Hello! It's the podcast team that goes together like Charlie Chaplin and Biker Gangs. Today, Katie and the Casualties break down questionable airplane hygiene, more sports Halloween costumes, and inappropriate mascot touching, before getting into a World Series that is suddenly very much in the Blue Jays' hands, the journey of Trey Yesavage, 18 innings of baseball in one night, and the upcoming craziness this weekend in Toronto. Then, WWE Superstar Nattie Neidhart joins the show [29:20] to discuss her incredible new book for both wrestling fans and non-wrestling fans "Last Hart Beating", the mental health journey that went into writing it, growing up in a pro wrestling family and being the first woman to graduate from the Hart Dungeon, her complicated relationship with her father, her contributions to the positive changes in pro wrestling, the Bella Twins, Eve Torres, and helping to train the next generation, her own struggles with an eating disorder following the death of her uncl...

Game day season is here and if you're like me, you want to serve up incredible food without missing a single play. And that's where Gorton's seafood comes in. For over 175 years, Gorton's has been serving up restaurant quality seafood that's unbelievably easy to make and ready in just a few minutes, which is speaking my language. Whether you need some protein for your pregame meal or a whole spread of crunchy craveable appetizers for the crew, Gorton's has you covered with tons of easy prep seafood options like their popcorn shrimp or classic fish sticks. Think about it. Restaurant quality seafood, ready in minutes and at fraction of the cost of eating out. It's the perfect solution for your watch party, whether you're hosting a big crowd or just having a lazy couch session. Me, I just bought an air fryer. Dan and I just got an air fryer and we had a big air fryer weekend where we fried up a bunch of stuff. And part of the reason was because we wanted to cook up our Gorton's popcorn shrimp that we had in the freezer. It was so tasty, so easy to make, and just such a nice little game day treat. Hey, Isabella, I should probably start with do you know who Mark Schlerith is?
Isabella
I don't think so.
Katie Nolan
Right. So that's okay. He's an analyst, an NFL analyst. Okay. And he went on a podcast and said that he quote, I always pee on the floor.
Isabella
Oh, oh, oh.
Katie Nolan
Somebody asked him about when you go on a plane and you know, when you travel. Somebody was like, I hate when you wear flip flops on a plane. I think that's nasty. That really makes me mad. And. And his co host said, should the people in flip flops on airplanes should they be executed? Which is crazy. He said somehow. Well, and then Mark Schlerith made the headline. That's how you know what Mark Schlerith is about to say is even more insane than that. He said, well, I don't know about that, but I always pee on the floor to make sure I've seen people walk in socks in the bathroom. I always pee on the floor to make sure if you walk in in socks, you're getting urine. I know.
Isabella
I take off my headphones. Just jail everyone. I don't know why.
Katie Nolan
I have always wondered why those bathrooms are getting so wet on the floor.
Dan
Ew.
Isabella
And then you're stepping. It's like stepping in like a frat.
Katie Nolan
House, except it's not a layer of beer, it's a layer of piss. To find out that Mark Schlerith is just in there pissing on the floor because he wants me to wear for an entire. Wait.
Isabella
Is he actively trying to pee on the floor?
Katie Nolan
Is he.
Isabella
Is it because the airplane's moving and he kind of gets a dribble over?
Katie Nolan
The reason he pees on the floor is because it pisses him off when people take their shoes off on a plane.
Isabella
Ew.
Katie Nolan
What is wrong with you? I thought that it was because of the bouncing. I was being way too generous. I thought so too. These poor men are having to wield a hoe.
Isabella
This feels like a crime.
Katie Nolan
This feels like a crime. Can we please. You should be ashamed. Shame dies. Shame the plane. Get the. Get the air marshal. Oh, God.
Isabella
I don't like this cold open.
Katie Nolan
Goodbye. Hello and welcome to Casuals, the sports podcast that doesn't. It doesn't cater to the bro demographic. They can eat. They're allowed to eat, but I'm in charge of the menu and there's no substitutions unless you have an. Unless you have an allergy. And then pull me aside and we can talk about it. I am your host, Katie Nolan, a lady who's worked in sports media for about a decade, maybe a little more. But I don't want to be honest. And I still love sports with all my heart. And I want you to love sports too. So that's why we made Casuals to introduce people who might not know how much they love sports to sports today. I'm going to be joined on this Thursday podcast by an absolute legend in professional wrestling, the one and only Natty Neidhart. She is a two time women's world champion, third generation wrestler. You might know her from Total Divas. We are going to get to her in a little bit because she wrote a book. I read the book and man, her life is one of the. You know, sometimes you think everybody's writing a book. This is a life worth writing a book about. A lot happened and we're going to get to it with her. We had a great conversation. We will get to that in a little bit. First, a bit of housekeeping and some sports news. As always, you can reach us Casuals with Katie nolan gmail.com by voicemail at 646-810-0043. On IG and TikTok, we are at Casuals, the podcast we have. The casualties are here. Hi, Brady.
Natty Neidhart
Hello.
Katie Nolan
Hi, Chris.
Chris
Hi.
Katie Nolan
Hi, Isabella. Hi. I. I'm. I'm away, so I feel so far from Isabella. I'm reaching out to you.
Isabella
I'm so alone. I feel so.
Katie Nolan
I know I'm just me and Gritty. I know both Gritt, which is a real equation for something we.
Chris
And Ryan Blaney. We've got Ryan Blaney still in the studio.
Isabella
Oh, yeah.
Katie Nolan
And I really wish we forget about him.
Chris
He just blends in.
Katie Nolan
It's so tough when the guest comes in and the guest goes like. And I just sit on the Ryan Blaney and you're like, yeah, I know. I just. We'd love him to leave. He just won't. Kidding. Obviously. And sorry that NASCAR's over because Ryan Blaney didn't make it. We have merch if you want it. SiriusXM store.com Casuals we're not a T shirt shop, so that's as much as I'm gonna push that on you. If you want to wear it, go buy it. If that's okay. You can still love the podcast. Nobody's upset. We got a couple emails. Chris, I don't want to waste too much time before we get to Natty, but I know we got good ones, so hit me with what we got.
Chris
The first one is from Lizzie and Lizzie said, this is in response to the episode that came out earlier this week. On Tuesday, Lizzie said my easiest, comfiest Halloween costume because we were speaking about sports related Halloween costumes.
Katie Nolan
That's right. Happy Halloween.
Chris
Happy Halloween was also the one that got the most laughs. Green sweatpants, yellow long sleeve shirt, brown hat. When someone said, what are you? I raised my arms and my head was a football going through the uprights. A field goal.
Natty Neidhart
Oh, love it.
Katie Nolan
Wait a sec.
Chris
Clever.
Katie Nolan
Really clever. And you could get. If you wanted to. If you're crafty, you could, like make the brown. You could turn it into a football in a cool way. If not, you just have to put on the right sweatpants, sweatshirt and hat. As a last minute Halloween lady. That Is resonating bonus points.
Dan
A bunch of drunk kids just, at the end of the night, just carry you away, throw you in a river, do whatever, celebrate.
Katie Nolan
It's very funny, Isabella. That's a thing that people do sometimes. I just wanted her to also feel, you know, invited to the joke. Brady, is that.
Isabella
Okay, People. What?
Katie Nolan
They carry the goal posts off of the field and throw them into a.
Chris
Lake after big wins.
Isabella
Yeah, those are heavy.
Katie Nolan
Yeah, it's a big mob of people.
Isabella
So they.
Katie Nolan
They really have a. They come together for a common goal post, and they carry it. And they carry it right out of there.
Isabella
We should do that at the Super Bowl. Just us.
Katie Nolan
Just the two. Just now. Now are we saying the four of us? Okay. Because we are going to need a little bit more muscle. I. Yeah, sure. I don't think this is. I don't know. No, no, no. Not that you and I got my goal post muscle yolked. Not that you and I aren't both absolutely yoked. Did you guys see my. My. I got a new T Rex sweater. It's, like, embroidered.
Isabella
Oh, that's cute.
Katie Nolan
I thought it was more of, like, abstract art. I didn't realize it was so cozy. My background also looks so cozy because we're up in the. In the Catskills, you guys. I. Before we get to this next email, driving in, it's obviously election time, and they're. You know, people put those little signs out by the street for their local officials, and we are in an area that's not really our jurisdiction. So I'm sitting, seeing all these new names, and on the drive in, I noticed one of the signs said Nolan. So I'm like, hey, there's a lady. There's somebody named Nolan running for something here. We should steal one of those signs. Then we go to the grocery store, and as we're coming out, I'm in. One of those signs is right in front of me. It's Kathy Nolan. Oh, it's Kathy Nolan. Now we're hitting first name and last name. I've got. My high school friends call me Kathy. I have some friends in my life right now that call me Kathy. I'm like, this is me running for. We have to get this sign. Dan went. And something happened. It fell off the back of a truck, and we got a. I came out yesterday, and the sign came upon one the signs in the lawn. We've got Kathy Nolan running for local office. And the. The slogan that they've employed at the bottom of the sign, the first word, it says, like, you know, three words like determined, happy, focused. First word, engaged.
Natty Neidhart
Whoa.
Isabella
Okay.
Dan
That sign will work for a long time too.
Katie Nolan
As a Kathy Nolan, who has famously been engaged for quite some time. Who. The reason we come into this house and celebrate at this house. This is where we got engaged. It's like the weekend where, like, we're here to celebrate that. The thing that we still haven't done anything about him and. And. And this. How wild is that? Kathy Nolan.
Chris
That's very funny.
Katie Nolan
Vote for Kathy.
Dan
You don't know her politics yet.
Katie Nolan
You have a large platform actually, at a time like this, if you look it up and it's bad. Cut this out. I think we're okay. I think they're running for, like, local something in a judge. It's some. God, I don't know.
Dan
No one could ever be crazy in local elections.
Katie Nolan
What could go wrong here in upstate New York? Couldn't happen. Let's go to an email from Megan Chris.
Dan
She is George Santos.
Chris
Not sure I have one from a Megan.
Katie Nolan
Okay, well, that's crazy. That's okay. Very funny. Very good. This is a bit that I will continue to forget ever happened and so it will continue to go over my head. But what do we got from Megan?
Chris
Megan said. Dear Katie and the casualties. First of all, I was never a sports fan before listening to your show. Two years ago, I started dating a guy who lives and breathes sport. In an effort to understand more about his interests, I looked all over for a sports podcast to get up to date sports information. It took me a long time since most other sports podcasts are not enjoyable for new sports fans. But then I found casuals. After Katie went on Jake Johnson's podcast. We're here to help and I'm forever grateful. Your podcast gives me something else to connect with my boyfriend about. And he is constantly impressed when I know some sports news or names of the players. So thank you for that. I have a story related to Tuesday's show. I think the story is kind of funny now, but perhaps not at the time. My mom and I alternated being the mascot for my parents local ice cream shop when I was a teenager who would frequently attend local outings such as sports games, charity events or parades with other mascots. It was a blast. At one charity event, all us mascots were interacting with the crowds and as a bit, the local minor league baseball team mascot grabs me dressed in the mascot outfit and kisses me. Oh, luckily just our masks touched and he likely thought I was my mum since she knew him. But it still felt Very wrong being a 14 year old girl, but getting kissed by a 50 plus year old man. I don't think he ever found out it was me and not my mom. Anyway, love you mean it. Thanks for everything.
Katie Nolan
Oh my God, I have so many thoughts. I have to say this one before I forget it, that the beginning of this email is the reason for the podcast. So, Megan, before we get into what just happened, thank you for writing it and I'm so glad to see proof that it is a valuable resource for. For the people who are out there like you. Okay, what did you just. If that guy listens to this podcast, the odds, I know, very slim. But if he's finding out by listening to this that he planted a smooch illegally on a 14 year old girl. Oh my God.
Chris
Not great.
Katie Nolan
And she.
Isabella
Wait, she said that she didn't tell her mom. I don't think he ever found.
Katie Nolan
Oh, I don't think he ever found out. And he didn't find out it wasn't my mom. That's so funny if you're. But then you. I mean, she knew and so that's her mom's friend. So I just think about the next times she ran into her mom's friend and had to go like, hello, Steve, good to see you as well. That guy has no idea he hasn't.
Chris
Seen you in a long time.
Natty Neidhart
Not until right now.
Dan
He's listening to this podcast. That wasn't Deborah.
Katie Nolan
That's crazy shit. Wow. Also reminds me only vaguely of a time when I worked with my mom. She was the bartender and I was the cocktail waitress pretending not to be her daughter so as not to make her look older. And one time we had to work on Christmas night. And I was like, this is the time where I think the people that are here, we're allowed to admit this is my mommy. It's Christmas. And they were doing karaoke. And I pulled my mom up on the bar. She was reluctant. I jumped up on the bar. I was gonna sing Santa Baby with my mom. I was like, we're gonna rake in tips like cr. This is going to be amazing. And what actually happened was like three people walked out on their bill while I had my mom.
Dan
It's because you did the earth.
Katie Nolan
A kid voice on Christmas. They were like, the bartender's not paying attention. We're going to go.
Chris
Oh man.
Katie Nolan
It did not work out. My mom was like, great, that's great. Thank you so much. And then I got grounded. So kind of similar to getting kissed by your mom's friend.
Chris
Yeah.
Katie Nolan
Good emails, guys. I love the emails and voicemails that we get. We have the best listeners on earth, and I appreciate you guys so much. And what a great little distraction we have. A couple things of sports news I want to make sure we can't go without saying, because it's just I don't talk to you guys enough. Having a daily radio show made me realize, like, the podcast not happening often enough now. Don't hold me to that. I can't do that many in a week, but it's just like, I miss you. And we have things we have to talk about. Number one, the World Series not going the way I think people who aren't baseball sickos thought it was going to go. Me, I said, I think we could go seven. This could be so well matched up. We could go seven. And here we are. The Blue Jays take the series lead yesterday. This pot is being recorded on the day it comes out. So I can use regular words, correct? Yeah, they have a 3, 2 lead. Trey Savage, the young rookie who has now pitched in more postseason games than regular season games because he debuted. He only played three regular season games this year and then has pitched. He pitched against the Yankees. Remember that? When he struck out 11 of them and they couldn't hit, it was through like, what, 4, 5. A low amount of innings, ton of strikeouts. Last night. He. He also played, you know, other games in between that. But a return to that dominant form last night, 12 strikeouts, no walks.
Isabella
Oh, shout out, Dan.
Katie Nolan
He kind of looks like Dan. That's the other important part. Dan calls him Big Me, so he'll go like, good job, Big Me. And I'm like, He is like 20 years younger than you. I don't think we can call him Big Me. But his point was the. The one of the things about Trey is that he's so tall and lanky that the way he releases the ball is so. The ball comes from so high up in the air. It's like seven something feet in the air, which is a full foot and then some higher than the next closest pitcher in the league. So to these guys who are, you know, experienced hitters, they're like, what is this? And there's no tape on him because this is his first year. So he just went out there and absolutely dominated. We love that. We love how much he kind of looks like Dan.
Dan
And does Dan have a macho man, Trey, you savage voice?
Katie Nolan
Oh, I mean, of course he does, but I'm not gonna make him come in here and do it. I can't I can't need a whole lot of kiddos. He could never come in here and dance. No, I think he's on it. I think he's on his own meeting. Otherwise he totally would. And yes, he absolutely does. But to have a cool name like that and be doing well in the postseason. I, I. He's so cool. I hope. I just hope it's kind of a mean thing. Should I say it or should I skip it?
Dan
You want.
Chris
I'm gonna say it now.
Katie Nolan
No, I just kind of hope Paul. He has more personality than Paul Skeens.
Chris
Well, no, that's. I think that's very reasonable.
Dan
My wife saw the raising canes commercial yesterday.
Isabella
He did something for raising canes too.
Chris
Yes.
Katie Nolan
The two of them are in bed.
Chris
Well, did he do something or did he just stand there and vaguely did something?
Dan
My wife saw the raising canes ad and the charisma oozing out of Paul Skin's pores. And the first thing she said to me was, so he's gotta be like, what does Livy see in this? He's gotta. And then just kind of did the two hands roughly 10 inches apart motion.
Katie Nolan
Oh, my God. I did not think that's where we were going. I thought you were gonna say he's got to be really good at baseball. Right. He must be incredible. And that's the thing. Paul Skin is just as incredible as you'd have to be to be able to get away with a snooze fest of a raising canes commercial like that. What in the hell? For a casual baseball fan watching the World Series, they're like, this guy stinks. And that's the thing. He's so good.
Dan
He can so good. And it's a great cause because it's Paul Schemes talking about raising canes with a joint venture with the Gary Sinise foundation supporting veterans. Skeens went to Air Force Academy.
Katie Nolan
Totally. I didn't even know that because I fall asleep halfway. I am. It sounds like that's a really great cause. I didn't watch what he was talking about.
Isabella
And he's only in it for two seconds. What does he say?
Katie Nolan
Oh, no, he talks the whole time. He's.
Dan
He's doing the voiceover.
Katie Nolan
Yeah, he's the, he's the one talking. And it's very much like, I'm so excited to be partnering with Raising Canes. It's tough. It's a tough watch. Sorry. Controversial opinions. You think it, I say it. Game six is tomorrow. It's in Toronto. So these last two games are in Toronto, who knows? I think. I'm not saying I'm rooting for the Dodgers, but I did say I wanted this to go seven, and I think it would be fantastic if it did. But listen, Yamamoto's back on the mound. I don't know if you can throw three complete games in the postseason, but if anyone, I didn't think you could do two the way that he did. So if he does it again, he does it again.
Dan
That son of a. Through a complete game in game two and then tried to warm up to go pitch in game three.
Katie Nolan
Crazy.
Dan
Unbelievable.
Katie Nolan
He's so good. It's been fun watching Japan. Love what it's kind of. If I may, one of the fun things about this World Series, other than the product on the field, because it's been incredible and it's been so close and so entertaining, is the way that, like, Canadian fans are all coming together to root for one team. And I know Japan is all coming together to root and it also really works out for Japan because the time difference is not one of those really inconvenient ones. I think most of that big long 18 inning game we saw the other night was during the day. It's like the afternoon. I saw somebody tweet like, kids in school in Japan are. Got to watch through their whole day. This domination of a baseball game, that's everyone's dream. They got to spend the day watching baseball because obviously it means so much to them because of so many. There's so many Japanese players absolutely killing it.
Ad/Promo Voice
Right.
Dan
Did you make it all 18?
Katie Nolan
I did.
Chris
Wow.
Katie Nolan
I really did. I did. Because it's brainy.
Natty Neidhart
Didn't.
Dan
The tragedy of it. I fell asleep in the middle of the 18th. I made it to the 18th. I nodded off a little. Like I was fighting it because it was damn near 3:00'. Clock. I was fighting it.
Katie Nolan
Dan, do you. You made it longer than Dan. So it went 18 innings. Isabella. It went until it ended.
Isabella
Joking.
Katie Nolan
No, it went until three in the morning. It was.
Chris
That went until nine minutes before our podcast dropped.
Katie Nolan
Yeah, it was so. It was such a long game. It was two full baseball games back to back because they just stayed tied. It was crazy. Dan fell asleep before the 9th and he was passed out. We have this. The thing about this house that rules is it has a couch that closes up to be like a full. Like a pig pen almost, that's just comfy. So we get in there with snacks and the dog and blankets and just sort of. And of course, he succumbed to the comfort of it and fell asleep. I stayed up the whole time. At one point, I fired off a tweet because I realized we were getting to the point where if I did fall asleep, I wanted proof. I made it as deep as I made it. I was like. And then. Funny. Where Joke. That I'm here checking in, holding up a newspaper. Yes, exactly. Just proving as a woman that I watch, like, it's ingrained in me. But it was. I also feel like when you get a job in sports, it's like, the least I can do. My job is so cool and fun. I get to just talk about sports. I might as well. You got to watch the game. And it was a great game. It was a great game that the Dodgers ended up winning. And I feel like the way the series is going now, that's going to be. That was their World Series. Was winning that big, long game because I don't know if they're going to win this.
Isabella
Is this the one where, like, they were ahead and then the Blue Jays got ahead? They got, like, three runs or something. It was like.
Katie Nolan
I think so if that sounds right.
Isabella
They all blur together at some point. And I saw that the Dodgers were up, and then the Blue Jays, like, hit, like, however.
Katie Nolan
Whatever.
Isabella
They got however many runs, and then they were up. So I thought they were already gonna win.
Katie Nolan
And then I saw it was tied, and then it stayed tied for the. For the longest amount of time. They got to every single person that they brought. I think both teams used their entire. I remember they're making a big deal. At least when Toronto was like, okay, this is Toronto's last guy. So he's pinch hitting here, and there's no guys left. So things are gonna get. We were an inning away from a position player, somebody that plays the field. Isabella having to come in and pitch. It had never happened in a World Series game before. It was just such a long game. It was crazy. Crazy.
Dan
Will. Will Klein rolled up with his Amish beard, usually throws one inning. Threw four innings for the Dodgers, gave up.
Katie Nolan
They kept being like, the most pitches he's ever thrown is 30. And I'm watching his pitch count creep up. 60, 70. I was like, this guy is just. And he did it. Thankless innings, but it should be thanked repeatedly. It was like the slog of it.
Dan
He soaked it up, and immediately everybody started pulling up the. Who is this guy? Like, searching through his social. His, like, social history. He's like, I've never heard of this man. They dug up two things. Will Klein in a Rapino Kaepernick 2020 t shirt and Will Klein with his cats dressed up in Christmas costumes.
Katie Nolan
Oh, Brady. You knew what you were doing. Yeah, I was like, how dare this motherfucker. We're happy about baseball. And he's about to bring up the social media history of this. And it was. I did not.
Dan
Don't you love when that actually goes?
Katie Nolan
Well, do. Wow. So game six tomorrow at eight. And then if game seven, if they need it, will be Saturday. This is truly the worst part of this is I don't get to. I won't talk to anyone about it again until it's all over. So hyped for that. That's what we'll be doing. No plans for Halloween? I don't intend to do anything for Halloween. We'll buy candy in case kids show up to this door. I don't want them to be sad, but hopefully they don't. Then we just eat all the candy. I don't know what to tell you. That's for the. It's a win. Win for us. There was also. I don't know, I get really scared. Isabella especially. We're in the middle of nowhere. I'm running for office.
Isabella
Watch like, watch like fall themed things but that aren't scary.
Katie Nolan
Like maybe like Hocus Pocus.
Isabella
Yeah, it would be perfect.
Dan
The scary movie that isn't scary, which is like you are the target audience.
Katie Nolan
Yeah. Or I could. I could re watch the one or two scary movies I've watched. That's a what? That's a. An achievement unlocked once I've seen it and I know where all the jumps are. I could watch it again. I have watched what Lies Beneath, a completely unmemorable scary movie 55 times because it was one that I made it through through. And then I was like, I watch scary movies just this one, but I do watch it. Other one. Jeepers Creepers. I've seen jeepers creepers 55 times.
Dan
I love that you just have that sense of accomplishment. Like. Like you're sitting there with a bucket of popcorn. Like, can't scare me dead. Michelle Feifer.
Katie Nolan
Yeah. This is where her hand's going to come over the tub. I'm ready for it. I'm not scared. Other things we need to talk about. Brad Marchand. He stepped away from the Panthers briefly this week to help with a junior team whose coach was a friend of his who had just lost his daughter to cancer. Just a. I don't want to say a heartwarming story, but you understand what I mean, right? Something tragic happened and Brad Marchand stepped away from his job as a professional hockey player to do a favor for a friend of his that he felt needed it and would appreciate it. And I love that this didn't go over the way that I feel like I don't know Brady. Correct me if I'm wrong. I feel like a few years ago this kind of a story gets very like how could you leave your tea when you're and I didn't see any of that. Which is just kind of a nice piece of progress, I think.
Dan
Yeah, they lost on Tuesday and no one cared. Like I haven't seen a single piece with that reaction and that's great and I'm not trying to manifest one.
Katie Nolan
Exactly. So we'll move on from that even being a possible idea. But it was on Wednesday. He was a guest coach for the under 18 march and mill company hunters in his hometown of Halifax, Nova Scotia. His friend JP McCallum it was the game was a fundraiser for the family after the loss of 10 year old Sala Panachi McCollum and includes a raffle for an autographed Marshand jersey which was really sweet. And Paul Maurice said that he'll be back on Saturday and that they understood as it so I just thought that was sweet. Brad Marchand stepping in to help out would be a cool guy to have on your hockey team. I bet. The the end We've reached the end of the international period for friendlies for women's soccer. U.S. women's national team played New Zealand on Wednesday and beat them six to nothing. So just an emphatic victory. A hat trick from Emma Sears. Incredible. This is the new look new generation of the U.S. women's National Team. And so what a great showing for women's national team fans to start to get to know people. I know they play in the NWSL but I'm talking to casuals here. People that want to get into this is was a great showing for everybody to get to know these people. So I thought it was great. I love a six nothing victory that feels like vintage old school US Women's National Team and I love it. Also the women's Professional Baseball League. We've mentioned this before to let you know that it's coming. It is separate from the AUSL which is the softball league that started a few years ago. This is the women's Professional Baseball League. It is baseball played by women. I feel like them I'm maybe overemphasizing it. People get it right. It's they just announced the so the four Cities that will be their first four for their inaugural season. And it is going to be San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, and Boston. I love that. I know there's dangers to launching in big cities. I also feel like it is nice to just go like, oh, those are four really big sports markets. If there are people who want to watch this, they probably live there. So I like the way that some leagues, I think the Ausl did smaller markets and then they do the barnstorming. It's. I think it's kind of fascinating to watch new leagues launching and seeing how they decide to do it, like, what the model is that they set up and what their reasoning is for. And so San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, and Boston. A city that if you're anybody, you probably have one of those you hate at least, and one of them that you're like, if I had to, I can always find a soft spot in my heart for. I mean, I guess maybe Chicago, you could argue is missing, but as long as I don't know, I think everybody could find somebody to root for there. So they will be playing all of their games at a neutral venue for the 2026 season. They haven't announced that yet. We'll keep you posted when that happens. But something exciting to look forward to. Girls playing baseball.
Natty Neidhart
Yeah.
Katie Nolan
Okay, now we've reached the part where our illustrious guest comes and smushes the rest of the casualties out. And it's not because we don't love you, casualties. You are the greatest. But we just. Natty Neidhart is here. I know there you may not all be professional wrestling fans, and so I'm going to give you just a little bit of background on Natty so that you understand her going in. And I'm no expert, but I have been reading her book that we, you know, got her in here to promote it. Is she. Her life is fascinating. She was, like, born into wrestling in a way that I don't even know if I can properly communicate. But her grandfather is Stu Hart, who was in charge of a legendary wrestling promotion. Brady, if I get any of these words wrong, you just jump in and fix them. But her grandfather was like, an absolute legend, and her uncles, you've probably heard of Owen Hart and Bret Hart. Her father was Jim the Anvil Neidhart, who actually, even though his last name is Neidhart, this might be confusing, married into the Hart family. He married one of the daughters in the Hart family. She trained with Tokyo Joe, who's a very famous name in wrestling. If you're familiar she, this one I thought was really interesting. Just a fascinating to show how like deeply woven she is and her life is into professional wrestling. Her, the Rock's father, Rocky Johnson, wrestled for her grandfather Stu Hart's promotion and her uncles and father. So Brett, Owen and Jim wrestled for the Rock's grandmothers. So it's like a it this is. She is from a wrestling family but she was the only woman, the first woman to try to do the actual wrestling. She talks about it in her book a lot about how she, the women were the wives and the men were the wrestlers. And so I, I know that maybe you hear that somebody is a third generation wrestler and you think Nepo baby. But I just want to emphasize there is is still an a part of Natty that is really fascinating in that she was still the first to do it in this way. And I thought that was just. I asked so many questions for her and we get into that, we get into the struggles of being maybe like more of a tomboy who's really into the wrestling part of things than the looking like a model and how that was a huge emphasis for women wrestlers when that they first started being included in the WWE and how she struggled with that. And we talk about, I mean she has seen a lot of tragedy in her life. I would say most notably her uncle Owen died very tragically in the ring during a pay per view. So she has been through a lot. She talks about her dad, struggles with addiction and with mental health issues. There's just a lot that has happened in her life and hearing it from her, there's just a lot to learn from her. She's a pioneer for women in wrestling. So it was an honor to have her here on Casuals. We're going to take a quick break and when we come back, my interview with Nattie Neidhart. Natty Neidharter I wanted to welcome you two casuals. Thank you so much for being here. It's very, very cool to meet you. You are a living legend. I mean, I don't want to say that my first time encountering you was on a reality show, but it was. It's where I think a lot of people may know you from, from divas, from total divas. But obviously as a wrestler, the career that you've put together and what you've done for women in wrestling is, I goes without saying, you are an absolute legend and it's very cool to talk to you today. So first of all, thank you for being here.
Natty Neidhart
Thank you so much for having me.
Katie Nolan
I am. I was just telling you this before we started rolling. I am like I'm almost at the pictures of your book. So I'm being honest. That's transparency. I tried. I I have ADD reading is so hard. It takes so much longer than it should. But this is such a compelling book about your life. I obviously no spoilers for the end, but I it's just your name and your family name is synonymous with wrestling. It's like the Hart family and wrestling is, it's just they go hand in hand, especially to a casual fan. And it was so fascinating to me to hear it from your side specifically towards the beginning of the book when you're talking about you saying even just expressing that this was something you were interested in as a woman in the family. It was groundbreaking to you because you that would have been the first woman to do the wrestling. Talk to our listeners a little bit about that because that fascinated me.
Natty Neidhart
Well, for me, my family like I have my grandfather wrestled. He was, you know A pioneer. He was the. He was the root of greatness in our family. He started all of it. So he was an amateur wrestling champion of Canada, and then he started his own wrestling promotion called Stampede Wrestling. And then his. His sons all became wrestlers and his daughters all married wrestlers. And so for me, I'm the first female in my family that actually does this, competes in the ring. And it's sometimes, you know, growing up, it was like the weight of that legacy. It's like, you know, do you get smaller? Do you shrink yourself to fit in, or do you make yourself bigger to stand out? And I always felt like the weight of that legacy, you know, in a way that I never wanted to let my family down or disappoint them. But how do you measure up to some of the greatest pro wrestlers that ever lived when they are your uncles, you know, and my grandfather?
Katie Nolan
So.
Natty Neidhart
It'S just, for me, I take it one day at a time. But I also. One thing I loved about writing the book, though, is that it allowed me to have my family as that foundation. Like my family is the foundation of my story. But the book is not. It's not about them and it's. It's actually not even really about wrestling as much as it's about relationships. Wrestling, pro wrestling, my journey in wrestling. It's the backdrop. It's the backdrop to a story about relationships. And it reads. The book reads like a storyline. And I think that's why people are reading it so fast. It's a very, very easy read. I designed that on purpose so that no reader is left behind. I wanted people that liked wrestling, hated wrestling, knew nothing about wrestling, felt indifferent about wrestling, sort of like wrestling. I wanted everybody across the board to be able to understand the book and fall in love with it.
Katie Nolan
Yeah, I'm learning so much about wrestling. My fiance is a, I mean, die hard wrestling fan. He is encyclopedic in his knowledge of any wrestling. I've been to AEW shows, I've been all over like he New Japan, he loves wrestling through and through. And it's very funny that as I'm reading this, I keep like, like bringing things up and being like, oh, you know, like Stuart. And he's like, what. How do you. Why are you. How do you know that? And I was like, well, I'm reading that book. So I feel very educated on how it all worked and fascinated by. Fascinated by the idea of a child growing up in this environment just because of the nature of the business of wrestling that your father was in and the sort of volatile business of when you're working, it's good, and when you're not, it's really, really bad. And, like, the ups and downs of that for you as a child and how that would weigh on any decision you made in regards of signing up for this lifestyle. Like, it. It's. It's triumphant. I feel like your story, because it. It shows that you. You stepped up and did it even though you were afraid that you could possibly ruin your family's legacy or also your own life because of how difficult it is. I don't mean to overstate, but it's a very difficult lifestyle, especially to raise a child in.
Natty Neidhart
And it's. It's a very volatile industry. So when the industry was good, you know, our family was okay. And if the industry was in a bad place, our family was not in a good place. Like, we would, you know, I. I document that in the book. That there was just high highs and low lows. And when you're growing up, like in kids, you know, you're riding the school bus and kids, they think, your dad is. You know, your dad's on tv. He's rich and famous. He's got to be rich because you guys are on tv. And then the following week, my dad would lose his job, and then we would have nothing, you know, because it was not. Back then, there weren't guaranteed contracts in the industry, you know, so it was very volatile. So it was just up and down and highs and lows. And growing up as a Growing up, I was just used to having the rug pulled out from under me so much that I, as a trauma response, wanted to create stability in my own life to where I created the shield around myself that I wasn't ever gonna let anybody take away everything I had. So I was gonna outwork everyone. And in my mind, I was gonna be the person that I thought everybody would want me to be so that I could always have a seat at the table. But then I realized in writing the book, I was like, part of writing this book was me realizing that I finally found my voice. I finally became the person that I always wanted to be. And a lot of that was letting go of trying to make everybody else happy, you know, And I think a lot of us, you know, especially I, meet a lot of women that are, you know, recovering people pleasers. And I've been talking about that a lot as I've been promoting the book, that I just felt like so much of my life, I was like, it's not just in my Career in the ring. Like, not just in wwe, but even with my parents and my teachers at school, as I wanted to be a straight A student, I wanted to be the perfect kid. I wanted to, you know, I was the middle. I'm the middle of my sisters. I'm the middle child. And I just never wanted to get in the way. I wanted to make everything easy for everyone. And so sometimes you put yourself last and you make yourself smaller to fit in. But when I started doing my best work in wwe, it was when I started to just be myself and be unapologetic about it.
Katie Nolan
Yeah, you talk a lot about that, about the. The pressures that you felt when it came to women's wrestling and where it was at the time that you were trying to break into it, to feel and look a certain way. There's a lot of emphasis on being a model, on being, you know, doing body shows and. And. And you talk about this quite a bit. I. This resonated with me so much, and I wonder if I could just, like, have a conversation with you about this feeling, because it is a. You know, for somebody who loves the. It's so clear in here, Natty, you love wrestling.
Natty Neidhart
Yes.
Katie Nolan
You understand it and you love it. And it. It came to you whether you wanted it or not. You tried to deny that you wanted to be a wrestler, and wrestling was like, you can't. Here we are, and kept presenting itself to you like that. But to then have to find out that in order to get to the thing that you know you're destined to do, you have to participate in this other side of it that does not speak to you, that you have spent no time working on because you were so focused on the other stuff that resonated with me as a woman in sports that I've always felt like, I just want to talk about loving the sports. I do not want to have to know how to do my eyebrows. I don't know, want to know how to present myself, to be something that doesn't feel authentic to me. And it was just a fascinating insight to see that you went through that, too. And I wonder how you plowed through that. What I imagine was initial, like, disappointment when you found out that you were gonna have to perform those rituals and be judged on how good you were at that in order to be able to wrestle professionally.
Natty Neidhart
Well, it's, you know, you just go through different eras in the industry. So, you know, and that's the cool thing about where we're at now in wwe is that we're in Such a good place, thankfully, that women's wrestling is really being.
Katie Nolan
Well, thanks to you.
Natty Neidhart
Thank you.
Katie Nolan
Partially thanks to you, if I may.
Natty Neidhart
Thank you. No, it's, it's. I mean, it's been a. There's been a road to build and it's been. There's been a lot of women who, alongside me have been helping build that road. But my thing was, is that you gotta do whatever it takes. And because I wanted to wrestle so much, I kept waiting and, you know, going into work and being like, one of these days it's gonna change. One of these days I'm gonna walk into work and everything is gonna be different. And luckily, that change had. Has come for, for the women in wwe. But there was a long road of, you know, women just having just a very small role on tv and us really longing and wanting for more. And it's just hard because, you know, you didn't want to speak up. I admired a lot of the women that had spoken up in our industry. Like, I would. I admired the girls that had the courage to, you know, be a little defiant, like AJ Lee and the Bella Twins, for example. I admired them because they were standing up for women like myself that I just was scared to say, hey, like, we need more than, like 90 second matches. We need more than diva's best body dance offs, you know, or diva's best body contests or diva's dance offs, as we. We would call them. But like, or Santa's little helper match where we were all dressed like, you know, and, and, and that's the thing is that I think at that time, it was like, we were just in this awkward era where it wasn't like the attitude era that was before us, but we weren't really in this women's wrestling revolution yet either. So it was just. There was an awkwardness, but thank goodness we're in a great place right now and it's been a lot of work getting there.
Katie Nolan
Yeah. Again, thank goodness. But thank you. You pushed for it to be more than what it was. Thank you. And so genuinely, thank you as a woman. The Bella Twins. Let's talk about the Bella Twins. I love the way you talk about the Bella Twins in this book. It is just like there are these magical helpers that swoop in and we're like, here's how to be a girl. Here's a suitcase full of clothes. Take this with you in case. Just in case something happens and you don't have them. And then something, of course happens, and you're like, thank God I have this suitcase of. They just seem like they were so. And I've met them a couple times and it's the same. It fits with the energy. They just seem like they were like girls, girls through and through, who loved how good you were at wrestling and wanted to help you be good at the other stuff.
Natty Neidhart
They're, they're my two of my closest friends in the industry, but they were. When they first came to wwe, I remember we all, we, we all three of us started in the same month. And so they came, they came to WWE and they were like, you know, models. And I heard that they liked soccer and so, you know, but I remember everybody was like, okay, these models are coming in. They're twins, you know, they haven't paid their dues sort of thing. And I remember like, everybody going like, what are these girls gonna bring to the table? And what was very cool about meeting them is that it was a great lesson for all of us in not judging a book by its cover, because those girls worked their asses off. Those girls, they got hired by wwe. They did everything in their power to learn everything about the industry, everything. And they, they just went above and beyond to be their best. And they were, they were the first people to practice. You know, we had, we, we would have to train when we were in developmental together, like those early years of trying to, you know, scratch and claw to be a WWE Superstar. But the first girls to practice, the last girls to leave, they were always just. They were so good for morale. They worked their asses off and like, they ended up helping me with becoming more feminine. And I ended up, you know, I was like, if they're going to help me with all this, with my look and the way I talk, you know, the way I spoke with storylines and all that, then I want to be able to help them with everything I can in the ring. So it was this beautiful exchange that bonded us for the rest of our lives.
Katie Nolan
And like you, you, that's such a two way street because you were so instrumental in helping them and in helping so many other women that came into wwe. Correct me if I'm wrong on this, but my understanding of this is that while you were trying to break in and make it for yourself, you sort of became this, like, I don't want to say like trainer, but you were sort of the person they would send someone to, to be like, go learn from Natty. Go learn on Natty. Go practice with Natty. She will hone your skills as a wrestler. And at the end of one of your chapters, you say, if Vince didn't see me as the star, he might just see me as the star maker, which I'm curious to know. If there's somebody that you felt like you were a part of other than the Bella twins. Or maybe the answer is the Bella twins that you feel so proud to have helped them on their journey.
Natty Neidhart
So many. So many women. And that was, like, my way of going, okay. Early on, I didn't know if I was what. I didn't feel like I was what they. What they wanted, but I was gonna make sure that I helped everybody else be the stars that they could be. Like, if the company was gonna push, I was like, well, if I'm in there with her and I'm helping her look amazing, then I'm always gonna have a seat at the table. And granted, it's not wrong to think that way, because we should all be supporting each other, lifting each other up, being team players. It's much more fun when it's collaborative. But at the same time, I think I started to see myself in the way that I thought they saw me, and I started to just kind of put myself in the back of the line. And now I look back on that and go, you know, I do have regrets about that. I wish I hadn't. Like, it's funny because people will say, like, you know, do you have any, you know, that. That cliched saying, like, you know, I have no regrets. I wouldn't change a thing. I would. Like, there's lots of regrets that I have. I wouldn't have put myself last. And. And so, like, when I look at women that I've worked with, like, Eve Torres, incredibly talented. You know, she was a divas champion in wwe, and she's, you know, got a degree in industrial engineering. She's one of my favorite people. When I worked with her, she was one of my favorite people in wwe. But I remember being paired with her very early on, and. And basically, you know, it was like, okay, Natty's gonna. Like, even Eve is gonna shadow Natty, and Natty's gonna be with her. Like, I would. And I loved it. Like, we would do all the live events together, we traveled together, we roomed together, and we. Like, I really felt like I was able to show her the ropes. I loved that. But I also kind of was like, okay, no. Like, this is not about me. This is about Eve. And it just became a trend and a pattern with every girl that I worked with. Granted, Eve taught me a ton about life, which I Loved writing about in the book because, you know, when I think about Eve Torres, who's a character that I write about in the book, she was somebody that, like, she was always looking at what was real in life. Like, let's go to a beautiful restaurant, let's have a great meal, let's look at, let's enjoy the sunset, let's enjoy a nice cup of coffee, let's reflect on our feelings. Like, she wasn't always thinking about this tightly woven knit trauma surrounding professional wrestling because it could be very volatile. She was always about the positives and I loved that so much. Like, I learned so much from her in particular.
Katie Nolan
That's amazing. Speaking of learning, I'm curious to know if writing this book, in the process of doing so, if you learned anything about your relationship with your father, it's sort of a through line through the book. It comes up, up as you're telling your own story. We sort of check in on how things are going with you and your dad. And there's a lot there. And I don't want to make you talk about any of this if it brings anything old up for you, but I just. In the process of writing the book, I wonder if you were like, wow, I actually seeing it from a different perspective now with all that I know and. And if anything changed about your, I guess the image that you have of your dad and your relationship in your head through the process of writing the book.
Natty Neidhart
Yes. I mean, by the time I was done writing the book, I really forgave my dad. Like, I really was able to look at our relationship. Cause I dedicate the book to my dad. But I was able to forgive him for hard times that we had gone through because I was really able to fully understand and reflect on everything. The good, the bad, the hard times. He was the man that, you know, he shaped me. He shaped me for the good, he shaped me for the best. I mean, he hurt me emotionally. He was struggling. My dad was going through so much for most of his adult life, all of his adult life. He was. He was really, really struggling with mental health, with anxiety, with depression, just with. With living. And I could never figure out when I was a kid and a teenager and adult, I could. I could never figure out why my dad was making these bad choices. Like, why was he acting the way that he was acting? Did he just not love us enough? You know, why did he keep making these things, same mistakes and putting our family, especially when we were kids and teenagers, like, you know, he just kept losing his job. It was just we. We had no stability growing up. We were always used to the rug being pulled out from under us. And. And by the time I was done writing the book, I was able to really reflect and, like, fully. Fully forgive my dad, because I think he was just doing the best that he could with the tools that he had.
Katie Nolan
Yeah, that's. I. It was remarkable to me how much. And I don't know if you noticed this, but the. I mean, of course you did. It's your life. The. How many times there would be, like, a big thing about to happen for you, and then, like, a big, difficult thing happened with him. And it just. They always say you never know what somebody's going through in their life, but it's just the amount of times that you were trying to figure out your next big thing, it was a big moment for you and also had to sort of help him deal with him. It was remarkable to me as a daughter of a father.
Natty Neidhart
It's because I love my dad so much, you know, I would do anything for him.
Katie Nolan
I mean, you. And you do. I think you could argue that a lot of what you do and how seriously you take wrestling is because of the respect that you have for your dad and the love that you have for your dad and your family, because that's what it was. That's how you got. That's how you saw it and how it got into your blood. I mean, truly, the biggest takeaway from this. Two big takeaways. You're born to be a wrestler, and you're doing exactly what you were meant to do, and you're doing a phenomenal job of it. Second takeaway. You're. You and your husband are in love.
Natty Neidhart
Yes.
Katie Nolan
You guys are so cute. The way you write about it is so cute. The way that he. Him being the one that was like, hey, I think you should get in there and do that. And meanwhile, you had been wrestling with yourself about, like, how do I tell him I want to get in there and do that? What an embarrassing thing to say. And then for him to say it before you could even say it to him was just like, this is the way you write about him. And the way the letter that he wrote you. I cried. I was like, this is the sweetest, most like guy who loves wrestling and loves girl. It was just so clearly. And it's really, really beautiful, and I thank you. And I was talking to my fiance about him, and he was like, such a. He's like, everybody loves him. He's just the greatest. And he loves her and it was just. I. I don't know, I just thought that was very, very sweet and something. I would recommend people read the book to see your guys relationship.
Natty Neidhart
It's a really. That's one thing that's really cool about the book is that it just has everything.
Katie Nolan
Yeah.
Natty Neidhart
You know, and like, I mean, I'm just, I'm very proud of the book because it's got everything. It's got a love story in it. It's got, you know, it's got. It's about perseverance, it's about finding your voice, it's about gaining people, it's about losing people. It's about pro wrestling too. But like I said, it's more of a setting of the story. But like there's just really fascinating characters in the book. Big, larger than life characters. It's just really special.
Katie Nolan
Yeah, I completely agree. And also kids wrestling the kwa. That whole chapter I was like, you're poor parents. And now I know it's different. They're wrestling parents. Right. So they're used. But just the thought of children wrestling in a ring, in a yard had me. And I don't even have kids and I'm not going to have kids. But I. The thought of like the amount of injuries that could come from that. I was so stressed out. Children wrestling.
Natty Neidhart
I know. And it's. It's funny because my grandfather growing up at the Hart house, you know, my grandfather having been a promoter, he every single summer he would set up a wrestling ring on his lawn. And so that's when our family would, you know, my cousins would. Would do the kwa, the Kids Wrestling Association. And every Sunday they would set up chairs and they would do like little shows and the family would come out and watch the shows. And so it's.
Katie Nolan
Yeah.
Natty Neidhart
And the KWA is where it really all began. Where like my cousins started just wrestling. They loved wrestling, like everybody. All the males in the house, you know, for. In the Hart house, the Hart family wrestling was their North Star. It was their everything. It was like it bonded them. And I could see that it really brought the men together. And I really wanted that. Like, there was a longing, I think, for me to have something that like just. I don't know, it's just that North Star. When there's a part in the book that I love, I mean, it's. I don't. It was hard living it at the time, but I love.
Katie Nolan
You don't love it like it's your favorite thing on anything.
Natty Neidhart
You love what came from it yeah, exactly. I love what came from it. But there's a part in the book where, you know, it's after the chapter of the bad 90s and my dad loses his job, and we, you know, we didn't. We were about to lose our house. Our house was being foreclosed on, so we had to find somewhere else to live. And so we ended up moving. My mom and my sisters and I ended up moving into my grandfather's house. We drove up to Canada, packed up a U Haul, drove up to Canada, and my grandfather, you know, he had one room left in his house that was vacant, you know, so we were never, ever homeless because we had my grandfather, he would let us live there, he would let us live with him, but he just had that one bedroom left. And the room that he had left was my mom's room. When she was a little girl, it was her bedroom. And so in the house, the Hard House, was built in 1902, and it was a hospital in the First World War. So everything was the original. Like, we had the original fireplace from the house, everything that was in our room. And so my mom and my sisters and I, we shared a bed in this one room in my grandfather's house for a couple years. And outside, like, the window that was in that room of my mom's old bedroom that we all slept in and shared, you could look outside the window and you could see the wrestling ring in the yard. And I remember just these subliminal, like, maybe there's something down there, you know what I mean? Like, maybe there's something down there that could save me, you know, that could save us, you know? And at the time, I didn't quite know what it was, but now that I look, look at it, I'm like, it's wrestling. Wrestling. Wrestling has saved my life. Wrestling has given me professional wrestling. And I've said this before in interviews, but it's so worth saying again that. But I'm so grateful for all those things that we endured, because when you have to figure it out in life and things aren't always easy, it's really. It helps you become a very rich person inside. And so going through all that shit, so to speak, it really helped me figure out who I am. It taught me an incredible work ethic. And it was such a reminder to me that, like, pro wrestling really helped me give me everything I have today. Everything. And it started out from, you know, really just going, okay, we gotta. What are we gonna do to survive? And I knew that if I outworked Everyone, you know, even from getting a job at a very young age as a waitress, a hostess, a bus girl, whatever you wanna call it. That work ethic I took with me to wwe and that's why, you know, I've had, I have six world records for the career that I have.
Ad/Promo Voice
Have.
Katie Nolan
That's right, speak on it.
Natty Neidhart
Just, just because I have that work ethic. I have that work ethic from surviving a lot of when I was growing up.
Katie Nolan
Yeah, I mean a lot of shit you've been through a lot of.
Natty Neidhart
But it's been so now like I said, I'm so happy to be on the other side of it because I'm so blessed.
Katie Nolan
Yes, of course. But I just. If I may offer you a little bit of like that's you, your life spent a lot. One of the things you are really vulnerable about in here and you've said before, this urge that the world makes you feel to, to make yourself smaller, to make yourself smaller, take up less space, that sort of hit home really literally for you early on. And this is a story that echoes throughout all young women's lives, I believe, especially in this day and age. We all have either an encounter with a brush up against or a full on melee with, with an eating disorder. And you talk about that in this book and the effects that it had on you, but you also talk about how you worked through it. And I feel like that's a really valuable conversation for young women to hear. And so I'd like us to try our best to have a little bit of it here. And I just want to know, like, let people know your relationship with eating and, and how that factored into your career.
Natty Neidhart
Well, looking back on that time in my life, it was during my teens. My uncle had just passed away, tragically, my uncle Owen had passed away. And so our family was just a very chaotic, traumatic time for our family. And now that I look back on it and write about it and like it was very, again, very, very therapeutic. I realized that that eating disorder was really about control because I didn't feel like I had control in any other area of my life. My dad was out of control, he was not stable. We were struggling. Like we were living at my grandfather's house. I was working full time. I was in grade eight and nine. I was working full time at a restaurant and I was. Food became about control, you know, So I just started watching what I was eating and it started off as kind of like a diet. Then I started noticing results and so I liked what I was seeing. And I was getting compliments and people were praising me. And that kind of validation felt really good. And then it became like this competitive contest with myself again. Control was always the underlying issue behind it. But I remember losing 40 pounds in like two months because I would eat something and then I would try to burn it off. So if I ate, like, everything was calculated too. Like, everything was down to, like a science. So if I ate five strawberries, I had them calculated out calorically what they were, and then I would go do an activity and try to burn them off so that those calories didn't count for the day. And so it was just this really unhealthy, like, lifestyle that I was living that it was like it became starting a diet, liking the results, loving that people were giving me compliments and all of a sudden getting scary skinny to where my family was pulling me aside and saying, hey, we're really worried about you. Like, you've lost a lot of weight. And I remember feeling really angry. Then all of a sudden it went from compliments to, like, people acting like I'm being a bad person. And I remember being like, how dare they? Like, who are they to say that to me? And feeling anger and resentment and just going through, like, that, you know, And I, I don't, I don't. I've hardly spoken about my, my eating disorder because it's, it's, it's a vulnerable. Yeah, it's hard to go there. But I, I had to have like a ton of dental work done because I wasn't eating enough food. I wasn't getting enough nutrients. You know, my hair got really dry. My skin, my nails got really, like, brittle. My skin was cracking. Like, I was wearing kids clothes. You know, I could fit into kids clothes from the Gap. I remember, like looking in the kids section and buying stuff from the Gap because I could fit into kids clothes and I just wasn't healthy. And then I look back on photos of myself during that time and I was like, man, I look emaciated. And at my thinnest, I was probably the most unhappy. And so what really saved me from that eating disorder was wrestling, because I had to make a choice. Either I could stay skinny because I couldn't land and do the falls and take the bumps in the ring. If I had no meat on me, if I was skin and bones, I couldn't land the way that you need to land as a wrestler. It hurt too much. So I had to make a decision. Either I wanted to wrestle or I wanted to continue with this disease and thank God I snapped out of it. But it was a process to build back because then once I started eating normally, I put on a lot of weight. My metabolism was completely out of whack. And so I put on. So I went from losing £40 to three years. I struggled for about three years with that eating disorder. But when I finally went back to eating normally, my metabolism was just so out of whack. So it was just a lot of self discovery during that time. But I am so much happier now having a good relationship with food and realizing that it was so much about control. That was all it was about for me with that eating disorder.
Katie Nolan
Wrestling truly again, a thing I've really taken away from this book that I'm excited to finish. I'm almost like, can we wrap this up so I can get back to my book? The running theme to me is wrestling saving your life. And like, how literal that is is really fascinating. So I recommend it for anybody who wants to read it. It's called the Last Heart Beating. It's phenomenal. I also love when you take the jacket off the book. I know so many half naked men and I know they're related to you, so I'm not going to thirst over them.
Natty Neidhart
Isn't that cool? So it's like, it's got two covers. It's like this cover and then it's got like my grandfather, my cousin Harry, me, my uncle Owen, Brett, and then on the back, my dad, tj, Dynamite Kid and Davey Boy Smith. My family.
Katie Nolan
Yeah, it's sick. And I love the. I hate to be the lady that says, I like the pictures part, but I do. It's the. I like that there's like glossy pages with pictures. It's a good book. It's fascinating. Your life is fascinating. And I'm fascinated by you as a person in general. One thing I'm really fascinated about, we are. This is coming out the day before Halloween and I actually, I'm trying to think if I've dressed up as Hulk Hogan before. This was many years ago. I dressed up as Hulk Hogan. Wrestlers are obviously a popular Halloween costume. Growing up in a family of wrestlers. What was the policy on that? Did the kids all dress up as wrestlers because they loved them? Or was it like, we don't do wrestlers as costumes in this house. House.
Natty Neidhart
No, I mean, listen, we. We all dressed up as wrestlers. I remember as a kid dressing up as Miss Elizabeth. I mean, my cousins would dress up as my uncles.
Katie Nolan
Yeah.
Natty Neidhart
I mean, I think it's totally acceptable to Be a wrestler on Halloween.
Katie Nolan
Yeah. I mean, for us, for sure. But your family, it wasn't like a don't dress up like your uncle type of a situation.
Natty Neidhart
No. Because. Well, that's the thing is that we also had the costumes. Yeah. So when, you know, like, if my dad had left out his ring gear, we would, you know, put it on. Of course. I think it's. My uncles had championship belts, so those were laying around the house. So why not. Why not run around the house dressed up as Bret Hart with a championship over your shoulder?
Katie Nolan
That's so cool. Did you. There's a lot of times in the book that you talk about, like, these big names, obviously, to wrestling fans that come through the house that you were a child in. Did anyone ever go really hard on Halloween and show up in an amazing costume that you were like, wow. He truly loved Halloween.
Natty Neidhart
My mom dressed up as Charlie Chaplin. I remember that being one of, like, the coolest costumes ever because she loved Charlie Chaplin and she, like, she went to so much trouble dressed as Charlie Chaplin. We still have a photo. My dad was dressed as a biker and my mom was dressed up as Charlie Chaplin. We take our Halloween, Thanksgivings and Christmases very, very seriously in our house.
Katie Nolan
That is a classic couple's costume. Biker and Charlie Chaplin, everybody knows, famously. Do you have a stance on couples costumes? Are you in on them or do you not like them?
Natty Neidhart
I think as long as they're done. Right. I mean, I'm not against seeing, like, Fred Flintstone and. What is Fred's wife's name?
Katie Nolan
Wilma.
Natty Neidhart
Wilma. Why couldn't I think of that? I was thinking of Barney and his wife, but.
Katie Nolan
And when she's Betty. Betty.
Natty Neidhart
Betty Rubble and Barney. But, like. Yeah, Fred and Wilma. Betty and Barney. I think that's totally fine. Judy. Judy Jetson. Who's Judy's husband?
Katie Nolan
Oh, God, if I know, I don't remember.
Natty Neidhart
Gosh.
Katie Nolan
Mr. Jetson.
Natty Neidhart
Mr. Jetson.
Dan
George.
Natty Neidhart
George.
Katie Nolan
George. Of course it's George.
Natty Neidhart
George Jetson.
Katie Nolan
Daughter. Daughter. Judy.
Natty Neidhart
Daughter. Judy. And Jane, his wife.
Katie Nolan
Okay.
Natty Neidhart
Yeah. So it was George, meet George Judson. Daughter, Judy Jane, his wife. Yeah.
Katie Nolan
And Elroy. We're forgetting Elroy. Sorry. To Elroy. His boy Elroy.
Natty Neidhart
His boy Elroy. I gotta watch the Jetsons.
Katie Nolan
I know it's been a long time.
Natty Neidhart
It's been a minute. But I loved the Jetsons. My mom and my mom loved the Flintstones. And I was all about the Jetsons.
Katie Nolan
That's cute. I feel like they used to air together. I feel like that makes good Sense. You guys could just sit down and watch those.
Natty Neidhart
Yeah, yeah, they were. Those were our. I love those shows growing up, but, yeah, I think. I think couples costumes are cute as long as they don't get too cheesy.
Katie Nolan
Yeah.
Natty Neidhart
You know, so it's. You know, it's. It's. It's important to stay in the zone. Like, I'm not against, you know, a husband and a wife. One dresses up as Biggie, the other one is Tupac, something like that. A little.
Katie Nolan
Within reason. Let's be reasonable. What about the. Do you have you. Are you doing anything for Halloween? Are you dressing up this year for Halloween?
Natty Neidhart
I.
Katie Nolan
It's okay to say no.
Natty Neidhart
I don't.
Katie Nolan
You are off here.
Natty Neidhart
This is the thing. This is the problem with me on Halloween is that I dress up in my ordinary life every single day because I'm always wearing costumes in the ring. Like, we wear beautiful, beautiful stage costumes that are just, like, over the top. So I am always dressed up in, like, beautiful stage stuff. So when I'm home, I'm more of. I'm gonna hand out the Halloween candy and wear my pajamas because I'm a big pajama girl. Big, big pajama girl.
Katie Nolan
Same. I would show. I might have sweatpants on right now, but I. You can only see my top half, so who's to know? You know what I mean? But I might have I on right now.
Natty Neidhart
I love a good pair of pajamas. Great.
Katie Nolan
It's the reward for the day that you've lived. You come home, you put on your sweatpants. It's a nice hug for your bottom half.
Natty Neidhart
It's the best. It's the absolute best. I fantasize about it.
Katie Nolan
Speaking of. Not to get distracted from my own Halloween bit, but speaking of the costumes that you wear, are there any, like, known absolute nos when you're forming a character that's like, you can't wear sweatpants. Everybody knows you can't wear a tiara. Are there any, like, across the board, not allowed when. When creating your look?
Natty Neidhart
I mean, not. We do have to get costumes approved in WWE because, you know, they just want to make sure that nobody's wearing.
Katie Nolan
Of course, like, yeah.
Natty Neidhart
A. It's not going to infringe on a trademark. We're not dressing up as Sailor Moon or, like, you know, just because they don't own that.
Katie Nolan
Yeah.
Natty Neidhart
You know what I mean? So some. There's some legal things that we have to be kind of be careful of. But, I mean, I. I think a lot of us get super creative with our Costumes. And the biggest thing with the costumes is you have to be comfortable wrestling in them. You know, it's. It's gotta stay on. It's gotta last. It's gotta be durable. It's gotta have a strong, sturdy zipper. It's. It's just. Cause, you know, anything and anything and everything can happen in the ring, so you don't wanna have a wardrobe malfunction on Netflix.
Katie Nolan
Yeah, please. Please. I can imagine that would be a nightmare. I also. You are Canadian, and we are in the middle of a World Series here. I mean, middle. We're. Yeah, pretty much. Has that gotten to you at all? Are you a Blue Jays? I am a Blue Jay.
Natty Neidhart
I'm a Blue Jays fan. I'm rooting for the Blue Jays. I'm actually going to be in Toronto tomorrow, so I'm very.
Katie Nolan
Yes.
Natty Neidhart
Oh, my God. They're there.
Katie Nolan
Yeah, they're go. They're on their way back now. And they play the next two. The last two games if they have to. They could win it all tomorrow in Toronto.
Natty Neidhart
I'm in Toronto tomorrow and Saturday, so it could be a big.
Katie Nolan
Geez Louise. Somebody's got to get in touch with you and get you tickets. You have to go. They're having an amazing postseason. There's so much fun to watch. I don't know if you have time to watch as much, because one of the games was 1918 innings long. So I imagine you might not have time for that in your busy lifestyle, but they have been. Your Blue Jays have looked fantastic in the World Series.
Natty Neidhart
That's so cool. I'm so happy for this.
Katie Nolan
Them. I like Canada all gathering together to root for the same team. Like, as hockey season starts and all the different Canadian, you know, fan bases exist, they're kind of still coming together and all supporting the one Canadian baseball team I love. And I think that's so sweet.
Natty Neidhart
Canadians are so sweet.
Katie Nolan
They're so nice.
Natty Neidhart
Too nice.
Katie Nolan
I know it's. I know it's a stereotype, but it's like, it really.
Natty Neidhart
They're so very.
Katie Nolan
They're very. Sorry most of the time. Your other fandoms. I know you're a Warriors fan.
Natty Neidhart
I like the Warriors. Well, it's a lot of. It's a lot. By osmosis. Because my husband, T.J. loves the Warriors. He gets crazy during basketball season. He's screaming at the TV set. He's. You know, he doesn't like the Lakers. He's. I mean, he's. He's, like, going off about this and that. He's a Huge Steph Curry fan. He thinks Steph is the best.
Katie Nolan
I mean, he's. He is. He's nasty.
Natty Neidhart
He's. TJ thinks that he is Steph Curry. And. And he loves the Warriors. So for Christmas, I'm always trying to tj like warriors, like jerseys and merchandise and T shirts and flip flops and all sorts of fun stuff because he loves, loves, loves the Warriors. But of course, TJ's all time favorite is Michael Jordan. So I. We love that documentary the Last Dance. And it's, you know, Michael Jordan is the best. So TJ, whenever there's ever a debate about like LeBron or Michael Jordan, TJ gets really enraged. He's like, nobody can say that Michael Jordan's not the best. He's the best. He's the. Like, he gets crazy about it. So we're.
Katie Nolan
It's so funny.
Natty Neidhart
We like our. We love our warriors and Steph Curry.
Katie Nolan
Yeah, Steph Curry's nasty. You should also, if I may, just a pitch. As a fan. The WNBA just got an expansion team, the Valkyries in. They're like, you know, connected with the warriors. So they are incredible. Nobody thought they were going to be good this year. They made it to the postseason. Wow. To the point where they didn't have a stadium, an arena to play in. They had to like, rent one out because nobody thought they'd make it. It was their first year. They have a great coach, they're great colors, and they sell out every single game. So if you needed any sort of. Of just entertainment.
Natty Neidhart
Yes.
Katie Nolan
As a Valkyries fan, the Golden State Valkyries are awesome and could use a lovely, powerful female fan if you were interested. Just a pitch.
Natty Neidhart
I love that. I will check them out.
Katie Nolan
Okay, thank you. And then I had a couple pop culture things I wanted to ask if you were paying attention to. Did you see. Do you know who Suzanne Somers is?
Natty Neidhart
Yes.
Katie Nolan
She invented the Thigh Master.
Natty Neidhart
Yes.
Katie Nolan
You know, big in the. She passed away and her husband created an AI clone of her by, like uploading the books that she had written into this. I don't know how AI works, but machine or whatever and so that he could interact with her. And I. Just. As someone who's now written a book. Just the one. But I imagine if you wanted to, she had written, I guess like a whole bunch. And also somebody who has experienced some loss. Your thoughts, Thoughts on, like, recreating a person who's no longer here with AI I.
Natty Neidhart
Sometimes things are better left unsaid and uncreated, I think. I mean, listen, if, like, especially With a pet, like, I'm always about, like, that would be so cool to clone a cat that I loved, and I could have that cat live forever and ever and ever and ever. But, like, I do think as much as it's hard to say goodbye to somebody that you love, it's the way that I look at it is, like, when I deal with loss or I deal with grief, I think it's like the end of an era, you know? So it's like sometimes it's, you know, like, you can't. You can't fuck with your destiny. You gotta let the world unfold as it should. So as much as I would love to recreate and bring people back from the dead, I also believe that everything kind of just unfolds as it should.
Katie Nolan
Yeah.
Natty Neidhart
If that makes sense.
Katie Nolan
Yeah. I think it's. It's also like, you understand the urge. You understand the instinct to go, like, if I could have her back, let me have her back. But you're. It's also like, is that having her back or is that having her back?
Natty Neidhart
And is that healthy, emotional? Right.
Katie Nolan
Is that trying to keep something. It's like death exists for a reason. Yes. It's brutal and it's awful and it. But it has to be. It has to be. It's an inevitability, and you can't pretend it didn't by. I don't know, it just made. I read it and I was like, ah. And then I saw he was gonna put it on, like, his ideal goal for it is to put it on a website so that her fans can come and interact with her. And then I was like, I don't know. I don't think I like this.
Natty Neidhart
That's so weird. Yeah, it's so, so weird.
Katie Nolan
Right? Thank you. Okay, cool. I didn't want to, like. But that's wild. And then the other big thing everybody's talking about right now, have you seen this at all? Lily Allen from. She's a British singer and she was married to the guy from Stranger Things. Just say no if you don't know if none of these words are making sense.
Natty Neidhart
I haven't heard this, but what is it?
Katie Nolan
So she is a singer. She hasn't had an album in a while. She just dropped an album nobody knew was coming. And it's basically her telling the story about how this guy she was married to, who's an actor in Stranger Things, David Harbour, like, relentlessly cheated on her the entire time. It's, like, so. So biographical that the songs, like, they're Catchy and they're good. But you, it. You could read it like a book. It's basically like, wow. Names. The women that he slept with talked about how they had agreed to have an open marriage but agreed on rules. And the rules were like, has to be strangers and you have to pay for it. And he violated those. He was like sleeping with an ex and maintaining a rel. It was a. It's basically an expose. It's a one long diss track. It's like, like 12 or whatever diss tracks back to back on an album. As his show is about to come back for I think its final season. I was just wondering if you had any thoughts.
Natty Neidhart
Wow. I mean the rating should go through the roof for his show. Then it's.
Katie Nolan
I mean, that's what people are saying. She, it. We'll see how it affects him. But she's. I mean the album sales, at least in the uk she's like top of the charts.
Natty Neidhart
Oh, wow. She has to go through it then maybe she might as well benefit from it in some way, you know?
Katie Nolan
And isn't it the point of being an artist? You know, it's like she lived it.
Natty Neidhart
I love, that's what I love about Taylor Swift is that you get to find out all the tea every time she drops an album. You're like, okay, who does she not like?
Katie Nolan
Who.
Natty Neidhart
Who is inspiring her? This new album of Taylor Swift's I love because she. You can tell she's in a really great place in her life.
Katie Nolan
Yeah. That also raises a question for me because this is what I would say one of the pitfalls of dating a musician. It's something you have to know going into it that if something happens, they're gonna write a song about it. Same with, I'm marrying a stand up comedian. And if something embarrassing or funny happens, I just know it's gonna end up in a joke. I have to. That's the life I've signed up for.
Natty Neidhart
Yes.
Katie Nolan
What. What is that for A wrestler's wife. What is your version of that? The thing you just have to accept that stinks about the job, but it is the thing that you signed up for.
Natty Neidhart
I mean, listen, if you're in a relationship with a wrestler, there's a pretty good chance that you might end up having to be in a match with them. And like there we do. We do mix tags in wwe. So it's best that everybody stays on good terms because you never know who's going to be body slammed.
Katie Nolan
That's so specific and so funny because we're all.
Natty Neidhart
We're all around each other all the time. So much so it's like we, you know, strangers become friends. Friends. You know, strangers become. Sorry. Strangers become family. And sometimes family become strangers. So that's the quote. But, but, but like, we, the wrestling community, a lot of us end up dating each other because we're just around. We're around each other so much. But when the relationships go Ari and they go wrong, then you're like, oh, I hope we don't have to be on the same show together. I hope we don't have to be in the same ring together. I don't hope we don't have to be in the same storyline together. So, you know, the best thing is, lesson learned is everybody get along.
Isabella
Yeah.
Katie Nolan
And of course, you guys all date. You're like a restaurant, but with more touching and less.
Isabella
Less clothes.
Katie Nolan
It's like this staff. You guys are around each other all the time and, like, half naked. So of course, eventually someone's gonna go, this is. Well, something happens.
Natty Neidhart
And that's the great thing about Spandex. It's very forgiving.
Katie Nolan
A fascinating life you've lived, Natty. And I'm. And what a great book that I've read. I'm so glad that people can get to know you. That you've shared this stuff with us is. Is really. I don't know, it's just. I'm fascinated by you. You have lived quite a life.
Natty Neidhart
Thank you so much.
Katie Nolan
And I. And thank you for writing about it and for coming here and. And talking to us about it. The book is called the Last Heart Beating. And you can get it now, right? It's out now.
Natty Neidhart
It's out now. And you can.
Katie Nolan
It's.
Natty Neidhart
It's called the Last Heart Beating. And it's. I think it'll make you feel everything and hopefully above all else, it'll make you. It'll help you heal.

It's called the last heart beating and it's. It's really interesting whether or not you like wrestling. I don't know half of the stuff that she's talking about, but I know it now and it's. It's really fascinating. What a fascinating world to get a peek into. Okay, before we let you go, I know this is a million hours long show, but because it's Thursday, this is usually when we check in with Isabella's fantasy team. Isabella had never played fantasy football before, doesn't consider herself a gigantic football fan, and we put her in charge of our fantasy team. She drafted them.
Isabella
Them.
Katie Nolan
So far, up until this week, they are undefeated. Let's find out together. Isabella, how did it go this week?
Isabella
I lost.
Katie Nolan
No.
Chris
Isabella.
Isabella
But I. I think that there was a glitch on the Yahoo fantasy app. Actually, I don't.
Katie Nolan
Is she being serious or are we looking for excuses? Isabella?
Isabella
No, I don't know.
Katie Nolan
What would the glitch have been? Honey, what happened?
Isabella
I don't know. They didn't tally up the points correctly. Maybe they didn't accurately reflect how the players did.
Katie Nolan
Like, so we're in the denial phase. It's okay.
Isabella
It's fine. I have, what, seven wins?
Katie Nolan
You do? And now we're in the. What is this bargaining. I feel like what you. This. Your first loss. What was the score? What was the final score?
Isabella
What was it? We have it right here.
Katie Nolan
Does Brady Know it?
Isabella
138 to 103.
Ad/Promo Voice
Yeah.
Katie Nolan
Okay. That's a. And then what. What caused it? Did we leave a bunch of points on the bench?
Isabella
There was. I honestly didn't fully see it, but one that I know that I told Brady. And I'm mad at you guys that you advocated for me to do it because it gave me negative points. Was getting.
Katie Nolan
The Bengals.
Isabella
They gave me negative points.
Katie Nolan
Okay? And this is anger. Now letting this out is important. Letting this out is so.
Isabella
I'm never listening to you guys ever again.
Katie Nolan
I don't. Let's not be rashed.
Isabella
Okay?
Katie Nolan
Let's not act. Let's not act crazy. Let's not burn bridges here. I. We've. We are just. We are all operating with the same amount of knowledge, which is next to none. Okay. It's all a guessing game. And we. You have had so much success this season.
Isabella
I know. That's fine.
Katie Nolan
So much success. What have we learned from the loss this weekend that we can use to make sure we win this upcoming weekend?
Isabella
Don't listen to you guys.
Katie Nolan
Okay.
Isabella
Fair enough.
Katie Nolan
What's your advice?
Natty Neidhart
I don't know.
Isabella
I just. I have to go off vibes. I have to go off vibes, and that's really it.
Katie Nolan
Okay.
Dan
The best thing you've learned is that the ran. The Rams should play every week. And if the Rams played every week, you'd be fine. They were on by this past week.
Katie Nolan
Yeah.
Isabella
Oh.
Katie Nolan
Oh.
Isabella
You know what it is? McCaffrey didn't do as well.
Katie Nolan
Yeah. And he's tired. I think he's just. His team is dropping like flies. He's the only guy alive still. So I think he's had a lot on his plate.
Isabella
You know, I know I shouldn't rely. Maybe I shouldn't. Maybe I should. Should start thinking about.
Katie Nolan
No, no. He's still. Don't. Yeah. At least don't let me. He's good.
Chris
At least. Puka should be back this week. Hopefully.
Katie Nolan
Yeah.
Chris
I think it's questionable at the moment, but.
Katie Nolan
Okay.
Chris
All signs are pointing towards him playing, so that's gonna happen.
Dan
McVeigh said he'll play.
Katie Nolan
Yeah, he did. Okay. Well, that's good. Isabella. That's exciting. Yeah. Are you. Now.
Isabella
It just doesn't look perfect anymore.
Katie Nolan
I know.
Isabella
You know, it doesn't look like it looks.
Katie Nolan
Talk to me about how it feels. Talk to me about the change in the does it make you want to do it less or does it make you hungrier to go?
Isabella
It makes me hungrier to get more. Win. Nice.
Katie Nolan
Okay. That is how we know we did it, right? We've built you in a lab to care about this, and you're gonna be pretty. I kind of want to turn on a game. Don't get nuts. She might put football on you guys.
Isabella
I don't know. I might actually watch the players on my team.
Ad/Promo Voice
I'll do it.
Katie Nolan
She's thinking about. She's threatening to do it, but she's not. That's. Again, then that is bargain. I actually think.
Chris
I bet she wouldn't even leave the room if it was on the television.
Katie Nolan
Maybe not. Unless she really had to pee. And you can't blame her.
Dan
You've got Devonte Smith on by this week.
Isabella
I'll be like that guy from the Cold Open. Just.
Katie Nolan
You'll just pee all over the floor. Yeah. You are a lot like Mark Schlerith. I've always said that. I have always.
Chris
She has.
Katie Nolan
In the back of my head, I'm like. She's like a female Mark Schlerith. Mark. She. She, she. Anyway, guys, that's the podcast. That's the end of it. Isn't that crazy? After all that, all those times you went. I love this. This. That's how it ended on that. Pretty nuts, but that's the kind of versatility you get from us. Thank you to everybody for listening. Huge thank you to Natty for coming and talking about stuff that I'm sure isn't easy to talk about. Please go check out her book. If you like reading and. Or wrestling and. Or you need something to do. It's just a very interesting story with a ton of drama. I don't know why I said drama like. Like Trump. That felt very drama. Save the drama for your mama. That's. That's it. Email us, call us, find us on socials. We love you, we mean it, and we will see you back here on Tuesday. Bye.
