not ask the security guard to go up and talk to this mother and child. I did not. They did not come up to me. They weren't doing anything. It's unfair for security to just assume someone doesn't have good intentions when they have no reason to believe because there's no action even taken. Like, I do not hate people who are fans of my music. I do not hate children. So important to say so. And, and, and please, I also want to go on the record. I don't know if anyone else here would like to as well. I do not hate children.
C
I do not hate children either.
A
Chris.
E
Most.
D
I don't hate children.
A
Okay, Brady.
E
Like the majority of the time. Enough to round up. I do not hate children.
A
Whoa.
C
Damn.
A
Enough to round up, huh? Interesting. Interesting, you guys. Just something to pay attention to in regards to Brady, who, by the way, is in charge of two children this week. Just something to keep an eye on. She went on to say I'm sorry to the mother and child. You did not deserve that. I guess I should note she's like laying in bed for this. I don't know if anybody had thoughts on, on that. She looks like angelic cherubic. She's like laid on a pillow with like little pink cheeks and she looks beautiful. And she's just like.
C
She's decompressing.
A
I love kids. I don't know what this is, is about. And so then the reaction sort of shifted and people were like, whoa. People ran with a false narrative about Chapel Roan. Shocking. Everybody thinks she's a bitch because she stands up for herself. And yet again, people ran away with this idea and it wasn't even her security guard. You think it'd be over. It's not because we gotta hear from the mama. So then we hear from Catherine Harding. Slash Cat Cavelli, the mother of the 11 year old girl she posted on. I think it was her Instagram stories. A six minute and change video. Cat, listen, I, I love the drama. I'm super interested. I want to know where this is going and how it resolves itself. Six, six something minutes now you might be saying, Katie, your podcast is consistently two hours long and that's because it's a podcast. Okay? Everybody who's here is here because they're interested in what I have to say. Theoretically. Otherwise why else would you be here? This is a like a statement on a thing. Six minutes. I watched it. I'm complaining. I watch. I'm just not gonna play the whole thing. Okay, let's play the first clip in which she's talking about the security and if they worked for the hotel.
F
A lot of people ask me, like what actually happened and everything else. And I know that Chappelle has responded saying that it wasn't. That she didn't. It wasn't her security and that she didn't do it. So 100. This security guard was not a security guard of the hotel. That's what I can say. He looks after artists. So I don't know if it was her personal security guard, but he was with her. So that's. That is all I know.
G
Do.
F
Did she send him to do it again? I don't know.
A
So. So here's my question. If this is your daughter, because the story was that they bought these tickets for her daughter's birthday and that they flew maybe. Well, they were staying at a hotel. So yeah, they came in for this concert. Her daughter is a huge chapel Roan fan. The video that was the original statement that was posted included a picture of his daughter with a sign that she had made that said something like, I'm hot. T O G O. I'm. I am watching Chapel Roan on the sign. So what? So why'd you call her Chappelle?
E
I immediately regret not asking Dan to read this as Dave Chappelle.
A
But, like, why is he in it? Like, what. What does that have to. If this is your daughter's favorite artist, the whole reason for the trip, why are we calling her Chappelle? Because I remember when Chapel Roan first started, emerged into the public consciousness, and I remember going, like, how are we saying this lady's name? And then you hear her say, Chapel Roan. You hear enough people say Chapel Roan. She's again, one of the more famous artists going at the moment. Right now, I think we all know it's Chapel Roan. How are you saying Chappelle Roan at this point of the narrative?
D
I think that's how they pronounce it in England.
A
Now, you would say that. Now, first of all, you would say that. But second of all, I mean, that's how we pronounce it here when it's Dave Chappelle. But when an artist tells you how to pronounce it, how do you say her name? Chris?
D
Chapel Roan. But I've only heard her name through you guys, so I'm just copying you.
A
And that's always a good thing to do. I think it's always a safe bet.
D
Yep.
A
But that she says her name Chapelrone, it doesn't. It's not a word that exists outside of being someone's name. So if someone tells you they say it that way, you say it that way. It felt to me. I'm not saying it made the story a lie. I'm just saying it either calls it into question or it calls into question the character of the mother. Because she's doing it to be disrespectful, respectful. There's. Those are the two options. To me, in my opinion, this one's too long. I think we'll skip it. Maybe. But it's her telling the story of her daughter and what happened. She said that she looked at her and said, oh, my God, mom, do you think that's her? She said, I'm gonna go have a look outside. She was sat in the garden area that we were free to go into. She didn't have her phone. She wasn't trying to take a picture. She didn't approach her, she looked at her and smiled and she came back and said, mom, I don't know if it's her. She looks a little different. And I think it was her. It really looks like her, but maybe it was her sister. And I said, I don't know, darling. And that was it. We continued with our breakfast. Then she talks about what the security guard who approached her said.
F
Let's play that clip explains him also that my husband is also very well known and that we're very. She's very used to being around people that are well known and she would never cross someone's boundaries or overstep. And I tried to explain this to him and then he just kept saying, well, if you, if that's the case, then you should know better. You should know how it is. You should know how it is. So you should teach your, you should teach her to be better. You shouldn't allow her to be like this. And I was, I was shocked. And I did actually say to him at the time, I said, well, if this is the case that she doesn't even want people to look at her, she is very welcome to eat breakfast in her room because this here is a public area and I am a payingist as well as her. So if I want to walk past someone's table and look at them, I have every right to do so. I am not approaching her. I'm not doing anything to make her feel intimidated or Nothing. Like this 11 year old child.
A
I will say, as a room service enthusiast, this really is a strong argument for room service breakfast because like it, it would have eliminated this whole thing. Now I don't think that an artist should be forced to have breakfast at their room. But it is the thought that goes through my head when I get breakfast in my room is that like, I don't want to have to put on makeup in case somebody I know or somebody who recognizes me and I, I'm no chapel roan. Please don't clip this and make it seem like I think I'm being approached at breakfast.
C
Damn. She thinks she's that famous crazy.
A
If somebody goes, Katie Nolan, and I'm at breakfast at my hotel, I think my first reaction would be to drop my fork and go, fuck. Didn't you say you had an experience
C
like that in the airport?
E
Literally, you were walking Myrtle in Boston.
A
Oh, yeah, no, I've. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Guys, I have been recognized before.
C
Okay.
A
I don't.
D
No.
A
But I'm saying, didn't you say you
C
had an experience in an airport where like you weren't wearing makeup or something like that and you saw someone or someone saw you or probably.
E
Was it mjf?
A
Oh, it was mjf.
C
We were like, hi.
A
Literally the whole time was like, put my headphones on in a way that they covered my face where I was like, no, I'm, I, like, I think in the middle of the conversation, took out my sunglasses and put them on. Like, what an antisocial freak thing to do. But in my head it was like, better. Better than letting him continue to look
C
at what this is that's happening here.
A
So listen, I, I, I don't want to argue for everyone to be as introverted as me, which is what this woman is saying. Like, if you don't want to be seen, eat in your room. She does make a decent point. If it's that big of a deal, you should probably. Then again, you imagine they're staying at a really nice hotel. Actually, you don't have to imagine because this lady, Catherine slash Cat, posted a picture of her daughter at the hotel with the hotel tagged. Maybe nitpicking, but you just, your husband just announced who's 5 million followers, that that's the hotel that she's, that you're staying at the same hotel. And then you post and geotag the hotel. Now everybody knows where, where she's staying. Kind of. I file that under the section of all of this where I go. Why is this all happening in public anyway? Why are you posting on your public insta. Why wouldn't you go like, I'm famous in Brazil. This concert's happening in Brazil. I'm gonna use the connections I obviously have to get in touch with Chapel's people or people who know Chapel's people to just go like, hey, my daughter got screamed at by who we think is your security guard today. She came here for this concert for you. And so sad. She's actually not going to go. That's what they, they end this video with her saying they didn't end up going to the show last night. Actually, should we just play that clip, the last clip from Cat's 17 Minute Opus?
F
I hope that she did not know and I hope that she did not send her security over to do this. I really think that she's a very, very, very talented artist. We liked her a lot. We came all the way to Sao Paulo to watch the show. It was my daughter's birthday present. She actually asked for tickets to come for her birthday present, which is a little bit ruined because we didn't go to the show last night. But it's how it is. But yeah, anyways, it's how it is.
A
Yeah. I mean, six minutes. Not a strong ending. I think we could have ended maybe on something a little. That's how it is Packs a bit of a more punch than. Than. Anyways, that's how it is.
C
So that's how you should end the podcast every episode.
A
Anyways, that's how it is how it is. So. So that's all of the evidence that we have, right? We've got the initial statement, we've got Chapel's response in which she's like, wasn't my security guard. Didn't tell him to do that. Didn't even see this child. And then we get Catherine slash Cat's response of saying that. But I mean, she does repeatedly say throughout this six minute statement, I don't know if it was her security. I hope she wasn't the one that said anything. So it's not like we're getting. She's not refuting it. She's not saying like, yes, it was her security. She did say that hundred percent thing about how it 100 was not hotel security and doesn't disclose in any way how she would know that. So we just, I guess, have to take her word for it. But this made me go, who is this lady? Like, who is Kat Cavelli slash Catherine? What's her.
C
Harding.
A
Yeah, Katherine Harding. So I looked it up. Now, 2014, she has a brief relationship with Jude Law. 2015, they have a child together. It's the child in question. 2019, she starts dating Jorginho, who she met on an app, who also had gotten married in 2017. So this is two years later. He had gotten married in 2017 to a woman that he was with since 2011, and they have two kids together.
C
That's a really long relationship.
A
And two years after getting married, he met her cat on an app.
E
Do we know what app that feels like that could make a difference?
C
Probably Raya or something.
A
How would it make a difference? I'd love to. Which app do you think?
E
I don't know. Are like Brazilian soccer stars on Tinder? I don't know. How are they meeting?
C
Usually famous people are on Raya.
A
Yeah, probably on Raya or Brazilian Riot. I have no idea. I think they.
E
I'm out of the. Is this rich Tinder? I'm just out of the loop.
A
This was when he was in the Premier League, so I don't. I assume it's whatever's popular for famous people in England because she was she moved. She was born in Ireland and moved to London to pursue a singing career when she was like, 16 or 18 or something like that. In 2020, she has a son. She announces it on Mother's Day on Instagram, but she does not say who the father is. Also in 2020, she appeared on the Voice UK. I saw a lot of articles saying she was a finalist on season nine, which was the Voice UK 2020. She was not a finalist. Misinformation strikes yet again. I looked into it. I watched her performances. She was knocked out in the knockout rounds when she sang Careless Whisper. Huh?
C
Like. Like Careless Whisper.
A
Guilted feet have got no rhythm. That one.
C
Ah, that one.
A
I can't do it no more than
E
we have to pay for it.
A
I can't do it more than that. And now I'm not here to. I wish I didn't have to look into any of this. So I'm not gonna, like, bully this lady. I don't think she's running all that good. She was okay. She was very, very good. She's was a good performer. But, you know, only one chair turned around.
C
And again, I was gonna say, would you not turn your chair around for her?
A
Typically two chairs turned around. But, Will, I am turned around because Ollie Moore's. Who is the guy who picked her and ended up being her coach? Mers.
G
I don't know.
A
He was, like, clearly making eyes at all of them, going, like. Once he turned around, he was basically saying, like, she's very attractive with his eyes. And so I think, Will, I am turned around at the last second. And then when it got to him, he said, like, I only turned around to piss Ollie off. She's all yours.
C
And then Damn was like.
E
So again, William said, damn, this is even better than Boom Boom Powder.
A
Damn.
E
The bar seems low.
A
They weren't fighting for over her, you know?
C
Yeah.
A
Is all I'll say. Okay. And she didn't make it to the finals. She made it to the knockout rounds and then did get knocked out. In 2023, she gets engaged to Jorginho. In 2024, she appears on the show Married to the Game. It says all over the place that it's an Amazon prime show. I assume this is an international rights thing. I watched it last night on Peacock. I threw it on. I didn't watch a ton of episodes. I did happen to turn it to season two, episode four, in which she's talking to her daughter about the career her daughter wants. Her daughter wants to be in musical theater. She wants to be an Actor. She wants to sing and act and. Very funny. There's a quote in that episode where Kat says, you could be the best singer in the world, but there's always going to be someone that's got something bad to say about you. I just found that interesting. Interesting sound a little interesting in the context, but. So we see her on that show and then in 2025 they get married. But something else happens in 2024, in December of 2024. Now, let me start by saying what I don't know, British media, okay? I know we don't trust the sun. I've gotten that from Liverpool fans. They do not trust the sun. And there is the Daily Mail, I think we all know can just write whatever it wants, right? And I know they've got different rules for what they can publish. So I'd like this all to be taken with a grain of British salt, okay? But a report comes out and a ring camera video is released. And I saw that with my eyes. Now, could it be? AI sure. But late at night in December of 2024, that woman, Catcavelli, Catherine, what did you say?
C
Isabella Harding.
A
That's right. Shows up at this woman Vanessa Sandora's home in London at 11:30 at night. That woman Vanessa said I was terrified about who was knocking on my door unannounced so late at night. I used my ring doorbell to see it was a woman I did not know. She said via the intercom, I. I'm Jorginho's fiance. Can you let me in?
C
Who are you?
A
Jorginho's fiance, who's Georgino. So Vanessa had met the Brazilian, born Italy international, three times several years prior. They had met once at the Italian restaurant Stecca in West London. Why I have that detail, I'm not sure. Then she says earlier in the month. So In December of 2024, she began receiving calls from an unknown number. The woman Vanessa says I didn't pick up, but it turned out to be Catherine. When I didn't answer her calls, she drove across London to knock on my door at 11.30pm she had got my address and phone number from an ex of mine who had contacted her. I did let her in. We had a frank chat, woman to woman. I felt she deserved the facts, so I gave them to her. And then in 2025, she married Jorginho. Happy, happy marriage. It sounds like what? Right? So I don't know and I don't know this lady, but what an interesting detail that is to call, call, call, call, call. And she doesn't answer, and you show up at her House at 11:30 at
E
night on a ring doorbell. Wait, so this is how we met Jordan.
C
Vanessa is. Is.
A
Is. I guess they had Jorginho's ex, I guess. But not. It doesn't ever refer to her that way. It says that they had met a couple times, they had hung out a couple times years ago over the course of who knows how long. And we now know he was married. So I don't know where in that timeline that all falls, but it is an interesting detail that, again, we wouldn't know if you guys had just handled this through public, through private channels. Like, I. Part of me feels like, whose business is this? Not mine. But then another part of me is like, if the world has a narrative running about Chapel Roan and your story fits it and that is why it turns into this big thing, well, then there's a narrative about you as well that people just don't know because they didn't watch that episode of the Voice, you know? Yeah. Yeah. And so all of that is to say, I just want to bring up an old Trixie Mattel tweet that was normalized. Walking by a child and saying, and who the fuck are you? It just seems incredibly relevant right now. I rest my case. I turn it over to the jury. Now that you've heard all of the facts, where do you guys land on the People v. Chapel Roan or Chapel Roan v. Jude Law? Jorginho slash Cat? Cavelli slash Katherine Harding.
E
So many characters here.
A
I know.
C
Okay, does anyone want to go first?
E
You just volunteered.
A
Okay.
C
I don't know if someone was itching to say their take. I just wanted to. You gotta say, I saw Chris looking up in the corner like, I'm just
D
trying to figure this joke just so much to the story.
A
I know. I get.
E
Okay, I'll say that the security guard. Seems like if we're to take everybody at face value here, the security car. Security guard seems like the biggest here because I, you know, shtick aside, I obviously love my kids. And if somebody I don't know, and especially if somebody I do know comes up and tells me what I should be telling my kids.
A
Yeah.
E
That is how I should be parenting.
A
Good point. Me.
E
It's the fastest possible. You.
A
Yeah.
E
That I am not going to put up with that. That person is going to be in the wrong. That is not the instruction you are to give. You are not her parent. You have. You have an awareness of the situation at hand. You do not have an awareness of their relationship. As parent and child or of her upbringing or of her entire situation. This makes me feel like if this is the actual interaction, this is the security guard on a massive power trip that may have gotten 30 seconds of instruction of as a local security, how he is supposed to maybe watch Chapel Roan's, you know, watch around the corners for crazy fans went into business for themselves on a power trip.
C
Yeah.
E
I feel like that's the biggest asshole in this.
A
Yeah. Because how do you to the face of an 11 year old, while they're reportedly crying, continue yelling at them for looking at a lady. That takes something and I don't know what it is. Yeah.
C
And I think that because Chapel Roan has in the news had had history of like, not really fucking with paparazzi and like, is really having a difficult time with fame, it's easy to create this narrative of like, oh, she told a security guard, which doesn't seem believable. Like, but to tell the security guard to like tell the child to fuck off, basically, like, like it's just an easy way to. To build off of that narrative.
E
So it feels like she has, she gave some sort of instruction like she wanted something where she had a security guard that was probably, you know, locally sourced because she's in Brazil. She may not be traveling her entire security detail. She probably has somebody who said, you know, yeah, if we have crazy fans, I'm very sensitive about this. Let's keep the crazies away. That person has gone way too far.
C
Yeah, I could see that person track
E
down an 11 year old child who just wants. Wanted to see one of their hero. And now Chapel has to really backtrack against something, really create distance. And she may not be being completely honest here, but I can't imagine this is actually what she wanted. And she's just doing damage control in the moment.
A
Chris, you've been remarkably silent.
D
Who's just taking in all the information that Brady's putting out there, listening to everyone.
C
You're that final jury that never gives the answer.
A
Before we all sign off on this, I have to say, don't you find it interesting that 12th angry man over here? Exactly. What do you think, Chris? Because are you a Chapel Roan fan? No.
D
No. But I have nothing against Chapel Ron either. Like, I'm very much a neutral.
A
Yeah.
D
But it, like, it still seems to be like we don't have the full story. Right. Like we, if we are, if she is telling the truth, then we can't be mad at her because this isn't her doing. If if this was on purpose, if there was, you know, ill intent behind what she was doing, then that's one thing. But as far as we can tell, that doesn't seem to be the case. So I can't get upset at her. I can't get mad at her for, you know, just sitting there and enjoying breakfast the way that she wants to enjoy. I don't know. It's, it's, it's. It just still seems like an incomplete story. But as far as we're filling in the details the way that Brady did, then it, it is the security guard's fault. There's no one else really to blame. I sort of. I see both sides of it.
E
I really wanted Chris to like, throw open the cathedral doors like the end of Knives out. Like, just, I have solved your case. Thought he was gonna have that moment
A
at the end of it all. I do feel frustrated that a guy posting this on his Instagram story to 5 million or some odd followers now has us pitting these two women against each other, of which one of them is more wrong and bad. It's like, I can't. I wish we could just. I don't think we should have posted it on an Instagram story. I think that's like, you better have your facts straight. You better know it's her security. You better know that her security went over there and she told them to and said, yell at that little 11 year old. I don't like the way she looked at me. You better have that on really good authority if you're going to post. Especially to say at the end of the statement, like, fans, this woman does not deserve your admiration. Is like to Brazilian fans, to like very intense fans by one of their favorites. That's like a really strong thing to say. And I feel like between that and then the statement from the his wife, we, we didn't get any clarity of like, no, it was her, her security. No, we know that it was. We watched her tell them, like there was no extra detail. And so it's like they accused her of it. She goes, that's not my security. Then the six and a half minute video came out. And then we don't have any more information. I want to know, is tmz? Do you guys think TMZ is like calling that hotel, working their sources, trying
C
to find video security guard was actually a TMZ employee.
A
They started all this very interesting, very interesting conspiracy. Anyway, that was. It intersected with sports. Chapel Roan intersected with sports in a big way. It felt worth Talking about that was
C
a big sports headline for me.
A
It was huge. It was all I could pay attention to. I gotta finish that. Mary did a game show now, which I don't even want to watch. I'm invested in it because it's crazy. He sang a song for her at their wedding that he wrote. And then she, at her birthday party on this, an episode of this show, sang a song in Portuguese for him that she was reading off of her phone. It's. They seem to like the.
E
Those are risky.
A
I know. It's like risky. And at every big party you guys have, one of you gets up and performs. I just don't know if you've been to one of those weddings where they're like, and now we're gonna do a choreographed dance. And you're like, ah, God, I hope it's awesome. Because if it's not, it's so. But anyway, that's that. I figured, what other podcast gonna give you a deep dive on that? So we did it. Let's take a quick break. A
And we're back. Welcome back to Casuals. Let's check in on our. We did a bracket pool, correct? Who's running that? Brady, Chris. Who's in charge? We got we. How many people are there?
E
630 casuals fans entered the bracket pool.
A
Nice bracket. Wait, that's a lot of people.
D
A lot more than we're expecting.
A
Hell yeah. Casualties. Well, we still don't know if that's the fans or guys or both. I don't. Hell yeah, people. I love that. And where do we rank with our
E
bracket in the 602 right now?
D
Oh, please.
E
You took a drink at the wrong time.
C
Wait, like, we're number 602.
A
That was such a bad time to take a sip of water.
D
I disagree.
A
Holy. That's bad.
D
Couldn't track the top 600.
E
Turns out that who has the most fun fact about their program does not always equate to who is the best at playing basketball.
A
And who could have seen that coming?
E
We are. However, we do have a chance. We are the only one of the brackets to have picked Kentucky to win.
A
Let's go.
E
Because Kentucky was the only. The only program that emailed back. What the hell is that?
D
It's a new one.
E
This is not going to play on audio.
A
But, Katie, it's not fair because it also won't play on video because we don't record my zoom video. But for some reason, when I do stuff with my hands, which I do all the time, zoom will just drop in little things. Like, I'll do thumbs up and it'll hit with, like, little things.
C
Wait, can we take a screenshot? I'll go back to the zoom footage.
A
I just did two rock, rock and roll hands. There we go.
E
And you lit up with lasers. Like, you just dropped the power.
A
We have to somehow put that in drop. Wait, why, Isabella? Why can't Isabella get it?
E
She doesn't have the power.
C
I'm not. I'm not. Rock and roll.
A
I guess you got to rock a little harder. Isabella, if you could, it'd be very funny if it worked that time when you did it. Okay, we did. People still have. Does anyone have a perfect bracket still in our pool?
E
No, but Mike and Alisa through the first 48 games because they're still games tonight. As of recording this, Mike and Elisa are 47 of 48.
A
Okay, shout out Mike and Elisa. Yeah, we're not close to that. I don't think we're close to that at all. Let's go through some of the things we loved from the first weekend of March Madness in both the men's and the women's tournament. We'll fly through these. Let's start with the Texas women. Madison Book Booker. Whoa. Dominant for the number one Texas Longhorns against number eight Oregon over the weekend. She scored 40 points, eight rebounds, five assists, two steals, no turnovers. A huge game sent Texas to its third straight Sweet 16 where it's going to face the winner of again. This hasn't happened for us, but it has for you. Shout out Kentucky, West Virginia. They'll play whoever wins that. This is not only a career high in points for her, it's also a Texas record in an NCAA tournament game. And according to ESPN, Booker became only the fourth player to score 40 and have at least five rebounds and five assists in the women's tournament, which is pretty sick.
E
The my favorite part of this is this was the last game in Austin for all of the seniors on this team because they play the first two games at the home of the highest seed in the women's bracket. So end of the game, senior, former walk on Sarah Graves gets into the game for Texas and she is. Is like the bench mob. Energy, total just hype presence for that team. And the fans are going nuts for. They're holding up signs, they're chanting, put in Sarah. Put in Sarah. They love her. She averages like one point per game.
A
Nice.
E
They bring her in at the end of the game. She immediately hits two shots and the place is blowing up more than any of Madison Booker's, any of Madison Booker's baskets. Madison Booker is going crazy on the sideline and like their connection to this one player at the end of the bench is amazing. Is everything college basketball is all about to get that level of hype for like the one person that is that invested in the. Into the. Into like the energy on the bench.
A
It was her. Those were her. Her last second bucket on Friday against Missouri State was her eighth field goal this season and first NCAA tournament field goal of her career. In three previous tournament games, she was over two from the field. Huge. Love that. It's what March is all about.
C
Huge.
A
Huge.
C
Sorry.
A
Huge. How about the Iowa men? Number one Florida line lost to number nine Iowa, 73, 72 a thriller. Florida's the defending champion thanks to Alvaro Vulgaris hitting a three pointer with 4 1/2 seconds left on the clock. That was absurd. Florida's decisions at the end of that
D
game couldn't Get a shot off.
A
Very confusing. The full court press of it all was a little confusing to me, but what do I know? Can we play sound from Fulgaris post game presser? Yep. Okay, let's listen to that. And this is really special. Mars for the dreamers. And there is no better dreamer than us. I love that.
D
Aww. We're just no better dreamer than us.
A
There's no better dreamers than us. Iowa now headed to the Sweet 16 for the first time since 1999. Now Florida, while we're talking about them. I know they're out, but they've provided some interesting moments in terms of body shape in this tournament.
C
What do you mean?
A
And thank you for asking. They've got a big fan. Right is where we start. Didn't they have a big fan?
E
They just randomly kept cutting to this guy for the last two games in the crowd. The most jacked human being I have ever seen watching a college basketball game. Game. He must have had a triple XL jersey on him that was skin tight with like arms bigger than a regular human. Yeah, yeah. And then just cutting to him like it's nothing. Like it's all right. Just show this guy. Show this other friend. What is to say this guy?
A
Like, why are we acting like that's just regular guy? I need somebody to talk to him about why he. Why he looked like that. This also comes after their first round matchup against Prairie View A and M. A school that I'm like, the A and M is really superfluous there. You said Prairie View and we knew. But they have. The gators have a 7 foot 9 player. He's a freshman.
D
Is it Oliver Ryu or it might be Olivier.
A
Oh, well, I heard them calling him Ollie on the broadcast. So we'll say they've got a guy named Ollie who's 79 and he played two minutes in the game against Prairie View. And Hassan Diallo from Prairie view, who is 6 8. There's video of him. You must have seen this on your social media, unless you're Chris. There's video of him looking. He just keeps looking up at him, shocked. And he goes, you a freshman, you big boy. And he like looks down at him and he goes, where are you from? And Ollie pauses and says, canada. And then you just cut back to Diallo and he's just like, shocked. He's six eight. And this man makes him look. Look tiny in this clip. He's only played in 11 games this season and is averaging a minute and a half per game.
D
He's 79 doesn't have the foot skills apparently.
A
Who cares?
D
Or many the other skills.
A
I mean, he's got, he's got time to figure it out. I think he could just place the ball in the hoop. I don't think he did.
E
He dunked one. He dunked one. Just the feet didn't leave the ground.
A
I don't know. Legally, I feel like you shouldn't be allowed to call that a dunk. I feel like it should just be called something else. If all you have to do is this.
C
If you're like 6, 7 or higher,
A
it's just like call it an Ollie Oop because it's just like that. It's crazy to me. That was
E
stuck on top the backboard.
A
I love when that stuff happens. I didn't see it, but I do love when that happens.
E
Well, they, they didn't have an Ali rue and they called over the cheerleaders.
A
Damn.
E
They put the flyer up on top.
D
Oh, nice.
E
They just hoist her up, walked over and she grabbed the ball off the top.
A
I love the that. I feel like in years past they didn't all send mascots and cheer teams and bands. Am I wrong? I feel like that all having them there this year was. Felt new to me. It's always been.
E
I think it's more recent. There are definitely like times where like budgets don't allow it. You know, travel is expensive.
A
Unless you go to High Point, I guess. Should we mention hyp? The High Point men, they won the first. Their first matchup. They were not the favorite. They beat The Wisconsin Badgers 83 to 82. Can we play the call of that last thing? It was really sweet. The local High Point, like radio. Not local, but it's their school, their kid, the student. The student broadcast was awesome. Let's take a listen point. They launch down court, throw on the glass slipper. It's a Cinderella story in Portland, Oregon. For the first time in program mystery, High Point breaks through. We will see you in the round of 32.
C
Damn. I'm getting FOMO.
D
Good call.
A
That's sick. Oh, what? Grab the glass slipper. It's a Cinderella story. Also great was that with 11 seconds left, Chase Johnston makes a driving layup to give High Point the lead. It was his first two point make of the season.
D
Yeah, this dude only comes into the games and shoots threes.
A
Exactly.
D
At a very high clip. But does not take twos.
A
No twos all season until the time it mattered the absolute most. Now I looked into High Point University out of pure curiosity. Had Never heard of it. Wanted to know more about it. Chris. Turns out you live minutes from High
D
Point, 10 minutes from campus. We actually went to a Panthers game earlier this season. Yeah, we got free tickets because High Point University, they like, they keep their gates closed the entire year. You can't go into the campus if you are not a student. If you are not invited, you are not allowed on.
E
That's the same thing for a college.
A
I know.
E
Not a chocolate factory. This is a college.
D
This is very much what it feels like.
A
What the hell?
E
Very much like the only time it's a momentous occasion when they open the gates and the peons are allowed inside.
A
Yeah, bring your Golden Gate.
D
And they only do it. They only do it once a year. They have a Christmas lights display that they do like a week leading out of Christmas and everyone can drive their cars through the campus and it's the only time that you can see the campus, can't get out of the car. And they have this phenomenal lights display. And when we were going through that, the Christmas lights display, they gave us free tickets to a basketball game and we ended up going and it was fantastic. But the campus is just ridiculous.
A
The facilities are insane. It's a private university. People have compared it to say it's more like a country club than a school, 100%. They do obviously have classes and curriculum and stuff. But it, I guess a part of their thing is that their founder believes in teaching life skills in addition to teaching school stuff. And so like, there are steakhouses on campus where you can use your meal plan. And it's to teach kids about like making reservations and how to perform, like how to behave at fine dining. So like, you know, you have to put your fork in your knife a certain way in order to have your plate taken away. There's an ice cream truck. Truck, I guess that's free and year round and on campus or something like that. They've got like everything on campus. They have a beautiful basketball facility that has a hotel attached to it. So if your family of the team and you're coming to like watch your kids game or something, you can stay in like the attached hotel on this, like closed door, fully secure campus.
E
Katie. They have a fake airplane on campus so you can practice networking with people that you sit next to on an airplane.
A
What? It's. It's like a fever dream of a school. It's a fascinating fever dream.
C
And the locked gates make it sound even scary.
A
I mean, my, my campus, you had to show your ID to get onto Campus. But it wasn't like, like this, this place is a little bit more locked, right?
D
Yes. Yeah, 100%.
E
What is your relationship to Warren Buffett on your way in?
D
Yeah.
E
This is not for everyone. It doesn't sound like.
A
Well, and the reason I jumped to them is because they, they chartered a private plane and flew the students to the tournament so that they, so that
C
they can learn what it's like to be in the NBA.
A
That's why. Yeah.
E
You say life skills and I'm thinking like how to replace a time timing belt and this is life skills.
A
Like how do you replace a timing belt? Actually, now that we've, we're talking about
E
it, a lot of blood on the knuckles.
A
The Vanderbilt men, this was kind of crazy. They were down by two with two and a half seconds left. Vanderbilt guard Tyler Tanner catches the inbounds pass, took a dribble, launched the ball from the half court line. The clock said 00. The ball hit the rim. I, I argue it went like in a lot but part of it hit the rim and like it bounced out. Which means Nebraska ended up getting the win. That's Nebraska came into this tournament having never won a game in March Madness.
D
So this is five conference team to have never won an NCAA.
A
Crazy. I needed to like confirm that 18 times because I kept going like that can't possibly be true. And yet it is. This was their second win and now they're going to their first sweet 16. We got a call from Doug from Omaha, a listener of the podcast. He was at this game. Chris.
D
Yes.
A
So let's take a listen to, to the voicemail. I love this. I love if you go to a huge game and it matters a lot to you and then you call our podcast and leave a voicemail. So let's listen to Doug from Omaha.
G
Hi, this is Doug from Omaha driving back home from ok Oklahoma City with a. Did you see that? Probably the game of the tournament so far. I'm a little biased as a Husker fan, but I and about 15,000 of my friends made the trip down and it was just really, really cool to see as a fan of the team that has been so bad for so long just got their first win in the tournament ever. Now people claim their stuff. Second where sweet 16. Sorry, my voice is still a little rough from, from, from the game.
C
No worries.
G
But yeah, the ending is just crazy going back and forth. And then the hero, two heroes ended up being by far the smallest guy on the court. Fred Weinberg's son Sam, who is generously listed at six foot, tipping in a missed three, which is crazy in the moment. And then Braden Krager, a freshman who went to high school five miles down the road from the UNL campus, doing the layup that ended up winning the game. The collective sigh from the crowd when Taylor's half court shot, I mean, it was like halfway in the back of its bow out. Crazy. Crazy. Absolute delirium from the crowd. I'm still kind of recovering from the high of that night. It was. It was just insane. But I wanted to call in and it was very special to be a part of. So love you and see you, Love
A
you, mean it, see you.
C
I love that that's what it is.
A
I love that it is what it is.
C
Is.
A
All right. The Clemson women. It looked like Clemson had won when Mia Moore flipped in a running basket at the regulation buzzer. But officials reviewed the play and found the shot clock had not properly started with 4.4 seconds to play when Clemson inbounded the ball and they waved off the basket. The game went to OT where USC claimed a 71 to 67 victory.
E
It's an insane shot that she hit, just flying down the court, flipping it up, getting foul, fouled at the same time and then like a tenth of a second too late.
A
That sucks. Yeah, that sucks.
E
Ah, the highest high to the lowest low.
A
That sucks. But it is what it is. Who else? The Siena men. Sounds like a band or something. The Sienna men.
C
Who's Sienna with all these men?
A
That's right. Duke became the first. Well, technically, Jude Law was one of Sienna's men. Wasn't. Duke became the first number one seed to trail by double digits to a 16 seed at the half. That was dicey. A lot of people were like, what's going on here? But then Duke, after saying that it was a cakewalk, they thought the game was going to be a cakewalk. I had never heard sound from a player in the middle of a game. When they go, we thought this game was going to be really easy. So I guess we're going to go to the locker room and start trying and try. They did. They fought back. And then they beat the Siena Saints. Is it 71 to 65? Chris? We got an email about this.
D
We did from Tyler. Tyler said, did you see Sienna almost pull off the upset against Duke? What a game. My wife's father is the president of Siena.
A
Oh.
D
So we were locked in all game. My in laws go to pretty much every game and thought the game being on my mother in law's birthday Might be good luck. Despite the results, Sienna really put in an amazing effort. So obviously Tyler's very proud of. Of the effort. As they should be. Like the fact that they put it to Duke as much as they did, even with Duke going in with the incorrect mindset. My goodness, those games are very, very easily. You know, you run the risk of it being an absolute blowout. Duke at the number one overall seed heading into the tournament and. And they took it to a man. Not up until the last minute or so.
A
No subs.
D
Five. Five players. I think, I think a sixth player went in for. Got in for three seconds. Seconds.
A
Crazy.
D
Got him for three seconds within the final 11 seconds of the game. Yeah.
A
Put in a different guy. But what do I know? Because it's Gary McNamara. Right? That's how you say it. It's. Or is it Jerry? Because I've heard.
D
Okay, Jerry.
A
Because that's how the batch, the golden bachelor spelled his name and he pronounced it Gary. So the. Jerry McNamara is going to be the head coach at Syracuse now. They just announced that I think today. So I guess, what do I know, you know. Yeah, I think most people assistant under Bayheim and he also is like one of their best players of all time.
E
Yeah. He was point guard on the Carmelo Championship.
D
Exactly.
A
Oh, yeah, that's. Yeah.
D
And I think a lot of people sort of anticipated heading into this tournament if he didn't completely the bed he was going to get that job.
A
Yeah. And he coached it really well. So yeah, congrats to them. The Kentucky men. That was a crazy ending. Buzzer beating half court. He from Kentucky star Ortega. How would we say saying that Ortega away. Ortega away in regulation. Sent the game between number seven Kentucky and number ten Santa Clara into overtime, where the Wildcat. I mean that was maybe the craziest game ending I've seen where there's like one insane shot for them to take the lead and then you think that's it. You think that's the crazy game winning March Madness shot. And then they managed to heave it up from half court, get that shot in and everybody was like stunned.
D
Yeah. Three shots in the last 10 seconds to tie up the game. Ortega away had a layup with about 10 seconds remaining to tie up the score. And then Alan Graves hit a three pointer with like three, three seconds left on the clock, something like that to put Santa Clara up by three. And then Otega Railway hit the half court heave to tie it up. It's just crazy game.
E
So much of March's directors are so Good. They will always find the one fan who started celebrating after the first crazy shot and didn't pay attention.
A
They didn't. Not that there was a lot of defense they could have played on like a half court heave, but they really didn't seem like they thought there was more basketball to be played after that shot went in. But I get why I would have taken my shirt off and run across the and been sliding and then looked over and been like, and what now? And what he hit? He hit it. You're saying, okay, like I would have been out there, but absurd. We love March. It's only going to get crazier as things go on. Especially in the women's tournament as things. I know there was like a big blowout in one of the games. It was like a historic blowout. As things get closer and tighter, things are going to get more intense. So definitely something to keep. Sorry, go ahead.
D
It's the good and bad things about, you know, not having any Cinderella runs. Right. Everyone loves to see a Cinderella. The tournament, at least in the men's bracket this year. You don't really have that this season. But that does mean you get more close matchups in the, you know, Sweet sixteen elite at Elite eight Final Four. You don't get those, generally speaking, those one sided matchups when you've got the best team still in contention.
A
And can I button this by saying my least favorite moment from the tournament from this weekend because what the. Is Old ball.
C
Wait, let me see.
D
I like this.
A
You like. Wait, wait, I wanna hear this. Let's set it up for anybody who didn't know. So. Old ball.
C
Wait, who is that?
A
Is an animatronic puppet that is operated with a remote control and it made its debut in the CBS studio this weekend. Can we play a clip?
C
I'm scared.
D
Hey, let me ask you a question. What's the first thing that comes to mind when you see my face? One word. Go ahead. You got some pretty eyes.
E
E.T.
C
e.T.
A
Comes to mind.
E
E.T.
A
phone home.
D
I will accept both of those things. You're very.
E
Unfortunately, I asked the cameraman if I was in focus.
D
He said, unfortunately, yes, you are in focus. They don't like me as much as you guys do.
E
And he's not the only one.
D
The makeup girl said they're gonna fix me in post and then the editor quit.
F
True.
A
What is this?
D
A legitimate animatronic ball with a weird sort of grotesque face on it was on screen. I don't think Charles knew what was going on. Renee Montgomery didn't know what was going on. They went over most of the time. What was that?
E
Good statement most of the time. I don't think Charles was aware of the bit.
D
Yeah, the bit was they were supposed to go over to the rack where the balls were and pick it up and just, I think, go through how players would be feeling when they're taking free throws during a tournament match. And then they see this grotesque basketball animatronic puppet on the rack and it just starts like wisecracking out at him. And it became like a two and a half word bit.
A
What one word comes to mind? Nobody said one word. Nobody.
D
You got pretty eyes.
A
Nobody said like, yuck. I would look that thing right in its basketball face and go, yuck. I don't like it. I don't like the way it moves. I thought at first that it was like green screen. Like it's probably like a green ball and they're just like in post somehow.
D
That's kind of what I thought too.
A
Yeah. But then they picked it up off the rack and it's. It's like face.
C
It's giving me chills.
A
I don't like it. It also appeared at the accurate. It was at the. All summer weekend. It's.
D
Yeah, it was like uncanny valley. It was very uncanny valley.
A
Who is this for? And in a world where everything's sponsored. I'm not saying I want this to be an ad. How is this not an ad? How did they not sell this to somebody for this to be a. He's just there and his name is Old Ball. Ball.
E
It feels like a placeholder for a better name that they're like, what are we going to call the Old Ball?
A
Speaking of which, one of the balls had a son recently. One of the ball sons had a son and they. And he named the son LA1.
E
Like Lawan or O N E L
A
A apostrophe O N E. Like Laon Lawan.
E
This is like Leonie Leone.
A
LA1. Yeah. The oneiders. Yeah. I don't know. Young ball and old ball.
D
It's very sense. Very, very, very sense.
E
So they have to go with Latu for the next one. Right. I would think stick to the format.
A
Yeah.
C
Who are you guys talking about?
A
I don't know which ball it was, so I can't say.
E
Do you realize Isabella got to miss lavar Ball?
A
I know. And you really, you really would have liked lavar Ball. Ball.
C
I remember you guys mentioning.
A
I think she would have liked laughing at it. I think she would have energy. It was lamelo. Who had the kid. Yeah. LaMelo's son, La 1.
E
Everybody who lived through the year where everything was Lavar Ball, I think wants to go back and have that year back.
A
I.
D
My.
A
I will appreciate just one part of it, which was the. I only trust him when he's talking about snacks. That was the. That clip did a lot for me. That clip got a lot of play in my head for reasons. So I will thank him for that. Otherwise, it was kind of a mess. Okay, let's do. Should I have said that out loud? It's our favorite segment in which we ask. We take a story that happened in sports and we ask the important question, which was, should we have said that out loud? Starting with Cam Scataboo. He is the second year running back for the New York Giants. He has apologized. He has since apologized, so it seems like that answers our question. But he had a lapse in judgment during an interview on the podcast. Podcast Bring the Juice. Like and subscribe. In which he expressed doubts about cte. Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy. Am I doing that right? I'm always afraid I'm gonna say Snuffleupagus.
D
Chronic traumatic Snuffleupagus.
A
Yes. Which I had as a child. I was always snuggling that thing and giving it. Trauma and asthma that matter matters less to me if Cam doesn't believe in asthma. But let's listen to the clip of him talking about cte.
D
You think CTE is a real thing? No, it's an excuse.
A
I think asthma is an excuse too.
G
Yeah.
A
Is that a hot take? No, that's a good, valid.
G
No.
D
Asthma's face.
A
Is there anything worse than when you're in fourth grade? Someone's huffing and puffing. You're just soft.
G
Yeah.
E
Just.
A
What Be better eating Crazy as fucking crazy.
D
Cam wasn't the one that brought up asthma being fake, but he. He definitely agreed.
A
He agreed and he was part of it. Who was the one who said, is there anything worse than in fourth grade when one of the friends can't breathe and you're like. You're soft?
D
Yeah.
C
Is Camp Scatterboo the one with the taco and the sideways?
D
Mm.
A
Yes. Yeah. He's also the one that just looks like a. He plays football like a bowling ball. He plays football like he hasn't ever want. It didn't surprise me at all to hear that he doesn't believe in cte. It's like finding out you can't believe
D
it if you're gonna play the way he does.
A
Right. It's like finding out, like, John and Kate plus eight didn't believe in birth control. You're like, clearly, I see that in the evidence. So it didn't surprise me. But, of course, Isabella Umbrella, cte, the NFL, for a while, wasn't acknowledging that it existed. This was kind of the crux of the movie. It was called concussion. Correct. Is that the one? The Will Smith Will Smith, yeah. And so it was like a thing that they. We sort of had to drag them into admitting was real and start taking seriously. Not unlike, you know, smoking. I feel like it's kind of similar to that of, like, having to go, like, you guys have the data and you're not acknowledging. So, like, it would be hugely bad for the NFL to have an NFL player say that CTE isn't real. And so it feels like, boop, boop, boop, boop, boop. A phone call was made. And then pretty quickly, he said in his apology, I recently did an interview. I had a lapse in judgment, resulted in me making a tasteless joke about CTE and asthma. It was never my intention to downplay the seriousness of head injuries or asthma.
E
That's how he talks, too.
A
Yeah, that's exactly. He clearly typed that out. Wasn't a lawyer player. That's definitely. That's Cam Scatter Boo Ease. That's the language he speaks. So that makes sense.
D
Definitely. He's definitely thrown out laps in judgment a lot. That's. That's.
A
And he thinks that you can run those around a track. So I'm gonna say, yeah. Cam Scatter Boo. You should not have said out loud that you think CTE isn't real and is an excuse. And I hope that your loved ones don't find out why in years to come.
C
Come.
A
Just saying. Danny Silva of the ufc. So Danny Silva opened the UFC London main card in style. Major upset. He's an American fighter. He was up against the highly touted Curtis Campbell, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. He's in the Octagon after the win, and he's getting interviewed as they do. And. And he said, I'm broke right now. To a packed house, by the way. He said, I'm broke right now. Now I just need some money to maintain some camps. You know, it'll be nice if I could get a performance bonus. He did not get a performance bonus, only the 25k bonus for finishing his fight. Only.
C
Well, yeah, that's $25,000, sure.
D
Yeah.
E
But you can only fight a couple times a year, and this is like,
A
their whole oh, Oh.
C
I thought this was like, for one fight.
E
Yeah, it is, but you can only have so many fights per year, not fighting every week.
C
Gotcha. Gotcha.
A
It just is a terrible look for the ufc, but not Danny Silva's fault. So I say, yeah, he should have said this out loud, and he should continue saying this out loud because people never talk about really loudly Dana White and what he does with money in the ufc. But it's not good and it's not fair, and something needs to change. So I think you should have said it out loud. I wish it wasn't true, but can you imagine winning a fight, a big upset in front of a huge crowd of people, and being like, I need money to maintain through camp so that I can keep training at the level that I want to be at, to perform in this sport. And the sport didn't pay you extra money because of how good you were. Okay, let's go to the Luca story. So remind me how to say this guy's name. Name, Chris. Goga Batazi. So during the Lakers Magic game on Saturday night, Luka Doncic and Goga Batazi were in a verbal spat, which led to Luca receiving his 16th technical foul of the season, which would warrant a one game suspension. In his post game press conference, Luca explained what happened and the NBA did later rescind the technical foul. Let's take a listen to Luka explaining the situation. I let my team down, you know, getting that last stack, but honestly, I wasn't trying to. You know, he said it free to all, he will fuck my whole family. And at some point, you know, this is basketball court. At some point, I just can't stand. I gotta stand up for myself, but I know I gotta do better. Okay, so if you didn't hear that, it was that he said to him, I will. Your whole family is like, interjecting, should
E
not have said that.
A
No, no, that's. I think what we were deciding was if. If. That's. If Goga Patazi should have said to Luca Doncic, again, I will your whole family. I don't. And is that. Is that a. It was said in certain Serbian.
D
In Serbian. Correct.
A
Right. And so maybe he meant to say, like, you up. Up your whole family, which I'm not even saying is good either. Or cook. Right. I'll fight. Your whole family is different than I will have sex with your whole family. But either way, I think not good. What did Batazi have to say for himself? He said he has all the respect for Luca and what he's done. I really respect everybody's family. There's a sentence that means not there's one thing about me, it's that I respect everybody's family. Where I come from, it's really sacred and we really respect each other's families. And I would never directly say that. He just said some inappropriate things in the Serbian language, which I played in Serbia. I understand. I don't know if he knew I understood what he said, so I just said it back. And it was nothing towards his family or anybody. His family. I really, truly respect them. As if that's the. Those are the options. Do you respect them or did you tell him you were gonna fuck them? Them all.
D
It's like, I also like, my favorite was when he said, I would never directly say that.
A
No, I would.
D
I would insinuate I'd infer that, but I would never directly say.
A
Get mad at me for inferring. I would have said, I think it. I've certainly thought it. So, yeah, I'm gonna say don't yet. No, you shouldn't have said that. He says he didn't. So that's good. That works out. Next, Jack Hughes. He's accused, as we all know, he this kind of an old story at this point, but I did want to mention it for this one reason. He wants his puck. He's been wanting the puck that he scored the game winning golden goal with. And it turns out it's in the Hockey hall of Fame. So like last week he came out and said he was trying to get it. He said it's that the Hockey hall of Fame has it, in my opinion. Why would they have that puck? The Hockey hall of Fame has since come out and been like, we're trying to say this as respectfully as possible. It was never Jack's puck. To have you pay for that puck, Jack. Like, we have the puck because it's hockey history and like, who cares about everybody saying the Hockey hall of Fame is in Canada? Why would a United States puck be in? Because it's part of hockey history and that's where the Hockey History hall of Fame is located. So the whole thing is silly. My issue is that he invoked Megan Keller's name in the argument that he deserves the puck. He said, I deserve to have my puck and Megan Keller should get her puck from her game winning goal. And we're not bringing up the women now. We're not bringing up the women now. The team that you guys, you know what you did and now you invoke to go, like, not just me I'm also fighting on behalf of the women to have their puck. Shut up. You want your puck, which is stupid. You're not getting it. It's not your puck. And no, you shouldn't have said that. Our button on this bit, because it's. Should I have said that out loud? Right? Is the specific name of the bit. This one wasn't said out loud. So this is a. Should I have typed that in size 100 font? This story came out of a Spurs game. This was during the San Antonio spurs win over the Phoenix sun on Thursday. A video of a woman in the crowd typing a text message on her phone went viral. The message read, a lot of crazy Hispanic fans, all Hispanic. How can they affect. Afford it? Here's the thing. You. Why. What is with these people in public spaces jacking up their phone font to 1 million and then sitting in, like, stadium seating where somebody is behind you and a little elevated and thinking they can just tap, tap, tap away without anybody seeing the horrendous thing that they're typing? How. Why don't you. When the phone goes, how big do you want your font? Does your brain just go, well, how big can I get it? Because, like, there are. You don't consider the reasons for making your font small. And all of that is irrelevant because if she had typed out smallly that how do Hispanics afford. It doesn't make her a good person just because her font is normal size. I just find it absolutely fascinating, A, that you could be surprised by a large Hispanic population in Texas, and B, that you could use a font like that and think people are gonna go like, nah, it's. Why would I be nosy?
D
Yeah, there's just sort of no sense of spatial awareness whatsoever or just, like, awareness of life.
A
It's just like. It's just like outdated racism in a way that you're like, what. What world do you live. Live in?
D
It's just Hispanics don't make any money, right? Like, that's. That's just the fact that everyone knows in 2026, I mean, is.
A
If this lady had her way. I got a funny feeling. I got a funny feeling rolling up
E
to a city named San Antonio and being like, wow, who knew?
A
Yeah. Yeah. I just, you know, in a just world. Can I say. Can I say in a just world, she would have gotten jumped. I probably shouldn't say say that.
E
She would have spilled her nachos on herself.
A
I shouldn't say that out loud. Which is. Is the point of the segment. This has been. Should I Have said that out loud. Perfect. Brady, you can leave. But I am going to talk about the flag football game before we go. I just wanted. I just want everybody to know the flag football game happened. The Saudi Arabian funded flag football game, even though they moved it from Saudi Arabia and we thank Brady for his service from Saudi Arabia to la. They played it where Angel City plays their games in la. I tuned into it. Okay. It was on Saturday when they moved it to the United States. I guess Team USA flag football got involved. I don't think they were going to be involved if it was over in Saudi Arabia. And that what a, what a terrible idea for the NFL players that was because Team USA flag football absolutely dog walked teams comprised of some former NFL players, players, stars, some current NFL players and stars, some influencers. I wasn't really clear on the fact that that was happening. It was two teams, the Wildcats and the Founders. The Wildcats were coached by Kyle Shanahan. They had Odell Beckham Jr. Joe Burrow, Kyle Juszczyk, Deandre Hopkins, Jaden Daniels, Saquon Barkley, lots of big names. They also had Logan Paul and Ishowspeed. Fine. And I won't even besmirch I show speed because he does did in fact show speed and kept up with whoever he was covering in one of the games that I was watching. The Founders were Brady Gronk who got hurt, Jalen Hurts, Ashton Genty, Alvin Camara, Stefan Diggs, Devonte Smith, and then Terence Crawford was also on that team. These teams faced off against Team USA flag football. And remember, they're putting flag football in the Olympics. It's debuting in LA20 and NFL players had come out and been like, I'd like to be in that. Which, you know, people got excited for. I don't know if that's going to be the narrative anymore. I have the results here. The first game, U.S. team USA vs. The Wildcats, 39 to 14. Team USA 1. Team USA vs. The Founders, 43 to 16. Gulp. At one point in that game, the booth that we deserve, actually Greg Olsen and Kevin Burkhart were talking about a mercy rule. At the time. It was 43 to 8. Team USA and Kevin Burkhart and Greg Holson are discussing a mercy rule. They go, I wonder if there's a mercy rule. They bring in Phoebe, who's their rules expert for flag football, and they say, hey, Phoebe, is there a mercy rule in flag football? And she sort of hesitates awkwardly and then goes, so usually it's 28 points. But because of the event we're just letting them play. It was like, what do you mean? We are way past the mercy rule. This should have ended so long ago. It's not even that long of a game. It was bleak. The stadium was empty and yet there were all these, like, VIPs because fanatics was involved. This was the fanatics. Flag football classic, I believe is what they call called was tough.
D
Do you think the NFL players thought it was going to be a cakewalk?
A
I. I certainly seemed like maybe. I. They kept saying they probably would have
D
thought they were going to win.
A
They don't think it was going to look like this. I do not think they thought it was going to look like this. And they didn't take it very seriously in the sense that they kept mentioning during the broadcast that, like, they don't really know the rules and that the rules are really different. Like, that feels like something that should have come up in the planning of the flag football tournament featuring the NFL players. Like, this was just a bad product in that sense. And it did not give a lot of juice to the idea that NFL players will be in flag football in the Olympics. Although RG3 did announce at halftime of the third game, which was the two NFL player teams playing against each other while Team USA took a nice water break to wait for the championship game, which they won. I don't know the score. I tuned out. I couldn't watch it anymore. But when the two NFL teams are playing each other, sideline reporter Drew announced it to the crowd by saying, y' all ready to watch some NFL players play against each other? And it was like, I guess it was announced.
D
I hope you got that trademarked. I really hope.
A
Put it on a T shirt. It's there, Papa Nooner. But during halftime of that game, they had RG3 come up to the booth and he announced he is training with Team usa. He's joining Team USA flag football for the Olympics. On the backdrop of how it had gone so far, I think people went, are you sure? I don't really know. It's just a different skill set. Team USA looked awesome. Their quarterback, Doucet, he was great. I know it's like two quarterbacks. It's an interesting format. I think it'll be great in the Olympics. But it did not go well for NFL players. And I watched way too much. Much of it. Way too much of it. But that's my job and that's my service to you guys. Let's go ahead and take a quick break. Hey Chris, what can our listeners watch if they want to watch some sports this week?
D
We've got a big one this week starting with MLB Opening Day. Ever heard of it?
A
Ever heard of it?
D
Opening day? So the first game of the season will be on web Wednesday. That'll be Yankees at Giants at 8:05pm Eastern on Wednesday, this game on Netflix. Then the rest of the league will be in action on Thursday, beginning with the Pirates and Mets at 1:15pm Eastern on NBC. And Peacock Jameis Winston's gonna be on the broadcast for Netflix. That's gonna be something.
G
And
D
a quick side piece to the the baseball season about to start as well. The MLB height changes have gotten much more extreme with the ABS rollout. I think we're finding that players are much, much, much shorter than anticipated.
A
Gavin lux has lost like 4 inches. It's absurd. He was claiming to be 62 and I believe they've got him down to like 511 or so. That's not 6 inches. But he has lost a lot of height. It was way too much he was claiming to have and that's pretty tough. I also saw Bregman has lost an inch every year, which I don't know what that is. I don't know if Bad genetics, yeah, could be. But Netflix just be just be ready for everybody to be mad that that game's on Netflix. As a lady who worked for a broadcast company that got into MLB rights, people when they no matter how much you think it's talked about before the game, the day of the game, they'll go, wait, I can't just turn on yes network and watch this. And then they will be loud about how mad they are that they have to have Netflix to watch this game. They do not handle it will should be exciting and fun. What else we got?
D
The men's college ice hockey tournament begins this week. The first round Thursday, March 26, beginning at 1:30pm Eastern. That'll be Yukon against number three Michigan State on ESPN2. We've also got Wisconsin against Dartmouth at 5pm Eastern on ESPNU and then Merrimack against number two North Dakota at 8:30pm Eastern on ESPN2. Then action continues on Friday. So plenty of hockey to get you you through Thursday. If you just want to go back and forth from the baseball. A lot of action on Thursday. Yeah, a lot of sport.
A
The tournament will be on. Or is that Just start on Friday.
D
Again, it does start on Thursday. I don't know what time the game start. I think it's more towards nighttime, but that's a good question.
A
Yeah, it's a good question and it doesn't have to be answered. What else? What's the last doesn't?
D
Because we're not talking about that. NCAA softball, specifically number 10 Florida State against Clemson. That game will be on Saturday, March 20th at 12:00pm Eastern on ACC Network. The reason why I'm choosing this game is because I got an email from Sean. Sean says you guys do a great job championing women's sports, but I rarely hear anything about softball, the second best bat on ball sport there is, behind only the Little League World Series. It's an incredibly fun watch and the athletes play with joy and passion, something not always seen on the baseball diamond. Can we show some love for the underhand pitches, fat ball hitters, and in particular Issa Torres, who just broke the NCAA rule record by getting a hit in 16 consecutive at bats.
A
Damn.
C
Oh, wow.
A
Damn.
D
Awesome shout out streak came to an end yesterday. Sunday.
F
No.
D
In their win, they still won nine. Nothing against Cal, but 16 straight at bats.
A
Damn. And then it ended. And then you told us about it. Yep, it's a bummer.
C
At least.
D
It's like a nice bow on the story.
A
Incredible record.
D
If it was still going and then she broke it after we mentioned it, then it would sort of feel like the commentators curse. So we can't curse anything. It's fun.
A
It's a really good point and a really good perspective and we can talk about softball as much as you want to. The problem with this show is that we try to make it an hour. I know we don't hit that. And there's we. Somebody has to read all of the tweets about Chapel Roan out loud. So there's just not always enough time. But obviously I love softball. I played softball. Now I didn't play in college. I knew my place. I knew it was time. I knew when high school ended, so did my career. But yeah, I love softball. Softball's the greatest. Also, doesn't that women's baseball league start this year too? Chris, we got to look into that. We got to cover that. We'll.
D
We'll have it. If it's starting, we'll have it on.
A
Okay, Sick. We'll get there. Thank you everybody for listening. That is your episode for the beginning of this week. We'll be back later in the week with more to say to you about sports.
